Methods: 60 primary nursing students who worked in our ...Objective: to observe the application effect of situation simulation teaching method in clinical nursing teaching and learn from relevant experience and methods. Methods: 60 primary nursing students who worked in our department from May 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and observation group. Regular training methods and scenario simulation training methods were provided, and the application effects of the two groups were compared. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before formation (p > 0.05). After the training, the examination results of the two groups of patients were improved. The examination results of the nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: the teaching method of scene simulation exercise is helpful to maximize the learning effect of clinical nursing knowledge and skills, and is worthy of encouragement.展开更多

First, both of these two methods provide two-way solutions, ...Two coupled-mode methods, namely DGMCM (Direct-Global-Matrix Coupled- Mode Method) and CCMM (Consistent Coupled-Mode Method), are analyzed and compared. First, both of these two methods provide two-way solutions, and hence they are accurate models. Second, the series of local vertical modes in DGMCM converges as fast as that in CCMM, whereas DGMCM has a more tolerable requirement of the number of segments than CCMM. Third, these two models obtain the field solution by solving the coupled-mode system with different coefficient matrices, in which the computational effort for the required parameters is almost the same. Finally, DGMCM can handle some problems which are difficult for CCMM, such as in a waveguide with a rough bottom, a line source located right on top of a sloping bot- tom, or in the presence of multiple sources. In DGMCM, closed-form expressions for coupling matrices in a two-layer waveguide are given. In addition, the formulation for the line-source problem in plane geometry is derived to update CCMM.展开更多
MBA education has become the fastest growing segment of education in China in recent years and a segment that can now be considered indispensible.However,how best to teach it has long been a source of debate.One of th...MBA education has become the fastest growing segment of education in China in recent years and a segment that can now be considered indispensible.However,how best to teach it has long been a source of debate.One of the key issues is how to match student traits with teaching methods.While engaged as teachers of marketing management,the authors collected data by questionnaire,carried out empirical research and data comparison,and undertook contingency analysis.It was found that different personal traits in students lead to different attitudes towards teaching methods.A student’s major in college,gender,and sector of employment has little influence on attitudes towards teaching methods,while age,the most sensitive factor,plays the biggest role,followed by job and class.Therefore,these factors should be taken into consideration when arranging classes,developing the curriculum,and planning teaching methods.展开更多

While Guzman focuses on inspirational teaching and open-ended d...This paper critically analyzes Roberto Guzman’s approach to teaching English, as outlined in his TED talk “Teaching English without Teaching English”. While Guzman focuses on inspirational teaching and open-ended discussion, the analysis highlights some shortcomings of his methods from three perspectives: 1) whether the approach aligns with socio-cultural theories, 2) whether it overlooks the importance of input assumptions, and 3) whether it can effectively improve students’ communicative competence. Through this analysis, the paper sheds light on the potential limitations of Guzman’s approach to teaching English and provides insights into how educators can design more effective language teaching methods.展开更多
Objective: to explore the application effect of microteaching in otolaryngology clinical nursing interns. Methods: a total of 80 interns from October 2019 to September 2021 in otolaryngology nursing were selected and ...Objective: to explore the application effect of microteaching in otolaryngology clinical nursing interns. Methods: a total of 80 interns from October 2019 to September 2021 in otolaryngology nursing were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 interns in each group. The conventional teaching method was implemented in the control group and the micro-class teaching method was implemented in the observation group. The assessment results, teaching methods and CTDI-CV scale scores of the two groups were compared. Results: the noun interpretation, short-answer questions, essay questions and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with other scores, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). The learning interest, autonomous learning ability, problem analysis ability, cooperation ability, communication ability and classroom activity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before the teaching, there was no significant difference in CTDI-CV between the two groups (P > 0.05). After development, each score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was a difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the total satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of micro-class teaching method in otorhinolaryngology clinical nursing interns can effectively improve their assessment results and enhance the work initiative and enthusiasm of nursing students.展开更多

The design of evolutionary approaches has a vital role in the recent development of scientific literature.To tackle highly nonlinear complex problems,nonlinear ordinary differential equations,partial differential equa...The design of evolutionary approaches has a vital role in the recent development of scientific literature.To tackle highly nonlinear complex problems,nonlinear ordinary differential equations,partial differential equations,stochastic differential equations,and many more may called computational algorithms.The rotavirus causes may include severe diarrhea,vomiting,and fever leading to rapid dehydration.By the report of the World Health Organization(WHO),approximately 600,000 children die worldwide each year,80 percent of whom live in developing countries.Two million children are hospitalized each year.In Asia,up to 45 percent of the children hospitalized for diarrhea may be infected with rotavirus.The rotavirus model is categorized into five-compartment like susceptible(S),breastfeeding(M),vaccinated(V),infected(I),and recovered children(R).Positivity,boundedness,equilibria,reproduction number,and stability results are part of the qualitative analysis of the model.After that,the design of the evolutionary approaches on the model predicts the efficiency,visualization,long-term behavior of the disease,and best results of the rotavirus disease.In the end,evolutionary computations are an appropriate tool for double-checking the qualitative examination of the model.展开更多
We selected the 103 M_L≥2. 5 earthquake waveform data from the Inner Mongolia-Ningxia border during 2009-2015,which was recorded by the Inner Mongolia Digital Seismic Networks and used the simplex method, Hyposat met...We selected the 103 M_L≥2. 5 earthquake waveform data from the Inner Mongolia-Ningxia border during 2009-2015,which was recorded by the Inner Mongolia Digital Seismic Networks and used the simplex method, Hyposat method, double difference location method,and deterministic method (PTD) for the determination of focal depth,and compared the results. The CAP moment tensor inversion method is used to determine the focal depths of the Alxa Left Banner M5. 8 and M4. 2 earthquakes. The final results of the focal depth by the deterministic method (PTD) and the double difference location method fit well with the tectonic characteristics of the Inner Mongolia-Ningxia border area,but those of the simplex method and the Hyposat method do not. The average depth of the Inner Mongolia-Ningxia border seismic tectonic zone is 13. 32 ± 8 km.展开更多
