Objective:To study the application value and application path of pathological examination in gynecological physical examination.Methods:A total of 1200 patients undergoing gynecological physical examination in X Hospi...Objective:To study the application value and application path of pathological examination in gynecological physical examination.Methods:A total of 1200 patients undergoing gynecological physical examination in X Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected.All patients received cervical Pap smear examination,and patients with abnormal examination results underwent colposcopic biopsy and HPV infection test for cervical cancer screening.Results:The results of cervical Pap smear showed that a total of 780 patients among 1200 patients showed cervical abnormalities.The Pap smear combined with colposcopy was used for pathological examination to detect cervical cancer lesions in time,and biopsy and HPV infection examination were arranged for high-risk patients to provide data reference for clinical treatment.Conclusions:Pathological examination has a good screening effect in gynecological physical examination.It can detect lesions early and take timely intervention measures,which is helpful to reduce the incidence and mortality of the disease.展开更多

Once the condition of EP is delayed, it may lead to massive hemorrhage, shock, and even death in a short time, seriously threatening the patient’s life. Early diagnosis is the key to preventing and improving the prognosis of EP.Transabdominal ultrasound(TAS) and transvaginal ultrasound(TVS) are the main diagnostic methods for abdominal diseases. The purpose of this study is to explore the application value and effect of TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of EP,hoping to provide more valuable references for the diagnosis of EP.AIM To explore the application value of TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of EP and to improve the level of clinical diagnosis.METHODS A total of 140 patients with EP admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected for this study. All patients were divided into two groups according to the examination methods. 63 patients who underwent abdominal ultrasound examination were set as the TAS group, while 77 patients who underwent TVS examination were set as the TVS group. We compared the diagnostic accuracy and misdiagnosis rates between the two types of ultrasound examinations, as well as the postoperative pathological results of the two diagnostic methods for different types of ectopic pregnancies. We also analyzed the sonograms for the presence of mixed ectopic masses,adnexal masses, ectopic gestational sacs, the presence or absence of visible embryo and fetal heart in the ectopic sac shadow, and the detection of fluid in the rectal fossa of the uterus, such as the adnexal area, yolk sac, and embryo, etc. In addition, the diagnosis time, days of gestational sac appearance, operation time, endometrial thickness, and blood flow resistance index were compared as well.RESULTS After performing both types of ultrasound examinations in 140 patients with EP, we found that the diagnostic accuracy of TVS was significantly higher than that of TAS, and the misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than that of TAS. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). In addition, the detection rate of TVS was better than that of TAS for the presence of mixed masses,adnexal masses, ectopic gestational sacs, the presence or absence of visible embryo and fetal heart in the shadow of the ectopic sac, and sonograms such as the adnexal area, yolk sac, and embryo,etc. The coincidence rate of its postoperative pathological examination results was significantly higher than those of TAS. The diagnosis time and the days of gestational sac appearance by TVS were significantly shorter than that by TAS, and the operation time was earlier than that by TAS.What’s more, the detection rates of the endometrial thickness ￡ 1.5 mm and blood flow resistance ￡0.5 were significantly higher in TVS diagnosis of EP than in TAS. All differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION Compared with TAS, TVS has the advantages of high detection accuracy and good sonogram performance.展开更多

Methods: 100 children's department interns received from the hospital from January 2016 to February 2020 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 interns in each group. The control group implemented the conventional classroom explanation teaching method for pediatric clinical teaching, and the observation group adopted the exhibition teaching method for learning guidance, and during and after the teaching. The teaching effect, classroom easy memory rate and the improvement rate of clinical processing ability of the two groups were evaluated. Results: teaching results: the effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Easy memory rate of interns in class: the easy memory rate of students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Improvement rate of clinical treatment ability: in clinic, the students in the observation group have stronger ability to deal with emergencies in clinic, and their clinical treatment ability is improved more significantly compared with the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in three indexes (teaching efficiency, easy memory rate of interns in class and improvement rate of clinical processing ability) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the clinical teaching practice of pediatrics, the application of expansion teaching method can effectively improve the teaching efficiency, help interns remember relevant knowledge more quickly, and give more play to its application value in clinical practice teaching.展开更多

The computer group was divided into study group and control group, with 700 cases in each group. The control group was routine nursing, and the study group was high-quality nursing. Outcome measures: Nursing satisfaction, VAS score, complications. Results: ① Nursing satisfaction: 97.71% in the study group was higher than 86.00% in the control group (P < 0.05);② The VAS score and complication rate of the study group were (5.11±0.60) 4.29%, lower than that of the control group (7.42±0.65) 6.86% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of high quality nursing in the painless ring removal in postmenopausal women can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, relieve postoperative pain, and make patients more satisfied with hospital nursing services.展开更多

