This paper provides a review of methods of assessing a fragmentation weapon’s effectiveness against a point target or an area target with keeping the focus on the necessity of using the Carleton damage function with ...This paper provides a review of methods of assessing a fragmentation weapon’s effectiveness against a point target or an area target with keeping the focus on the necessity of using the Carleton damage function with the correct shape factor.First,cookie-cutter damage functions are redefined to preserve the shape factor of and to have the same lethal area as the corresponding Carleton damage function.Then,closed-form solutions of the effectiveness methods are obtained by using those cookie-cutter damage functions and the Carleton damage function.Finally,the closed-form solutions are applied to calculate the probability of damaging a point target and the expected fractional damage to an area target for several attack scenarios by using cookie-cutter damage functions and the Carleton damage functions with different shape factors.The comparison of the calculation results shows that using cookie-cutter damage functions or the Carleton damage function with a wrong shape factor results in quite significant differences from using the original Carleton damage function with a correct shape factor when weapon’s delivery error deviations are less than or comparable to the lengths of the lethal area and the aim point is far from a target.The effectiveness methods improved in this paper will be useful for mission planning utilizing the precision-guided munitions in circumstances where the collateral damage should be reduced.展开更多

Method: select 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation, treatment period between January 2020 and January 2021, random group treatment, the two groups used acupuncture and massage program, in the process, the 30 cases using department routine functional rehabilitation exercise program, observation group for the 30 cases using functional exercise, the two groups of assessed total efficiency, pain score, lumbar function score, dysfunction index score, lumbar symptoms relief, complication rate and recurrence rate. Results: the patients selected from the observation group assessed total efficiency was 96.67%, 76.67% higher than the control group (P <0.05). Before the two groups started the treatment, the pain degree score, lumbar function evaluation score and dysfunction index evaluation score were not significantly different (P> 0.05). The scores of lumbar function assessment and dysfunction index presented in the 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after the treatment were all reduced, and the observation group was more significant (P <0.05). All lumbar functional scores were elevated and observed higher than control (P <0.05).In the observation group, the average power frequency and the average muscle electric wave amplitude were lower than the control group, the slope of the median frequency was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The two groups had no serious complications during the treatment and exercise period, and only a few patients had local skin bruises after the injection, but they subsided spontaneously. An average of 6-month follow-up was conducted, and only one relapse occurred in the observed group, with a recurrence rate of 3.33%, significantly lower than 20.00% in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: patients with lumbar disc herniation, in the process of acupuncture and massage treatment, can improve the total efficiency, reduce the pain degree, enhance the lumbar spine function, reduce the dysfunction index, improve the clinical symptoms, and have a certain safety and lower recurrence rate.展开更多

Living donor liver transplantation(LDLT) has been considered as a valuable approach to shortening waiting time. The objectives of this study were to investigate the feasibility of utilizing donors older than 50 years in LDLT and to evaluate the graft function and recipient survival.METHODS: All LDLT cases(n=159) were divided into the older(donor age ≥50 years, n=10) and younger(donor age 〈50 years,n=149) donor groups. Donor graft and recipient condition pre-,intra- and post-operation were compared between the two groups.In particular, graft functions and recipient survivals were analyzed.RESULTS: The median donor age was 58.5(52.5-60.0) years in the older donor group and 25.0(23.0-32.0) in the younger donor group. There was no significant difference in cold ischemic time, anhepatic phase and operation time between the older and younger donor groups(P〉0.05). However, the volume of red blood cell transfused in operation was greater in the older donor group than in the younger donor group(1900 vs 1200 m L, P=0.023). The 1-, 3- and 5-year graft survival rates were 90%, 80% and 80% for the older donor group, and 92%, 87% and 87% for the younger donor group, respectively(P=0.459).The 1-, 3- and 5-year survival rates were 100%, 90% and 90% for recipients with older grafts, and 93%, 87% and 87% for those with younger grafts, respectively(P=0.811).CONCLUSION: It is safe for a LDLT recipient to receive liver from donors older than 50 years, and there is no significant adverse effect on graft function and long-term patients’ survival.展开更多

