Cooperative RISE learning-based circumnavigation of networked unmanned aerial vehicles with collision avoidance and connectivity preservation

In this paper, a bearing-based three-dimensional self-localization and distributed circumnavigation with connectivity preservation and collision avoidance are investigated for a group of quadrotor-type unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). A leader–follower structure is adopted, wherein the leader moves with reference dynamics (a target). Different from the existing approaches that necessitate full knowledge of the time-varying reference trajectory, in this paper, it is assumed that only some vehicles (at least one) have access to the bearing relative to the target, and all other vehicles are equipped with sensors capable of measuring the bearings relative to neighboring vehicles. In this paper, a consensus estimator is proposed to estimate the global position for each vehicle using relative bearing measurements and an estimate of neighboring vehicles received from a direct communication network. Then, a continuous robust integral of the sign of the error (RISE) control approach is effectively integrated with the distributed vector field approach to ensure UAV formation orbiting around the moving target while avoiding obstacles and maintaining network links within available communication ranges. In contrast to the classical RISE control rule, a \(\tanh (\cdot )\) function is used instead of the \(\text {sgn}(\cdot )\) function to further decrease the high-gain feedback and to obtain a smoother control signal. Furthermore, by using the localized radial basis function (RBF) neural networks (NNs) in a cooperative way, deterministic learning theory is employed to accurately identify/learn model uncertainties resulting from the attitude dynamics. The convergence of the entire closed-loop system is illustrated using the Lyapunov theory and is shown to be uniformly ultimately bounded. Finally, numerical simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed approach. 展开更多

Abnormal approach-avoidance behavior has been linked to deficits in the mesolimbic dopamine(DA)system of the brain. Recently, increasing evidence has indicated that toll-like receptor 4(TLR4), an important pattern-recognition receptor in the innate immune system,can be directly activated by substances of abuse, resulting in an increase of the extracellular DA level in the nucleus accumbens. We thus hypothesized that TLR4-dependent signaling might regulate approach-avoidance behavior. To test this hypothesis, we compared the novelty-seeking and social interaction behaviors of TLR4-deficient(TLR4^(-/-))and wild-type(WT) mice in an approach-avoidance conflict situation in which the positive motivation to explore a novel object or interact with an unfamiliar mouse was counteracted by the negative motivation to hide in exposed,large spaces. We found that TLR4^(-/-)mice exhibitedreduced novelty-seeking and social interaction in the large open spaces. In less stressful test apparatuses similar in size to the mouse cage, however, TLR4^(-/-)mice performed normally in both novelty-seeking and social interaction tests. The reduced exploratory behaviors under approachavoidance conflict were not due to a high anxiety level or an enhanced fear response in the TLR4^(-/-)mice, as these mice showed normal anxiety and fear responses in the open field and passive avoidance tests, respectively. Importantly,the novelty-seeking behavior in the large open field induced a higher level of c-Fos activation in the nucleus accumbens shell(NAc Sh) in TLR4^(-/-)mice than in WT mice. Partially inactivating the NAc Sh via infusion of GABA receptor agonists restored the novelty-seeking behavior of TLR4^(-/-)mice. These data suggested that TLR4 is crucial for positive motivational behavior under approach-avoidance conflict. TLR4-dependent activation of neurons in the NAc Sh may contribute to this phenomenon. 展开更多

