Chang'e-3 (CE-3) landed on the Mare Imbrium basin in the east part of Sinus Iridum (19.51°W, 44.12°N), which was China's first soft landing on the Moon and it started collecting data on the lunar surface environment. To better understand the environment of this region, this paper utilizes the available high-resolution topography data, image data and geological data to carry out a detailed analysis and research on the area surrounding the landing site (Sinus Iridum and 45 km×70 km of the landing area) as well as on the topography, landform, geology and lunar dust of the area surrounding the landing site. A general topographic analysis of the surrounding area is based on a digital elevation model and digital elevation model data acquired by Chang'e-2 that have high resolution; the geology analysis is based on lunar geological data published by USGS; the study on topographic factors and distribution of craters and rocks in the surrounding area covering 4km^4km or even smaller is based on images from the CE-3 landing camera and images from the topographic camera; an analysis is done of the effect of the CE-3 engine plume on the lunar surface by comparing images before and after the landing using data from the landing camera. A comprehensive analysis of the results shows that the landing site and its surrounding area are identified as typical lunar mare with flat topography. They are suitable for maneuvers by the rover, and are rich in geological phenomena and scientific targets, making it an ideal site for exploration. 展开更多

Background:The Genotype-Tissue Expression was used to expanded normal tissue of the Cancer Genome Atlas database. This study aimed to investigate genes associated with the pathogenesis and prognosis of prostate cancer. Methods:We conducted prognostic related genes for prostate cancer by using transcriptome data from the Genotype-Tissue Expression Project and the Cancer Genome Atlas data sources, which were analyzed using an integrated bioinformatics strategy.Clinically significant modules were distinguished, and GO and KEGG analysis were used to Database for Annotation,Visualization and Integrated Discovery.Further annotation was performed through Gene set enrichment analysis.Logistic regression was carried out to analyze the associations between clinicopathologic characteristics and the hub genes.Logistic regression model and survival analysis were performed. Results:By using data available from the Cancer Genome Atlas and the Genotype-Tissue Expression databases,we here show that 53 differential expression genes were identified.Through GO and KEGG analysis a prognostic related gene signature consisted of GOLM1,EIF4A1,ABCC4,RPL7P16,NPIPB12 and PCA3 was constructed with a good performance in predicting overall survivals. The majority of the six hub genes were associated with clinical characteristics of prostate cancer. Conclusion:These genes might be considered as new targets for further investigating the diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers to facilitate the molecular targeting therapy since they showed differently expressed in prostate cancer and correlate with overall survival prognosis. 展开更多

BACKGROUND In the quest to manage hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the focus has shifted to a more holistic approach encompassing both data analytics and innovative treatments.Analyzing rich data resources, such as the cancer genome atlas(TCGA),and examining progressive therapies can potentially reshape the trajectory of HCC treatment.AIM To elucidate the immunological genes and the underlying mechanism of the combined Kombo knife and sorafenib regimen for HCC by analyzing data from TCGA and machine learning data.METHODS Immune attributes were evaluated via TCGA's postablation HCC RNA sequencing data.Using weighted gene coexpression network analysis and machine learning,we identified genes with high prognostic value. The therapeutic landscape and safety metrics of the integrated treatment were critically evaluated across cellular and animal models.RESULTS Immune genes–specifically, peptidylprolyl isomerase A and solute carrier family 29 member 3–emerged as significant prognostic markers.Enhanced therapeutic outcomes, such as prolonged progression-free survival and an elevated overall response rate, characterize the combined approach, with peripheral blood mononuclear cells displaying potent effects on HCC dynamics.CONCLUSION The combination of Kombo knife with sorafenib is an innovative HCC treatment modality anchored in immunecentric strategies. 展开更多

Attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) is a disorder characterized by behavioral symptoms including hyperactivity/impulsivity among children, adolescents, and adults. These ADHD related symptoms are influenced by the complex interaction of brain networks which were under explored. We explored age-related brain network differences between ADHD patients and typically developing(TD) subjects using resting state f MRI(rs-f MRI) for three age groups of children, adolescents, and adults. We collected rs-f MRI data from 184 individuals(27 ADHD children and 31 TD children;32 ADHD adolescents and 32 TD adolescents;and 31 ADHD adults and 31 TD adults). The Brainnetome Atlas was used to define nodes in the network analysis. We compared three age groups of ADHD and TD subjects to identify the distinct regions that could explain age-related brain network differences based on degree centrality,a well-known measure of nodal centrality. The left middle temporal gyrus showed significant interaction effects between disease status(i.e.,ADHD or TD) and age(i.e.,child,adolescent,or adult)(P 0.001).Additional regions were identified at a relaxed threshold(P 0.05).Many of the identified regions(the left inferior frontal gyrus, the left middle temporal gyrus, and the left insular gyrus) were related to cognitive function. The results of our study suggest that aberrant development in cognitive brain regions might be associated with age-related brain network changes in ADHD patients. These findings contribute to better understand how brain function influences the symptoms of ADHD. 展开更多
