This study aims to investigate the influence of social media on college choice among undergraduates majoring in Big Data Management and Application in China.The study attempts to reveal how information on social media platforms such as Weibo,WeChat,and Zhihu influences the cognition and choice process of prospective students.By employing an online quantitative survey questionnaire,data were collected from the 2022 and 2023 classes of new students majoring in Big Data Management and Application at Guilin University of Electronic Technology.The aim was to evaluate the role of social media in their college choice process and understand the features and information that most attract prospective students.Social media has become a key factor influencing the college choice decision-making of undergraduates majoring in Big Data Management and Application in China.Students tend to obtain school information through social media platforms and use this information as an important reference in their decision-making process.Higher education institutions should strengthen their social media information dissemination,providing accurate,timely,and attractive information.It is also necessary to ensure effective management of social media platforms,maintain a positive reputation for the school on social media,and increase the interest and trust of prospective students.Simultaneously,educational decision-makers should consider incorporating social media analysis into their recruitment strategies to better attract new student enrollment.This study provides a new perspective for understanding higher education choice behavior in the digital age,particularly by revealing the importance of social media in the educational decision-making process.This has important practical and theoretical implications for higher education institutions,policymakers,and social media platform operators. 展开更多

High-level programming language is used to develop a online management and application system of historical meteorological data based on B/S mode. System data import function can import ground report file sequence of Xuzhou ( including five county-level stations) into the database, construct Oracle database of Xuzhou and the five stations since 1953, and establish data tables of time, day, ten-day, monthly, quarterly and annual historical data, weather information and so forth. Management software of database server is established to realize instruction-level management and scheduling of database and a balanced distribution of resources among users. At the same time, a Web-based management application interface is set up to meet users' needs to retrieve a variety of repositories, and it provides statistical query of time, day, ten-day, monthly, quarterly and annual historical data and climate data for each meteorological element, thereby meeting the needs of meteorological research and all sectors of society for statistical query of meteorological data. 展开更多

The purpose of management accounting information system is to serve for management. Since 1980's, innovations in management-have seen the application of several accounting techniques such as activity-based costing, balanced scorecard and target costing. However, subsequent surveys have shown that the application of these innovative management accounting techniques is not widespread. Indeed, the application of many techniques has been decidedly ephemeral. The authors suggest two important and interrelated reasons for the apparent failure to adopt such techniques. First, the absence of a conceptual framework needed to envision the collection and integration of multi-dimensional data needed in the modern organization. The second reason is the failure to exploit the data handling potentialities offered by modem computer systems. Reconstruction of contemporary management accounting system using insights from principles of events based accounting is offered as possible solution. 展开更多

The oil and gas production in 2003 included 270.96 mmbbls of oil and 187.7 bcf ofnatural gas. In the area of middle-stream operation, SINOPEC has 33 refineries. The total capacityof crude distillation is 153.9 million tons/year, about 51% of the total distillation capacity inChina. In clinical practice, imaging-derivedtumor metrics are routinely applied in oncologic management as an imaging biomarker. For example, the ResponseEvaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) are commonly used for tumor treatment response evaluation based on thedynamic changes in tumor size. However, the current cross-sectional images are interpreted qualitatively for lesioncharacterization, treatment response evaluation and prognostic prediction by highly trained radiologists, which hasincreasingly apparent limitations. In construction projects, relying on BIM technology to build visual entity models is convenient to check out problems in the early stage of the project, analyze problems and put forward concrete and feasible solutions, which will greatly reduce the repair probability, improve the construction site management quality of construction projects, and finally promote the smooth completion of the project. The objective of this study was to determine the morphology mechanism of nitrogen (N) fertilizer rates and ratio on lodging resistance through analying its effects among lodging index (LI), lodging-related morphological traits and physical strength in basal intemodes by comparing japonica and indica super rice cultivars. Field experiments, with three nitrogen levels (0, 150 and 300 kg ha-L) and two ratios of basal to topdressing (8:2 and 5:5) with two super rice cultivars (Yliangyou 2 and Wuyunjing 23), were conducted in the Baolin Farm, Danyang Country, Jiangsu Province, China, in 2011 and 2012. Effects of N fertilizer rates and ratios on morphology of whole plant, morphology traits in basal intemodes and culm's physical strength parameters were investigated at 20 d after full heading stage. LI of Yliangyou 2 was significant greater than that of Wuyunjing 23 due to larger bending moment by whole plant (WP) with higher plant height and gravity center height. With higher volume of N fertilizer, LI of two super rice cultivars was increased conspicuously. However, no significant effect was detected with increase of panicle fertilizer ratio. The size of breaking strength (M) in basal intemodes was the key factor determining LI among N fertilizer treatments. Correlation analysis revealed that M value was positively related bending stress (BS) of Wuyunjing 23 and section modulus (Z) of Yliangyou 2, respectively. The higher N fertilizer levels induced reduction ofBS of Wuyunjing 23 due to weak culm and leaf sheath plumpness status and reduced Z of Yliangyou 2 owning to small diameter and culm wall thickness, consequently, influencing their M indirectly. These results suggested that breaking strength was the key factor influencing LI with increase of N fertilizer levels. However, the lodging-related morphology mechanism was different with genotypes. Culm wall thickness and diameter in basal internodes of indica super rice and culm and leaf sheath plumpness status of japonica super rice influenced breaking strength, as well as lodging index, respectively. 展开更多

It is the responsibility of every citizen to rationally utilize and protect these precious resources. However, with the deepening of China's economic construction and the acceleration of the urbanization process, the demand for water resources in social production and life is increasing. At the same time, the unreasonable discharge of industrial wastewater and urban domestic sewage has caused many rivers and lakes in our country to be polluted to varying degrees, the water quality is continuously declining, small-area rivers and lakes are gradually disappearing, and "milk river" and "dye river" are appearing one after another, seriously damaging the ecological environment and breaking the situation of harmonious development between human beings and nature. In March 2017, the state officially issued the "Opinions on the Full Implementation of the River chief system" and in March 2021, the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Yangtze River". By fully implementing the concepts of green development and ecological construction, the state realizes the sustainable development of water resources and the lives of rivers and lakes in China, which is an important measure to improve the water environment, restore the ecological environment and protect water resources. At present, the management of river chief system in many areas of our country is still at the stage of practical exploration, and there are many problems.
