Ur-baniza...Urbanization strategic environmental assessment (SEA) is an effective instrument to enhance the harmo-nious development of urban complex system, integrating of environment and development in decision-making. Ur-banization strategic environmental assessment integration technology system (SEA-ITS) is composed of "3S" (RS, GIS and GPS), environmental expert system and environmental model system, coupling with appropriate SEA working process closely. In this paper, the structure and components of SEA-ITS are analyzed based on Chinese characteristics, meanwhile methods to fulfill the following system functions are discussed: urbanization SEA in-quiring, analysis, discrimination, assessment, prediction, decision-making and output. Moreover, methods and tech-nologies employed in different urbanization SEA hierarchies are summarized. As a case study, urbanization SEA-ITS is applied in Changchun City to solving complex real problems. Methods such as system dynamics and grey cluster are adopted to achieve the environmental impact assessment on the eco-industrial system planning. It is revealed that the system designed is capable of reflecting the dynamic behavior of eco-industrial system under different sce-narios, meanwhile accomplishing strategy optimization and supplying scientific reference. The 4th strategy, namely concerning on economy increase and its interaction with science, technology and environment progress, would have the best efficiency. Further, more attention should be paid to the secondary development of integration techniques and function modification system of urbanization SEA-ITS.展开更多
Objective:To rapidly assess the effectiveness,safety,economy,and applicability of Shaoma Zhijing granule(SZG)for the treatment of children with tic disorders(TD),and provide currently available best evidence for decis...Objective:To rapidly assess the effectiveness,safety,economy,and applicability of Shaoma Zhijing granule(SZG)for the treatment of children with tic disorders(TD),and provide currently available best evidence for decision-makers of health policies.Methods:We conducted a rapid health technology assessment(RHTA)to explore the value of SZG.A systematic literature search in eight literature databases and on three clinical trial registration platforms was performed.The literature was screened according to eligibility criteria.The screening process and data extraction were conducted by two reviewers,and the quality of the literature was also assessed.The results were summarized,analyzed,and presented in tables or figures.Results:A total of five randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included in this study,of which one was published in English(in the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry)and four in Chinese journals.The overall risk of bias for the five RCTs was evaluated as“some concerns.”SZG monotherapy or in combi-nation with tiapride was better than tiapride alone in improving traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and tic symptoms,with a daily cost of¥67.50e107.22.Adverse events were mainly related to the digestive,respiratory,and neurological systems,but all were mild.Conclusion:Overall,the current RHTA of published,peer-reviewed literature has located a small body of evidence evaluating the use of SZG for the treatment of TD in children.SZG has effects on improving TCM syndromes and tic symptoms;the daily cost is¥67.50e107.22;and all adverse events are mild.High-quality studies with long-term follow-up should be conducted,so as to provide local evidence and consistently guide and improve scientific decision-making.展开更多

The positio...Slope excavation is one of the most crucial steps in the construction of a hydraulic project. Excavation project quality assessment and excavated volume calculation are critical in construction management. The positioning of excavation projects using traditional instruments is inefficient and may cause error. To improve the efficiency and precision of calculation and assessment, three-dimensional laser scanning technology was used for slope excavation quality assessment. An efficient data acquisition, processing, and management workflow was presented in this study. Based on the quality control indices, including the average gradient, slope toe elevation, and overbreak and underbreak,cross-sectional quality assessment and holistic quality assessment methods were proposed to assess the slope excavation quality with laserscanned data. An algorithm was also presented to calculate the excavated volume with laser-scanned data. A field application and a laboratory experiment were carried out to verify the feasibility of these methods for excavation quality assessment and excavated volume calculation. The results show that the quality assessment indices can be obtained rapidly and accurately with design parameters and scanned data, and the results of holistic quality assessment are consistent with those of cross-sectional quality assessment. In addition, the time consumption in excavation quality assessment with the laser scanning technology can be reduced by 70%e90%, as compared with the traditional method. The excavated volume calculated with the scanned data only slightly differs from measured data, demonstrating the applicability of the excavated volume calculation method presented in this study.展开更多
Purpose-Nowadays successful organizations need to be masters at leadership by values to play in a constantly changing and transforming environment.But how can leaders and organizations effectively convene strategic an...Purpose-Nowadays successful organizations need to be masters at leadership by values to play in a constantly changing and transforming environment.But how can leaders and organizations effectively convene strategic and culture development based on values?This paper presents the Tri-Intersectional Model of Leadership by Values(TMLV)in which leaders and organizations can integrate a sustainable strategy,as well as a culture and value-based management system that simultaneously leverages human,financial,and social resources.With its three essential axes of values(economic-pragmatic,emotional-development,and ethical-social)at their intersection points,it allows leaders to focus on the strategy linkages:innovation-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the emotional-development values axis-allows them to develop sustainable