This model was confirmed by comparing it to the results from experiments on hydrodynamic coefficients, namely the first-order motion response and second-order drift load upon a hemisphere, prolate spheroid, and box-shaped barge in the wave tank. Then,the hydrodynamics of the KVLCC2 model were also calculated in two wave tanks with different widths. It was concluded that this model can predict the hydrodynamics for offshore structures effectively, and the side wall has a significant impact on the firstorder quantities and second-order drift loads, which satisfied the resonant rule.展开更多

Based on two waves of CHARLS data,this paper uses descriptive statistics and a binary logistic regression estimation model to analyze the effect of age on the intergenerational economic support for the rural elderly w...Based on two waves of CHARLS data,this paper uses descriptive statistics and a binary logistic regression estimation model to analyze the effect of age on the intergenerational economic support for the rural elderly within the framework of three-generation lineal group families.The study found that the diffusion effect of age on the intergenerational economic support for the rural elderly still existed when using a five-year age group model as the measure.In the distribution of intergenerational economic support for the rural elderly by age group,there was a notable decline in economic support from the filial generation for those aged 85 and above.For the age group of 85 and above,it was the grandchild generation that gradually increased its economic support,the result of a form of intergenerational relay for the care of the elderly.Comparison of the two waves of data reveals that familism still exhibits a strong resilience and is behind the intergenerational cooperation in Chinese rural families.The culture of filial piety and respect for elders,which reflects China’s national characteristics as well as contemporary values,should continue to be promoted.To achieve this,it is necessary to maintain the supportive function of family-based care for the rural elderly through family-friendly policies and the systematic improvement of the current multi-tiered policies for the care of the rural elderly.展开更多
BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal(GI)dysfunction is common after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer and affects rehabilitation.While conventional treatments can alleviate symptoms to a certain extent,they o...BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal(GI)dysfunction is common after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer and affects rehabilitation.While conventional treatments can alleviate symptoms to a certain extent,they often fail to fully address the issue of insufficient GI motility.The GI motility therapeutic apparatus promotes dynamic recovery by simulating GI electric waves,whereas acupuncture regulates zang-fu qi movement,both offering effective interventions.However,there are few clinical studies investigating the combined use of GI motility therapy and acupuncture to promote GI function recovery in patients after GI laparoscopic radical surgery.AIM To evaluate the effects of combining GI motility therapy devices with acupuncture on GI function in patients undergoing radical laparoscopic surgery.METHODS This retrospective study included 196 patients who underwent radical GI endoscopic surgery at the Shanghai Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital(Shanghai Sunshine Rehabilitation Center),School of Medicine,Tongji University,from June 2022 to May 2024.Patients were classified into a normal group(conventional treatment,n=96)and an integrated group(conventional+GI motility therapy device+acupuncture,n=100).The effects on GI function,hormone levels preand post-treatment,GI symptoms,immune function,adverse reactions,and patient satisfaction in both groups were assessed.RESULTS Compared with the normal group,the integrated group demonstrated significantly better overall effectiveness(93.00%vs 84.3%;P<0.05)and shorter durations for first exhaust,feeding,defecation,and hospital stay(P<0.05).Post-treatment,the integrated group had lower gastrin and GI symptom rating scale scores and higher motilin,vasoactive intestinal peptide,and immune marker(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and natural killer cells)levels(P<0.05).The integrated group,compared to the normal group,also reported fewer adverse reactions(5.00%vs 14.58%)and higher patient satisfaction(97.00%vs 84.38%),both statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of a GI motility therapy device and acupuncture promotes GI function recovery after radical gastrectomy,regulates GI hormones and immune function,and is safe and effective.展开更多

Brain functional networks model the brain's ability to exchange information across different regions,aiding in the understanding of the cognitive process of human visual attention during target searching,thereby c...Brain functional networks model the brain's ability to exchange information across different regions,aiding in the understanding of the cognitive process of human visual attention during target searching,thereby contributing to the advancement of camouflage evaluation.In this study,images with various camouflage effects were presented to observers to generate electroencephalography(EEG)signals,which were then used to construct a brain functional network.The topological parameters of the network were subsequently extracted and input into a machine learning model for training.The results indicate that most of the classifiers achieved accuracy rates exceeding 70%.Specifically,the Logistic algorithm achieved an accuracy of 81.67%.Therefore,it is possible to predict target camouflage effectiveness with high accuracy without the need to calculate discovery probability.The proposed method fully considers the aspects of human visual and cognitive processes,overcomes the subjectivity of human interpretation,and achieves stable and reliable accuracy.展开更多

