With the widespread adoption of hydraulic fracturing technology in oil and gas resource development,improving the accuracy and efficiency of fracturing simulations has become a critical research focus.This paper proposes an improved fluid flow algorithm,aiming to enhance the computational efficiency of hydraulic fracturing simulations while ensuring computational accuracy.The algorithm optimizes the aperture law and iteration criteria,focusing on improving the domain volume and crack pressure update strategy,thereby enabling precise capture of dynamic borehole pressure variations during injection tests.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified through three flow-solid coupling cases.The study also analyzes the effects of borehole size,domain volume,and crack pressure update strategy on fracturing behavior.Furthermore,the performance of the improved algorithm in terms of crack propagation rate,micro-crack formation,and fluid pressure distribution was further evaluated.The results indicate that while large-size boreholes delay crack initiation,the cracks propagate more rapidly once formed.Additionally,the optimized domain volume calculation and crack pressure update strategy significantly shorten the pressure propagation stage,promote crack propagation,and improve computational efficiency. 展开更多

Recently,power electronic transformers(PETs)have received widespread attention owing to their flexible networking,diverse operating modes,and abundant control objects.In this study,we established a steady-state model of PETs and applied it to the power flow calculation of AC-DC hybrid systems with PETs,considering the topology,power balance,loss,and control characteristics of multi-port PETs.To address new problems caused by the introduction of the PET port and control equations to the power flow calculation,this study proposes an iterative method of AC-DC mixed power flow decoupling based on step optimization,which can achieve AC-DC decoupling and effectively improve convergence.The results show that the proposed algorithm improves the iterative method and overcomes the overcorrection and initial value sensitivity problems of conventional iterative algorithms. 展开更多

In this work, a novel mathematic model for the hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with unrelated parallel machine(HFSPUPM) was proposed. Additionally, an effective hybrid estimation of distribution algorithm was proposed to solve the HFSPUPM, taking advantage of the features in the mathematic model. In the optimization algorithm, a new individual representation method was adopted. The(EDA) structure was used for global search while the teaching learning based optimization(TLBO) strategy was used for local search. Based on the structure of the HFSPUPM, this work presents a series of discrete operations. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed hybrid algorithm compared with other algorithms. 展开更多

The artificial bee colony(ABC) algorithm is improved to construct a hybrid multi-objective ABC algorithm, called HMOABC, for resolving optimal power flow(OPF) problem by simultaneously optimizing three conflicting objectives of OPF, instead of transforming multi-objective functions into a single objective function. The main idea of HMOABC is to extend original ABC algorithm to multi-objective and cooperative mode by combining the Pareto dominance and divide-and-conquer approach. HMOABC is then used in the 30-bus IEEE test system for solving the OPF problem considering the cost, loss, and emission impacts. The simulation results show that the HMOABC is superior to other algorithms in terms of optimization accuracy and computation robustness. 展开更多

Omitting viscosity along flow direction, we have simplified the dimensionless N-Sequations in arbitrary curved coordinate system as the thin layer equations. Using theimplicit approximate-factorization algorithm to solve the gas-phase governing equ-ations and the characteristic method to follow the tracks of particles, we then obtainedthe full coupled numerical method of two-phase.transonic, turbulent flow. Here, par- ticle size may be grouped, the subsonic boundary condition at entry of nozzle is ireatedby quasi-characteristic method in reference plane and the algebraic model is used forturbulent flow. These methods are applied in viscous two-phase flow. calculation of ro-cket nozzle and in the prediciton of thrust and specific impulse for solid propellant ro-cket motor. The calculation results are in good agreement with the measurerment va-lues. Moreover, the influences of different particle radius, different particle mass frac-tion and particle size grouped on flow field have been discussed, and the influences of particle two-dimensional radial velosity component and viscosity on specific impulse ofrocket motor have been analysed.The method of this paper possesses the advantage of saving computer time. More important, the effect is more obvious for the calculation of particle size being grouped. 展开更多

A finite difference method for computing the axisymmetric, transonic flows over a nacelle is presented in this paper. By use of the conservative full-potential equation, body-fitted grid, and the exact boundary conditions, a new AF scheme is constructed according to the criterion of optimum convergence. The proposed scheme has been applied to transonic nacelle flow problems. Computation for several nacelles shows the rapid convergence of this scheme and excellent agreement with the experimental results. 展开更多

