目的 探讨案例教学法(CBL)联合早查房DSA阅片的教学模式在血管外科教学中的应用效果。方法 将2024年4—10月在首都医科大学宣武医院血管外科参与住院医师规范化培训的42名住院医师随机分为两组,对照组采用传统讲授式教学法,观察组采用CB... 目的 探讨案例教学法(CBL)联合早查房DSA阅片的教学模式在血管外科教学中的应用效果。方法 将2024年4—10月在首都医科大学宣武医院血管外科参与住院医师规范化培训的42名住院医师随机分为两组,对照组采用传统讲授式教学法,观察组采用CBL联合早查房DSA阅片的教学模式。教学结束后,比较两组的理论水平、临床能力及教学满意度。结果 观察组在解剖知识、影像阅片以及病例分析方面的考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.01)。此外,观察组的教学满意度问卷调查得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相比于传统教学方式,CBL联合早查房DSA阅片的教学模式能够显著激发住院医师的学习主动性,帮助其深入理解血管外科知识,培养临床思维能力,提升教学质量。 展开更多

PID Steering Control Method of Agricultural Robot Based on Fusion of Particle Swarm Optimization and Genetic Algorithm

Aiming to solve the steering instability and hysteresis of agricultural robots in the process of movement,a fusion PID control method of particle swarm optimization(PSO)and genetic algorithm(GA)was proposed.The fusion algorithm took advantage of the fast optimization ability of PSO to optimize the population screening link of GA.The Simulink simulation results showed that the convergence of the fitness function of the fusion algorithm was accelerated,the system response adjustment time was reduced,and the overshoot was almost zero.Then the algorithm was applied to the steering test of agricultural robot in various scenes.After modeling the steering system of agricultural robot,the steering test results in the unloaded suspended state showed that the PID control based on fusion algorithm reduced the rise time,response adjustment time and overshoot of the system,and improved the response speed and stability of the system,compared with the artificial trial and error PID control and the PID control based on GA.The actual road steering test results showed that the PID control response rise time based on the fusion algorithm was the shortest,about 4.43 s.When the target pulse number was set to 100,the actual mean value in the steady-state regulation stage was about 102.9,which was the closest to the target value among the three control methods,and the overshoot was reduced at the same time.The steering test results under various scene states showed that the PID control based on the proposed fusion algorithm had good anti-interference ability,it can adapt to the changes of environment and load and improve the performance of the control system.It was effective in the steering control of agricultural robot.This method can provide a reference for the precise steering control of other robots. 展开更多

Flood predictions from metrics to classes by multiple machine learning algorithms coupling with clustering-deduced membership degree

Accurate prediction of flood events is important for flood control and risk management.Machine learning techniques contributed greatly to advances in flood predictions,and existing studies mainly focused on predicting flood resource variables using single or hybrid machine learning techniques.However,class-based flood predictions have rarely been investigated,which can aid in quickly diagnosing comprehensive flood characteristics and proposing targeted management strategies.This study proposed a prediction approach of flood regime metrics and event classes coupling machine learning algorithms with clustering-deduced membership degrees.Five algorithms were adopted for this exploration.Results showed that the class membership degrees accurately determined event classes with class hit rates up to 100%,compared with the four classes clustered from nine regime metrics.The nonlinear algorithms(Multiple Linear Regression,Random Forest,and least squares-Support Vector Machine)outperformed the linear techniques(Multiple Linear Regression and Stepwise Regression)in predicting flood regime metrics.The proposed approach well predicted flood event classes with average class hit rates of 66.0%-85.4%and 47.2%-76.0%in calibration and validation periods,respectively,particularly for the slow and late flood events.The predictive capability of the proposed prediction approach for flood regime metrics and classes was considerably stronger than that of hydrological modeling approach. 展开更多