innovations;survival-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the ethical-social values axis-enhances their organization’s survival;finally,sensibility-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the ethical-social values axis-makes them more humane and more socially-responsible.The application of the TMLV,using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System,can be a great inspiration for stimulating and working with values in organizations,as well as allowing leaders to develop a values-based,high-involvement,and performance-oriented culture.Methodology/Approach-This research considers empirical data analysis of the 37 case studies of the EU-InnovatE project(http//www.euinnovate.com)-a pioneering initiative to align innovation values to integrate the end user into the process of innovation and entrepreneurship related to a sustainable lifestyle and the green economy in Europe-using a fuzzy multiple-criteria decision making method and open technologies system,such as server-side PHP language,MariaDB Database,fork of MYSQL Database Management System,and JavaScript libraries to perform operation directly on the user’s browser.Findings-The application of the TMLV model,considering empirical analysis of the extracted values from the case studies,using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System,can be a great inspiration for stimulating and working with values in João organizations,as well as allowing leaders to develop suitable strategies and interventions for shaping a sustainable high-performance culture.Research implications-This research can be a starting point for further research to assess the effectiveness of the leadership model based on a decision-making open technology system in any given organization,as well as to invite researchers who have positive passion about working with values to participate in the improvement of this tool.Originality/value-The Tri-Intersectional Model of Leadership by Values using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System is presented as an evolution in leadership models that may be used to fuel innovation,survival,and a sensibility strategic focus that is necessary to optimize human and organizational performance and deliver effective solutions to the massive array of human,financial,and social problems we face today.展开更多

By referring these dimensions, I articulate two different TA modes of the techno-ethics embedment: One is the ethical technology assessment (eTA) that appears as a combination of an ethical judge with the objective technological force, while the other is the combination of an engaged ethical participant with an active technological mediator. Moreover, there is an ideal status of this trend that is an engaged ethical participant with an active technological mediator. To inform the efficient and sustainable development of the coal industry, this paper analyzes the sources of strategic risk for coal science and technology enterprises using 3 first-class indicators, 10 second-level indicators, and 37 observation points established through the existing research literature and experience. Moreover, in accordance to the obtained initial index data, the selected indicators have been tested and screened using reliability and membership degree analyses to remove redundant variables, avoid juxtaposition of risk factors at different levels, and reduce the influ- ence of some tiny risk factors for enterprise strategic risk. Then, factor analysis of external environment factor sub-scale was carried out. Factors are extracted according to a standard characteristic value greater than 1. Variables with high coefficients are classified into one factor category; and finally, 3 first-class indicators. 8 second-level indicators, and 37 observation noints are reconstructed.展开更多

Objective To evaluate the preventive drug use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection beyond the instructions by rapid health technology,and to provide reference for its rational clinical application.Methods The dat...Objective To evaluate the preventive drug use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection beyond the instructions by rapid health technology,and to provide reference for its rational clinical application.Methods The databases such as PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,HowNet,Wanfang,VIP and HTA websites were searched.Two researchers screened the literature to extract data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.If necessary,a third researcher was consulted.The included literature was analyzed and concluded through corresponding quality evaluation.Results and Conclusion Four meta-analysis articles and five pharmacoeconomics articles were included.In terms of effectiveness,compared with the blank group and the control group(diammonium glycyrrhizinate,glutathione,and polyene phosphatidylcholine),the preventive use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection had a lower incidence of drug-induced liver injury with a more significant reduction in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and total bilirubin.In terms of safety,except for an economic study in which some patients had a transient increase in blood pressure during the use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection,other studies did not show the increasing risk of adverse reactions due to preventive medication.In terms of economy,the use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection for prevention of different diseases did not necessarily have economic advantages over the control group(blank group and reduced glutathione,polyene phosphatidylcholine injection,traditional Chinese medicine combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection).In the prevention of drug induced liver injury,magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection used beyond the instructions has certain efficacy and safety,but it may not be the economic optimal for other different diseases.展开更多