There are many motors in operation or on standby in nuclear power plants,and the startup of group motors will have a great impact on the voltage of the emergency bus.At present,there is no special or inexpensive software to solve this problem,and the experience of engineers is not accurate enough.Therefore,this paper developed a method and system for the startup calculation of group motors in nuclear power plants and proposed an automatic generation method of circuit topology in nuclear power plants.Each component in the topology was given its unique number,and the component class could be constructed according to its type and upper and lower connections.The subordination and topology relationship of switches,buses,and motors could be quickly generated by the program according to the component class,and the simplified direct power flow algorithm was used to calculate the power flow for the startup of group motors according to the above relationship.Then,whether the bus voltage is in the safe range and whether the voltage exceeds the limit during the startup of the group motor could be judged.The practical example was used to verify the effectiveness of the method.Compared with other professional software,the method has high efficiency and low cost. 展开更多

For deposit body medium, the internal structural properties may be the controlling factors for the strength of the material and the mechanical response. Based on the results of soil-rock meso-statistics using digital imaging, a simulated annealing algorithm is adopted to expand the meso-structural features of deposit bodies in 3D. The construction of the 3D meso-structure of a deposit body is achieved, and then the particle flow analysis program PFC3 D is used to simulate the mechanical properties of the deposit body. It is shown that with a combination of the simulated annealing algorithm and the statistical feature functions, the randomness and heterogeneity of the rock distribution in the 3D inner structure of deposit body medium can be realized, and the reconstructed structural features of the deposit medium can match the features of the digital images well. The spatial utilizations and the compacting effects of the body-centered cubic, hexagonal close and face-centered packing models are high, so these structures can be applied in the simulations of the deposit structures. However, the shear features of the deposit medium vary depending on the different model constructive modes. Rocks, which are the backbone of the deposit, are the factors that determine the shear strength and deformation modulus of the deposit body. The modeling method proposed is useful for the construction of 3D meso-scope models from 2D meso-scope statistics and can be used for studying the mechanical properties of mixed media, such as deposit bodies. 展开更多

Under the demand of strategic air traffic flow management and the concept of trajectory based operations(TBO),the network-wide 4D flight trajectories planning(N4DFTP) problem has been investigated with the purpose of safely and efficiently allocating 4D trajectories(4DTs)(3D position and time) for all the flights in the whole airway network.Considering that the introduction of large-scale 4DTs inevitably increases the problem complexity,an efficient model for strategiclevel conflict management is developed in this paper.Specifically,a bi-objective N4 DFTP problem that aims to minimize both potential conflicts and the trajectory cost is formulated.In consideration of the large-scale,high-complexity,and multi-objective characteristics of the N4DFTP problem,a multi-objective multi-memetic algorithm(MOMMA) that incorporates an evolutionary global search framework together with three problem-specific local search operators is implemented.It is capable of rapidly and effectively allocating 4DTs via rerouting,target time controlling,and flight level changing.Additionally,to balance the ability of exploitation and exploration of the algorithm,a special hybridization scheme is adopted for the integration of local and global search.Empirical studies using real air traffic data in China with different network complexities show that the proposed MOMMA is effective to solve the N4 DFTP problem.The solutions achieved are competitive for elaborate decision support under a TBO environment. 展开更多

Deepfake Video Detection Based on Improved CapsNet and Temporal–Spatial Features

Rapid development of deepfake technology led to the spread of forged audios and videos across network platforms,presenting risks for numerous countries,societies,and individuals,and posing a serious threat to cyberspace security.To address the problem of insufficient extraction of spatial features and the fact that temporal features are not considered in the deepfake video detection,we propose a detection method based on improved CapsNet and temporal–spatial features(iCapsNet–TSF).First,the dynamic routing algorithm of CapsNet is improved using weight initialization and updating.Then,the optical flow algorithm is used to extract interframe temporal features of the videos to form a dataset of temporal–spatial features.Finally,the iCapsNet model is employed to fully learn the temporal–spatial features of facial videos,and the results are fused.Experimental results show that the detection accuracy of iCapsNet–TSF reaches 94.07%,98.83%,and 98.50%on the Celeb-DF,FaceSwap,and Deepfakes datasets,respectively,displaying a better performance than most existing mainstream algorithms.The iCapsNet–TSF method combines the capsule network and the optical flow algorithm,providing a novel strategy for the deepfake detection,which is of great significance to the prevention of deepfake attacks and the preservation of cyberspace security. 展开更多

In the optimization of train diagrams, selecting the arrival and departure paths of the through gains has a great impact on the dwell time at district stations. In this paper, on the basis of train paths and the through train connection time standard at district stations, we built a mathematical model aiming at minimizing dwell time of through trains at two adjacent district stations, and then converted this into a network flow model to which is added a source and a sink node. Then, we propose a new algorithm for solving the network flow model based on the minimum-cost flow algorithm. A case study for through trains from the Guiyang South Railway Station to the Chongqing West Railway Station shows that the algorithm is reliable and efficient for solving the problem of through train connections, and there is a reduction in the total dwell time that the through trains spend at two adjacent district stations. 展开更多

