This paper introduces the Chinese"Dove"——A practical application system of bird-mimetic air vehicles developed for more than a decade by the Institute of Flight Vehicle Innovation of Northwest Polytechnic ...This paper introduces the Chinese"Dove"——A practical application system of bird-mimetic air vehicles developed for more than a decade by the Institute of Flight Vehicle Innovation of Northwest Polytechnic University(NWPU)in China.Firstly,the main components,flight capability and flight verification of the Chinese"Dove"are presented.Then,the methods for the aerodynamic simulation and wind tunnel experiments are put forward.Secondly,the design of high-lift and high-thrust flexible flapping wings,a series of flapping mechanisms,gust-resistance layout and micro flight control/navigation system are presented.Some future studies on the application system of bionic micro air vehicles are given,including observation of natural flight creatures,aerodynamics in flight,mechanical and new material driving systems,structural mechanics,flight mechanics,and the information perception and intelligent decision-making control,which are related to research of flight bioinformatic perception and brain science.Finally,some application examples of complex flapping movements,active/passive deformation of bird wings,new low-energy motion-driven system,bionic intelligent decision-making and control/navigation are discussed.展开更多

The modules of alien species database, including classified data input, statistics and analysis, species pictures and distribution maps, and out date input, were approached by Visual Studio.net 2003 and Microsoft SQL server 2000. The alien species information contains the information of classification, species distinction characteristics, biological characteristics, original area, distribution area, the entering fashion and route, invasion time, invasion reason, interaction with the endemic species, growth state, danger state and spatial information, i.e. distribution map. Based on the above bases, several models including application, checking, modifying, printing, adding and returning models were developed. Furthermore, through the establishment of index tables and index maps, we can also spatially query the data like picture, text and GIS map data. This research established the technological platform of sharing information about scientific resource of alien species in Shandong Province, offering the basis for the dynamic inquiry of alien species, the warning technology of prevention and the fast reaction system. The database application system possessed the principles of good practicability, friendly user interface and convenient usage. It can supply full and accurate information inquiry services of alien species for the users and provide functions of dynamically managing the database for the administrator.展开更多

Considering the characteristics of deep thick top coal roadway,in which the high ground stress,coal seam with low strength,and a large range of surrounding rock fragmentation,the pressure relief anchor box beam suppor...Considering the characteristics of deep thick top coal roadway,in which the high ground stress,coal seam with low strength,and a large range of surrounding rock fragmentation,the pressure relief anchor box beam support system with high strength is developed.The high-strength bearing characteristics and coupling yielding support mechanism of this support system are studied by the mechanical tests of composite members and the combined support system.The test results show that under the coupling effect of support members,the peak stress of the box-shaped support beam in the anchor box beam is reduced by 21.9%,and the average deformation is increased by 135.0%.The ultimate bending bearing capacity of the box-shaped support beam is 3.5 times that of traditional channel beam.The effective compressive stress zone applied by the high prestressed cable is expanded by 26.4%.On this basis,the field support comparison test by the anchor channel beam,the anchor I-shaped beam and the anchor box beam are carried out.Compared with those of the previous two,the surrounding rock convergence of the latter is decreased by 41.2%and 22.2%,respectively.The field test verifies the effectiveness of the anchor box beam support system.展开更多