The effects of radiation on their immunological functions and membrane damage were studied. The non-specific cytotoxicity and specific phagocytosis of AM irradiated with dose of 0, 100, 300 and 500 Gy decreased with the increase in dose. The relative fractions of Lactate Dehydrogenase and Beta-glucuronidase (β-glu) activity in supernatant increased with the increase in dose. There was a correlation between the suppression of immunological functions and the degree of damage of cytoplasmic and lysosomal membranes of AM after irradiation. Na2SeO3, a protective agent of cell membranes, alleviated this effect on the suppressive cytotoxicity indices of irradiated AM.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of BDNF on postoperative cognitive function in aged rats undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods:72 aged healthy male SD rats of SPF grade were selected.According t...Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of BDNF on postoperative cognitive function in aged rats undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods:72 aged healthy male SD rats of SPF grade were selected.According to the random number table method,the rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group,low dose BDNF injection group,and high dose BDNF injection group,with 18 rats in each group.The model group,low dose group,and high dose group underwent abdominal surgery after anesthesia,and 5μL/time of BDNF was intranasally administered to the rats in the low dose and high dose groups 6 hours after abdominal surgery,of which the dose of the low dose group was 0.1 g/L,while that of the high dose group was 0.2 g/L.The drug was administered alternately through both nostrils,with an interval of 2 minutes each time,for 5 times.The control group did not undergo surgery after anesthesia.The escape latency and swimming distance of the four groups of rats were compared before surgery,the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery;similarly,the BDNF protein expression level in the hippocampus of the four groups of rats was compared on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery.Results:The escape latency and swimming distance of the control group were not statistically significant on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery,p>0.05;the escape latency and swimming distance of the model group,low dose group,and high dose group on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery were statistically significant,p<0.05.Before surgery,the escape latency and swimming distance of the four groups were not statistically significant,p>0.05;on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery,the escape latency and swimming distance of the model group>low dose group>high dose group>control group,p<0.05.The BDNF protein expression level in the hippocampus of the control group on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery showed no statistical significance p>0.05;the expression level of BDNF protein in the hippocampus of the model group,low dose group,and high dose group on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery was statistically significant,p<0.05.On the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery,the expression level of BDNF protein in the hippocampus of the model group<low dose group<high dose group<control group,p<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with 0.1 g/L of BDNF,0.2 g/L of BDNF can improve the postoperative cognitive function of aged rats undergoing abdominal surgery.展开更多

Method: 74 cases from June 2019 to June 2020 in maternal vaginal delivery in the study, according to the randomized digital table method of control group (37 cases, routine care) and observation group (37 cases, plus pelvic floor rehabilitation care), the 2 groups of patients after 6 months postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength recovery and nursing before and after pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, sexual life comparative analysis. Results: 25 (67.57%) were 15 (40.54%) (P <0.05), 2 pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence were not significantly different (P> 0.05), 2 patients were lower than before nursing, higher than before nursing (P <0.05), and the data were more significantly (P <0.05).Conclusion: pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing used in the prevention of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction can significantly improve pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual quality of life, and improve pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence. Sixty experimental rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (half males and half females in each group) as normal control group, high fat diet control group, and three groups (Group 1 Group 2, Group 3) that were fed with feedstuff with the contents of the seed oil of 2.0g/(kgd-1), 4.0g/(kgd-1) and 8.0g/(kgd-1), respec-tively. The indexes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and anti-oxidation capacity (AOC) were measured by Reagent Kit method. It was found that the seed oil of the Korean pine could reduce the content of triglyc-eride and improve SOD as well as GSH-PX activity in serum. These indexes of the rats in Group 2 fed with Korean pine seed oil of 4.0 g/(kgd-1) reached the significant level and those of rats in Group 3 fed with the seed oil of 8.0 g/(kgd-1) reached the extremely significant level. The results indicated the seed oil of Korean pine had function of regulating the level of blood-fat and anti-ageing.展开更多

