Objectives:The study aimed to explore social alienation types in patients with inflammatorybowel diseases(IBD)and identify influencingfactors.Methods:This cross-sectional study was conducted using purposive sampling a...Objectives:The study aimed to explore social alienation types in patients with inflammatorybowel diseases(IBD)and identify influencingfactors.Methods:This cross-sectional study was conducted using purposive sampling among patients with IBD from July 2022 to July 2023.Patients were assessed using the Generalized Social Alienation Scale(GSAS),the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(B-IPQ),the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ).Demographic and disease-related characteristics were also collected.Latent profileanalysis(LPA)was used to identify potential subgroups of social alienation.Univariate analysis and multicollinearity analysis were conducted to explore the influencing factors,followed by multiple regression analysis to evaluate the effect of influencingfactors on social alienation.Results:Three distinct profilesof social alienation were identified:integrated-low alienation group(n=61,20.20%),accommodative-moderate alienation group(n=195,64.57%),and maladaptive-high alienation group(n=46,15.23%).Seven characteristics were associated with the profile’smembership:self-perceived financialstress,malnutrition risk,disease duration,illness comprehensibility,anxiety,depression,and acceptance-resignation coping mode.Conclusions:Patients with IBD were categorized into three subgroups based on social alienation levels.Financial stress,malnutrition risk,disease duration,illness comprehensibility,anxiety,depression,and acceptance-resignation coping mode were key predictors of the subgroup membership.Targeted interventions should be developed to mitigate the negative effects of social alienation,with a focus on improving illness perception,alleviating anxiety and depression,and promoting effective coping strategies.展开更多

Objective:To explore the current status of social alienation and its influencing factors among young and middle-aged stroke patients in Dali.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to survey 385 young and middl...Objective:To explore the current status of social alienation and its influencing factors among young and middle-aged stroke patients in Dali.Methods:A convenience sampling method was used to survey 385 young and middle-aged stroke patients in a tertiary hospital in Dali from December 2024 to July 2025.Questionnaires including general demographic information,the General Alienation Scale,the Athens insomnia scale,and others were administered.Results:The social alienation score of young and middle-aged stroke patients in Dali was(35.67±3.46).Univariate analysis showed that general demographic factors[education level,monthly household income,whether it was the first onset,presence of sequelae,disease duration,activities of daily living(ADL,Barthel Index)],social support,stigma,self-perceived burden,anxiety and depression,and sleep status were influencing factors of social alienation(P<0.05).Regression analysis indicated that social support,anxiety and depression,disease duration,stigma,presence of sequelae,and self-care ability were significant influencing factors of social alienation(P<0.01),explaining 65.3%of the total variance.Conclusion:The level of social alienation among young and middle-aged stroke patients in Dali is relatively low.Special attention should be paid to patients with a disease duration of<7 days,those with sequelae,moderate-to-severe dependence in self-care,low social support,high stigma,and high levels of anxiety and depression,to effectively reduce their social alienation.展开更多

文摘Based on the elaboration of the content and status of rural cooperative finance, rural cooperative finance--the alienation of rural credit cooperative is introduced from three aspects of the concept and objective of management, the organizational form and management mode, and the service object and business scope. Causes of alienation are analyzed. Firstly, change in the economic foundation of cooperative finance is the fundamental reasons for the alienation. Secondly, mandatory system change led by the government is an important reason for alienation. Thirdly, property and administration structure of rural credit cooperative are the internal reasons for alienation of agricultural support. To achieve the innovation of rural cooperative financial organization, the following aspects should be done: cultivating the basis for rural cooperative economy, further promoting the reform of rural credit cooperatives (innovating a variety of property rights modes; making clear definition of ownership; implementing the internal governance structure), introducing competition in the field of rural cooperative finance, and homing function of government and rural cooperative finance.
文摘J.D.Salinger is an alienated writer,who alienates himself from the dominant society.He is unsocial in character and unconventional in behavior.His reclusion can be regarded as the behavioral presentation of his alienation.Salinger also portrays many alienated characters in his The catcher in the rye and Nine stories.These alienated characters include children,adolescents and adults.They alienate themselves from dominant social culture,groups and even themselves.According to the analysis of these alienated protagonists from autobiographical and historical perspectives,the root of their alienation lies in the conflict between their searching for the ideal love and the absence of such love in the dominant society.So comparing with enjoying substantial life,Salinger's works can arouse people's interest and give more concern to their spiritual life.

Indifference and alienation have replaced communication and trust among people or between one and self. By analyzing the alienation among people, the self-split of oneself and the reasons resulting these in William Faulkner's As I lay Dying, the concern of Faulkner about the social phenomenon and his pursuit of transcending the personal to a universal level will be better presented to us.

文摘When the global outbreak of new coronary pneumonia broke out in 2020,online public opinion events triggered by cultural differences among overseas students had come into the public view.To further explore the relationship between the cultural alienation of overseas students and their own happiness,this study takes visualization and analysis of positive,negative sentiment analysis of Weibo netizens’comment data in the“Xu Kexin Incident”as the starting point,on the basis of introducing cultural alienation,stress relief methods,and cultural intelligence,combining gender and social ability,social relations and other individual attributes,designed a questionnaire to investigate 502 overseas students,through the construction and analysis of the adjusted Cox risk ratio intermedi-ary model,comprehensive single factor interference and multi-factor cross-over comprehensive analysis.The results show that the cultural alienation of overseas students has a significant effect on their own well-being.The study concluded as follows:(1)Netizens hold polarized views on the three dimensions of overseas students’mask,safety,and culture;(2)Stress relief methods play an intermediary role between cultural alienation and the happiness of overseas students,among which Negative stress relief methods play a greater role;(3)The level of cultural intelligence regulates the intermediary process of stress relief methods.The higher the level of cultural intelligence,the stronger the regulatory effect.
文摘The literary background of Kazuo Ishiguro’s novel Never Let Me Go sets in a highly developed scientific and technological world where clones are created by human and“educated”in the Hailsham School for the sake of“donating”their vital organs to human three or four times before death.By depicting miserable fate of clones,the novel conveys deep concerns on the consequences of abusing technology in modern society.Ever since the burgeoning development of life science and artificial intelligence in the 1990s,the trend of posthumanism/transhumanism has emerged.Posthumanism promotes approaches to enhancing human body condition and organism,and extending human lifespan to augment human capacity and well-being by the advancement of technology.In literary field,contemplation on the relationship between human beings and technology has become a major concern of posthumanism.Putting Never Let Me Go in the context of posthumanism,this essay probes into the significant themes of the novel from three aspects:(1)clones’torments in the existential predicaments imposed by human;(2)human’s violation to the principles of bioethics causing the existential predicaments of alienated clones;(3)appealing to human to ruminate on the relationship between scientific technology and ethics.
