Abstract Heavy metals in water can be deposited on graphite flakes, which can be used as an enrichment method for laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) and is studied in this paper. The graphite samples were prepared with an automatic device, which was composed of a loading and unloading module, a quantitatively adding solution module, a rapid heating and drying module and a precise rotating module. The experimental results showed that the sample preparation methods had no significant effect on sample distribution and the LIBS signal accumulated in 20 pulses was stable and repeatable. With an increasing amount of the sample solution on the graphite flake, the peak intensity at Cu I 324.75 nm accorded with the exponential function with a correlation coefficient of 0.9963 and the background intensity remained unchanged. The limit of detection (LOD) was calculated through linear fitting of the peak intensity versus the concentration. The LOD decreased rapidly with an increasing amount of sample solution until the amount exceeded 20 mL and the correlation coefficient of exponential function fitting was 0.991. The LOD of Pb, Ni, Cd, Cr and Zn after evaporating different amounts of sample solution on the graphite flakes was measured and the variation tendency of their LOD with sample solution amounts was similar to the tendency for Cu. The experimental data and conclusions could provide a reference for automatic sample preparation and heavy metal in situ detection. 展开更多

In this paper,we propose a fully Soft Bionic Grasping Device(SBGD),which has advantages in automatically adjusting the grasping range,variable stiffness,and controllable bending shape.This device consists of soft gripper structures and a soft bionic bracket structure.We adopt the local thin-walled design in the soft gripper structures.This design improves the grippers’bending efficiency,and imitate human finger’s segmental bending function.In addition,this work also proposes a pneumatic soft bionic bracket structure,which not only can fix grippers,but also can automatically adjust the grasping space by imitating the human adjacent fingers’opening and closing movements.Due to the above advantages,the SBGD can grasp larger or smaller objects than the regular grasping devices.Particularly,to grasp small objects reliably,we further present a new Pinching Grasping(PG)method.The great performance of the fully SBGD is verified by experiments.This work will promote innovative development of the soft bionic grasping robots,and greatly meet the applications of dexterous grasping multi-size and multi-shape objects. 展开更多

To increase the machine accuracy by improving the stiffness of bearings,a preload was applied to bearings.A variable preload technology was necessary to perform machining processes in both low and high speed regions.An automatic variable preload device was fabricated using an eccentric mass.By installing the fabricated device on a spindle,the effect of the automatic variable preload device on the performance of the spindle was analyzed.In the results of the vibration measurement of the spindle,the vibration is increased by 20%-37% according to measurement points at the maximum rotation speed of 5 000 r/min.And,in the results of the noise measurement of the spindle,the spindle rotation speed is increased by about 1.9% and 1.5% at the front and side of the spindle,respectively.Based on the results of this analysis,an improved method that reduces such effects on the performance of the spindle is proposed. 展开更多

The kinematics and dynamics equation of the combined mechanism is established on the basis of the mathematic model. By the virtual prototype technology, the motion of this mechanism is simulated, whose result is post-processed by ADAMS. To improve the output motion, according to the simulation output and automatic piecing device's practical working condition, the optimisation of the cam mechanism is carried out by finite difference method. The simulation result of this combined mechanism turns out in accordance with its theoretical analysis of virtual prototype in this research, which, therefore, lays a principle basis for the further study of automatic piecing device. 展开更多

Aiming at the problems of low success rate and high seedling injury rate of automatic vegetable transplanting,this study focused on cabbage substrate block seedlings and developed a progressive push-out automatic seedling device controlled by a PLC system.Based on the friction mechanical properties of seedlings-tray during seedling taking,the collision rebound theoretical analysis of substrate block seedling delivery and the finite element simulation analysis of the seedling taking mechanism were carried out to determine the conditions for stable seedling taking and delivery of the device and the working parameters of the key mechanisms.To evaluate individual parameter effects,a test bench was built,and the effective ranges of key factors were subsequently determined.Three key experimental factors,the inclination angle of the limit guide plate,the seedling separation channel width,and the seedling separation cylinder pressure,were investigated using an L9(34)orthogonal array design with blockage rate and breakage rate as evaluation metrics.The range and variance analysis methods were employed to determine the relative significance of each factor’s influence on the performance indicators.The optimal parameters were determined as:the inclination angle of the limiting guide plate was 3.5°,the width of the seedling separation channel was 50 mm,and the pressure of the seedling separation cylinder was 0.6 MPa.Under these conditions,the seedling taking effect was significantly improved:the blockage rate was 2.46%,the breakage rate was 3.18%,and the seedling taking success rate was 94.36%.The optimal parameter combination was verified by the experiment:the average blockage rate was 3.23%,the average breakage rate was 3.68%,and the average success rate was 93.09%.Compared with the orthogonal experiment,the relative success rate error was 1.27%,indicating that the device has high stability.This study will provide a reference for the design of automatic vegetable transplanters. 展开更多