Multiple scanning sys...This research establishes a methodological framework for generating geometrically accurate 3D representations of human crystalline lenses through scanning technologies and digital reconstruction. Multiple scanning systems were evaluated to identify optimal approaches for point cloud processing and subsequent development of parameterized solid models, facilitating comprehensive morpho-geometric characterization. Experimental work was performed at the 3D Scanning Laboratory of SEDIC (Industrial Design and Scientific Calculation Service) at the Technical University of Cartagena, employing five distinct scanner types based on structured light, laser, and infrared technologies. Test specimens—including preliminary calibration using a lentil and biological analysis of a human crystalline lens—were digitized under rigorously controlled environmental conditions. Acquired point clouds underwent processing in Rhinoceros software to produce digital surface meshes, which were subsequently converted into solid CAD models via SolidWorks. Model fidelity and biomedical relevance were assessed through quantification of geometric and physical properties. Scanner performance varied significantly in reconstruction precision and resolution, with structured blue light systems (e.g., Artec SPIDER) exhibiting superior capability for capturing lens surface topography compared to infrared or white light alternatives. Resultant models enabled accurate dimensional analysis of clinically relevant parameters including volumetric and surface area measurements. Technology-specific advantages and constraints were rigorously cataloged relative to sample attributes. Findings indicate that structured blue light scanning provides the most effective foundation for crystalline lens digitization and modeling. The presented methodological approach not only ensures high-fidelity solid model generation but also demonstrates translational potential in medical domains, from custom intraocular lens design to refinement of ophthalmic therapeutic interventions.展开更多

Global governance is often equated with international institutions such as the United Nations and the World Bank that were established after World War II to address problems transcending national borders. While these ...Global governance is often equated with international institutions such as the United Nations and the World Bank that were established after World War II to address problems transcending national borders. While these institutions incorporate norms of representative democracy that evolved in national societies, their legitimacy is often questioned on grounds of limited effectiveness and remoteness from the citizens they purportedly serve. The arguments of many democratic theorists that deliberation among ordinary citizens can legitimize policies that heed these views thus bear important implications for global governance. In this paper, the possibility and different ways that civil society enhancing public participation, transparency and accountability in global governance are addressed. The empirical focus will be on the world's first global deliberation--WWViews (world wide views on global warming) that was held in 38 countries with all inhabited continents in 2009. The social drivers that encourage innovation in global democratic governance are analysed, as the main successes and challenges of WWViews and sketch three scenarios of the future of deliberative global governance are based on the experiences and plans around global citizen participation. The authors argue that despite some challenges, such as ensuring high quality of deliberation in highly variant policy cultural contexts and building policy pathways conducive to political impact, the prospects of deliberation in helping solve global environmental and policy problems are high, and likely to see cumulative progress in the near future.展开更多

The indication to TC-RF ablation is usually made to improve the patient's quality of life through the elimination of the arrhythmic substrate. The objective of this study is to make a brief review of the literature and to report the Electrophysiology Unit experience of the Cardiovascular Department of the University Hospital of Trieste. From the study, it can be found that about one thousand of patients are visited annually in the Cardiovascular Department of the University Hospital of Trieste (1,019 ± 71/year over the past five years). The acute success rate of atrial fibrillation and flutter ablation procedures was respectively 93.9% and 97.9% with a relapse rate of 30% and 10% at 12 month. Accessory pathways and nodal atrio ventricular re-entry tachycardia ablation procedures had an acute success rate of respectively 91.1% and 96.6% with a relapse rate of 10% at 12 months. The overall complication rate was 5%. Catheter ablation is an effective therapy for SVA treatment. It can often be definitive, and it is generally superior to drug therapy, with a low complication rate. The improvement in patients' quality of life is associated with a reduced need for access to health services.展开更多

文摘Objective:To rapidly assess the effectiveness,safety,economy,and applicability of Shaoma Zhijing granule(SZG)for the treatment of children with tic disorders(TD),and provide currently available best evidence for decision-makers of health policies.Methods:We conducted a rapid health technology assessment(RHTA)to explore the value of SZG.A systematic literature search in eight literature databases and on three clinical trial registration platforms was performed.The literature was screened according to eligibility criteria.The screening process and data extraction were conducted by two reviewers,and the quality of the literature was also assessed.The results were summarized,analyzed,and presented in tables or figures.Results:A total of five randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included in this study,of which one was published in English(in the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry)and four in Chinese journals.The overall risk of bias for the five RCTs was evaluated as“some concerns.”SZG monotherapy or in combi-nation with tiapride was better than tiapride alone in improving traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and tic symptoms,with a daily cost of¥67.50e107.22.Adverse events were mainly related to the digestive,respiratory,and neurological systems,but all were mild.Conclusion:Overall,the current RHTA of published,peer-reviewed literature has located a small body of evidence evaluating the use of SZG for the treatment of TD in children.SZG has effects on improving TCM syndromes and tic symptoms;the daily cost is¥67.50e107.22;and all adverse events are mild.High-quality studies with long-term follow-up should be conducted,so as to provide local evidence and consistently guide and improve scientific decision-making.