[Result] The post-evaluation on environmental planning by means of LFA achieved expected purpose and various indexes at different stages of environmental planning was assessed, and then corresponding countermeasures were put forward according to the problems which were found by problem tree of environmental planning project. In some military application scenarios,Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)need to perform missions with the assistance of on-board cameras when radar is not available and communication is interrupted,which brings challenges for UAV autonomous navigation and collision avoidance.In this paper,an improved deep-reinforcement-learning algorithm,Deep Q-Network with a Faster R-CNN model and a Data Deposit Mechanism(FRDDM-DQN),is proposed.A Faster R-CNN model(FR)is introduced and optimized to obtain the ability to extract obstacle information from images,and a new replay memory Data Deposit Mechanism(DDM)is designed to train an agent with a better performance.During training,a two-part training approach is used to reduce the time spent on training as well as retraining when the scenario changes.In order to verify the performance of the proposed method,a series of experiments,including training experiments,test experiments,and typical episodes experiments,is conducted in a 3D simulation environment.Experimental results show that the agent trained by the proposed FRDDM-DQN has the ability to navigate autonomously and avoid collisions,and performs better compared to the FRDQN,FR-DDQN,FR-Dueling DQN,YOLO-based YDDM-DQN,and original FR outputbased FR-ODQN. 展开更多

For large-scale heterogeneous multi-agent systems(MASs)with characteristics of dense-sparse mixed distribution,this paper investigates the practical finite-time deployment problem by establishing a novel crossspecies bionic analytical framework based on the partial differential equation-ordinary differential equation(PDE-ODE)approach.Specifically,by designing a specialized network communication protocol and employing the spatial continuum method for densely distributed agents,this paper models the tracking errors of densely distributed agents as a PDE equivalent to a human disease transmission model,and that of sparsely distributed agents as several ODEs equivalent to the predator population models.The coupling relationship between the PDE and ODE models is established through boundary conditions of the PDE,thereby forming a PDE-ODE-based tracking error model for the considered MASs.Furthermore,by integrating adaptive neural control scheme with the aforementioned biological models,a“Flexible Neural Network”endowed with adaptive and self-stabilized capabilities is constructed,which acts upon the considered MASs,enabling their practical finite-time deployment.Finally,effectiveness of the developed approach is illustrated through a numerical example. 展开更多

Right-Eigenstate-Based Approach to Non-Hermitian Superfluidity with Two-Body Loss

We theoretically explore a non-Hermitian superfluid model with complex-valued interaction, inspired by two-body loss stemming from inelastic scattering observed in ultracold atomic experiments. Utilizing both the right-eigenstate-based mean-field theory and its biorthogonal counterpart, we study the properties of the system. Notably, the right-eigenstate-based framework produces smooth and continuous solutions, in stark contrast to the absence of nontrivial solutions and the abrupt discontinuities observed in the biorthogonal-eigenstatebased framework under moderate dissipation. In addition, the lower condensation energy obtained in the former framework suggests its superior suitability for describing this system. Furthermore, we explore the impact of backscattering, a crucial factor in realistic systems. Our analysis reveals that, facilitated by two-body loss, even moderate backscattering destabilizes the superfluid state. Sufficiently strong backscattering completely destroys it, highlighting a key mechanism for the fragility of this non-Hermitian quantum phase. 展开更多

Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 29.983(9), b = 13.709(3), c = 14.391(3)A, β = 114.93(4)°, V = 5364(2) A3, Dc = 1.493 g/cm^3, C28H19N5O7 Zn, Mr = 602.85, F(000) = 2464, μ(Mo Kα) = 0.972 mm^-1, Z = 8, R = 0.0935 and w R = 0.1509 for 4724 observed reflections(I 〉 2σ(I)). The variational data assimilation scheme (VAR) is applied to investigating the advective effect and the evolution of the control variables in time splitting semi-Lagrangian framework. Two variational algorithms are used. One is the conjugate code method-direct approach, and another is the numerical backward integration of analytical adjoint equation—indirect approach. Theoretical derivation and sensitivity tests are conducted in order to verify the consistency and inconsistency of the two algorithms under the semi-Lagrangian framework. On the other hand, the sensitivity of the perfect and imperfect initial condition is also tested in both direct and indirect approaches. Our research has shown that the two algorithms are not only identical in theory, but also identical in numerical calculation. Furthermore, the algorithms of the indirect approach are much more feasible and efficient than that of the direct one when both are employed in the semi-Lagrangian framework. Taking advantage of semi-Lagrangian framework, one purpose of this paper is to illustrate when the variational assimilation algorithm is concerned in the computational method of the backward integration, the algorithm is extremely facilitated. Such simplicity in indirect approach should be meaningful for the VAR design in passive model. Indeed, if one can successfully split the diabatic and adiabatic process, the algorithms represented in this paper might be easily used in a more general vision of atmospheric model. 展开更多