The levels of thyroid function (FT3, FT4 and TSH) and the positive rates of TG AB, TPO AB and TG (single positive rate and triple positive rate) were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the two groups, the serum TSH level, the positive rate of TG AB, TPO AB and TG in the study group were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the detection of serum TG AB, TPO AB and TG in patients with thyroid nodules can help to distinguish the benign and malignant nature of thyroid nodules, and have certain guiding significance for the determination of diagnosis and treatment plan of patients.展开更多

Methods: a total of 92 elderly patients with depression were selected as the sample. The study period was from June 2021 to June 2022. The samples were divided into conventional group and cognitive group with 46 samples in each group. The former received conventional care while the latter received cognitive psychological care to assess depression, observe coping styles, and investigate compliance and satisfaction. Results: before nursing, the depression status of each elder was known through the dimensions of HAMD, SDS, etc. There was no difference in this index between the cognitive group and the conventional group (P>0.05). After nursing, the depression of each elder was understood through the dimensions of HAMD, SDS, etc. the index in the cognitive group was lower than that in the conventional group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Before nursing, the coping styles of the elderly were assessed from both positive and negative dimensions. there was no difference between the cognitive group and the conventional group (P>0.05). After nursing, the coping styles of each elderly person were evaluated from both positive and negative dimensions, among which the positive coping score was higher in the cognitive group than in the conventional group after statistics, while the negative coping score was lower in the cognitive group than in the conventional group after statistics, with significant difference (P<0.05). According to the statistics of the compliance under each intervention plan, this value was 95.65%(44 cases) in the cognitive group, which was higher than 78.26%(36 cases) in the conventional group after examination and investigation, with significant difference (P<0.05). According to the statistics of satisfaction degree under each intervention plan, this value was 95.65%(44 cases) in the cognitive group, which was higher than 76.09%(35 cases) in the conventional group after the examination and investigation, with a large difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: cognitive psychological nursing can be popularized, which can keep the elderly in a positive coping state, effectively control the depression, and the elderly have a high degree of satisfaction.展开更多

Different nursing interventions were used to compare the scores of BPRS and NOSIE and the quality of life of the patients. Results: (1) after receiving the intervention, the BPRS and NOSIE scores of all patients were improved to a certain extent (P < 0.05);After the intervention, the improvement of patients in the diversified group was significantly better than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). (2) After receiving the intervention, the difference of the overall coordination degree between the diversified group and the conventional group showed significant significance (P < 0.05). The difference of quality of life assessment was also significant (P < 0.05). According to the principle of random allocation, 58 patients with severe shock were divided into the control group and the research group. The patients in the control group were given routine care and the patients in the research group were given detailed care. The treatment time and rescue time of the two groups were compared to evaluate their quality of life and negative emotional scores, and the nursing satisfaction was counted. Results: the time of receiving and rescuing the two groups of samples was counted. after the examination, the comparison between the research group and the control group was made (P 0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were evaluated by multiple dimensions, which involved emotional function, psychological field, physiological field, cognitive ability, etc. after the test, the research group and the control group were compared, P 0.05;Statistical data of nursing satisfaction degree of two groups of severe shock patients were compared between the research group and the control group after the test, P 0.05;Two dimensions were used to evaluate the negative emotion scores of the two groups before nursing, and the comparison between the two groups after testing was P>0.05. after different dimensions were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression scores of each sample, the scores in the research group were lower than those in the control group after calculation, P0.05. Methods: based on the sample analysis method, the patients receiving gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the subjects of the study. A total of 74 samples were selected from February 2019 to February 2021. According to the difference of nursing plan in the recovery period, the selected patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 37 patients in each group. The patients were given routine nursing and refined nursing intervention respectivey. The clinical indexes and nursing satisfaction of the enrolled patients were observed and compared. Results: the spontaneous breathing time, recovery time, residence time in resuscitation room and extubation time (14.67±4.05) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). At the same time, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97.5%: 78.0%). There was a significant difference in the data (P < 0.05). Conclusion: refined nursing is an ideal nursing mode for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia, which can significantly improve the clinical indicators of patients, and play a positive role in improving the evaluation of nursing quality, which is worthy of popularization.展开更多

