Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of sensory integration training combined with cognitive training in the rehabilitation treatment of children with mental retardation.Methods:A total of 120 children with mental...Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of sensory integration training combined with cognitive training in the rehabilitation treatment of children with mental retardation.Methods:A total of 120 children with mental retardation who received rehabilitation intervention in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 60 children in each group.The control group adopted a conventional rehabilitation training program;the experimental group adopted a combined sensory integration training and cognitive training program.The sensory integration ability,cognitive function,and daily living skills of children in the two groups were compared.Results:The sensory integration ability score of the experimental group(85.3±6.2)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.1±7.5)(p<0.05);the cognitive function score(88.7±5.8)was significantly improved compared with that of the control group(76.4±6.9)(p<0.05);the daily living skills score(90.2±4.7)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.5±5.3)(p<0.05).The social interaction ability of the experimental group reached 92.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.3%)(p<0.05).Conclusion:Sensory integration training combined with cognitive training demonstrates favorable outcomes in the rehabilitation treatment of children with mental retardation,exhibiting a notable neurofunctional remodeling effect.It can optimize the multidimensional rehabilitation process,effectively enhance the comprehensive developmental potential of children,and hold significant clinical application value.展开更多

Purpose:To gain insights into the levels of training and support in research integrity and publishing ethics,levels of experience in publishing in scholarly journals and use of third-party manuscript preparation/editi...Purpose:To gain insights into the levels of training and support in research integrity and publishing ethics,levels of experience in publishing in scholarly journals and use of third-party manuscript preparation/editing services(which can include paper mills),and also to assess levels of awareness regarding different types of publishing ethics misconduct,we surveyed members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)Journal Ranking WeChat channel.Design/methodology/approach:The online survey collected voluntary anonymous responses from members of the CAS Journal Ranking WeChat channel,one of largest channels of Chinese researchers at all career stages within STM and social sciences.The respondents of the survey fell into one of the following categories:Undergraduate student,Master’s student,PhD candidate,Researcher,Research manager,Researcher with research management responsibilities,and Librarian.The survey included 14 main questions on the topics of access to research integrity and publishing ethics training,experience levels in publishing in scholarly journals(including using third-party services),authorship experiences and behaviours,levels of concern about different types of research integrity issues,and perceptions on who the respondents think are primarily responsible for upholding research integrity standards and training in publishing ethics.After applying inclusion criteria,1,777 responses were included in the analysis.Findings:Amongst the 1,777 respondents included in the study results,only 55.4%had any access to training in research integrity and publishing ethics,and an even smaller proportion to formal training.Even amongst cohorts with access to training(where respondents in the Researcher cohort have the highest access),answers to the questions on authorship and third-party services reveal many areas of confusion regarding authorship criteria and responsibilities in publishing ethics.In particular,the responses also show limited knowledge in recognising unethical service offerings by third-party services(e.g.adding authors,citations and data/images).The survey responses also show that even though respondents in the undergraduate cohort are already actively publishing articles as well as using third-party manuscript preparation/editing services,they have limited access to training and have high levels of uncertainty about authorship responsibilities.Out of all key stakeholders,respondents perceive research institutions to be mainly responsible for upholding research integrity standards as well as providing access to training.Research limitations:As with all voluntary online surveys,the study design includes inherent limitations due to the self-reported nature of the responses.The respondents who participate are likely to have a particular interest and a higher level of awareness about the survey topic,and so the self-selecting nature of the participants can introduce personal biases,which can affect the overall results.This survey was sent to members of a WeChat channel focused on journal rankings,which also discusses research integrity issues,so the respondents may not provide a general representation of their career stage/subject discipline cohorts.The sample sizes were not comparable across all cohorts,so direct comparisons could not always be made.Instead,where appropriate,separate comparisons were made between Undergraduate students,Master’s students,PhD candidates and Researchers(29.26%-18.68%of respondents),or between Research managers,Researcher with research management responsibilities and Librarians(4.28%-2.53%of respondents).Practical implications:It is important to ensure that research integrity and publishing ethics training and education needs are being met for researchers at all levels,including undergraduates.Findings from the survey highlight the importance of establishing training and education programmes tailored towards addressing specific areas of common confusion or limited awareness,especially to reduce the risk of unintentional misconduct.The findings from this survey can be used to inform training and education partnerships and collaborations across key stakeholders,including research institutions and publishers,so that we can collectively improve the overall integrity of scholarly publishing.A table of recommendations and a hypothetical case have been included to illustrate how this can be achieved.Originality/value:To our knowledge,this is the first survey on this topic developed via a collaboration between the research integrity team at an international scholarly publisher and scientometrics researchers based in China.Sharing our perspectives and experience to develop the survey questions has helped to highlight the common areas of confusion regarding authorship responsibilities and ethical third-party service offerings within researchers in China,even amongst those who do However, the impact of perceptual training on audiovisual integrative abilities remains unclear. Methods: This study randomly assigned 40 older adults to either a training or control group. The training group underwent a five-day audiovisual perceptual program, while the control group received no training. Participants completed simultaneous judgment (SJ) and audiovisual detection tasks before and after training. Results: Findings indicated improved perceptual sensitivity to audiovisual synchrony in the training group, with AVI significantly higher post-test compared to pre-test (9.95% vs. 13.87%). No significant change was observed in the control group (9.61% vs. 10.77%). Conclusion: These results suggested that cross-modal perceptual training might be an effective candidate cognitive intervention to ease the dysfunction of unimodal sensory.展开更多

