Second, the sharp estimates of all homogeneous expansions for the above generalized mappings on the unit polydisk in (in are also established. In particular, the sharp estimates of all homogeneous expansions for a subclass of quasi-convex mappings (include quasi-convex mappings of type A and quasi-convex mappings of type B) in several complex variables are get accordingly. Our results state that a weak version of the Bieber- bach conjecture for quasi-convex mappings of type B and order a in several complex variables is proved, and the derived conclusions are the generalization of the classical results in one complex variable.展开更多

目的研究受体酪氨酸激酶样孤儿受体1(receptor tyrosine kinase like orphan receptor 1,ROR1)及微管相关蛋白1B(microtubule associated protein 1B,MAP1B)在年龄相关性白内障(age-related-cataract,ARC)患者晶状体前囊膜组织中的mRNA...目的研究受体酪氨酸激酶样孤儿受体1(receptor tyrosine kinase like orphan receptor 1,ROR1)及微管相关蛋白1B(microtubule associated protein 1B,MAP1B)在年龄相关性白内障(age-related-cataract,ARC)患者晶状体前囊膜组织中的mRNA和蛋白表达情况,并初步探讨其临床意义及蛋白表达的相关性。方法收集ARC患者晶状体前囊膜组织20例为ARC组,眼外伤发生晶状体脱出的患者15例为对照组,通过RT-qPCR、Western blot、免疫组织化学染色检测组织中ROR1与MAP1B的表达情况,利用STRING数据库预测蛋白之间相关性。结果与对照组相比,ARC组ROR1、MAP1B的mRNA表达水平[分别为(0.265±0.150)、(0.155±0.069)]呈现低表达,其蛋白表达水平[分别为(0.66±0.015)、(0.75±0.036)]呈现低表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PPI网络显示ROR1与MAP1B蛋白呈现间接调控关系。结论ROR1与MAP1B在ARC中呈明显低表达,且二者可能以间接调控关系介导ARC的发生发展。展开更多
A molecular genetic map of Chinese cabbage was constructed with a 102 recombinant inbred (RI) population from a cross of two cultivated Chinese cabbage lines 177 and 276, using AFLP and RAPD markers. 352 markers inclu...A molecular genetic map of Chinese cabbage was constructed with a 102 recombinant inbred (RI) population from a cross of two cultivated Chinese cabbage lines 177 and 276, using AFLP and RAPD markers. 352 markers including 265 AFLP markers and 87 RAPD markers were integrated into 17 linkage groups. It covered a total of 2 665. 7 cM with an average interval of 7. 6 cM. AFLP marker is efficient for map construction while it easily forms clusters to cause big gaps in map. A total of 13.92 % abnormal segregation markers distributed in the map. The molecular genetic map is fundamental for gene localization, comparative genomics, and QTL mapping of important agronomic traits.展开更多

In the mapping techniques, the ...In the paper [1], the geometrical mapping techniques based on Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline (NURBS) were introduced to solve an elliptic boundary value problem containing a singularity. In the mapping techniques, the inverse function of the NURBS geometrical mapping generates singular functions as well as smooth functions by an unconventional choice of control points. It means that the push-forward of the NURBS geometrical mapping that generates singular functions, becomes a piecewise smooth function. However, the mapping method proposed is not able to catch singularities emerging at multiple locations in a domain. Thus, we design the geometrical mapping that generates singular functions for each singular zone in the physical domain. In the design of the geometrical mapping, we should consider the design of control points on the interface between/among patches so that global basis functions are in C0?space. Also, we modify the B-spline functions whose supports include the interface between/among them. We put the idea in practice by solving elliptic boundary value problems containing multiple singularities.展开更多