Objective The aim of this study was to determine the effect of successful coronary revascularisation on left ventricular diastolic function.Methods We consecutively studied the diastolic function by Doppler echocardio...Objective The aim of this study was to determine the effect of successful coronary revascularisation on left ventricular diastolic function.Methods We consecutively studied the diastolic function by Doppler echocardiography in 125 patients with one vessel disease before and 48 hours after selective coronary angioplasty. The following parameters of left ventricular diastolic function were evaluated: peak early (VE, m/s) and peak late diastolic (VA, m/s) flow velocity, E/A ratio, acceleration time (AT, ms), deceleration time (DT, ms) and isovolumetric relaxation time (IVRT, ms). Ejection fraction (EF; %) was determined and used to characterise systolic left ventricular function. Results All of the patients were initially successful treated with coronary angioplasty (residual stenosis <40% ). In 98 patients( 78.4% ) stents were used to improve an inadequate result after coronary angioplasty. Both patient groups (27 patients with coronary angioplasty and 98 patients with combined coronary angioplasty and stent implantation) showed no relevant differences concerning sex, age, atherosclerotic risk factors, exercise capacity and results of exercise electrocardiography. All patients who underwent stent implantation showed an early improvement of left ventricular diastolic function 48 hours after revascularisation. Surprisingly there was no significant short term improvement (48 hours) of diastolic function in patients with initially successful angioplasty.Conclusions We suppose that stent implantation might normalize coronary blood flow faster than that of coronary balloon angioplasty.展开更多

The evaluation is based on the transient heating measurement of the A1GaN/GaN HEMT by pulsed electrical temperature sensitive parameter method. The extracted chip-level and package-level thermal resistances of the packaged multi-finger A1GaN/GaN HEMT with 400μm SiC substrate are 22.5 K/W and 7.2 K/W respectively, which provides a non-invasive method to evaluate the chip-level thermal resistance of packaged A1GaN/GaN HEMTs. It is also experimentally proved that the extraction of the chip- level thermal resistance by this proposed method is not influenced by package form of the tested device and temperature boundary condition of measurement stage.展开更多

An average of 6-month follow-up was conducted, and only one relapse occurred in the observed group, with a recurrence rate of 3.33%, significantly lower than 20.00% in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: patients with lumbar disc herniation, in the process of acupuncture and massage treatment, can improve the total efficiency, reduce the pain degree, enhance the lumbar spine function, reduce the dysfunction index, improve the clinical symptoms, and have a certain safety and lower recurrence rate.

文摘BACKGROUND: Donor shortage is the biggest obstacle in organ transplantation. Living donor liver transplantation(LDLT) has been considered as a valuable approach to shortening waiting time. The objectives of this study were to investigate the feasibility of utilizing donors older than 50 years in LDLT and to evaluate the graft function and recipient survival.METHODS: All LDLT cases(n=159) were divided into the older(donor age ≥50 years, n=10) and younger(donor age 〈50 years,n=149) donor groups. Donor graft and recipient condition pre-,intra- and post-operation were compared between the two groups.In particular, graft functions and recipient survivals were analyzed.RESULTS: The median donor age was 58.5(52.5-60.0) years in the older donor group and 25.0(23.0-32.0) in the younger donor group. There was no significant difference in cold ischemic time, anhepatic phase and operation time between the older and younger donor groups(P〉0.05). However, the volume of red blood cell transfused in operation was greater in the older donor group than in the younger donor group(1900 vs 1200 m L, P=0.023). The 1-, 3- and 5-year graft survival rates were 90%, 80% and 80% for the older donor group, and 92%, 87% and 87% for the younger donor group, respectively(P=0.459).The 1-, 3- and 5-year survival rates were 100%, 90% and 90% for recipients with older grafts, and 93%, 87% and 87% for those with younger grafts, respectively(P=0.811).CONCLUSION: It is safe for a LDLT recipient to receive liver from donors older than 50 years, and there is no significant adverse effect on graft function and long-term patients’ survival.