Many studies have been conducted on the inspection of the clearance profile in railway operation based on the vision system, but few researchers have focused on the computation of the 3D clearance in the design phase of an HST. This paper summarizes the virtual 3D clearance computation of an HST based on model integration and the convex hull method. First, both the aerodynamic and kinetic analysis models of the HST are constructed. The two models are then integrated according to the corresponding relationship map, and an array of transformation matrixes of the HST is created to drive the designed model simulating the physical railway motion. Furthermore, the convex hull method is adopted to compute the 3D envelope of the moving train. Finally, the Hausdorff metric is involved in the measurement of the minimum clearance model and the 3D envelope model. In addition, the color map of the Hausdorff distance is established to verify that the designed shape of the HST meets the national standards. This paper provides an effective method to accurately calculate the 3D clearance for the shape design of an HST, which greatly reduces the development cost by minimizing the physical prototype that must be built.展开更多

In order to meet the demands of national economic development, the transport capacity of the line must be enhanced greatly. Depending on independent innovation, MOR, for the first time in the world,realizes the integration between GSM-R and Locotrol, the integration between 800 MHz digital radio and Locotrol, and the integration between a single set of Locotrol and SS4 locomotive. Meanwhile, CR develops equipment portfolio for heavy-haul through combining 2 high power locomotives of HXD series (means harmony) with controllable EOT. Relying on integration and innovation, it succeeds in operating 20 kt-level combined heavy-haul train on Datong-Qinhuangdao line, which tripled the annual traffic volume of the line from 1×108 t in 2002 to 3×108 t in 2007.展开更多

To address the challenges of supply-demand imbal-ance in rail transit and the complex passenger flow interactions among multiple hub stations under high-passenger-volume scenarios,this study proposes an optimized rail...To address the challenges of supply-demand imbal-ance in rail transit and the complex passenger flow interactions among multiple hub stations under high-passenger-volume scenarios,this study proposes an optimized rail transit scheduling method based on a flexible train formation strat-egy(FTFS).By constructing interaction parameters that characterize the coupling effects of high passenger flow across multiple hubs,a multiobjective optimization model is developed to minimize passenger waiting time at hub sta-tions and operational costs.An improved nondominated sorting genetic algorithm incorporating chaotic mapping and adaptive evolutionary parameters is designed for efficient so-lution optimization.This method overcomes the limitations of fixed train formations by supporting diversified modular unit detachment and reconnection,enabling dynamic capac-ity adjustment and efficient rolling stock circulation.A case study on Nanjing Metro Line 1 demonstrates that the FTFS reduces the average waiting time at hub stations by 47.2%,alleviates train congestion by approximately 18.6%,and re-duces the operational costs under low-demand scenarios by 44.8%.Pareto frontier analysis further reveals the trade-off mechanism between transport capacity elasticity and opera-tional costs.These findings validate the effectiveness of the flexible train formation model in mitigating platform conges-tion and enhancing passenger flow evacuation efficiency at transport hubs,providing multiobjective decision-making support for managing extreme passenger flow during holi-days and peak events.展开更多