文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)presents challenges due to its high recurrence and metastasis rates and poor prognosis.While current clinical diagnostic and prognostic indicators exist,their accuracy remains imperfect due to their biol-ogical complexity.Therefore,there is a quest to identify improved biomarkers for HCC diagnosis and prognosis.By combining long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)expression and somatic mutations,Duan et al identified five representative lncRNAs from 88 lncRNAs related to genomic instability(GI),forming a GI-derived lncRNA signature(LncSig).This signature outperforms previously re-ported LncSig and TP53 mutations in predicting HCC prognosis.In this editorial,we comprehensively evaluate the clinical application value of such prognostic evaluation model based on sequencing technology in terms of cost,time,and practicability.Additionally,we provide an overview of various prognostic models for HCC,aiding in a comprehensive understanding of research progress in pro-gnostic evaluation methods.

文摘Background Occupational asthma is a type of asthma caused by exposure to asthma-causing substances in an occupational setting. Its incidence is closely related to the degree of industrial development, but also related to the nature of asthma. In some specific industries, such as workers who are exposed to asthmatic isocyanates for a long time, the incidence of occupational asthma can reach 5%-10%, and the incidence of occupational asthma can even reach 50% or higher among workers engaged in the detergent industry who are in contact with proteolytic enzymes for a long time. Objective To analyze the clinical value of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with occupational asthma, methods a total of 48 patients with occupational asthma who were admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into control group and study group by random number table method The disappearance time of chest tightness and shortness of breath, the disappearance time of wheezing and cough, and the FEV1, forced vital capacity (FVC) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups after nursing, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the levels of FEV1, FVC and PEF were higher than those in the control group, and the P < 0.05 was significantly improved.
文摘BACKGROUND Ectopic pregnancy(EP) is one of the most common acute abdominal diseases in gynecology. Once the condition of EP is delayed, it may lead to massive hemorrhage, shock, and even death in a short time, seriously threatening the patient’s life. Early diagnosis is the key to preventing and improving the prognosis of EP.Transabdominal ultrasound(TAS) and transvaginal ultrasound(TVS) are the main diagnostic methods for abdominal diseases. The purpose of this study is to explore the application value and effect of TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of EP,hoping to provide more valuable references for the diagnosis of EP.AIM To explore the application value of TAS and TVS in the diagnosis of EP and to improve the level of clinical diagnosis.METHODS A total of 140 patients with EP admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected for this study. All patients were divided into two groups according to the examination methods. 63 patients who underwent abdominal ultrasound examination were set as the TAS group, while 77 patients who underwent TVS examination were set as the TVS group. We compared the diagnostic accuracy and misdiagnosis rates between the two types of ultrasound examinations, as well as the postoperative pathological results of the two diagnostic methods for different types of ectopic pregnancies. We also analyzed the sonograms for the presence of mixed ectopic masses,adnexal masses, ectopic gestational sacs, the presence or absence of visible embryo and fetal heart in the ectopic sac shadow, and the detection of fluid in the rectal fossa of the uterus, such as the adnexal area, yolk sac, and embryo, etc. In addition, the diagnosis time, days of gestational sac appearance, operation time, endometrial thickness, and blood flow resistance index were compared as well.RESULTS After performing both types of ultrasound examinations in 140 patients with EP, we found that the diagnostic accuracy of TVS was significantly higher than that of TAS, and the misdiagnosis rate was significantly lower than that of TAS. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). In addition, the detection rate of TVS was better than that of TAS for the presence of mixed masses,adnexal masses, ectopic gestational sacs, the presence or absence of visible embryo and fetal heart in the shadow of the ectopic sac, and sonograms such as the adnexal area, yolk sac, and embryo,etc. The coincidence rate of its postoperative pathological examination results was significantly higher than those of TAS. The diagnosis time and the days of gestational sac appearance by TVS were significantly shorter than that by TAS, and the operation time was earlier than that by TAS.What’s more, the detection rates of the endometrial thickness ￡ 1.5 mm and blood flow resistance ￡0.5 were significantly higher in TVS diagnosis of EP than in TAS. All differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION Compared with TAS, TVS has the advantages of high detection accuracy and good sonogram performance.
文摘Objective: to explore the application value of expanded teaching method in pediatric clinical teaching practice. Methods: 100 children's department interns received from the hospital from January 2016 to February 2020 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 interns in each group. The control group implemented the conventional classroom explanation teaching method for pediatric clinical teaching, and the observation group adopted the exhibition teaching method for learning guidance, and during and after the teaching. The teaching effect, classroom easy memory rate and the improvement rate of clinical processing ability of the two groups were evaluated. Results: teaching results: the effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Easy memory rate of interns in class: the easy memory rate of students in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Improvement rate of clinical treatment ability: in clinic, the students in the observation group have stronger ability to deal with emergencies in clinic, and their clinical treatment ability is improved more significantly compared with the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in three indexes (teaching efficiency, easy memory rate of interns in class and improvement rate of clinical processing ability) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the clinical teaching practice of pediatrics, the application of expansion teaching method can effectively improve the teaching efficiency, help interns remember relevant knowledge more quickly, and give more play to its application value in clinical practice teaching.
文摘Objective: to explore the application value of high-quality nursing in painless ring removal in postmenopausal women. Methods: 1400 cases of painless ring removal of postmenopausal women admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the object of discussion. The computer group was divided into study group and control group, with 700 cases in each group. The control group was routine nursing, and the study group was high-quality nursing. Outcome measures: Nursing satisfaction, VAS score, complications. Results: ① Nursing satisfaction: 97.71% in the study group was higher than 86.00% in the control group (P < 0.05);② The VAS score and complication rate of the study group were (5.11±0.60) 4.29%, lower than that of the control group (7.42±0.65) 6.86% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of high quality nursing in the painless ring removal in postmenopausal women can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, relieve postoperative pain, and make patients more satisfied with hospital nursing services.
