Spatial Characteristics Analysis and Landscape Evaluation of Ancient Tree Resources in Changning City based on ArcGIS Method

Ancient and famous trees,known as“green cultural relics”,are precious natural and cultural heritage.In order to further grasp the basic characteristics of ancient tree resources in Changning city,understand their spatial distribution,and specifically identifying the environmental factors that significantly influence the distribution of ancient trees,the investigation and analysis of ancient and famous tree resources in Changning City were carried out.ArcGIS tools and map technology were used to establish three databases corresponding to ancient trees,scenic spots and road networks,to analyze the composition and distribution characteristics of ancient tree resources and explore the relationship between geographical factors and the distribution of ancient trees.The results show that there are 489 ancient trees in Changning City,belonging to 27 families,43 genera and 62 species.According to the type and structure characteristics of ancient trees,there are 30 first-class ancient trees,73 second-class ancient trees and 386 third-class ancient trees in Changning.According to the habitat and growth characteristics of ancient trees,306 trees were distributed on the flat slope,131 on the gentle slope and 21 on the slope.There are obvious differences in the distribution density of ancient trees in Changning City and the dominant species of ancient trees in 18 towns(streets)in Changning City are camphor trees.Then kernel density analysis tool and ArcGIS were comprehensively applied to analyze and evaluate the landscape value of ancient trees in Changning.Based on the resulting ancient tree resource data,landscape evaluation was carried out,formulating a scientific and reasonable scheme,thereby enabling a more vivid presentation of the landscape value of ancient trees in Changning City. 展开更多

The paper had studied growth situation and disease symptoms of ancient trees in Surging Waves Pavilion.There were 14 ancient trees belonging to 10 genera of 9 families,with tree age of 120-260 years.These trees had been well protected generally.There were 9 ancient trees growing well,occupying 64.29%,which were Ginkgo biloba,Cupressus funebris Endl.,Podocarpus macrophyllus,Zelkova schneideriana Hand.-Mazz,Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl,Buxus sinica,and Wisteria sinensis(Sims)Sweet.There were 5 ancient trees needing to be protected preferentially,occupying 35.71%,including Ligustrum lucidum,Osmanthus fragrans and Pterocarya stenoptera.The disease symptoms were trunk rot and hollow structure.Based on these symptoms,the paper had proposed protective measures for Ligustrum lucidum and Osmanthus fragrans:① enclosing eroding holes on the trunk;② clearing up eroded woodiness on the surface of trunk,disinfecting and applying anti-corrosion protectants;③ filling eroded holes of the trunk.Protective measures for Pterocarya stenoptera included:① clearing up the inner part and interior walls;② disinfecting the inside and interior walls of holes;③ applying anti-corrosion protectants. 展开更多

With superior natural conditions,Lushan has abounded in not only plant resources but also profound cultural,religious and political flavors.The research on the ancient trees in Lushan is of great significance to the preservation of natural ancient,exploration of the cultural contents,development and exploitation of those ancient trees and realization of the sustainable development in Lushan.Forest coverage of Lushan reaches 76.6%,and among these plants there are 41 families,83 genera,and 217 species of fern,9 families,34 genera,and 95 species of gymnosperms,and 154 families,864 genera,and 2 332 species of angiosperms.Lushan is divided into the subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest zone in "Chinese Vegetation Regionalization",and characterized as obvious vertical vegetation distribution.Here the author reviewed the evaluation methods of the landscape value of ancient trees in Lushan,hoping to comment on the landscape value of Lushan ancient trees and the investigation,preservation and use of those plant resources in order to lay a foundation for future research. 展开更多

After investigation and statistics, the damage rate of ancient trees and pests in Huludao City reached 13.2%, among which 6% were seriously damaged. In view of the above situation, we should adhere to the policy of "prevention first, comprehensive prevention and control", through regular inspection, timely prevention and control, and take effective measures to effectively protect the ancient tree resources in Huludao City. 展开更多