文摘Purpose:To gain insights into the levels of training and support in research integrity and publishing ethics,levels of experience in publishing in scholarly journals and use of third-party manuscript preparation/editing services(which can include paper mills),and also to assess levels of awareness regarding different types of publishing ethics misconduct,we surveyed members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)Journal Ranking WeChat channel.Design/methodology/approach:The online survey collected voluntary anonymous responses from members of the CAS Journal Ranking WeChat channel,one of largest channels of Chinese researchers at all career stages within STM and social sciences.The respondents of the survey fell into one of the following categories:Undergraduate student,Master’s student,PhD candidate,Researcher,Research manager,Researcher with research management responsibilities,and Librarian.The survey included 14 main questions on the topics of access to research integrity and publishing ethics training,experience levels in publishing in scholarly journals(including using third-party services),authorship experiences and behaviours,levels of concern about different types of research integrity issues,and perceptions on who the respondents think are primarily responsible for upholding research integrity standards and training in publishing ethics.After applying inclusion criteria,1,777 responses were included in the analysis.Findings:Amongst the 1,777 respondents included in the study results,only 55.4%had any access to training in research integrity and publishing ethics,and an even smaller proportion to formal training.Even amongst cohorts with access to training(where respondents in the Researcher cohort have the highest access),answers to the questions on authorship and third-party services reveal many areas of confusion regarding authorship criteria and responsibilities in publishing ethics.In particular,the responses also show limited knowledge in recognising unethical service offerings by third-party services(e.g.adding authors,citations and data/images).The survey responses also show that even though respondents in the undergraduate cohort are already actively publishing articles as well as using third-party manuscript preparation/editing services,they have limited access to training and have high levels of uncertainty about authorship responsibilities.Out of all key stakeholders,respondents perceive research institutions to be mainly responsible for upholding research integrity standards as well as providing access to training.Research limitations:As with all voluntary online surveys,the study design includes inherent limitations due to the self-reported nature of the responses.The respondents who participate are likely to have a particular interest and a higher level of awareness about the survey topic,and so the self-selecting nature of the participants can introduce personal biases,which can affect the overall results.This survey was sent to members of a WeChat channel focused on journal rankings,which also discusses research integrity issues,so the respondents may not provide a general representation of their career stage/subject discipline cohorts.The sample sizes were not comparable across all cohorts,so direct comparisons could not always be made.Instead,where appropriate,separate comparisons were made between Undergraduate students,Master’s students,PhD candidates and Researchers(29.26%-18.68%of respondents),or between Research managers,Researcher with research management responsibilities and Librarians(4.28%-2.53%of respondents).Practical implications:It is important to ensure that research integrity and publishing ethics training and education needs are being met for researchers at all levels,including undergraduates.Findings from the survey highlight the importance of establishing training and education programmes tailored towards addressing specific areas of common confusion or limited awareness,especially to reduce the risk of unintentional misconduct.The findings from this survey can be used to inform training and education partnerships and collaborations across key stakeholders,including research institutions and publishers,so that we can collectively improve the overall integrity of scholarly publishing.A table of recommendations and a hypothetical case have been included to illustrate how this can be achieved.Originality/value:To our knowledge,this is the first survey on this topic developed via a collaboration between the research integrity team at an international scholarly publisher and scientometrics researchers based in China.Sharing our perspectives and experience to develop the survey questions has helped to highlight the common areas of confusion regarding authorship responsibilities and ethical third-party service offerings within researchers in China,even amongst those who do have access to training.
文摘In view of the mechanism and quality problems in the software ability training of computer majors in colleges and universities,as well as the engineering ability and innovation ability training results can not effectively meet the needs of society,this paper discusses how to realize the deep integration of production and education through school enterprise cooperation under the existing training mode.Through the establishment of a progressive whole process training system,students’software ability can be improved in an all-round way.Taking Shenyang Aerospace University as an example,it expounds how to organically combine the theoretical teaching in class with the cultivation of extracurricular innovation ability,and gradually guide students to comprehensively improve their software development ability and innovation ability.The model has been running for many years,and plays a leading role in promoting the reform of education and teaching and improving the quality of education,and provides reference for the brotherly colleges and universities.

