This study is dedicated to exploring the role of scientific research team construction and collaborative management mechanisms in applied undergraduate universities in promoting diversified talent training and collaborative innovation models.By forming an interdisciplinary scientific research team and recording in detail the team’s performance,problems encountered,and solutions during the collaborative innovation process,the study found that interdisciplinary team construction significantly improved scientific research timeliness,which was 29.33%higher than that of traditional single-disciplinary teams.Therefore,the construction of interdisciplinary scientific research teams and collaborative management mechanisms are effective ways for applied undergraduate universities to promote diversified talent training and collaborative innovation. 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively evaluate the modern training model of rehabilitation therapy technology talents.Selecting the third-year students of the rehabilitation therapy technology program in School Y as the research subject,300 questionnaires were collected and the effective response rate was 92%.The strengths and weaknesses of the modern training model were analyzed through a mixed qualitative and quantitative research method.It was found that 68%of the students thought that the modern model had obvious advantages in practical teaching,but 42%of the students thought that it still needed to be improved in personalized teaching.This study provides an empirical basis and specific suggestions for optimizing the cultivation of rehabilitation therapy technology talents. 展开更多

In today's world,the competition for high-end smart technology is becoming increasingly fierce,and the huge connotation hidden behind the fierce competition is the competition of high-quality skilled talents.The status of secondary vocational education in our country's education system has a solid foundational role.The close connection it exhibits with social and economic development is beyond the reach of other types of education.However,the current secondary vocational education talent training model shows a situation that is not in line with market demand,and problems such as"shortage of skilled personnel"and"unemployment structural imbalance"have appeared in related fields.The supply of talents in secondary vocational education lacks a balanced mechanism,lacks in quality of supply,and does not have a high effect.It is urgent to train high-quality skilled talents with matching socio-economic structure transformation and upgrading for the society through education supply-side reform measures.In view of this,according to the changes in market demand,we will vigorously promote the reform of the school-based curriculum of secondary vocational schools,strive to create a new integrated development model that combines textbooks and practice,promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation between schools and characteristic enterprises in the industry,and train people in practice.Cultivating people,creating a good atmosphere for cultivating technical talents,and combining with the new goal of practicing education to build an evaluation system suitable for the growth of secondary vocational talents,making the human resource structure more and more suitable for the transformation and upgrading of the current social industrial structure. 展开更多

Training vocational and technical talents in western China from the perspective of rural vitalization

With the announcement of the Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022), China's western region has become an important battleground for rural revitalization strategies. To create a work team that understands agriculture, loves the countryside, and loves farmers is inseparable from vocational and technical education. The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy urgently requires the services of professional and technical personnel in the western region. According to the training mode of international and domestic professional and technical talents and the status quo of professional and technical talents in the western region, the paper analyzes the problem of "urbanization" in vocational and technical education in western China, lack of vocational education system and education form for "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", lack of diversity and flexibility in the learning system. Serving the rural revitalization strategy, we must vigorously develop vocational education for rural areas, cultivate rural craftsmen and economic management talents, optimize the vocational education curriculum system, strengthen the construction of teachers, and create a diverse talent evaluation mechanism. Under the current medical education reform,the“clinical-research”model for TCM master’s degrees is a key approach to advancing the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.With the core of“dual-track integration,”this model aims to enhance both clinical practice and research abilities simultaneously.However,ten years of practice have shown that it still faces multiple challenges:an imbalance between clinical rotation time and research investment,deeply rooted attitudes that prioritize clinical work over research,insufficient TCM research resources and fragmented platforms,and poor coordination between policy and teaching design.These issues,particularly the methodological differences between TCM experience-based medicine and modern evidence-based medicine,further complicate the integration of clinical and research efforts.Therefore,there is an urgent need to promote the deep integration of research training into clinical practice through system design,value orientation,and evaluation systems,fostering a new ecological environment where clinical and research efforts thrive together.This will help cultivate TCM professionals with both strong clinical skills and innovative research capabilities,providing sustained momentum for the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine. 展开更多

The international development of the petroleum industry has posed an urgent demand for the internationalization capabilities of both academic and professional master’s students.However,there is currently a shortage of such talent in the petroleum energy sector,along with a lack of a collaborative training system.Based on this,this study focuses on featured disciplines in the petroleum energy sector and systematically constructs an international talent training model centered around the“five-element synergy”of“government-school-enterprise-teacher-student.”Firstly,it defines the connotations of the five-element synergy:“government(strategic guidance)-school(platform support)-enterprise(demand verification)-teacher(leading transformation)-student(practical co-creation).”Secondly,it sets distinct training objectives for academic(focusing on academic innovation)and professional(emphasizing engineering practice)master’s students.Furthermore,it constructs a“categorized and layered,progressive and collaborative”curriculum system,builds an international faculty team through a“recruitment+training”dual-path approach,and cultivates students’sense of professional mission to“contribute to the nation’s energy sector”through a“macro+micro”perspective.This model provides a practical pathway for international talent training in the petroleum energy sector and holds significant importance for enhancing the overseas competitiveness of petroleum enterprises and safeguarding national energy security. 展开更多

美国高校通过荣誉教育构建了一套成熟有效的拔尖创新人才培养体系。本研究基于行动者网络理论,对中美研究型大学荣誉学院之拔尖创新人才培养模式从培养目标、学生选拔、课程教学、科研训练和资源支持等方面进行了分析。研究发现:美国高... 美国高校通过荣誉教育构建了一套成熟有效的拔尖创新人才培养体系。本研究基于行动者网络理论,对中美研究型大学荣誉学院之拔尖创新人才培养模式从培养目标、学生选拔、课程教学、科研训练和资源支持等方面进行了分析。研究发现:美国高校荣誉学院以满足学生发展需求为主导,是新自由主义浪潮下高校的自主行为,选拔评价“轻业绩重特质”,课程设置开放灵活,科研训练重视发挥学生自主性,资源支持充分多元;我国高校荣誉学院受国家功利主义价值导向支配,强调统一标准和集体规范,选拔评价更看重学业表现,课程设置相对固定,科研训练强调早期参与并接受系统化指导,环境育人功能发挥有限。由此,我国高校荣誉学院应注重落实综合评价方式,变“筛选”为申请、邀请与引荐相结合;改变“圈养”,加强开放性,变优绩主义为“包容性卓越”;关注课堂外高影响力教育实践,构建学习生活一体化社区。 展开更多