员工的创新行为能为员工个体和组织带来益处,但同时也会给员工带来较大风险,而现有研究未解决员工在面对潜在风险时仍会表现出创新行为这个问题。本文基于趋利-避害框架理论,通过163个团队的489份数据,探讨了趋利型/避害型主动性人格影... 员工的创新行为能为员工个体和组织带来益处,但同时也会给员工带来较大风险,而现有研究未解决员工在面对潜在风险时仍会表现出创新行为这个问题。本文基于趋利-避害框架理论,通过163个团队的489份数据,探讨了趋利型/避害型主动性人格影响员工不同类型创新行为的内在作用机制和边界条件。研究发现,趋利型主动性人格通过机会发掘动机间接影响增益型创新行为,而避害型主动性人格通过问题发掘动机间接影响避害型创新行为。团队内授权氛围不仅会调节趋利型主动人格与机会发掘动机的关系,还会进一步调节趋利型主动型人格通过机会发掘动机间接影响增益型创新行为的关系。同时,团队间竞争氛围可以调节避害型主动人格与问题发掘动机的关系,进一步调节避害型主动型人格通过问题发掘动机间接影响避害型创新行为的关系。本文在理论上有助于澄清主动性人格的实质及其对不同类型创新行为的影响效应和作用机制,为提高企业创新行为管理水平提供管理启示。 展开更多

Herein,we developed for the first time two carboxylic acid based intrinsic proton conductors(COOHCOF-1 and COOH-COF-2)via pre-assembly approach.The obtained COOH-COF-1 and COOH-COF-2 not only show outstanding chemical and thermal stabilities,but also exhibit superhigh intrinsic proton conductive behaviors.Especially,the intrinsic proton conductivity of COOH-COF-2 is up to 2.6×10^(−3) S/cm at 353 K and 98%RH,which is the highest value among all the reported acid functionalized COFs.This work lights up the way for the rational design of functional COFs with remarkably intrinsic proton conducting performance and related practical applications. 展开更多

The business challenges of today are managing complexity and the speed of changes with processes and systems since there are continuously new requirements from market, consumers, suppliers, employees, government etc. For example, when product and service innovations are launched on the market, the relevant processes, policies, people, systems, and technologies should have been prepared and set up in advance. Depending on the business sector, the implementation of new processes and systems as well as their continuous improvement can be easy to very complex and of course very costly. Responding to those challenges, there are several methodologies and approaches like Continuous Improvement Process, Lean Management and Kaizen etc. On the other hand, the application of these methodologies to other industries like service and technology companies is not always successful since their conditions and requirements are different than those of manufacturing organizations. Because of these reasons, the management needs to find out (new) ways of working and to implement new solutions in order to master those challenges and problems. This is not always easy and successful. There are different types of solution options that can be applied situational in every organization. Philosophy can help essentially by asking and answering critical questions in order to provide with solution options to reduce the complexity and to increase the speed of processes. There are several proven and new governance concepts, frameworks, and tools which follow their philosophies. This paper demonstrates how those challenges can be responded and managed as well as how a philosophical approach can help primarily to provide with appropriate solutions. 展开更多

Environmental complaint insights through text mining based on the driver,pressure,state,impact,and response(DPSIR)framework:Evidence from an Italian environmental agency