Due to the regional characteristics and special environment of classical Suzhou gardens, ancient and famous trees in these gardens are not only organisms or natural resources, but also witnesses and recorders of history, so they have unique attributes and value of humanistic resources. On this basis, current situation of ancient and famous trees as well as ecological landscapes formed by these trees in classical Suzhou gardens were analyzed, connotations of these trees elaborated, and relevant regulations taken to identify the grade of these trees. Ancient and famous trees in 9 classical Chinese gardens were investigated, specifically, the Humble Administrator's Garden, the Lingering Garden, the Master-of-Nets Garden, the Mountain Villa with Embracing Beauty, the Pavilion of Surging Waves, the Lion Grove Garden, the Garden of Cultivation, the Couple's Retreat Garden and the Garden of Pleasure. Compared with statistics obtained in 2002, the quantity of ancient and famous trees in these 9 gardens reduced by 11. History and growth state of some trees were introduced, such as Pinus bungeana Zucc. ex Endl., Ginkgo biloba L., Sabina chinensis (Linn.) Ant., Buxus sinica (Rehd. et Wils.) Cheng, Cudrania tricuspidata (Carr.) Bur., and significance of the principle-"right tree for right land" for ancient trees aged 100 years or more was stressed. The trees’ ages were between 100 years old and 330 years old; 14 trees (accounting for 77.78% of the total trees) required regular management, 2 trees (accounting for 11.11%) required bole antiseptic protection, 1 tree (accounting for 5.56% of the total plants) required protection for its trunk, and 1 tree (accounting for 5.56%) required bole antiseptic protection and rejuvenation. According to the survey results, the monitoring and early warning standard grades were divided, its reasons were analyzed, and finally, the relative protection and restoration countermeasures were put forward. 展开更多

By establishing an AHP-based assessment index system and assessment model,and applying detection technology that is convenient and harmless for ancient and famous trees,this paper is significant for investigating and assessing the health state of ancient and famous trees,and protecting the limited resources. Fourteen indexes such as growth vigor,disease and pest were selected from the perspectives of overall situation,canopy,trunk and root,and AHP(applied analytic hierarchy process) was applied to define weights of these indexes. According to the results,top 3 indexes in terms of weight are tree vigor,treetop death,internal decay and hole,while the indexes with lower weight are parasitism,root damage,ventilation and permeability. On the basis of assessment model and method as well as field investigation,health grade of ancient and famous trees(A) can be obtained. By grading the health of ancient and famous trees into 3 levels,each level indicates a certain health state,so managers can take corresponding maintenance measures to develop the best ecological and social value of these trees. 展开更多

模式植物的衰老有10种分子与细胞迹象,多年生的树木是否存在衰老分子与细胞标识是值得研究的问题。本文综述了树木的生物学共性,以及树木与动物、一年生植物的差异,梳理了树木个体衰老与器官老化的特征及树木衰老标识方面的研究进展。1... 模式植物的衰老有10种分子与细胞迹象,多年生的树木是否存在衰老分子与细胞标识是值得研究的问题。本文综述了树木的生物学共性,以及树木与动物、一年生植物的差异,梳理了树木个体衰老与器官老化的特征及树木衰老标识方面的研究进展。1)从植物生理学和植物遗传学视角重新界定树木个体的概念;2)将衰老(aging)应用于树木个体随年龄增长的生理与病理变化过程和结果,将老化(senescence)应用于树木器官随年龄增长的生理与病理变化过程和结果;3)论证了树木衰老的2个新标识:慢性衰退(chronic decline)和菌群失调(dysbiosis),进而提出树木衰老的12个分子与细胞标识;4)就古树医学研究的学科支撑、试验体系、发展方向提出新见解。树木衰老研究有利于揭示古树的长寿机制、解析衰弱古树修复原理、丰富古树名木保护理论,并为古树保护实践提供支撑。 展开更多

基于树木雷达的古槐树根系分布特征

古树是岁月里走来的绿色文物,承载深厚的文化内涵和历史底蕴,是自然历史进化过程中的瑰宝。古树根系健康状况对树木后期的保护与发展起到关键作用,选取不同立地条件下树龄为600 a与700 a的一级古树为研究对象,利用树木雷达检测系统,采... 古树是岁月里走来的绿色文物,承载深厚的文化内涵和历史底蕴,是自然历史进化过程中的瑰宝。古树根系健康状况对树木后期的保护与发展起到关键作用,选取不同立地条件下树龄为600 a与700 a的一级古树为研究对象,利用树木雷达检测系统,采用环状放线测量方式对古树根系进行无伤探测,得出树木直径不小于2 cm的粗根数量及分布情况。研究结果表明,在垂直方向上,古树的根系分布密度随深度的增加而先增加后减少,且集中分布在20~40 cm的区域。水平方向上,根系分布密度随着与根基距离的增加而减少,且根系分布密度最高处位于距离根基1 m处。硬质铺装和自然条件2种立地环境下,自然条件下的古树根系密度显著高于铺装压迫下的根系密度。结果显示采用树木雷达研究古树根系具有较强的可行性和合理性,为后期有针对性地对古树进行保护与复壮提供科学依据和参考。 展开更多

