Application of the Integrated Medical-Care-Rehabilitation Nursing Model in Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases

Objective:To explore the connotation of the integrated medical-care-rehabilitation nursing model and its application effect in elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A total of 122 elderly patients with chronic diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(62 cases)and a control group(60 cases).Both groups received routine nursing during hospitalization.After discharge,the control group received conventional continuous nursing,while the observation group was given the integrated medical-care-rehabilitation nursing model.The psychological status of the elderly patients in the two groups was compared before nursing and 6 months after nursing.Assessments were made on their clinical symptoms of mental health,self-care ability,health behaviors,and mastery of knowledge about elderly chronic diseases.Results:Six months after nursing,the scores of self-rated clinical symptoms of mental health and negative coping in both groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the scores of negative coping,self-care ability,and health behaviors in both groups were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated medical-care-rehabilitation nursing model can not only improve the nursing quality for elderly patients with chronic diseases but also foster their positive mentality,help them understand knowledge about diet and health care related to chronic diseases,enhance their self-care ability and health awareness,and assist them in achieving better recovery[1]. 展开更多

In recent years,with the increasing frequency of global Marine activities,the occurrence probability of Marine accidents and emergencies has also increased.As a new technical means,small unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have shown great application potential in Marine search and rescue activities.In Marine search and rescue activities,small UAVs can quickly arrive at the scene of the accident and carry out efficient information collection and monitoring under its simple and flexible operation.Compared with traditional search and rescue methods,small UAVs can cover a wider area,provide more detailed and accurate on-site information,provide strong support for search and rescue decision-making,and thus improve the quality and efficiency of maritime rescue.In this regard,this paper first describes the application advantages of small UAVs in Marine search and rescue activities and then puts forward effective application paths,to provide some references for relevant researchers. 展开更多

As the essence of traditional Chinese educational thought,heuristic teaching has gradually enriched and devel-oped its ideas through the continuous efforts of educational researchers of the past dynasties.In front-line teach-ing,heuristic teaching,as a teaching principle that can help teachers and students to interact and learn,undoubtedly plays an important role in students’acquisition of knowledge and scientific thinking activities.But teachers’understanding of heuristic teaching is not the same.In actual teaching,there are obvious gaps in language ability among different teachers.This research aims to enrich the heuristic teaching theory based on the perspective of psychology,and provide a certain theoretical basis for teacher training.Through the research and analysis of the generation path of the heuristic teaching language,this paper helps more teachers realize the advantages of the heuristic teaching language,improve their own heuristic teaching language level,and provide reference for the scientific teaching evaluation standard.We apply the heuristic instruction language approach proposed in this study and apply it to real classrooms.In the application,it can be clearly found that the students’thinking and participation have been strengthened,and the teaching effect has been significantly improved com-pared with the past,which indicates that the heuristic teaching language generation path in this study has certain practical application value. 展开更多
