目的:研究OSAHS伴高血压患者,经鼻auto-CPAP治疗对其血压改变的情况。资料与方法:30例OSAHS伴高血压患者,其中包括已确诊高血压患者9例(维持既往口服降压药物治疗方案不变)及本次研究新发现高血压患者21例(既往无口服常规降压药物,暂不...目的:研究OSAHS伴高血压患者,经鼻auto-CPAP治疗对其血压改变的情况。资料与方法:30例OSAHS伴高血压患者,其中包括已确诊高血压患者9例(维持既往口服降压药物治疗方案不变)及本次研究新发现高血压患者21例(既往无口服常规降压药物,暂不给予口服药物治疗)。给予患者每晚有效auto-CPAP(RESmart GII,北京怡和嘉业医疗科技有限公司)连续治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗第1、2、4周复查24 h ABP,比较治疗前后患者血压改变情况。结果:1)30例患者auto-CPAP治疗1周后,24 h ABP各时段血压均较治疗前明显降低,24 h SBP/DBP降低5.73/3.43 mm Hg,d SBP/DBP降低5.40/3.53 mmHg,n SBP/DBP降低7.03/2.73 mm Hg。2)9例既往高血压患者与21例本次研究新发现高血压患者相比,1周治疗后仅n SBP及n DBP的变化有统计学意义。3)部分患者延长治疗至2、4周,仅治疗1周与2周d SBP的变化有统计学意义。结论:1)auto-CPAP治疗OSAHS有助于患者血压的控制与改善。2)OSAHS伴高血压患者经atuo-CPAP治疗(1、2、4周)后,血压的降低主要出现在第1周的治疗上,临床上建议以第1周auto-CPAP治疗结束后的24 h ABP数据作为参考,这对于OSAHS伴有高血压患者的药物干预或调整具有一定的临床意义。3)在auto-CPAP对OSAHS伴高血压患者的治疗中,既往口服降压药物比无口服降压药物患者的夜间血压下降幅度更大。展开更多
A novel approach is proposed to detect the normal vector to product surface in real time for the robotic precision drilling system in aircraft component assembly, and the auto-normalization algorithm is presented base...A novel approach is proposed to detect the normal vector to product surface in real time for the robotic precision drilling system in aircraft component assembly, and the auto-normalization algorithm is presented based on the detection system. Firstly, the deviation between the normal vector and the spindle axis is measured by the four laser displacement sensors installed at the head of the multi-function end effector. Then, the robot target attitude is inversely solved according to the auto-normalization algorithm. Finally, adjust the robot to the target attitude via pitch and yaw rotations about the tool center point and the spindle axis is corrected in line with the normal vector simultaneously. To test and verify the auto-normalization algorithm, an experimental platform is established in which the laser tracker is introduced for accurate measurement. The results show that the deviations between the corrected spindle axis and the normal vector are all reduced to less than 0.5°, with the mean value 0.32°. It is demonstrated the detection method and the autonormalization algorithm are feasible and reliable.展开更多
This paper proposes a new approach to the performance optimization of an auto-cascade refrigerator(ACR) operating with a rectifying column and six types of binary refrigerants(R23/R134a,R23/R227ea,R23/R236fa,R170/R290...This paper proposes a new approach to the performance optimization of an auto-cascade refrigerator(ACR) operating with a rectifying column and six types of binary refrigerants(R23/R134a,R23/R227ea,R23/R236fa,R170/R290,R170/R600a,and R170/R600) at a temperature level of -60 °C. Half of the six binary refrigerants are nonflammable,of which the 0.5 and the 0.6 mole fractions of R23 for the R23/R236fa possess the most prospective composition for the medium and low suction pressure compressors,respectively. The remaining three binary refrigerants are flammable but with low global warming potentials,of which the 0.6 mole fraction of R170 for the R170/R600 is the most prospective one. The results show that the overall matching as well as local matching of heat capacity rates of hot and cold refrigerants in the recuperators are important for the improvement of coefficient of performance of the cycle,which can be adjusted through the simultaneous optimization of the pressure level and composition. The new approach proposed also offers a wider range of applications to the optimization in performance of the cycle using multi-component refrigerants.展开更多
The nitrogen-doped and (metal, nitrogen)-codoped TiO2 photocatalysts (metal = Ag, Ce, Fe, La) were synthesized by sol-gel auto-igniting synthesis (SAS) with the complex compound sol of TiCl4-NH4NO3-citri acid-me...The nitrogen-doped and (metal, nitrogen)-codoped TiO2 photocatalysts (metal = Ag, Ce, Fe, La) were synthesized by sol-gel auto-igniting synthesis (SAS) with the complex compound sol of TiCl4-NH4NO3-citri acid-metal nitrate- NH3.H20 as a precursor. The products were characterized by means of XRD, XPS, and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra, and their photocatalytic activity was investigated under visible light. It was found that all the synthesized powders showed good absorption for visible light, and that the radius and alterable valence states of doping metallic cations played important roles on their photocatalytic activity. 文摘 对急性白血病(AL)患者自体造血干细胞移植(Auto_HSCT)前进行大剂量化疗,移植后给白细胞介素 2(IL 2)免疫治疗以降低AL患者Auto_HSCT后的复发率,延长患者的生存期.10例AL第一次缓解期(CR 1)的患者进入研究.移植前急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者3例均接受大剂量甲氨碟呤1疗程及大剂量阿糖胞苷(HD Ara C)加蒽环类抗肿瘤药1疗程.急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)患者7例接受HD Ara C加蒽环类抗肿瘤药2疗程.化疗结束后给患者行Auto_HSCT治疗.预处理方案为:CY/TBI;MAC或EAC方案.移植的CD34+细胞5.5×106~12.2×106/kg.患者造血重建后给IL 21×106~2×106μ治疗每天1次,5d为1疗程.患者均接受3~5疗程的治疗.经以上序惯治疗后,1例ALL患者14月后复发,经化疗无效死亡.9/10(90.00%)例无病生存至今,平均生存期37.10月(37.1±24.98),明显延长.可见对AL患者Auto_HSCT前大剂量化疗,最大限度降低患者体内白血病负荷;移植后免疫治疗清除微小残留病,可能是降低AL患者Auto_HSCT后复发,延长患者生存期的有效途径.