福州市古树健康风险评估技术研究

古树对于研究树木生理、维护生物多样性和生态系统平衡具有重要作用。为了评估其健康风险,本研究构建了包括树体、根颈、环境和干扰4个准则层,及主干倾斜、根系损伤、病虫害等21项评价指标的古树健康风险评估模型,并采用层次分析法确定... 古树对于研究树木生理、维护生物多样性和生态系统平衡具有重要作用。为了评估其健康风险,本研究构建了包括树体、根颈、环境和干扰4个准则层,及主干倾斜、根系损伤、病虫害等21项评价指标的古树健康风险评估模型,并采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。通过对福州市100株古树进行4个季度的实地调查验证,发现权重较高的指标包括铺装堆埋(0.1258)、根系损伤(0.0907)、病虫害(0.0830)等。铺装堆埋是影响古树健康的最大风险,实地调查发现,存在铺装堆埋情况的占25%,包括树池铺设水泥硬化、根部填埋建筑垃圾等;存在病虫害情况的达24%,以白蚁、红蜘蛛等虫害,和白粉病、根腐病等病害为主;存在根系损伤情况的占15%。同时,季节变化对古树健康影响显著,春季新叶萌发期的虫害较为活跃,夏季高温高湿环境易引发真菌病害。经检验,本研究构建的评估模型适用性较强,可为今后古树的科学管理提供有效支撑。 展开更多

利用EST-SSR分子标记评价古槐群体的遗传多样性,并解析其群体结构以及群体之间的亲缘关系,为国槐优质种质资源筛选及古树保护工作提供科学借鉴。16对EST-SSR分子标记评价来自6个群体91份供试材料的遗传多样性,通过遗传参数评价古槐群体... 利用EST-SSR分子标记评价古槐群体的遗传多样性,并解析其群体结构以及群体之间的亲缘关系,为国槐优质种质资源筛选及古树保护工作提供科学借鉴。16对EST-SSR分子标记评价来自6个群体91份供试材料的遗传多样性,通过遗传参数评价古槐群体的遗传多样性丰富度;采用AMOVA方差分析探究群体的遗传分化水平;STRUCTURE群体结构分析、PCoA主坐标分析以及UPGMA聚类分析互相验证揭示群体的遗传结构。结果表明,EST-SSR分子标记共扩增出了90个等位基因,表现出较丰富的遗传多样性水平(I=1.056、H=0.572、H_(e)=0.571)。AMOVA分析表明,95%的遗传变异发生在群体内部。群体间的遗传分化系数F_(st)均值为0.046,遗传分化程度处于较低水平。STRUCTURE分析、PCoA分析以及UPGMA分析的结果较为一致,6个群体可分为3个亚群。综上所述,供试古槐群体遗传多样性水平较丰富,群体间存在着持续且有效的基因交流,整体上未表现明显的近交衰退。山东潍坊(WF)古槐群体表现最佳,应充分保护并合理利用;北京(BJ)和山东淄博(ZB)古树群体存在杂合子略微缺失、遗传多样性低等问题,应及时保育。 展开更多

曲靖市主城区古树资源分布特征与环境因子的关系

基于曲靖市主城区古树调查数据,采用最邻近指数与核密度分析方法,深入探究古树的空间分布特征;同时,结合遥感影像数据,运用辐射传输方程法反演地表温度,并对DEM数据进行海拔、坡度及坡向分析,以揭示环境因子与古树分布之间的相关性。结... 基于曲靖市主城区古树调查数据,采用最邻近指数与核密度分析方法,深入探究古树的空间分布特征;同时,结合遥感影像数据,运用辐射传输方程法反演地表温度,并对DEM数据进行海拔、坡度及坡向分析,以揭示环境因子与古树分布之间的相关性。结果表明:曲靖市主城区古树共计655株,隶属32科48属74种,三级古树占90.84%,总体树龄偏小。最邻近指数为0.217、变异系数为262.89%,古树分布特征为空间强凝聚型分布,核密度分析发现其在空间上显著聚集,呈“散点状”与“组团状”并存状态。古树主要集中于人口密度低、土层深厚和土壤侵蚀较小的区域,土壤类型为山原红壤的古树分布最多。海拔较低区域古树分布较多,海拔越高其数量越少,Shannon–Wiener物种多样性指数与海拔相关性显著,低海拔和高海拔地区其值偏低,Pielou均匀度指数则变化不显著。古树数量在坡度为0°~15°的区域分布最多,随坡度增加急剧减少。古树主要集中于中温和次高温区,低温区数量最少,这表明古树分布集中于一定的温度区间,过低或过高均不适合古树生长。 展开更多