The recognition and positioning of material baskets are key links in the automatic workpiece cleaning device.Aiming at the problems of low recognition accuracy and poor precision of traditional visual methods for material basket recognition,a control system of automatic workpiece cleaning device based on YOLOv5 was designed.The YOLOv5 detection algorithm was improved by introducing the attention mechanism and optimizing the loss function,which enhanced the attention to the target area and improved the accuracy of feature extraction,thus realizing the position recognition and coordinate acquisition of workpiece material baskets.In addition,a cleaning system with Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the control core was designed.By controlling servo motors to drive the gantry and adjust the operation of the crane,the automatic grabbing and handling of material baskets were realized,and the automatic control of the cleaning process was achieved.Meanwhile,a human-computer interaction(HMI)and monitoring interface was designed,which could intuitively display the operating status of material baskets and improve the interaction capability of the automatic workpiece cleaning device. 展开更多

It is used to calculate the automatic mechanism velocity of a certain automatic weapon, the calculation results coincide with the experimental results better, and thus the model is validated. The influences of structure parameters on gas-operated device's dynamic characteristics are discussed. It shows that the model is valuable for design and accurate performance prediction of gas-operated automatic weapon. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of self-designed automatic constant temperature moxibustion box.Methods:From June 2016 to January 2017,150 patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain admitted to our hospital were treated with moxibustion under the informed consent of the patients.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,75 cases each.The group used traditional moxibustion box for moxibustion treatment,and the observation group used automatic constant temperature moxibustion box for moxibustion treatment for 15 days.After the treatment,the patient's safety,comfort,satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared,and the results were analyzed using SPSS 20 statistical software.Results:The comfort and satisfaction in study group were all superior to that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).For patient's safety,the ratio of patients suffered from scald in study and control groups was 5.3/100 and 0,respectively.Conclusions:It is of great significance for improving clinical efficacy and preventing medical risks.It is worthy of clinical application. 展开更多

针对现有水肥精量调控装置在中小型农业应用中面临的电力依赖性强、成本高昂等问题,设计了一种重力注入式水肥在线自动混合装置,主要由以STM32F103C8T6单片机为核心的控制器、3个母液罐、混合腔、2个流量计、3个脉冲电磁阀等组成。装置... 针对现有水肥精量调控装置在中小型农业应用中面临的电力依赖性强、成本高昂等问题,设计了一种重力注入式水肥在线自动混合装置,主要由以STM32F103C8T6单片机为核心的控制器、3个母液罐、混合腔、2个流量计、3个脉冲电磁阀等组成。装置依据母液重力自流注入混合腔与灌溉水混合的原理,采用按种类依次分时轮作的混肥方式,可实现1~3种肥料母液的水肥在线混合。对于每种肥料母液采用周期性两级迭代动态调控策略,基于母液自流注入时间的脉冲电磁阀PWM(Pulse Width Modulation,脉冲宽度调制)控制,按照预设施肥浓度与施肥量自动配比水肥溶液。试验结果表明:①母液注入量与时间呈二次多项式关系,母液自流瞬时速度与时间呈线性关系,其决定系数R^(2)=0.999;②单个电磁阀PWM周期的母液注入量控制误差≤4.30%;③周期性两级迭代动态调控策略的各时序时长为T=8 s、T2=T4=0.5 s、T1/T3=第一/二级调控的调控时间,且T1+T2+T3+T4≤T;④样机实测的在线混肥时最大质量分数误差为0.11%。 展开更多

针对马铃薯播种机在高速作业过程中存在漏种严重问题,以勺带式排种器为基础,设计了一种以PLC为控制核心的漏播检测与自动补种装置,该装置采用光电传感器组分别对勺带式排种器与补种排种装置的种薯漏播情况进行检测,实现种勺漏播位置精... 针对马铃薯播种机在高速作业过程中存在漏种严重问题,以勺带式排种器为基础,设计了一种以PLC为控制核心的漏播检测与自动补种装置,该装置采用光电传感器组分别对勺带式排种器与补种排种装置的种薯漏播情况进行检测,实现种勺漏播位置精准定位,并设计了以补种排种装置与双电磁铁推杆为核心的自动补种装置,实现漏播位置的连续精准补种,同时采用加速补种原理实现补种排种装置自补种,避免因其排种不成功影响勺带式排种器的补种效果。针对漏播检测及补种控制要求编写控制程序,并设计人机交互界面,实现自动补种。利用试验台开展取种带线速度为0.24~0.64 m/s的漏播情况检测效果及补种成功率试验,结果表明,漏播检测准确率为100%,原始漏播率为6.08%~13.64%,补种后漏播率为0.72%~1.96%,平均补种成功率为87.16%。试验结果表明漏播检测与自动补种装置作业性能较好,对种勺连续缺种的情况补种效果也较为稳定,满足马铃薯播种机在高速作业下播种作业需求。 展开更多