Individuals,local communities,environmental associations,private organizations,and public representatives and bodies may all be aggrieved by environmental problems concerning poor air quality,illegal waste disposal,water contamination,and general pollution.Environmental complaints represent the expressions of dissatisfaction with these issues.As the timeconsuming of managing a large number of complaints,text mining may be useful for automatically extracting information on stakeholder priorities and concerns.The paper used text mining and semantic network analysis to crawl relevant keywords about environmental complaints from two online complaint submission systems:online claim submission system of Regional Agency for Prevention,Environment and Energy(Arpae)(“Contact Arpae”);and Arpae's internal platform for environmental pollution(“Environmental incident reporting portal”)in the Emilia-Romagna Region,Italy.We evaluated the total of 2477 records and classified this information based on the claim topic(air pollution,water pollution,noise pollution,waste,odor,soil,weather-climate,sea-coast,and electromagnetic radiation)and geographical distribution.Then,this paper used natural language processing to extract keywords from the dataset,and classified keywords ranking higher in Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency(TF-IDF)based on the driver,pressure,state,impact,and response(DPSIR)framework.This study provided a systemic approach to understanding the interaction between people and environment in different geographical contexts and builds sustainable and healthy communities.The results showed that most complaints are from the public and associated with air pollution and odor.Factories(particularly foundries and ceramic industries)and farms are identified as the drivers of environmental issues.Citizen believed that environmental issues mainly affect human well-being.Moreover,the keywords of“odor”,“report”,“request”,“presence”,“municipality”,and“hours”were the most influential and meaningful concepts,as demonstrated by their high degree and betweenness centrality values.Keywords connecting odor(classified as impacts)and air pollution(classified as state)were the most important(such as“odor-burnt plastic”and“odor-acrid”).Complainants perceived odor annoyance as a primary environmental concern,possibly related to two main drivers:“odor-factory”and“odorsfarms”.The proposed approach has several theoretical and practical implications:text mining may quickly and efficiently address citizen needs,providing the basis toward automating(even partially)the complaint process;and the DPSIR framework might support the planning and organization of information and the identification of stakeholder concerns and priorities,as well as metrics and indicators for their assessment.Therefore,integration of the DPSIR framework with the text mining of environmental complaints might generate a comprehensive environmental knowledge base as a prerequisite for a wider exploitation of analysis to support decision-making processes and environmental management activities. 展开更多

数字治理赋能新时代教育综合改革既是教育高质量发展的应然之举,也是响应教育治理体系和治理能力现代化要求的现实呈现。深刻把握数字治理理论的发展历史和内容构成,并将其置于推进中国式现代化、建设教育强国的背景下,发现数字治理与... 数字治理赋能新时代教育综合改革既是教育高质量发展的应然之举,也是响应教育治理体系和治理能力现代化要求的现实呈现。深刻把握数字治理理论的发展历史和内容构成,并将其置于推进中国式现代化、建设教育强国的背景下,发现数字治理与新时代教育综合改革在国家战略逻辑、教育变革逻辑、理念行动逻辑维度高度耦合。考察数字治理赋能新时代教育综合改革系统的理论模型,建构形成一个“价值共创—利益调适—制度优化—数字技术”整合性分析框架。在此基础上,进一步提出数字治理赋能新时代教育综合改革的实践进路:弥合“数字鸿沟”,建构基于公平正义、注重公众需求的教育治理理念观;打破“数字孤岛”,建构基于协同治理、强调利益调适的教育治理组织观;纾解“技术悬浮”,建构基于高效交互、突出预诊施策的教育治理行动观;防范“唯数据论”,建构基于精准循证、保持适度韧性的教育治理质量观。 展开更多

