In order to in-depth study and analysis of pain care in the spinal orthopedic disease practical nursing application and clinical efficacy, randomly selected last year in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020...In order to in-depth study and analysis of pain care in the spinal orthopedic disease practical nursing application and clinical efficacy, randomly selected last year in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 admitted 80 cases of spinal orthopedic patients as the main clinical research investigation object, according to the method of computer random allocation. They were divided into control group and observation group on average. Patients in the control group took routine nursing measures, patients in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing to increase the pain management mode. Vas score before and after observation and overall satisfaction with the service of hospital nursing staff were collected. Results: vas score, sleep nursing service emotional quality score and anxiety service emotional quality score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100%, which was higher than that of the control group by 80%. Conclusion: adding pain nursing management in the process of daily medical care services in spinal orthopedic clinical wards can greatly improve the quality of nursing services for orthopedic patients.展开更多