文摘Vocational education plays a vital role in the development of skilled technical professionals and the advancement of the economy.However,the emphasis on campus education often neglects the importance of external training,hindering the overall development of vocational education.This study aims to address this issue by exploring the design and development of small modular courses that integrate training and education in vocational colleges,focusing on the mechanics course as a case study.The research methods employed in this study include an in-depth analysis of enterprise training needs,the development of digital teaching resources utilizing the finite element method(FEM),and the implementation of a small modular course integrating education and training.The data analysis reveals positive outcomes in terms of learners’comprehension and engagement with complex mechanics formulas through the use of stress nephograms and other digital resources.This research provides a new perspective on curriculum design and offers insights into the integration of training and education in vocational colleges.The findings underscore the significance of incorporating innovative teaching methodologies and digital resources in enhancing the quality and relevance of vocational education,ultimately contributing to the cultivation of skilled professionals and the growth of the vocational education sector.
文摘Background: Previous studies have demonstrated the plasticity of perceptual sensitivity and compensatory mechanisms of audiovisual integration (AVI) in older adults. However, the impact of perceptual training on audiovisual integrative abilities remains unclear. Methods: This study randomly assigned 40 older adults to either a training or control group. The training group underwent a five-day audiovisual perceptual program, while the control group received no training. Participants completed simultaneous judgment (SJ) and audiovisual detection tasks before and after training. Results: Findings indicated improved perceptual sensitivity to audiovisual synchrony in the training group, with AVI significantly higher post-test compared to pre-test (9.95% vs. 13.87%). No significant change was observed in the control group (9.61% vs. 10.77%). Conclusion: These results suggested that cross-modal perceptual training might be an effective candidate cognitive intervention to ease the dysfunction of unimodal sensory.

文摘Through summarizing the related literature of school-enterprise integration and collaborative education at home and abroad, it is found that there are the most researches on school-enterprise collaborative innovation mechanism. Most scholars have studied the construction of school-enterprise collaborative innovation mechanism from the aspects of knowledge management, cooperative motivation, benefit distribution and collaborative mode, focusing on the operation mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative innovation activities, rather than the training mode of skilled talents. Based on the research of domestic and foreign enterprises participation in talent training mode in higher vocational colleges, this paper clarifies the current situation of school-enterprise collaborative education in China, analyzes its existing problems, and puts forward the strategy of "school-enterprise collaborative innovation" to cultivate skilled talents. Taking our schools talent training as an example, this paper constructs a new talent training mode in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of deep integration of schools and enterprises and collaborative education.

文摘Integrative Body-Mind Training(IBMT) originates from ancient Eastern tradition.The method stresses no effort to control thoughts,but instead a state of restful alertness that allows a high degree of awareness of the body,breathing,and external instructions.A series of studies indicates that IBMT improves attention and self-regulation through interaction between the central(brain) and the autonomic(body) nervous systems.The present review mainly summarizes the recent results of IBMT studies and proposes how it changes the state of brain and body to lead to positive outcomes.Future directions in this field are also discussed.

文摘The 3D clearance of a high-speed train(HST) is critical to ensure the safety of railway transportation. Many studies have been conducted on the inspection of the clearance profile in railway operation based on the vision system, but few researchers have focused on the computation of the 3D clearance in the design phase of an HST. This paper summarizes the virtual 3D clearance computation of an HST based on model integration and the convex hull method. First, both the aerodynamic and kinetic analysis models of the HST are constructed. The two models are then integrated according to the corresponding relationship map, and an array of transformation matrixes of the HST is created to drive the designed model simulating the physical railway motion. Furthermore, the convex hull method is adopted to compute the 3D envelope of the moving train. Finally, the Hausdorff metric is involved in the measurement of the minimum clearance model and the 3D envelope model. In addition, the color map of the Hausdorff distance is established to verify that the designed shape of the HST meets the national standards. This paper provides an effective method to accurately calculate the 3D clearance for the shape design of an HST, which greatly reduces the development cost by minimizing the physical prototype that must be built.