煤矿巷道掘进锚索自动输送系统设计与仿真

针对煤矿巷道掘进中锚索支护过程自动化程度低、劳动强度大等问题,提出了一种煤矿巷道掘进锚索输送系统。通过对锚索输送系统的空间布局进行参数化建模,以机械臂输送过程中锚索的弯曲半径和悬空长度为指标,利用多目标粒子群算法(MOPSO)... 针对煤矿巷道掘进中锚索支护过程自动化程度低、劳动强度大等问题,提出了一种煤矿巷道掘进锚索输送系统。通过对锚索输送系统的空间布局进行参数化建模,以机械臂输送过程中锚索的弯曲半径和悬空长度为指标,利用多目标粒子群算法(MOPSO),求解得出了锚索输送系统的最优空间布局;结合锚索输送和安装需求,设计锚索输送装置的总体结构,利用改进D-H法建立了输送装置的运动学模型并分析了工作空间;分析锚索与其输送装置之间的相互作用机理,建立锚索参数、锚索弯曲弹性力和弯管参数关系的力学模型,以及锚索输送装置的虚拟样机模型,完成了锚索输送过程动力学仿真。结果表明:锚索输送装置能够满足6000 mm×4400 mm(宽×高)巷道的支护要求;当锚索参数确定时,锚索驱动力与弯管曲率半径平方项相关,而与锚索和弯管摩擦系数呈线性关系,增大弯管曲率半径可以显著减小所需最大驱动力;为使机械臂牵引的负载最小,弯管曲率半径的取值应使得弯管入口与锚索库出口高度接近;考虑锚索输送力得到的最优空间布局为弯管曲率半径1.5 m,端面转角90°,输送装置与锚索库水平距离1.51 m。研究结果为煤矿巷道锚索支护效率的提高,锚索支护的自动化和智能化的实现提供了参考依据。 展开更多

发电机护环胀形新工艺及其自动控制系统的设计

【目的】为生产母线平直、加工余量少、残余应力低的高质量发电机护环,提出了一种基于水压机与超高压泵联动强化护环的新工艺。【方法】利用水压机压下模具,通过模具向下挤压护环,同时使用超高压泵向护环内部注入超高压液体,促使护环产... 【目的】为生产母线平直、加工余量少、残余应力低的高质量发电机护环,提出了一种基于水压机与超高压泵联动强化护环的新工艺。【方法】利用水压机压下模具,通过模具向下挤压护环,同时使用超高压泵向护环内部注入超高压液体,促使护环产生塑性变形。通过精确控制水压机的压力与超高压泵注液压力,调节护环的变形形状。当护环变形达到一定程度后,由于变形阻力增大,需更换模具继续胀形,直至护环达到预期成形尺寸。相比传统液压胀形工艺,该新工艺设备成本更低且效率更高。以50Mn18Cr5材料作为发电机护环制造基材,采用ANSYS Workbench对胀形过程中的护环外径尺寸变化及受力情况进行有限元分析。同时,根据自动控制系统的要求完成自动控制程序及HMI组态界面的设计,利用PLC控制发动机护环的生产过程,并通过HMI组态界面显示胀形过程中护环的直径变化、变形速度、系统压力及温度等参数。通过监测护环直径变化,精准调控水压机与超高压泵的压力,确保液压胀形顺利进行。若水压机和超高压泵发生故障,控制系统会自动报警,既保护操作人员安全,又避免重大安全事故。【结果】有限元分析显示,护环液压胀形过程中护环外径变化与实际生产结果的最大误差仅为2.312 mm,验证了新工艺的可行性。通过HMI组态界面直观呈现设备工作状态和参数,不仅保证了发电机护环的生产质量和效率,也使操作更加便捷。【结论】水压机与超高压泵联动的新工艺可有效生产母线平直、加工余量少、残余应力低的高质量发电机护环,为护环制造提供了一种高效、低成本的技术方案。 展开更多