文摘Slope excavation is one of the most crucial steps in the construction of a hydraulic project. Excavation project quality assessment and excavated volume calculation are critical in construction management. The positioning of excavation projects using traditional instruments is inefficient and may cause error. To improve the efficiency and precision of calculation and assessment, three-dimensional laser scanning technology was used for slope excavation quality assessment. An efficient data acquisition, processing, and management workflow was presented in this study. Based on the quality control indices, including the average gradient, slope toe elevation, and overbreak and underbreak,cross-sectional quality assessment and holistic quality assessment methods were proposed to assess the slope excavation quality with laserscanned data. An algorithm was also presented to calculate the excavated volume with laser-scanned data. A field application and a laboratory experiment were carried out to verify the feasibility of these methods for excavation quality assessment and excavated volume calculation. The results show that the quality assessment indices can be obtained rapidly and accurately with design parameters and scanned data, and the results of holistic quality assessment are consistent with those of cross-sectional quality assessment. In addition, the time consumption in excavation quality assessment with the laser scanning technology can be reduced by 70%e90%, as compared with the traditional method. The excavated volume calculated with the scanned data only slightly differs from measured data, demonstrating the applicability of the excavated volume calculation method presented in this study.
文摘Purpose-Nowadays successful organizations need to be masters at leadership by values to play in a constantly changing and transforming environment.But how can leaders and organizations effectively convene strategic and culture development based on values?This paper presents the Tri-Intersectional Model of Leadership by Values(TMLV)in which leaders and organizations can integrate a sustainable strategy,as well as a culture and value-based management system that simultaneously leverages human,financial,and social resources.With its three essential axes of values(economic-pragmatic,emotional-development,and ethical-social)at their intersection points,it allows leaders to focus on the strategy linkages:innovation-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the emotional-development values axis-allows them to develop sustainable innovations;survival-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the ethical-social values axis-enhances their organization’s survival;finally,sensibility-intersection between the economic-pragmatic values axis and the ethical-social values axis-makes them more humane and more socially-responsible.The application of the TMLV,using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System,can be a great inspiration for stimulating and working with values in organizations,as well as allowing leaders to develop a values-based,high-involvement,and performance-oriented culture.Methodology/Approach-This research considers empirical data analysis of the 37 case studies of the EU-InnovatE project(http//www.euinnovate.com)-a pioneering initiative to align innovation values to integrate the end user into the process of innovation and entrepreneurship related to a sustainable lifestyle and the green economy in Europe-using a fuzzy multiple-criteria decision making method and open technologies system,such as server-side PHP language,MariaDB Database,fork of MYSQL Database Management System,and JavaScript libraries to perform operation directly on the user’s browser.Findings-The application of the TMLV model,considering empirical analysis of the extracted values from the case studies,using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System,can be a great inspiration for stimulating and working with values in João organizations,as well as allowing leaders to develop suitable strategies and interventions for shaping a sustainable high-performance culture.Research implications-This research can be a starting point for further research to assess the effectiveness of the leadership model based on a decision-making open technology system in any given organization,as well as to invite researchers who have positive passion about working with values to participate in the improvement of this tool.Originality/value-The Tri-Intersectional Model of Leadership by Values using the Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making Open Technology Assessment System is presented as an evolution in leadership models that may be used to fuel innovation,survival,and a sensibility strategic focus that is necessary to optimize human and organizational performance and deliver effective solutions to the massive array of human,financial,and social problems we face today.