Objective To systematically evaluate the overall efficacy of external application of traditional Chinese medicine(EA-TCM)in combination with oral three-step analgesic ladder therapy for patients suffering from cancer-...Objective To systematically evaluate the overall efficacy of external application of traditional Chinese medicine(EA-TCM)in combination with oral three-step analgesic ladder therapy for patients suffering from cancer-induced bone pain(CIBP).Methods We conducted a literature search of randomized controlled trials on the combination of EA-TCM and three-step analgesic ladder therapy for CIBP across ten databases and two registration systems.It included four Chinese databases[Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(SinoMed),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,and China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)],six English databases(Scopus,Embase,Web of Science,PubMed,Cochrane Library,and OpenGrey),and two registration systems(Chinese Clinical Trial Registry and ClinicalTrials.gov).The timeframe for the literature search extended from the inception of each database to December 31,2023.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan(v5.4.1),and the outcome indicators(pain relief rate,analgesic duration,quality of life,pain intensity,breakthrough pain frequency,and adverse reactions)were graded using GRADE profiler(v3.6).Results According to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 43 studies was deemed eligible,involving 3142 participants with CIBP.The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with oral three-step analgesic ladder therapy alone,the combined therapy of EA-TCM and three-step analgesic ladder has a significant improvement in pain relief rate[risk ratio(RR)=1.32,95%confidence interval(CI):1.24 to 1.41,P<0.00001],analgesic duration[mean difference(MD)=1.33,95%CI:0.97 to 1.69,P<0.00001],and quality of life(MD=5.66,95%CI:4.88 to 6.44,P<0.00001).Furthermore,the combined therapy significantly reduced pain intensity(MD=-1.00,95%CI:-1.19 to-0.80,P<0.00001),breakthrough pain frequency(MD=-0.43,95%CI:-0.51 to-0.36,P<0.00001),and adverse reactions(RR=0.60,95%CI:0.53 to 0.68,P<0.00001)in CIBP patients.Based on the GRADE assessment,the level of evidence varied from low to moderate.Conclusion EA-TCM combined with the three-step analgesic ladder therapy can effectively alleviate pain symptoms in patients with CIBP and improve their quality of life.Additionally,the EA-TCM can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions associated with threestep analgesic therapy.展开更多

文摘Microplastics(MPs)are ubiquitous in the environment,continuously undergo aging processes and release toxic chemical substances.Understanding the environmental behaviors of MPs is critical to accurately evaluate their long-term ecological risk.Generalized twodimensional correlation spectroscopy(2D-COS)is a powerful tool for MPs studies,which can dig more comprehensive information hiding in the conventional one-dimensional spectra,such as infrared(IR)and Raman spectra.The recent applications of 2D-COS in analyzing the behaviors and fates of MPs in the environment,including their aging processes,and interactions with natural organicmatter(NOM)or other chemical substances,were summarized systematically.The main requirements and limitations of current approaches for exploring these processes are discussed,and the corresponding strategies to address these limitations and drawbacks are proposed as well.Finally,new trends of 2D-COS are prospected for analyzing the properties and behaviors of MPs in both natural and artificial environmental processes.

文摘Considering the characteristics of deep thick top coal roadway,in which the high ground stress,coal seam with low strength,and a large range of surrounding rock fragmentation,the pressure relief anchor box beam support system with high strength is developed.The high-strength bearing characteristics and coupling yielding support mechanism of this support system are studied by the mechanical tests of composite members and the combined support system.The test results show that under the coupling effect of support members,the peak stress of the box-shaped support beam in the anchor box beam is reduced by 21.9%,and the average deformation is increased by 135.0%.The ultimate bending bearing capacity of the box-shaped support beam is 3.5 times that of traditional channel beam.The effective compressive stress zone applied by the high prestressed cable is expanded by 26.4%.On this basis,the field support comparison test by the anchor channel beam,the anchor I-shaped beam and the anchor box beam are carried out.Compared with those of the previous two,the surrounding rock convergence of the latter is decreased by 41.2%and 22.2%,respectively.The field test verifies the effectiveness of the anchor box beam support system.

文摘Plant bacterial diseases have infiicted substantial economic losses in global crop,fruit,and vegetable production.The conventional methods for managing these diseases typically rely on the application of antibiotics.However,these antibiotics often target the growth factors of the pathogenic bacteria,leading to the accumulation and emergence of drug-resistant strains,which exacerbates antibiotic resistance.Innovative methods are urgently needed to treat and prevent the toxicity caused by these pathogenic bacteria.Targeting virulence mechanisms in pathogens is a globally recognized and effective strategy for mitigating bacterial resistance.TypeⅢsecretion system(T3SS)serves as a crucial virulence determinant in Gram-negative pathogens,and its non-essentials for pathogen growth renders it an ideal target.Targeting the T3SS holds significant potential to alleviate selective pressure for resistance mutations in pathogens.Therefore,targeting T3SS in pathogenic bacteria,while preserving their growth,has emerged as a novel avenue for the development of antimicrobial drugs.In recent years,a multitude of small molecular inhibitors targeting T3SS have been identified.This article offers a comprehensive review of T3SS inhibitors in plant pathogens,while also presenting the latest research advancements in this research direction.

