The corrosion resistance behavior of TA2 pure titanium processed by tungsten inert gas(TIG)welding was investigated in artificial saliva solution at 37℃.By metallographic examination,electrochemical measurement techn...The corrosion resistance behavior of TA2 pure titanium processed by tungsten inert gas(TIG)welding was investigated in artificial saliva solution at 37℃.By metallographic examination,electrochemical measurement technology,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),the corrosion resistance of the base metal(BM),heat-affected zone(HAZ),and weld metal(WM)were investigated.Metallographic examination experiments show that welding process would cause the growth of grain size.In addition,phase change happens in the HAZ and WM.The change of grain size and phase would influence the generation of the original passive film.The electrochemical tests show that the BM,HAZ,and WM are all equipped with good corrosion resistance.The welded joint shows a better corrosion resistance than the original TA2.It is shown that the BM with the lowest corrosion potential and the biggest corrosion current has a worse corrosion resistance than WM as well as HAZ.Silver(Ag)nanoparticles can be distributed on the WM zone of Ti uniformly.The WM zone of Ti with Ag coating considerably enhances the antibacterial activity of Ti implants.展开更多

The results showed that Cu-Zn-Al SMA engendered dezincification corrosion in Tyrode'ssolution. The anodic active current densities as well as electrochemical dissolution sensitivity ofthe electroless plated Ni-P Cu-Zn-Al SMA increased with NaCl concentration rising, pH of solutiondecreasing and environmental temperature uprising. X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that aftersurface modification by electroless plated Ni-P, an amorphous plated film formed on the surface ofCu-Zn-Al SMA. This film can effectively isolate matrix metal from corrosion media and significantlyimprove the electrochemical property of Cu-Zn-Al SMA in artificial Tyrode's solution.展开更多
Spatial photonic Ising machines,as emerging artificial intelligence hardware solutions by leveraging unique physical phenomena,have shown promising results in solving large-scale combinatorial problems.However,spatial...Spatial photonic Ising machines,as emerging artificial intelligence hardware solutions by leveraging unique physical phenomena,have shown promising results in solving large-scale combinatorial problems.However,spatial light modulator enabled Ising machines still remain bulky,are very power demanding,and have poor stability.In this study,we propose an integrated XY Ising sampler based on a highly uniform multimode interferometer and a phase shifter array,enabling the minimization of both discrete and continuous spin Hamiltonians.We elucidate the performance of this computing platform in achieving fully programmable spin couplings and external magnetic fields.Additionally,we successfully demonstrate the weighted full-rank Ising model with a linear dependence of 0.82 and weighted MaxCut problem solving with the proposed sampler.Our results illustrate that the developed structure has significant potential for larger-scale,reduced power consumption and increased operational speed,positioning it as a versatile platform for commercially viable high-performance samplers of combinatorial optimization problems.展开更多