文摘Although a key tenant of the Sustainable Development Goals is to achieve universal health coverage,the global drug gap persists-cver a third of the global population lack access to essential medicines.Without access to affordable drugs,people have worse health outcomes,higher medical expenses,and productivity loss,pushing them into poverty.Health technology assessments(HTAs)offer an opportunity to decrease the global drug gap and increase access to essential medicines by overcoming barriers to medicine access.These barriers include drug procurement,drug affordability for payers and patients,a patienfs ability to obtain essential medicines,and health system capacity.Using HTAs can therefore close the global drug gap by increasing access to affordable essential medicines.In turn,people have better health outcomes,spend less money on medical care,and can have better productivity.Ultimately,use of HTAs can lift the population out of poverty and force fewer people into poverty by creating better health outcomes at affordable prices.
文摘Facing the ethical potentials of technology, there appears a new trend in technology assessment (TA) recently, which is techno-ethics embedment that aims embed ethical perspectives within the process of assessing and developing new technologies. There are two basic dimensions of this trend: the role of ethics and the status of technology. By referring these dimensions, I articulate two different TA modes of the techno-ethics embedment: One is the ethical technology assessment (eTA) that appears as a combination of an ethical judge with the objective technological force, while the other is the combination of an engaged ethical participant with an active technological mediator. Moreover, there is an ideal status of this trend that is an engaged ethical participant with an active technological mediator. As the thought of technology accompaniment shows, both the "agency" of human and technology will be embodied to the most in this ideal status of techno-ethics embedment.
文摘Coal occupies a dominant position in China's national economy and is an essential energy source for future industrial development. To inform the efficient and sustainable development of the coal industry, this paper analyzes the sources of strategic risk for coal science and technology enterprises using 3 first-class indicators, 10 second-level indicators, and 37 observation points established through the existing research literature and experience. Moreover, in accordance to the obtained initial index data, the selected indicators have been tested and screened using reliability and membership degree analyses to remove redundant variables, avoid juxtaposition of risk factors at different levels, and reduce the influ- ence of some tiny risk factors for enterprise strategic risk. Then, factor analysis of external environment factor sub-scale was carried out. Factors are extracted according to a standard characteristic value greater than 1. Variables with high coefficients are classified into one factor category; and finally, 3 first-class indicators. 8 second-level indicators, and 37 observation noints are reconstructed.
文摘Two problems were found in recent applications of TRLs in aerospace projects.One is how to accurately evaluate the readiness level of a given technology in a project using the TRL scale.The other is how to deal with the diversity(different types) of technologies involved in an aerospace project.To solve these problems,a technology readiness assessment(TRA) method based on three maturity characteristics is established,and this method is adapted according to the features of different types of technologies.The proposed method has been successfully applied to aerospace projects and enables great effectiveness and accuracy in assessing new technologies.
文摘Objective To evaluate the preventive drug use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection beyond the instructions by rapid health technology,and to provide reference for its rational clinical application.Methods The databases such as PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,HowNet,Wanfang,VIP and HTA websites were searched.Two researchers screened the literature to extract data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.If necessary,a third researcher was consulted.The included literature was analyzed and concluded through corresponding quality evaluation.Results and Conclusion Four meta-analysis articles and five pharmacoeconomics articles were included.In terms of effectiveness,compared with the blank group and the control group(diammonium glycyrrhizinate,glutathione,and polyene phosphatidylcholine),the preventive use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection had a lower incidence of drug-induced liver injury with a more significant reduction in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and total bilirubin.In terms of safety,except for an economic study in which some patients had a transient increase in blood pressure during the use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection,other studies did not show the increasing risk of adverse reactions due to preventive medication.In terms of economy,the use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection for prevention of different diseases did not necessarily have economic advantages over the control group(blank group and reduced glutathione,polyene phosphatidylcholine injection,traditional Chinese medicine combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection).In the prevention of drug induced liver injury,magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection used beyond the instructions has certain efficacy and safety,but it may not be the economic optimal for other different diseases.
文摘One Health approaches integrating human,animal,and environmental health are critical for addressing complex public health challenges,yet effective implementation requires robust technological innovation and cross-sectoral collaboration.This paper delves into the implementation and technological innovation of One Health in China,highlighting its significance from a technology assessment perspective.China has made marked progress in applying One Health technologies across domains including emerging infectious disease management,food safety,and antimicrobial resistance control.However,hinderance remains in developing an integrated system for wider technology dissemination.We focus on four main categories of One Health technologies(molecular technologies,geospatial technologies,risk monitoring and surveillance,and artificial intelligence and big data)to offer insights into their benefits,drawbacks,factors for successful implementation,scaling and governance strategies that both facilitate and hinder technology integration.Despite China's accomplishments,challenges remain in cross-sectoral integration,data sharing,and governance.Hence,we propose policy enhancement on the adoption and scaling of One Health technologies in China,aiming to bridge gaps in data integration and collaboration and strengthen governance frameworks.