文摘Objective To systematically evaluate the overall efficacy of external application of traditional Chinese medicine(EA-TCM)in combination with oral three-step analgesic ladder therapy for patients suffering from cancer-induced bone pain(CIBP).Methods We conducted a literature search of randomized controlled trials on the combination of EA-TCM and three-step analgesic ladder therapy for CIBP across ten databases and two registration systems.It included four Chinese databases[Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(SinoMed),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,and China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)],six English databases(Scopus,Embase,Web of Science,PubMed,Cochrane Library,and OpenGrey),and two registration systems(Chinese Clinical Trial Registry and ClinicalTrials.gov).The timeframe for the literature search extended from the inception of each database to December 31,2023.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan(v5.4.1),and the outcome indicators(pain relief rate,analgesic duration,quality of life,pain intensity,breakthrough pain frequency,and adverse reactions)were graded using GRADE profiler(v3.6).Results According to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 43 studies was deemed eligible,involving 3142 participants with CIBP.The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with oral three-step analgesic ladder therapy alone,the combined therapy of EA-TCM and three-step analgesic ladder has a significant improvement in pain relief rate[risk ratio(RR)=1.32,95%confidence interval(CI):1.24 to 1.41,P<0.00001],analgesic duration[mean difference(MD)=1.33,95%CI:0.97 to 1.69,P<0.00001],and quality of life(MD=5.66,95%CI:4.88 to 6.44,P<0.00001).Furthermore,the combined therapy significantly reduced pain intensity(MD=-1.00,95%CI:-1.19 to-0.80,P<0.00001),breakthrough pain frequency(MD=-0.43,95%CI:-0.51 to-0.36,P<0.00001),and adverse reactions(RR=0.60,95%CI:0.53 to 0.68,P<0.00001)in CIBP patients.Based on the GRADE assessment,the level of evidence varied from low to moderate.Conclusion EA-TCM combined with the three-step analgesic ladder therapy can effectively alleviate pain symptoms in patients with CIBP and improve their quality of life.Additionally,the EA-TCM can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions associated with threestep analgesic therapy.

文摘Radiative cooling systems(RCSs)possess the distinctive capability to dissipate heat energy via solar and thermal radiation,making them suitable for thermal regulation and energy conservation applications,essential for mitigating the energy crisis.A comprehensive review connecting the advancements in engineered radiative cooling systems(ERCSs),encompassing material and structural design as well as thermal and energy-related applications,is currently absent.Herein,this review begins with a concise summary of the essential concepts of ERCSs,followed by an introduction to engineered materials and structures,containing nature-inspired designs,chromatic materials,meta-structural configurations,and multilayered constructions.It subsequently encapsulates the primary applications,including thermal-regulating textiles and energy-saving devices.Next,it highlights the challenges of ERCSs,including maximized thermoregulatory effects,environmental adaptability,scalability and sustainability,and interdisciplinary integration.It seeks to offer direction for forthcoming fundamental research and industrial advancement of radiative cooling systems in real-world applications.

文摘Using the“Civil Aviation Oral English”course as a case study,we operationalize the ideological and political education(IPE)integrated evaluation system for oral English courses in higher vocational education,which is based on Kirkpatrick’s Model,into a tripartite teaching evaluation system.The system encompasses three components such as learning objective attainment,individual developmental progress,and value-added competency assessment.The proposed system facilitates three-dimensional,multi-level,and scientifically validated teaching evaluation.This approach aligns with the holistic development of students’knowledge structures,professional competencies,moral qualities,and emotional intelligence.The study provides novel methodological perspectives for IPE evaluation in vocational oral English instruction,particularly in:curriculum-based ideological mapping,competency growth metrics,and value internalization assessment.