文摘A novel numerical model based on the image Green function and first-order Taylor expansion boundary element method(TEBEM), which can improve the accuracy of the hydrodynamic simulation for the non-smooth body, was developed to calculate the side wall effects on first-order motion responses and second-order drift loads upon offshore structures in the wave tank. This model was confirmed by comparing it to the results from experiments on hydrodynamic coefficients, namely the first-order motion response and second-order drift load upon a hemisphere, prolate spheroid, and box-shaped barge in the wave tank. Then,the hydrodynamics of the KVLCC2 model were also calculated in two wave tanks with different widths. It was concluded that this model can predict the hydrodynamics for offshore structures effectively, and the side wall has a significant impact on the firstorder quantities and second-order drift loads, which satisfied the resonant rule.

文摘Based on two waves of CHARLS data,this paper uses descriptive statistics and a binary logistic regression estimation model to analyze the effect of age on the intergenerational economic support for the rural elderly within the framework of three-generation lineal group families.The study found that the diffusion effect of age on the intergenerational economic support for the rural elderly still existed when using a five-year age group model as the measure.In the distribution of intergenerational economic support for the rural elderly by age group,there was a notable decline in economic support from the filial generation for those aged 85 and above.For the age group of 85 and above,it was the grandchild generation that gradually increased its economic support,the result of a form of intergenerational relay for the care of the elderly.Comparison of the two waves of data reveals that familism still exhibits a strong resilience and is behind the intergenerational cooperation in Chinese rural families.The culture of filial piety and respect for elders,which reflects China’s national characteristics as well as contemporary values,should continue to be promoted.To achieve this,it is necessary to maintain the supportive function of family-based care for the rural elderly through family-friendly policies and the systematic improvement of the current multi-tiered policies for the care of the rural elderly.

文摘BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal(GI)dysfunction is common after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer and affects rehabilitation.While conventional treatments can alleviate symptoms to a certain extent,they often fail to fully address the issue of insufficient GI motility.The GI motility therapeutic apparatus promotes dynamic recovery by simulating GI electric waves,whereas acupuncture regulates zang-fu qi movement,both offering effective interventions.However,there are few clinical studies investigating the combined use of GI motility therapy and acupuncture to promote GI function recovery in patients after GI laparoscopic radical surgery.AIM To evaluate the effects of combining GI motility therapy devices with acupuncture on GI function in patients undergoing radical laparoscopic surgery.METHODS This retrospective study included 196 patients who underwent radical GI endoscopic surgery at the Shanghai Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital(Shanghai Sunshine Rehabilitation Center),School of Medicine,Tongji University,from June 2022 to May 2024.Patients were classified into a normal group(conventional treatment,n=96)and an integrated group(conventional+GI motility therapy device+acupuncture,n=100).The effects on GI function,hormone levels preand post-treatment,GI symptoms,immune function,adverse reactions,and patient satisfaction in both groups were assessed.RESULTS Compared with the normal group,the integrated group demonstrated significantly better overall effectiveness(93.00%vs 84.3%;P<0.05)and shorter durations for first exhaust,feeding,defecation,and hospital stay(P<0.05).Post-treatment,the integrated group had lower gastrin and GI symptom rating scale scores and higher motilin,vasoactive intestinal peptide,and immune marker(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and natural killer cells)levels(P<0.05).The integrated group,compared to the normal group,also reported fewer adverse reactions(5.00%vs 14.58%)and higher patient satisfaction(97.00%vs 84.38%),both statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of a GI motility therapy device and acupuncture promotes GI function recovery after radical gastrectomy,regulates GI hormones and immune function,and is safe and effective.

