Aesthetic medicine is a branch of medicine dedicated to improve an individual’s appearance and overall visual appeal.Conventional aesthetic treatments have limitations,including the risk of complications,allergic rea...Aesthetic medicine is a branch of medicine dedicated to improve an individual’s appearance and overall visual appeal.Conventional aesthetic treatments have limitations,including the risk of complications,allergic reactions,and temporary benefits.Adipose tissue offers a promising alternative to conventional aesthetic treatments.The regenerative properties,accessibility and versatility of adipose tissue make it an attractive option for individuals seeking natural and long-lasting aesthetic results.Adipose tissue is rich source of adipose tissue derived stem cells(ASCs),growth factors and extracellular matrix.It can restore and rejuvenate the damaged and aged tissues.Adipose tissue can be used in different formats such as pure adipose tissue grafts,stromal vascular fraction,nanofat,macrofat,microfat and as a pure population of ASCs.In addition,ASC derived exosomes offer a unique cell-free therapy advantages bioactive molecules like growth factors,cytokines,and microRNAs to stimulate collagen production,improve skin texture,and address pigmentation issues.This review highlights the multifaceted potential of adipose tissue in aesthetic medicine.It discusses its diverse applications,the biological mechanisms involved,and emerging therapeutic approaches.Moreover,this review also highlights the challenges and future direction of using adipose tissue-based therapies for aesthetic treatments.展开更多

There is a significant disconnect between current aesthetic education and ecological civilization education.Music education focuses on technical training while neglecting the integration of ecological ethics,while eco...There is a significant disconnect between current aesthetic education and ecological civilization education.Music education focuses on technical training while neglecting the integration of ecological ethics,while ecological education remains limited to knowledge transmission without effective emotional resonance.This has led to weak ecological responsibility awareness among students(a deficiency of 34%)and a disconnection between curriculum practice and ecological themes(87%of textbooks do not include ecological themes).This study employs the theory of dialectical contradiction as the analytical framework,focusing on the core contradiction between“aesthetic isolation”and“cognitive instrumentality.”It constructs a dynamic intervention model of“soundscape domain-ecological consciousness”to reveal the synergistic mechanism of ecological cognitive reconstruction through neural activation(an increase of 21%in alpha wave modulation)and emotional resonance triggered by sound wave vibrations.Based on the principles of quantum acoustics and the interdisciplinary requirements of the Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standards(2022),this study proposes a practical approach for“ecological soundscape courses.”This includes the analysis of bioacoustic spectra(such as bird song rhythms),the creation of crisis-themed compositions(mapping carbon footprint data to pitch),and a carbon-neutral music performance mechanism.These methods achieve a cognitive leap from“technical training to ecological responsibility.”展开更多

Background:Excess submental fat(SMF)is a common facial aesthetic concern,and assessment scales play a crucial role in its evaluation.Existing SMF scales are based on Caucasian populations,although genetic background s...Background:Excess submental fat(SMF)is a common facial aesthetic concern,and assessment scales play a crucial role in its evaluation.Existing SMF scales are based on Caucasian populations,although genetic background significantly influences SMF distribution.Therefore,this study aimed to develop and validate a 5-point Chinese version of the Clinician-Reported Submental Fat Rating Scale(CR-SMFRS).Methods:The study included 150 volunteers,and captured photographs from the frontal,oblique,and lateral views were combined for each participant.A 5-point scale with descriptive criteria was primarily designed.Internal validation involved three experienced plastic surgeons,while external validation was conducted on 50 live volunteers by six additional raters.Intra-and inter-rater reliability were assessed.Results:A 5-point grading system with descriptive criteria was developed and validated as the Chinese CR-SMFRS.Internal validation demonstrated a good intra-and inter-rater consistency.During external validation,intraclass correlation coefficient values for each rater exceeded 0.850,indicating high intra-rater consistency.Moreover,the inter-rater reliability showed good consistency.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the SMF rating scale is a reliable tool for clinical use.展开更多

文摘Against the backdrop of the comprehensive advancement of curriculum ideological and political construction in colleges and universities,art general education courses,as important carriers for the integration of aesthetic education and moral education,have their educational value awaiting systematic exploration.This article takes the"Accordion Performance Art"course at Beijing International Studies University as the research object and systematically expounds on the ideological and political construction path from skill training to cultural education.It constructs a three-dimensional educational framework of"technique-aesthetics-value",focuses on analyzing characteristic practices such as the infiltration of red music culture,the penetration of ethnic music elements,and the application of Marxist philosophical principles,and innovatively proposes a progressive teaching model of"situational experience-dialectical thinking-cultural communication".Through the reconstruction of teaching content,innovation of teaching methods,and optimization of evaluation systems,the organic integration of accordion performance teaching and ideological and political education has been realized,providing an operable practical reference paradigm for the ideological and political construction of art general education courses.The research shows that the ideological and political construction of art courses must be based on the characteristics of the discipline,with artistic practice as the carrier and cultural inheritance as the link,in order to achieve the in-depth goal of"educating people with aesthetics and cultivating people with culture".

文摘Based on the contents and temperament of pastoral poetries written by TAO Yuan-ming,by centering on respecting the nature,indifference and optimism,and plainness and authenticity,the paper had analyzed aesthetic ideologies contained in his poetries.On this basis,it had discussed the influence of aesthetic ideology of TAO Yuan-ming on the style of classical gardens in South China,which were quiet and natural,elegant and fresh,simple and plain,and far-reaching in artistic conception.By combining with cases,it pointed out that the poetic prose had been directly quoted as the names of gardens or scenic spots of classical gardens in South China,and showed that the aesthetic ideology of TAO Yuan-ming had set up a successful ideal model for cultural landscapes,producing far-reaching influence on the aesthetic state of mind of gardeners or owners of gardens,further instilling humanistic spirit into classical gardens in South China.
文摘Huizhou-style gardens have been greatly influenced by Huizhou culture, their plant landscapes have also been integrated with various aspects of Huizhou culture, which demonstrated the ideology, historical and cultural connotation of the society in an abstract and impalpable way. In this study, Huizhou-style miniature landscapes, plants of virtual implications, flowers or fruit trees of special connotations are taken for examples to analyze the influence of Xin’an Neo-Confucianism on plant landscapes in Huizhou-style gardens, the demonstration of Huizhou businessmen’s aesthetic tastes, as well as folk cultures of Huizhou, which implies that plant landscapes in Huizhou-style gardens are those incorporating with humanistic spirits, ornamental and practical uses. This study aims to provide references for further researches in the present situation of ancient Huizhou areas, protection of ancient Huizhou-style gardens and construction of new-style Huizhou gardens.
文摘CLT is an activity of aesthetic representation,in which the translators undertake analysis,synthesis,and reconstruction of the aesthetic qualities inherent in the original work until the representation of these aesthetic qualities is achieved.Gestalt theory could help the translator to represent aesthetic qualities of the source text in the target text in CLT.