This paper proposes an equivalent modeling method for photovoltaic(PV)power stations via a particle swarm optimization(PSO)K-means clustering(KMC)algorithm with passive filter parameter clustering to address the complexities,simulation time cost and convergence problems of detailed PV power station models.First,the amplitude–frequency curves of different filter parameters are analyzed.Based on the results,a grouping parameter set for characterizing the external filter characteristics is established.These parameters are further defined as clustering parameters.A single PV inverter model is then established as a prerequisite foundation.The proposed equivalent method combines the global search capability of PSO with the rapid convergence of KMC,effectively overcoming the tendency of KMC to become trapped in local optima.This approach enhances both clustering accuracy and numerical stability when determining equivalence for PV inverter units.Using the proposed clustering method,both a detailed PV power station model and an equivalent model are developed and compared.Simulation and hardwarein-loop(HIL)results based on the equivalent model verify that the equivalent method accurately represents the dynamic characteristics of PVpower stations and adapts well to different operating conditions.The proposed equivalent modeling method provides an effective analysis tool for future renewable energy integration research. 展开更多

Existing feature selection methods for intrusion detection systems in the Industrial Internet of Things often suffer from local optimality and high computational complexity.These challenges hinder traditional IDS from effectively extracting features while maintaining detection accuracy.This paper proposes an industrial Internet ofThings intrusion detection feature selection algorithm based on an improved whale optimization algorithm(GSLDWOA).The aim is to address the problems that feature selection algorithms under high-dimensional data are prone to,such as local optimality,long detection time,and reduced accuracy.First,the initial population’s diversity is increased using the Gaussian Mutation mechanism.Then,Non-linear Shrinking Factor balances global exploration and local development,avoiding premature convergence.Lastly,Variable-step Levy Flight operator and Dynamic Differential Evolution strategy are introduced to improve the algorithm’s search efficiency and convergence accuracy in highdimensional feature space.Experiments on the NSL-KDD and WUSTL-IIoT-2021 datasets demonstrate that the feature subset selected by GSLDWOA significantly improves detection performance.Compared to the traditional WOA algorithm,the detection rate and F1-score increased by 3.68%and 4.12%.On the WUSTL-IIoT-2021 dataset,accuracy,recall,and F1-score all exceed 99.9%. 展开更多

Identification of small impact craters in Chang’e-4 landing areas using a new multi-scale fusion crater detection algorithm

Impact craters are important for understanding the evolution of lunar geologic and surface erosion rates,among other functions.However,the morphological characteristics of these micro impact craters are not obvious and they are numerous,resulting in low detection accuracy by deep learning models.Therefore,we proposed a new multi-scale fusion crater detection algorithm(MSF-CDA)based on the YOLO11 to improve the accuracy of lunar impact crater detection,especially for small craters with a diameter of<1 km.Using the images taken by the LROC(Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera)at the Chang’e-4(CE-4)landing area,we constructed three separate datasets for craters with diameters of 0-70 m,70-140 m,and>140 m.We then trained three submodels separately with these three datasets.Additionally,we designed a slicing-amplifying-slicing strategy to enhance the ability to extract features from small craters.To handle redundant predictions,we proposed a new Non-Maximum Suppression with Area Filtering method to fuse the results in overlapping targets within the multi-scale submodels.Finally,our new MSF-CDA method achieved high detection performance,with the Precision,Recall,and F1 score having values of 0.991,0.987,and 0.989,respectively,perfectly addressing the problems induced by the lesser features and sample imbalance of small craters.Our MSF-CDA can provide strong data support for more in-depth study of the geological evolution of the lunar surface and finer geological age estimations.This strategy can also be used to detect other small objects with lesser features and sample imbalance problems.We detected approximately 500,000 impact craters in an area of approximately 214 km2 around the CE-4 landing area.By statistically analyzing the new data,we updated the distribution function of the number and diameter of impact craters.Finally,we identified the most suitable lighting conditions for detecting impact crater targets by analyzing the effect of different lighting conditions on the detection accuracy. 展开更多