文摘Brain functional networks model the brain's ability to exchange information across different regions,aiding in the understanding of the cognitive process of human visual attention during target searching,thereby contributing to the advancement of camouflage evaluation.In this study,images with various camouflage effects were presented to observers to generate electroencephalography(EEG)signals,which were then used to construct a brain functional network.The topological parameters of the network were subsequently extracted and input into a machine learning model for training.The results indicate that most of the classifiers achieved accuracy rates exceeding 70%.Specifically,the Logistic algorithm achieved an accuracy of 81.67%.Therefore,it is possible to predict target camouflage effectiveness with high accuracy without the need to calculate discovery probability.The proposed method fully considers the aspects of human visual and cognitive processes,overcomes the subjectivity of human interpretation,and achieves stable and reliable accuracy.
文摘Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT),also known as fecal bacterial therapy,is a treatment option that can quickly reconstruct the normal composition of intestinal microbes,and it has a good therapeutic effect on Clostridium difficile infection,as well as on other microecological disorders.However,the causal mechanism of FMT efficacy remains to be clarified,its safety is a major problem,and the standardization and acceptability of FMT need to be improved.This review summarizes its current research status and potential research areas that need to be strengthened,and proposes to clarify the safety of FMT and the causal relationship between FMT and therapeutic effectiveness based on germ-free animals.Meanwhile,the research system is combined with multiomics technology to screen the effective bacteria in FMT,and develop standard,safe,effective and controllable flora of FMT.

文摘Liver diseases remain a global health crisis,with limited safe therapeutic options.Cornus officinalis,a traditional medicinal-edible plant,has demonstrated significant hepatoprotective potential.This review systematically summarizes its liver-protective mechanisms and explores its potential as a functional food.Data were collected from scientific databases such as Pub Med,Science Direct,Elsevier,Google Scholar,and relevant literature.Key bioactive compounds—including iridoids,polyphenols,and polysaccharides—contribute to hepatoprotection by mitigating oxidative stress,inflammation,steatosis,apoptosis,and by regulating gut microbiota.As critical quality markers,iridoids exhibit suboptimal bioavailability,necessitating targeted technological interventions—nanoencapsulation for liver-specific delivery and microbial fermentation for controlled aglycone conversion are proposed to enhance their pharmacokinetic properties and bioactivity.Future research could adopt encapsulation and fermentation technologies for C.officinalis processing,aiming to develop targeted functional food products with enhanced bioactivity of its active components.This review,for the first time,establishes a“component-pathway-integration”model,providing a theoretical framework for evidence-based CO-derived functional food development and highlighting the need for further research on iridoid metabolic transformation to advance liver health management.

文摘Alveolar macrophages (AM) from BCG activated Wistar rat were irradiated with different doses of Gamma rays in vitro. The effects of radiation on their immunological functions and membrane damage were studied. The non-specific cytotoxicity and specific phagocytosis of AM irradiated with dose of 0, 100, 300 and 500 Gy decreased with the increase in dose. The relative fractions of Lactate Dehydrogenase and Beta-glucuronidase (β-glu) activity in supernatant increased with the increase in dose. There was a correlation between the suppression of immunological functions and the degree of damage of cytoplasmic and lysosomal membranes of AM after irradiation. Na2SeO3, a protective agent of cell membranes, alleviated this effect on the suppressive cytotoxicity indices of irradiated AM.