Heterogeneous karst surfaces exerted scaling effects whereby specific runoff decrease with increasing area.The existing RUSLE-L equations are limited by the default implicit assumption that the surface-runoff intensity is constant at any slope length.The objective of this study was to modify the L-equation by establishing the functional relationship between surface-runoff intensity and karst slope length,and to evaluate its predictive capability at different resolution DEMs.Transfer grid layers were generated based on the area rate of surface karstification and considered the runoff transmission percentage at the exposed karst fractures or conduits to be zero.Using the multiple flow direction algorithm united with the transfer grid(MFDTG),the flow accumulation of each grid cell was simulated to estimate the average surface-runoff intensity over different slope lengths.The effectiveness of MFDTG algorithm was validated by runoff plot data in Southwestern China.The simulated results in a typical peak-cluster depression basin with an area rate of surface karstification of 6.5%showed that the relationship between surface-runoff intensity and slope length was a negative power function.Estimated by the proposed modified L-equation((al_(x)^((b+1))/22.13)^(m)),the L-factor averages of the study basin ranged from 0.35 to 0.41 at 1,5,25 and 90 m resolutions respectively.This study indicated that the modified L-equation enables an improved prediction of the much smaller L-factor and the use of any resolution DEMs on karst landscapes.Particular attention should be given to the variation of surface-runoff intensity with slope length when predicting L-factor on hillslopes with runoff scale effect. 展开更多

This paper proposes a new approach to the water flow algorithm for text line segmentation. In the basic method the hypothetical water flows under few specified angles which have been defined by water flow angle as parameter. It is applied to the document image frame from left to right and vice versa. As a result, the unwetted and wetted areas are established. These areas separate text from non-text elements in each text line, respectively. Hence, they represent the control areas that are of major importance for text line segmentation. Primarily, an extended approach means extraction of the connected-components by bounding boxes over text. By this way, each connected component is mutually separated. Hence, the water flow angle, which defines the unwetted areas, is determined adaptively. By choosing appropriate water flow angle, the unwetted areas are lengthening which leads to the better text line segmentation. Results of this approach are encouraging due to the text line segmentation improvement which is the most challenging step in document image processing. 展开更多

Apple fruits on trees tend to swing because of wind or other natural causes,therefore reducing the accuracy of apple picking by robots.To increase the accuracy and to speed up the apple tracking and identifying process,tracking and recognition method combined with an affine transformation was proposed.The method can be divided into three steps.First,the initial image was segmented by Otsu’s thresholding method based on the two times Red minus Green minus Blue(2R-G-B)color feature;after improving the binary image,the apples were recognized with a local parameter adaptive Hough circle transformation method,thus improving the accuracy of recognition and avoiding the long,time-consuming process and excessive fitted circles in traditional Hough circle transformation.The process and results were verified experimentally.Second,the Shi-Tomasi corners detected and extracted from the first frame image were tracked,and the corners with large positive and negative optical flow errors were removed.The affine transformation matrix between the two frames was calculated based on the Random Sampling Consistency algorithm(RANSAC)to correct the scale of the template image and predict the apple positions.Third,the best positions of the target apples within 1.2 times of the prediction area were searched with a de-mean normalized cross-correlation template matching algorithm.The test results showed that the running time of each frame was 25 ms and 130 ms and the tracking error was more than 8%and 20%in the absence of template correction and apple position prediction,respectively.In comparison,the running time of our algorithm was 25 ms,and the tracking error was less than 4%.Therefore,test results indicate that speed and efficiency can be greatly improved by using our method,and this strategy can also provide a reference for tracking and recognizing other oscillatory fruits. 展开更多

Spatial information network(SIN)is a network with high speed and periodicity of node operation.In recent days,China will build a complete asteroid monitoring and warning system and a near-Earth asteroid defense system.This requires launching more low-Earth orbit satellites.In order to adapt to the increase in the number of near-Earth satellites,the dynamic optimization of space informa-tion network topology between satellites will have research significance.Consid-ering the visibility of satellite networking,the connectivity of satellite nodes,and the number of links connected to the whole network,with the goal of minimizing the end-to-end delay between satellite nodes in the network as the optimization goal,a network topology optimization model that meets multiple constraints is constructed,and the model is solved using greedy algorithm and simulated anneal-ing algorithm.In the process of simulated annealing,the networkflow algorithm is innovatively proposed for neighborhood solution.Experiments show that the simulated annealing hybrid neighborhood algorithm is significantly better than the simulated annealing random neighborhood algorithm. 展开更多