物联网及临床服务的DSA设备使用合理化探索

目的该研究旨在通过基于物联网的数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)设备使用合理化平台建设实践,解决DSA设备使用中的配置不合理及效率低下的问题。方法采用物联网和数据集成技术,实现DSA设备运行使用数据与临床... 目的该研究旨在通过基于物联网的数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)设备使用合理化平台建设实践,解决DSA设备使用中的配置不合理及效率低下的问题。方法采用物联网和数据集成技术,实现DSA设备运行使用数据与临床数据的深度融合,构建DSA设备合理使用知识库。同时,利用软件工程技术开发知识库,以直观的方式展示数据分析结果。结果经过深入的数据分析,发现南北院区DSA设备存在使用不均衡的现象。针对这一现象,基于数据分析结果进行优化调整,最终实施成效显著,不仅有效缓解了南院区的DSA设备使用的压力,也提高了北院区的DSA设备使用率(日均工作时长由原来的4.64 h提升至7.19 h),有效缩短了患者预约时长(南院区预约时长同比下降21.86%,北院区预约时长同比下降20.51%)。结论该研究通过基于物联网的DSA设备使用合理化平台建设实践,不仅成功探索了DSA设备使用合理化的方法,也为医疗设备的合理使用和管理提供了有价值的参考。 展开更多

CT-DSA融合成像在左心耳封堵术中的应用

目的:探讨CT-DSA融合成像在左心耳封堵术(LAAO)中应用的有效性和安全性。方法:收集110例行LAAO的患者,随机分为CT-DSA融合组(55例)和标准DSA组(55例)。CT-DSA融合组在CT-DSA融合图像引导下行LAAO,标准DSA组在DSA引导下行LAAO。观察并对... 目的:探讨CT-DSA融合成像在左心耳封堵术(LAAO)中应用的有效性和安全性。方法:收集110例行LAAO的患者,随机分为CT-DSA融合组(55例)和标准DSA组(55例)。CT-DSA融合组在CT-DSA融合图像引导下行LAAO,标准DSA组在DSA引导下行LAAO。观察并对比2组手术成功率、对比剂用量、辐射剂量、手术时间、围手术期并发症及术后6个月的随访结局。结果:与标准DSA组相比,CT-DSA融合组的手术成功率更高(96.36%vs.83.64%,P=0.026),对比剂用量更少[(75.12±10.11)mL vs.(95.32±15.21)mL,P<0.001],辐射剂量更低[(2515.25±124.33)mGy·cm^(2)vs.(2854.44±155.32)mGy·cm^(2),P<0.001],手术时间更短[(50.1±10.21)min vs.(60.35±12.17)min,P=0.02],6个月随访时卒中发生率更低(0 vs.5.45%)。但2组围手术期并发症(心包积液、器械相关血栓和器械栓塞)发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:与标准DSA成像相比,CT-DSA融合成像显著提高了LAAO的成功率和安全性。建议将CT-DSA融合成像整合到LAAO的标准实践中,以优化患者结局。 展开更多

Retrieval algorithm of sea surface wind vectors for WindSat based on a simple forward model 被引量:4

WindSat/Coriolis is the first satellite-borne polarimetric microwave radiometer, which aims to improve the potential of polarimetric microwave radiometry for measuring sea surface wind vectors from space. In this paper, a wind vector retrieval algorithm based on a novel and simple forward model was developed for WindSat. The retrieval algorithm of sea surface wind speed was developed using multiple linear regression based on the simulation dataset of the novel forward model. Sea surface wind directions that minimize the difference between simulated and measured values of the third and fourth Stokes parameters were found using maximum likelihood estimation, by which a group of ambiguous wind directions was obtained. A median filter was then used to remove ambiguity of wind direction. Evaluated with sea surface wind speed and direction data from the U.S. National Data Buoy Center (NDBC), root mean square errors are 1.2 rn/s and 30~ for retrieved wind speed and wind direction, respectively. The evaluation results suggest that the simple forward model and the retrieval algorithm are practicable for near-real time applications, without reducing accuracy. 展开更多