文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of BDNF on postoperative cognitive function in aged rats undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods:72 aged healthy male SD rats of SPF grade were selected.According to the random number table method,the rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group,low dose BDNF injection group,and high dose BDNF injection group,with 18 rats in each group.The model group,low dose group,and high dose group underwent abdominal surgery after anesthesia,and 5μL/time of BDNF was intranasally administered to the rats in the low dose and high dose groups 6 hours after abdominal surgery,of which the dose of the low dose group was 0.1 g/L,while that of the high dose group was 0.2 g/L.The drug was administered alternately through both nostrils,with an interval of 2 minutes each time,for 5 times.The control group did not undergo surgery after anesthesia.The escape latency and swimming distance of the four groups of rats were compared before surgery,the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery;similarly,the BDNF protein expression level in the hippocampus of the four groups of rats was compared on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery.Results:The escape latency and swimming distance of the control group were not statistically significant on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery,p>0.05;the escape latency and swimming distance of the model group,low dose group,and high dose group on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery were statistically significant,p<0.05.Before surgery,the escape latency and swimming distance of the four groups were not statistically significant,p>0.05;on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery,the escape latency and swimming distance of the model group>low dose group>high dose group>control group,p<0.05.The BDNF protein expression level in the hippocampus of the control group on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery showed no statistical significance p>0.05;the expression level of BDNF protein in the hippocampus of the model group,low dose group,and high dose group on the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery was statistically significant,p<0.05.On the first day,the third day,and the seventh day after surgery,the expression level of BDNF protein in the hippocampus of the model group<low dose group<high dose group<control group,p<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with 0.1 g/L of BDNF,0.2 g/L of BDNF can improve the postoperative cognitive function of aged rats undergoing abdominal surgery.
文摘Objective: to explore the effectiveness of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation care to prevent pelvic floor dysfunction. Method: 74 cases from June 2019 to June 2020 in maternal vaginal delivery in the study, according to the randomized digital table method of control group (37 cases, routine care) and observation group (37 cases, plus pelvic floor rehabilitation care), the 2 groups of patients after 6 months postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength recovery and nursing before and after pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, sexual life comparative analysis. Results: 25 (67.57%) were 15 (40.54%) (P <0.05), 2 pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence were not significantly different (P> 0.05), 2 patients were lower than before nursing, higher than before nursing (P <0.05), and the data were more significantly (P <0.05).Conclusion: pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing used in the prevention of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction can significantly improve pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual quality of life, and improve pelvic floor dysfunction and urinary incontinence. Higher clinical effectiveness is promotion.
文摘The effect of seed oil of Korean pine (Pinus koraiensis) on the rats' blood-fat and its anti-ageing function was stud-ied for appraising the efficacy of the seed oil of Korean pine. Sixty experimental rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (half males and half females in each group) as normal control group, high fat diet control group, and three groups (Group 1 Group 2, Group 3) that were fed with feedstuff with the contents of the seed oil of 2.0g/(kgd-1), 4.0g/(kgd-1) and 8.0g/(kgd-1), respec-tively. The indexes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and anti-oxidation capacity (AOC) were measured by Reagent Kit method. It was found that the seed oil of the Korean pine could reduce the content of triglyc-eride and improve SOD as well as GSH-PX activity in serum. These indexes of the rats in Group 2 fed with Korean pine seed oil of 4.0 g/(kgd-1) reached the significant level and those of rats in Group 3 fed with the seed oil of 8.0 g/(kgd-1) reached the extremely significant level. The results indicated the seed oil of Korean pine had function of regulating the level of blood-fat and anti-ageing.

文摘Objective The aim of this study was to determine the effect of successful coronary revascularisation on left ventricular diastolic function.Methods We consecutively studied the diastolic function by Doppler echocardiography in 125 patients with one vessel disease before and 48 hours after selective coronary angioplasty. The following parameters of left ventricular diastolic function were evaluated: peak early (VE, m/s) and peak late diastolic (VA, m/s) flow velocity, E/A ratio, acceleration time (AT, ms), deceleration time (DT, ms) and isovolumetric relaxation time (IVRT, ms). Ejection fraction (EF; %) was determined and used to characterise systolic left ventricular function. Results All of the patients were initially successful treated with coronary angioplasty (residual stenosis <40% ). In 98 patients( 78.4% ) stents were used to improve an inadequate result after coronary angioplasty. Both patient groups (27 patients with coronary angioplasty and 98 patients with combined coronary angioplasty and stent implantation) showed no relevant differences concerning sex, age, atherosclerotic risk factors, exercise capacity and results of exercise electrocardiography. All patients who underwent stent implantation showed an early improvement of left ventricular diastolic function 48 hours after revascularisation. Surprisingly there was no significant short term improvement (48 hours) of diastolic function in patients with initially successful angioplasty.Conclusions We suppose that stent implantation might normalize coronary blood flow faster than that of coronary balloon angioplasty.

文摘The evaluation of thermal resistance constitution for packaged A1GaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) by structure function method is proposed in this paper. The evaluation is based on the transient heating measurement of the A1GaN/GaN HEMT by pulsed electrical temperature sensitive parameter method. The extracted chip-level and package-level thermal resistances of the packaged multi-finger A1GaN/GaN HEMT with 400μm SiC substrate are 22.5 K/W and 7.2 K/W respectively, which provides a non-invasive method to evaluate the chip-level thermal resistance of packaged A1GaN/GaN HEMTs. It is also experimentally proved that the extraction of the chip- level thermal resistance by this proposed method is not influenced by package form of the tested device and temperature boundary condition of measurement stage.