文摘Amid the global wave of digital economy,China's medical artificial intelligence applications are rapidly advancing through technological innovation and policy support,while facing multifaceted evaluation and regulatory challenges.The dynamic algorithm evolution undermines the consistency of assessment criteria,multimodal systems lack unified evaluation metrics,and conflicts persist between data sharing and privacy protection.To address these issues,the China National Health Development Research Center has established a value assessment framework for artificial intelligence medical technologies,formulated the country's first technical guideline for clinical evaluation,and validated their practicality through scenario-based pilot studies.Furthermore,this paper proposes introducing a"regulatory sandbox"model to test technical compliance in controlled environments,thereby balancing innovation incentives with risk governance.

文摘Background:The integration of intelligent healthcare technologies with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnostic practices holds significant potential to address longstanding challenges in subjectivity and standardization;nevertheless,a systematic analysis of research trends,technological foci,and interdisciplinary collaboration within this field remains underexplored.Methods:This study employs bibliometric analysis to examine 497 articles(2003-2025)retrieved from Web of Science,PubMed,and CNKI.Visualization tools(VOSviewer and CiteSpace)were utilized to map research evolution,collaboration networks,and thematic clusters.Results:The analysis indicates a marked upsurge in research on this topic after 2019.Key research clusters identified through bibliometric analysis encompass AI-enabled pattern recognition,neural network architectures,algorithmic classification models,digital tongue image analysis,and computational syndrome differentiation frameworks.These clusters collectively address the subjectivity and standardization challenges inherent in TCM diagnosis.Conclusion:Intelligent healthcare technologies can significantly improve the accuracy,efficiency,and reproducibility of TCM diagnostic practices.Future work should foster international collaboration and develop multi-modal,clinically validated diagnostic models.

文摘This research establishes a methodological framework for generating geometrically accurate 3D representations of human crystalline lenses through scanning technologies and digital reconstruction. Multiple scanning systems were evaluated to identify optimal approaches for point cloud processing and subsequent development of parameterized solid models, facilitating comprehensive morpho-geometric characterization. Experimental work was performed at the 3D Scanning Laboratory of SEDIC (Industrial Design and Scientific Calculation Service) at the Technical University of Cartagena, employing five distinct scanner types based on structured light, laser, and infrared technologies. Test specimens—including preliminary calibration using a lentil and biological analysis of a human crystalline lens—were digitized under rigorously controlled environmental conditions. Acquired point clouds underwent processing in Rhinoceros software to produce digital surface meshes, which were subsequently converted into solid CAD models via SolidWorks. Model fidelity and biomedical relevance were assessed through quantification of geometric and physical properties. Scanner performance varied significantly in reconstruction precision and resolution, with structured blue light systems (e.g., Artec SPIDER) exhibiting superior capability for capturing lens surface topography compared to infrared or white light alternatives. Resultant models enabled accurate dimensional analysis of clinically relevant parameters including volumetric and surface area measurements. Technology-specific advantages and constraints were rigorously cataloged relative to sample attributes. Findings indicate that structured blue light scanning provides the most effective foundation for crystalline lens digitization and modeling. The presented methodological approach not only ensures high-fidelity solid model generation but also demonstrates translational potential in medical domains, from custom intraocular lens design to refinement of ophthalmic therapeutic interventions.