文摘Objective: to detect serum thyroglobulin antibody (TG AB), peroxidase antibody (TPO AB) and thyroglobulin (TG) in patients with thyroid nodules. Methods: 80 patients with malignant TN were selected and divided into study group (32 cases, malignant TN group) and control group (48 cases, benign TN group) according to the postoperative pathological results. The levels of thyroid function (FT3, FT4 and TSH) and the positive rates of TG AB, TPO AB and TG (single positive rate and triple positive rate) were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the two groups, the serum TSH level, the positive rate of TG AB, TPO AB and TG in the study group were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the detection of serum TG AB, TPO AB and TG in patients with thyroid nodules can help to distinguish the benign and malignant nature of thyroid nodules, and have certain guiding significance for the determination of diagnosis and treatment plan of patients.
文摘Objective: to evaluate the value of routine nursing and cognitive psychological nursing for senile depression. Methods: a total of 92 elderly patients with depression were selected as the sample. The study period was from June 2021 to June 2022. The samples were divided into conventional group and cognitive group with 46 samples in each group. The former received conventional care while the latter received cognitive psychological care to assess depression, observe coping styles, and investigate compliance and satisfaction. Results: before nursing, the depression status of each elder was known through the dimensions of HAMD, SDS, etc. There was no difference in this index between the cognitive group and the conventional group (P>0.05). After nursing, the depression of each elder was understood through the dimensions of HAMD, SDS, etc. the index in the cognitive group was lower than that in the conventional group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Before nursing, the coping styles of the elderly were assessed from both positive and negative dimensions. there was no difference between the cognitive group and the conventional group (P>0.05). After nursing, the coping styles of each elderly person were evaluated from both positive and negative dimensions, among which the positive coping score was higher in the cognitive group than in the conventional group after statistics, while the negative coping score was lower in the cognitive group than in the conventional group after statistics, with significant difference (P<0.05). According to the statistics of the compliance under each intervention plan, this value was 95.65%(44 cases) in the cognitive group, which was higher than 78.26%(36 cases) in the conventional group after examination and investigation, with significant difference (P<0.05). According to the statistics of satisfaction degree under each intervention plan, this value was 95.65%(44 cases) in the cognitive group, which was higher than 76.09%(35 cases) in the conventional group after the examination and investigation, with a large difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: cognitive psychological nursing can be popularized, which can keep the elderly in a positive coping state, effectively control the depression, and the elderly have a high degree of satisfaction.
文摘Objective: to analyze the application value of diversified nursing interventions in nursing care of elderly patients with schizophrenia and the impact on patients' quality of life. Methods: according to the single and double numbers, the elderly patients with schizophrenia who were treated and nursed in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were divided into routine nursing group and diversified nursing group with 33 cases in each group. Different nursing interventions were used to compare the scores of BPRS and NOSIE and the quality of life of the patients. Results: (1) after receiving the intervention, the BPRS and NOSIE scores of all patients were improved to a certain extent (P < 0.05);After the intervention, the improvement of patients in the diversified group was significantly better than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). (2) After receiving the intervention, the difference of the overall coordination degree between the diversified group and the conventional group showed significant significance (P < 0.05). The difference of quality of life assessment was also significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of diversified nursing intervention programs in the nursing of elderly patients with schizophrenia has good value and impact on the quality of life.
文摘Objective: to evaluate the effect of detailed nursing intervention on satisfaction and effect of patients with severe shock during nursing. Methods: 58 patients with severe shock admitted to Mengzi City Peoples Hospital during the period from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research sample. According to the principle of random allocation, 58 patients with severe shock were divided into the control group and the research group. The patients in the control group were given routine care and the patients in the research group were given detailed care. The treatment time and rescue time of the two groups were compared to evaluate their quality of life and negative emotional scores, and the nursing satisfaction was counted. Results: the time of receiving and rescuing the two groups of samples was counted. after the examination, the comparison between the research group and the control group was made (P 0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups were evaluated by multiple dimensions, which involved emotional function, psychological field, physiological field, cognitive ability, etc. after the test, the research group and the control group were compared, P 0.05;Statistical data of nursing satisfaction degree of two groups of severe shock patients were compared between the research group and the control group after the test, P 0.05;Two dimensions were used to evaluate the negative emotion scores of the two groups before nursing, and the comparison between the two groups after testing was P>0.05. after different dimensions were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression scores of each sample, the scores in the research group were lower than those in the control group after calculation, P0.05. Conclusion: the application of detailed nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with severe shock can effectively shorten the time of reception and rescue, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life, and reduce the generation of adverse emotions. It is recommended to promote the implementation in clinical practice.
文摘Objective:To analyze the effect and value of vitamin C in the treatment of sepsis.Methods:Forty-four patients with sepsis treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were investigated.The above subjects were divided into conventional group and research group,each with 22 cases,using the method of drawing lots.Routine treatment was applied in the conventional group,and the patients of the research group were treated with vitamin C on the basis of the routine method.The effective rate after treatment and the score of liver and kidney function in patients with sepsis were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate(95.45%)of the research group with increased vitamin C in the treatment of sepsis was much higher than that of the conventional group(72.72%),and the scores of liver function and renal function in the research group were much higher than those in the conventional group at different times(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin C has a good effect in the treatment of sepsis.It not only greatly reduces the mortality of sepsis patients,but also effectively improves the liver function and renal function of sepsis patients.It is of high application value.It is recommended to be popularized for applications.