基于DHPA^(*)-DSACO算法的AGV路径规划研究

自主引导车(AGV)的路径规划算法是确保其正常运行的关键部分。针对A^(*)算法在路径规划过程中存在的搜索效率低、路径曲率大的问题,以及蚁群ACO算法收敛速度慢和对参数敏感等缺陷,提出一种动态启发式惩罚A^(*)与动态感知蚁群优化算法相... 自主引导车(AGV)的路径规划算法是确保其正常运行的关键部分。针对A^(*)算法在路径规划过程中存在的搜索效率低、路径曲率大的问题,以及蚁群ACO算法收敛速度慢和对参数敏感等缺陷,提出一种动态启发式惩罚A^(*)与动态感知蚁群优化算法相融合的算法—DHPA^(*)-DSACO。DHPA^(*)算法通过设置动态权重因子,结合父节点启发距离,并引入转弯惩罚项,以降低运行时间和路径曲率。DSACO算法通过设置自适应蚁群启发因子和动态挥发因子,优化信息素更新策略,从而缩短路径长度。同时,该算法利用B样条曲线对路径进行平滑处理。为验证算法的可行性,在PyCharm环境中将DHPA^(*)-DSACO算法与其他算法进行对比测试,并对实验结果进行了分析。最后,为了模拟真实世界中的情况,基于ROS系统建立仿真平台,验证了DHPA^(*)-DSACO算法的有效性。结果表明:DHPA^(*)-DSACO算法有效降低了路径长度、曲率和运行时间,显著提升了运行效率。此外,该算法还能有效避免算法陷入局部最优解,减少收敛迭代次数,进一步增强了算法的鲁棒性,使其更好地适应AGV的实际运行情况。 展开更多

目的探究基于数字减影血管造影(DSA)的射频消融术(RFA)联合经肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)介入手术对肝癌近期疗效及并发症的影响。方法收集肝癌患者96例,依照治疗方法的不同进行分组,TACE介入手术治疗的42例为对照组,DSA的射频消融术联合TACE... 目的探究基于数字减影血管造影(DSA)的射频消融术(RFA)联合经肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)介入手术对肝癌近期疗效及并发症的影响。方法收集肝癌患者96例,依照治疗方法的不同进行分组,TACE介入手术治疗的42例为对照组,DSA的射频消融术联合TACE介入手术治疗的54例为观察组。比较AFP、CEA水平、免疫功能相关指标、并发症及1年生存率。结果干预前对照组的AFP、CEA水平与观察组水平差异无统计学意义(t=0.152,P=0.879;t=0.392,P=0.696);干预3个月后,2组AFP、CEA水平均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(t=4.040,P=0.000;t=2.380,P=0.019)。干预前对照组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)与观察组水平差异无统计学意义(t=0.753,P=0.453;t=1.351,P=0.180;t=1.506,P=0.135);干预后的2组免疫相关指标水平均提升(t=6.452,P=0.000;t=19.341,P=0.000;t=52.677,P=0.000)、(t=2.851,P=0.007;t=14.680,P=0.000;t=32.192,P=0.000),且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.176,P=0.002;t=4.351,P=0.000;t=2.352,P=0.021)。对照组的并发症发生率与观察组相比(28.57%vs 18.52%),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.352,P=0.245)。观察组1年的生存率为90.74%,对照组为73.81%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.876,P=0.027)。结论基于DSA的RFA联合TACE介入手术可有效治疗肝癌,患者1年生存率较高,并发症较少。 展开更多

