The light weight heat treated B-grade bulletproof steel was developed through composition design and optimization based on multiplex alloying,multiplex micro-alloying design ideas and complex phase structure strengthening theory.The puzzle how to avoid the quenching deformation problem of super high strength thin sheet was solved through heat treatment in a die with a set of cooling system.Such B-grade bulletproof steel plate has fine tempered lath martensite structure.The shooting and certification test results showed that the shoot resistance of B-grade bulletproof steel plate can meet the protection demand of Protection specification for cash carrying vehicles(GA 164—2005).In comparison with B-grade bulletproof steel plate made by one of the companies in Sweden,the weight of the developed B-grade bulletproof steel plate can be decreased by 8 %under the same shoot resistance condition.It will be meaningful for cash truck and anti-hijacking vehicle to realize light weight,energy conservation and emission reduction. 展开更多

Data released by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in May 2019 show that the global sand and stone development volume is as high as 40 billion tons annually. According to the statistics of the United Nations Commodity Trade Database, the world consumes more than 50 billion tons of sand and stone resources every year, averaging 18 kilograms per person per day, second only to water resources, and among them, China is the world's largest consumer of sand and gravel, with a total consumption of more than 17.8 billion tons in 2020. The shortage of sand has become a global problem, and some areas in China have also fallen into the embarrassing situation of "no sand available". Moreover, considering the ecological hazard, sand mining has been strictly prohibited in many rivers and lakes in China, and it is an irreversible trend that mechanical sand replaces natural sand. At present, China's industrial equipment manufacturing system is the wisdom of the equipment manufacturing industry of our country's modern major industry and high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise has been dedicated to the development of technological research and innovation is an important technical content, the paper simply introduces some industrial intelligent manufacturing system in the current our country Erdaozhuang sandstone in the system need to involve the use of technology application, including the yard. The paper also introduces in detail from several different aspects the latest industrial intelligent system technology and future industrial development technology of the sandstone system project department of Erdaozhuang abandoned mine treatment and comprehensive utilization project (hereinafter referred to as Erdaozhuang sand stone system) of Qi County in China. Learn ancient poetry, understand Chinese traditional culture, and improve Chinese literacy. However, the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in the senior high school Chinese teaching classroom cannot effectively promote students learning of Chinese. In order to effectively improve the teaching efficiency, cultivate students ability to learn independently and understand the traditional Chinese culture, teachers need to take more diversified teaching methods in the teaching process to improve students learning ability of ancient poetry.