Mercury(Hg^(2+))has been recognized as a global pollutant with a toxic,mobile,and persistent nature.It adversely affects the ecosystem and human health.Already developed biosensors for Hg^(2+)detection majorly suffer from poor sensitivity and specificity.Herein,a colorimetric/fluorimetric dual-mode sensing approach is designed for the quantitative detection of Hg^(2+).This novel sensing approach utilizes nanofluorophores,i.e.,fluorescent copper nanoclusters-doped zirconia metal-organic framework(CuNCs@Zr-MOF)nanoconjugate(blue color)and N-methyl mesoporphyrin IX(NMM)(red color)in combination with peroxidase-mimicking G-quadruplex DNAzyme(PMDNAzyme).In the presence of Hg^(2+),dabcyl conjugated complementary DNA with T-T mismatches form the stable duplex with the CuNCs@Zr-MOF@G-quadruplex structure through T-Hg^(2+)-T base pairing.It causes the quenching of fluorescence of CuNCs@Zr-MOF(463 nm)due to the Förster resonance energy transfer(FRET)system.Moreover,the G-quadruplex(G4)structure of the aptamer enhances the fluorescence emission of NMM(610 nm).Besides this,the peroxidase-like activity of G4/hemin DNAzyme offers the colorimetric detection of Hg^(2+).The formation of duplex with PMDNAzyme increases the catalytic activity.This novel biosensing probe quantitatively detected Hg^(2+)using both fluorimetry and colorimetry approaches with a low detection limit of 0.59 and 36.3 nM,respectively.It was also observed that the presence of interfering metal ions in case of real aqueous samples does not affect the performance of this novel biosensing probe.These findings confirm the considerable potential of the proposed biosensing probe to screen the concentration of Hg^(2+)in aquatic products. 展开更多

近年来,全球环境动荡多变,公共危机频发,给员工工作和生活造成诸多不确定性,影响员工资源的获取和利用。因此,特定社会情境下的资源重塑显得格外重要。本文基于认知评价视角,从资源重塑切入,采取线性回归和结构方程模型的方法,探究员工... 近年来,全球环境动荡多变,公共危机频发,给员工工作和生活造成诸多不确定性,影响员工资源的获取和利用。因此,特定社会情境下的资源重塑显得格外重要。本文基于认知评价视角,从资源重塑切入,采取线性回归和结构方程模型的方法,探究员工不确定性感知通过不同途径对资源重塑产生的影响。研究结果表明,在动荡多变的社会环境下,不确定性感知一方面通过威胁评价正向影响回避型资源重塑;另一方面通过挑战评价影响趋近型资源重塑。此外,工作重塑自我效能(JCSE)作为一种关键认知资源,调节了不确定性感知与威胁评价和挑战评价的关系。本文揭示了特定背景下两种资源重塑的前因和过程机制,为组织干预不确定性压力下的员工资源重塑提供重要参考。 展开更多

在百年变局的大背景下,非传统安全呈现出新的特征与发展趋势,非传统安全研究需要在此基础之上与时俱进。以总体国家安全观为指导,从价值论、本体论层面搭建非传统安全的基础理论框架,可以将非传统安全研究诸多议题进行系统性梳理,并形... 在百年变局的大背景下,非传统安全呈现出新的特征与发展趋势,非传统安全研究需要在此基础之上与时俱进。以总体国家安全观为指导,从价值论、本体论层面搭建非传统安全的基础理论框架,可以将非传统安全研究诸多议题进行系统性梳理,并形成规范体系。在价值论层面,统筹发展和安全既呼应时代变革的历史逻辑,又符合传统安全与非传统安全相互交织的内生逻辑。在本体论层面,非传统安全指涉对象为“人的安全”而非“国家安全”,但是应当注意二者之间的关系为“交叠圆”结构关系,并统筹于“以人民安全为宗旨”的总体和合性与优态共存之中;非传统安全的威胁来源应当更多关注外源性、多源性威胁,并重视内源性威胁与外源性威胁之间的联动;非传统安全的实现方式应当在程序上完善安全化—去安全化的双向建构,在实现路径上坚持全球安全观理论下的共同体路径安全合作。将非传统安全研究置于总体国家安全观之下,并结合地缘政治及国际环境,才能逐渐形成中国自主知识体系下的非传统安全研究范式。 展开更多