为鉴定和评价临沧200份古茶树种质资源表型性状遗传多样性,采用相关性分析、主成分分析及聚类分析等方法对42个表型性状进行研究。结果表明,28个质量性状在供试种质中表现出丰富的变异程度,各性状的遗传多样性指数存在明显差异,遗传多... 为鉴定和评价临沧200份古茶树种质资源表型性状遗传多样性,采用相关性分析、主成分分析及聚类分析等方法对42个表型性状进行研究。结果表明,28个质量性状在供试种质中表现出丰富的变异程度,各性状的遗传多样性指数存在明显差异,遗传多样性指数在0.056~1.106之间,平均遗传多样性指数为0.670;14个数量性状变异系数在5.03%~34.30%之间,平均为20.97%。相关性分析显示,大部分表型性状存在显著或极显著的相关性。主成分分析共提取出14个主成分,累计贡献率为70.97%,分别侧重反映茶树的子房数、花冠直径、主脉茸毛、叶面积、叶长、叶宽、叶片大小、长宽比和叶形等特征。依据表型性状进行聚类分析,在欧氏距离为20时,200份古茶树种质资源可被划分为4大类群,各类群间的主要性状差异显著,聚类分析并未完全依地理分布划分。研究结果表明,临沧市8个县(区)的古茶树种质资源表型变异丰富,遗传多样性水平较高,展现出良好的茶树良种选育潜力,为临沧古茶树资源的保护与可持续利用提供了依据。 展开更多

本研究以云南省凤庆县郭大寨乡琼英(QY)、龙潭(LT)、大箐(DQ)3个不同海拔和坡向古茶园茶树叶片为对象,通过测定其鲜叶生理特性及其成品茶化学成分,比较分析不同海拔和坡向对茶树叶片生长及成品茶品质的影响。结果表明:(1)海拔较高且在... 本研究以云南省凤庆县郭大寨乡琼英(QY)、龙潭(LT)、大箐(DQ)3个不同海拔和坡向古茶园茶树叶片为对象,通过测定其鲜叶生理特性及其成品茶化学成分,比较分析不同海拔和坡向对茶树叶片生长及成品茶品质的影响。结果表明:(1)海拔较高且在北坡环境下的大箐茶园茶树叶片光合色素、可溶性糖(SS)、可溶性蛋白(SP)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量最高,过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性也最高,这些指标均显著高于琼英茶园,高于龙潭茶园且大多达到显著水平;酚氨比高于龙潭茶园。(2)海拔较高且在南坡环境下的龙潭茶园茶树叶片光合色素、MDA、可溶性物质含量次于大箐茶园,POD、CAT活性和成品茶茶氨酸含量显著高于琼英茶园,茶多酚含量和酚氨比最低。(3)海拔较低且处于东北坡的琼英茶园茶树叶片光合色素、可溶性物质含量和成品茶茶氨酸含量最低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性显著高于其他茶园,茶多酚含量高于龙潭茶园,酚氨比最高。对3个茶园茶树生理特性和成品茶化学成分进行综合分析表明,大箐茶园和龙潭茶园环境下的茶叶品质较好。本研究结果可为云南地区古茶树栽培管理及其成品茶生产提供技术参考。 展开更多

To determine the age of oil-tea camellia trees, regression equations including Logistic, Mitscherlich, Gompertz, Korf, and Richards were used to calculate accumulative growth rate using basal trunk disc and investigate the relations between the age of oil-tea camellia trees and their growth rate of secondary trunk. The Gompertz equation Y=71.296 1exp (-3.874 4exp (-0.006 4t)) was the most optimal equation to simulate the accumulative growth rate of basal trunk disc. This equation could be used to estimate the age of oil-tea camellia trees that grow under similar environmental conditions. The Korf equation Y=576.900 1exp (-4.153 0x -0.314 2 ) was the best equation to describe the relation between the age and growth rate of different secondary trunks. With the adjustment coefficient and average growth of different secondary trunk discs, it is possible to predict the age of ancient oil-tea camellia trees that grow under similar environmental conditions. In addition, taking three or more discs from the same diameter group and calculating their average growth rate could lead to more accurate results. For trees that grow in different areas, environmental conditions should be carefully considered when using the above two equations to predict the age of ancient oil-tea camellia trees. 展开更多