文摘Datong-Qinhuangdao line, as the first electrified double-track heavy-haul line dedicated to coal transport in China, extends from Datong in the west, and reaches Qinhuangdao in the east, opened to traffic in December, 1992, totaling 653 km with the designed annual traffic volume of 1×108 t. In order to meet the demands of national economic development, the transport capacity of the line must be enhanced greatly. Depending on independent innovation, MOR, for the first time in the world,realizes the integration between GSM-R and Locotrol, the integration between 800 MHz digital radio and Locotrol, and the integration between a single set of Locotrol and SS4 locomotive. Meanwhile, CR develops equipment portfolio for heavy-haul through combining 2 high power locomotives of HXD series (means harmony) with controllable EOT. Relying on integration and innovation, it succeeds in operating 20 kt-level combined heavy-haul train on Datong-Qinhuangdao line, which tripled the annual traffic volume of the line from 1×108 t in 2002 to 3×108 t in 2007.

文摘Under the current medical education reform,the“clinical-research”model for TCM master’s degrees is a key approach to advancing the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.With the core of“dual-track integration,”this model aims to enhance both clinical practice and research abilities simultaneously.However,ten years of practice have shown that it still faces multiple challenges:an imbalance between clinical rotation time and research investment,deeply rooted attitudes that prioritize clinical work over research,insufficient TCM research resources and fragmented platforms,and poor coordination between policy and teaching design.These issues,particularly the methodological differences between TCM experience-based medicine and modern evidence-based medicine,further complicate the integration of clinical and research efforts.Therefore,there is an urgent need to promote the deep integration of research training into clinical practice through system design,value orientation,and evaluation systems,fostering a new ecological environment where clinical and research efforts thrive together.This will help cultivate TCM professionals with both strong clinical skills and innovative research capabilities,providing sustained momentum for the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine.

文摘To address the challenges of supply-demand imbal-ance in rail transit and the complex passenger flow interactions among multiple hub stations under high-passenger-volume scenarios,this study proposes an optimized rail transit scheduling method based on a flexible train formation strat-egy(FTFS).By constructing interaction parameters that characterize the coupling effects of high passenger flow across multiple hubs,a multiobjective optimization model is developed to minimize passenger waiting time at hub sta-tions and operational costs.An improved nondominated sorting genetic algorithm incorporating chaotic mapping and adaptive evolutionary parameters is designed for efficient so-lution optimization.This method overcomes the limitations of fixed train formations by supporting diversified modular unit detachment and reconnection,enabling dynamic capac-ity adjustment and efficient rolling stock circulation.A case study on Nanjing Metro Line 1 demonstrates that the FTFS reduces the average waiting time at hub stations by 47.2%,alleviates train congestion by approximately 18.6%,and re-duces the operational costs under low-demand scenarios by 44.8%.Pareto frontier analysis further reveals the trade-off mechanism between transport capacity elasticity and opera-tional costs.These findings validate the effectiveness of the flexible train formation model in mitigating platform conges-tion and enhancing passenger flow evacuation efficiency at transport hubs,providing multiobjective decision-making support for managing extreme passenger flow during holi-days and peak events.
文摘The landscape of hepatobiliary surgical education has undergone a significanttransformation with the integration of advanced technologies such as threedimensionalmodeling,virtual reality,augmented reality,and artificial intelligence.This review synthesizes recent advancements in surgical education,examiningthe role of these technologies in improving anatomical understanding,surgicalskill acquisition,and overall trainee engagement.Evidence from randomizedcontrolled trials,systematic reviews,and cohort studies shows that immersivetraining tools,including virtual reality,augmented reality,and haptic feedback,outperform traditional apprenticeship methods in fostering cognitive and psychomotorskills.Artificial intelligence applications provide real-time feedback,furtherenhancing learning efficiency.However,these technologies should complement,rather than replace,traditional hands-on training.Some challenges remain to beaddressed,such as high costs,infrastructure requirements,and limited long-termvalidation of these technologies.The review concludes that while these innovationsoffer promising educational benefits,further research is needed to standardizetheir application and evaluate their long-term impact on surgical outcomes.