With the current integration of distributed energy resources into the grid,the structure of distribution networks is becoming more complex.This complexity significantly expands the solution space in the optimization process for network reconstruction using intelligent algorithms.Consequently,traditional intelligent algorithms frequently encounter insufficient search accuracy and become trapped in local optima.To tackle this issue,a more advanced particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.To address the varying emphases at different stages of the optimization process,a dynamic strategy is implemented to regulate the social and self-learning factors.The Metropolis criterion is introduced into the simulated annealing algorithm to occasionally accept suboptimal solutions,thereby mitigating premature convergence in the population optimization process.The inertia weight is adjusted using the logistic mapping technique to maintain a balance between the algorithm’s global and local search abilities.The incorporation of the Pareto principle involves the consideration of network losses and voltage deviations as objective functions.A fuzzy membership function is employed for selecting the results.Simulation analysis is carried out on the restructuring of the distribution network,using the IEEE-33 node system and the IEEE-69 node system as examples,in conjunction with the integration of distributed energy resources.The findings demonstrate that,in comparison to other intelligent optimization algorithms,the proposed enhanced algorithm demonstrates a shorter convergence time and effectively reduces active power losses within the network.Furthermore,it enhances the amplitude of node voltages,thereby improving the stability of distribution network operations and power supply quality.Additionally,the algorithm exhibits a high level of generality and applicability. 展开更多

目的 基于数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)及脑CT灌注成像(CTPI)预测大脑中动脉重度狭窄支架植入术高灌注脑出血(HICH)的术前风险。方法 选取153例经支架植入(CAS)治疗的大脑中动脉重度狭窄(狭窄率70%~99%)患者,其中,5例发生了HICH(HICH组),... 目的 基于数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)及脑CT灌注成像(CTPI)预测大脑中动脉重度狭窄支架植入术高灌注脑出血(HICH)的术前风险。方法 选取153例经支架植入(CAS)治疗的大脑中动脉重度狭窄(狭窄率70%~99%)患者,其中,5例发生了HICH(HICH组),148例未发生HICH(非HICH组)。对比分析两组患者临床基线数据、CTPI及脑动脉侧支循环代偿状态;t检验分析计量资料,Fisher检验分析计数资料。结果 HICH组和非HICH组各指标比较:患者从发病到手术的时间≤21 d(P<0.05);平均通过时间(MTT)、达峰时间(TTP)(P<0.05),rMTT、rTTP(P<0.001);侧支循环未开放、Ⅲ级侧支循环开放(P<0.05)。结论 临床基线数据(从发病到手术的时间≤21 d)、CTPI指标(MTT、TTP、rMTT、rTTP)、脑动脉侧支循环代偿状态(Ⅲ级侧支循环开放、侧支循环未开放)可作为大脑中动脉重度狭窄植入高灌注脑出血的预测因子。 展开更多

Suspended particulate matter (SPM) is regarded as an energy source and a water quality indicator in coastal and marine ecosystems. To estimate SPM from ocean color sensors and land observing satellites, an accurate and robust atmospheric correction must be done. We evaluated the capabilities of ocean color and land observing satellite for estimation of SPM concentrations over Louisiana continental shelf in the northern Gulf of Mexico, using the Operational Land Imager (OLI) on Landsat-8, and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on Aqua. In high turbidity waters, the traditional atmospheric correction algorithms based on near-infrared (NIR) bands underestimate SPM concentrations due to the inaccurate removal of the aerosol contribution to the top of atmosphere signals. Therefore, atmospheric correction in high turbidity waters is a challenge. Four atmospheric correction algorithms were implemented on remote sensing reflectance (Rrs) values to select suitable atmospheric correction algorithms for each sensor in our study area. We evaluated short-wave infrared (SWIR) and NIR atmospheric correction algorithms on Rrs products from Landsat-8 OLI and Management Unit of the North Sea Mathematical Models (MUMM) and SWIR.NIR atmospheric correction algorithms on Rrs products from MODIS-Aqua. SPM was retrieved from a band-ratio SPM-retrieval algorithm for each sensor. Our results indicated that SWIR atmospheric correction algorithm was the suitable algorithm for Landsat-8 OLI and SWIR.NIR atmospheric correction algorithm outperformed MUMM algorithm for MODIS. 展开更多
