Methods: this study since November 2019 until January 2021, through a computer randomly selected way to the hospital for treatment of 232 cases of coronary heart disease patients were divided into two groups, respectively, in the control group (n = 116, routine ecg examination) and observation group (n = 116, dynamic ecg examination), comparing the detection rate of two groups of patients. Results: the probability of disease detection in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). The detection rate of arrhythmia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for patients with coronary heart disease in clinic diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia, through the role of dynamic electrocardiogram (ecg) for patients with the corresponding inspection, process of clinical detection rate significantly more ideal, and the results were more accurate, in the actual clinical use in a more ideal effect in effect.展开更多
Objective: to compare the direct effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol on the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease in elderly patients with arrhythmia, so as to provide a combination drug reg...Objective: to compare the direct effect of amiodarone combined with metoprolol on the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease in elderly patients with arrhythmia, so as to provide a combination drug regimen for the treatment of patients with safety guarantee. Methods: 120 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into two groups: the control group was treated with amiodarone, and the observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with metoprolol, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: through the statistical analysis of experimental data, the treatment effect of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that of the control group. It can be seen that the observation group had better improvement effect. In addition, the heart rate and QTd level of observation group were (63.5±4.3) and (42.1±4.9), which were better than those of control group (72.3±5.1) and (49.5±6.1), respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment effect of amiodarone in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia is relatively simple, while combined with metoprolol. On the one hand, it can improve the heart rate level, on the other hand, the improvement effect of QT dispersion of patients is obvious, so it has high application value and can be widely promoted.展开更多
