This article makes an in-depth study of precise identification of Internet applications by using flow characteristics instead of well-known port or application signature match. A novel approach that identifies the application type of an Internet protocol (IP) flow by finding what flow the flow looks the most like based on medium mathematics system (MMS) is proposed. The approach differs from previous ones mainly in two aspects:it has inherent scalability due to its use of the measure of n-dimensional medium truth degree; not only features of a flow,but also the association between the flow and the other flows of the same host as well as the relation among all flows of a host are employed to recognize a flow's application type. For the present,some popular applications are concentrated on,and up to six application types can be identified with better accuracy. The results of experiments conducted on Internet show that the proposed methodology is effective and deserves attention.展开更多

The antibody IgC was purified and degraded into Fab' fragment which was conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) using N-succinimidyl-4-(N-maleimido-methyl) cyclo-hexane-1-carboxylate (SMCC) as crosslinking reagent to produce Fab'-HRP conjugate. A sandwich ELISA was established for the microquantitative determination of GST-π. The sensitivity was 11 pg/tube, which was far more sensitive than the radioimmunoassay so far reported. Using this method, the serum GST-π of 41 cases normal adult was found to be 1.06±0.94 ng/ml. The upper limit of the normal value was 2.6 ng/ml. In 30 cases of primary hepatocarcinoma, the level of serum GST-π was 24.4± 17.4 ng/ml, which was 23 times higher than the normal average value (P<0.01). The positive rate was 90%. In contrast, serum GST-π in 25 cases of chronic hepatitis was determined to be 1.74±1.16 ng/ml, which was not significantly different from the normal value (P>0.05). The pseudo-positive rate was 12.0%.展开更多

As a representative local applied undergraduate college in Anhui Province, West Anhui University has actively explored and practiced the construction of "second classroom" education system since September 2017, which has played a positive role in promoting the school teaching reform and the all-round development of collaborative education, but there are some problems in the practice. Using the big data of "Second Classroom" activities in West Anhui University, this paper analyzes the data of "Second Classroom" activities of students of grade 2020 and 2021 by using data mining technology. From the analysis results, it can be seen that there are some problems in "Second Classroom" activities in schools, such as unclear local characteristics, uneven curriculum distribution, uneven curriculum quality, and different participation in different types of activities, etc., and some corresponding suggestions are put forward in order to build a scientific system design, management system and curriculum arrangement.展开更多

By combining application and finish books of science and technology support plan project in agricultural field of Ministry of Science and Technology with stronger innovation,case analysis and expert interview are conducted. Evaluation indexes of agricultural science and technology project based on innovation value are proposed initially,and there are 50 initial indexes. After that,via focus group talk,qualitative research is conducted to further adjust innovative evaluation indexes,and 50 initial indexes are deleted to 41. The importance of the 41 indexes is scored by the experts,and index screening and classification are conducted by verification factor analysis in structural equation model. It not only obtains index classification but also finds action mechanism among innovation demand,innovation mode,research thinking,treatment method of difficulty,and predicted risk. The research could straighten up ideas of project review experts in agricultural field and provide reference for applicant designing project.展开更多