文摘目的分析三级医疗机构医院卫生技术(hospital-based health technology assessment,HB-HTA)评估开展现状,为完善医疗机构HB-HTA的应用提供参考和依据。方法运用便利抽样方法,对国家卫生健康委员会医疗管理服务指导中心HB-HTA工作试点医院和已开展HB-HTA的其他医院进行问卷调查和关键知情人访谈。结果共调查19家三级医疗机构,开展HB-HTA有利于促进医疗机构科学管理决策、保障医疗质量和安全、节约医院预算、提高HB-HTA认知水平。但目前HB-HTA还存在缺乏长期持续开展的激励机制、缺乏HB-HTA相关专业人才和部门、HB-HTA流程过于繁杂、卫生技术评估时效性较差、决策支持效率较低、研究结果推广率低等问题。结论建议加强政策、资金支持,注重加强医院内部卫生技术评估人才的引进和能力培训,积极鼓励和引导医院内部建立具体HB-HTA小组或者部门,探索开发HB-HTA支持决策流程的智能化工具或软件,通过多种方式促进评估成果和评估报告的传播共享,不断完善HB-HTA的开展。
文摘目的 比较可用于卫生技术评估中的生产率损失测量工具,厘清可用于卫生技术评估中的生产率损失测量工具的应用条件,以期为相关研究者在选择生产率损失的测量工具时提供参考。方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普等中外数据库,检索时间从数据库建库至2021年11月,由2名研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献、识别生产率损失测量工具、提取资料。结果 共识别出5种可用于卫生技术评估领域中的生产率损失测量工具,包括工作能力和活动受损量表(work productivity activity and impairment,WPAI)、工作能力局限调查问卷(work limitations questionnaire,WLQ)、健康与工作绩效问卷(Health and Work Performance Questionnaire,HPQ)、损失产能的估值(Valuation of Lost Productivity Questionnaire,VOLP)和医疗技术评估研究院(Institute for Medical Technology Assessment,IMTA)的生产力成本问卷(IMTA Productivity Questionnaire,IPCQ)。其中WPAI和WLQ是测量属性证据最为充足的工具;VOLP是成本涵盖最全的工具;WLQ是数据敏感性最强的工具;IPCQ是货币转化方法最多的工具;WPAI是获取使用最方便的工具。结论 对于卫生技术评估中的生产率损失测量的标准工具尚未存在统一共识,研究者可根据自身研究选取生产率损失测量工具。

文摘‘Empowerment’is the result of pursuing special capabilities under a specific value orientation.The changes in related object capabilities triggered by scientific and technical information activities in the new environment are important to the national scientific and technical(S&T)information governance.Based on the empowerment theories and evaluation practices,this study attempts to construct an empowerment evaluation framework for national S&T information governance and takes the participatory technology assessment and Altmetrics methods as examples to demonstrate its advantages:1)The capability changes and development potential are regarded as important basis for evaluation;2)The multi-person participation and multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation method is conducive to the democratic and objective nature of science and technology information governance policy formulation.
文摘Global governance is often equated with international institutions such as the United Nations and the World Bank that were established after World War II to address problems transcending national borders. While these institutions incorporate norms of representative democracy that evolved in national societies, their legitimacy is often questioned on grounds of limited effectiveness and remoteness from the citizens they purportedly serve. The arguments of many democratic theorists that deliberation among ordinary citizens can legitimize policies that heed these views thus bear important implications for global governance. In this paper, the possibility and different ways that civil society enhancing public participation, transparency and accountability in global governance are addressed. The empirical focus will be on the world's first global deliberation--WWViews (world wide views on global warming) that was held in 38 countries with all inhabited continents in 2009. The social drivers that encourage innovation in global democratic governance are analysed, as the main successes and challenges of WWViews and sketch three scenarios of the future of deliberative global governance are based on the experiences and plans around global citizen participation. The authors argue that despite some challenges, such as ensuring high quality of deliberation in highly variant policy cultural contexts and building policy pathways conducive to political impact, the prospects of deliberation in helping solve global environmental and policy problems are high, and likely to see cumulative progress in the near future.
文摘TC-RF (transcatheter radiofrequency) ablation has an important role in the treatment ofSVA (supraventricular arrhythmias). The indication to TC-RF ablation is usually made to improve the patient's quality of life through the elimination of the arrhythmic substrate. The objective of this study is to make a brief review of the literature and to report the Electrophysiology Unit experience of the Cardiovascular Department of the University Hospital of Trieste. From the study, it can be found that about one thousand of patients are visited annually in the Cardiovascular Department of the University Hospital of Trieste (1,019 ± 71/year over the past five years). The acute success rate of atrial fibrillation and flutter ablation procedures was respectively 93.9% and 97.9% with a relapse rate of 30% and 10% at 12 month. Accessory pathways and nodal atrio ventricular re-entry tachycardia ablation procedures had an acute success rate of respectively 91.1% and 96.6% with a relapse rate of 10% at 12 months. The overall complication rate was 5%. Catheter ablation is an effective therapy for SVA treatment. It can often be definitive, and it is generally superior to drug therapy, with a low complication rate. The improvement in patients' quality of life is associated with a reduced need for access to health services.