文摘Objective: to explore and analyze the application value of refined nursing in the resuscitation period of gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia. Methods: based on the sample analysis method, the patients receiving gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the subjects of the study. A total of 74 samples were selected from February 2019 to February 2021. According to the difference of nursing plan in the recovery period, the selected patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 37 patients in each group. The patients were given routine nursing and refined nursing intervention respectivey. The clinical indexes and nursing satisfaction of the enrolled patients were observed and compared. Results: the spontaneous breathing time, recovery time, residence time in resuscitation room and extubation time (14.67±4.05) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). At the same time, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (97.5%: 78.0%). There was a significant difference in the data (P < 0.05). Conclusion: refined nursing is an ideal nursing mode for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia, which can significantly improve the clinical indicators of patients, and play a positive role in improving the evaluation of nursing quality, which is worthy of popularization.
文摘Objective: this paper mainly analyzes the practical value of biochemical tests in the current diagnosis of liver cirrhosis diseases. Methods: 60 patients were diagnosed in January 2019-2-2020 and were divided into observation and control groups. Biochemical tests were performed for all patients, such as total cholesterol, cholinesterase, total bile acid, and serum albumin. Results: Chinesterase and total cholesterol and serum albumin were lower than control and higher total bile acid, with statistically significant P <0.05. Conclusion: the use of biochemical test items in patients with cirrhosis disease can improve diagnostic accuracy and promote promotion.
文摘Objective: to consider the clinical application of case management mode during the clinical nursing intervention for breast cancer patients. Methods: we selected 80 patients (ER) received during May, 2020- June, 2021, and divided them into 2 groups, namely, the experimental group (case management mode, n=40 cases) and the control group (general management mode, n=40 cases), comparing clinical compliance and clinical knowledge of 2 patients. Results: in the 2 groups, the clinical compliance and relevant knowledge of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and had statistical advantages (P <0.05).Conclusion: for the postoperative adjuvant treatment of breast cancer patients, the implementation of case management mode is beneficial to enhance the clinical compliance of patients and promote patients to fully master the disease knowledge, which has certain guiding significance for strengthening disease management, prolonging patient survival and enhancing patient quality of life.
