In order to implement the requirements of the document Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Promoting the Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine,accelerate the promotion of the construction of a healthy China,adhere to the equal importance of Chinese and Western medicines,promote the mutual complementarity of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and coordinated development,strengthen the academic exchanges and cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine in the field of preventing and controlling gout,and cultivate the high-caliber young clinical talents,the China Association of Chinese Medicine(CACM)organized the 48th Salon on Clinical Advantageous Diseases in Beijing on 21 March 2025,focusing on the combined Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment strategy of gout,bringing together experts in Chinese and Western medicine and interdisciplinary fields,and reaching specific recommendations and consensus on the combined Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of gout through in-depth discussion.On this basis,under the leadership of the CACM,gout diagnosis and treatment problems were analyzed from the perspective of gout occurrence and development law,focusing on the advantages and characteristics of Chinese medicine and combined Chinese and Western medicine in gout diagnosis and treatment,and proposing scientific research and technological layout of gout in the following aspects:(1)Improvement of gout staging and identification system,(2)optimization of Chinese medicine to prevent and treat gout and drug research and development,(3)improvement of indicators for post-treatment assessment of gout,(4)research on early warning system of Chinese and Western medicine,(5)construction of gout co-morbidities spectrum and Chinese medicine theoretical system,(6)research on co-morbidities mechanism of gout,(7)chronic disease grassroots health management,and at the same time,it also puts forward the proposed layout and direction of the research,the expected goal and value and the priority of the proposed funding.Therefore,this article is based on the gout Chinese medicine advantageous disease series salon,proposed gout scientific and technological research paradigm,in order to help the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine. 展开更多

Laiyang formation of Jiaolai Basin is the target stratum for oil and gas exploration. By measuring several field sections, the authors find that Laiyang formation reveals the whole processes from development to death of the lake basin and its sedimentary facies differ in different structural locations. Analyses about sedimentary facies and paleocurrent orientations in association with researches about the positive tectonic units such as Dayetou horseback and Chaigou horst indicate that Laiyang sag is a relatively independent sedimentary unit that shows great water depth typical of deep lake or semideep lake and was controlled by Wulongcun fault during the deposition period of Laiyang formation. Its sediments mainly originated from Jiaobei uplift area and Dayetou horseback. Gaomi-Zhucheng sag was a fast-filled basin controlled by Wurong fault and Yishu fault zone, being high in the northeast and low in the northwest and characterized by the development of pluvial facies and fluvial facies in most areas, and with the development of lake facies being limited to local low-lying regions. Selection of advantageous hydrocarbon reservoir areas for exploration purpose mainly relies on the sedimentation pattern of prototype basin and conservation conditions. The central-west area of Laiyang sag covered by overlying Laiyang formation is the most advantageous exploration area. 展开更多

Utilizing Dynamic Data to Quickly Evaluate Advantageous Channels and Applications

In response to the high cost and difficulty of high-speed development and testing data in offshore oil fields, this paper proposes to use the most easily available production performance data as the basis and use the grey correlation method to calculate the correlation coefficient between oil and water wells to characterize the degree of development of advantageous channels. The consistency between the calculated results of this method and the tracer test results is over 80%. Based on the fitting results, the correlation coefficient exceeds 0.74 to determine the existence of an advantageous channel. According to the research results of grey correlation method, Bohai K oilfield has completed the combined profile control and flooding measures, and the daily oil production has increased by 20 m3</sup>/d. This method is simple, fast, and can achieve quantitative evaluation, which saves time and investment compared to offshore testing. It has strong application and reference value for the development of other offshore water injection oilfields. 展开更多

Research on the Investigation and Determination of Advantageous Diseases in Jing Ethnic Medicine

Objective: This paper aims to summarize and establish advantageous diseases in Jing ethnic medicine. Methods: The study employed literature review analysis, expert consultation, field investigation, folk visits, and clinical questionnaire surveys to summarize and conclude the advantageous diseases in Jing ethnic medicine. Results: The book “Jing Ethnic Medicine” records a total of 130 single prescriptions, 165 empirical prescriptions, and 99 dietary therapy prescriptions. Among these, the most frequently recorded prescriptions are for colds (17), coughs (22), gastric pain (31), diarrhea (22), abdominal pain (3), rheumatism (8), hepatitis (11), trauma (34, including injuries from poisonous fish, jellyfish stings, and falls), skin diseases (23), postpartum conditions (10), pediatric fever (3), pediatric malnutrition (4), and pediatric diarrhea (7). A total of 38 questionnaires were distributed and all 38 were valid, revealing that the top five advantageous diseases are colds (including pediatric colds and fever), abdominal pain, gastric pain, skin diseases, and bone pain. Conclusion: The advantageous diseases in Jing ethnic medicine are relatively clear, and standardized research on the diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for gastric diseases, pediatric abdominal heat pain (colds), and abdominal pain (gallstones) should be conducted. 展开更多

Purpose-This study explores how managerial leadership and organizational innovation interact to enhance resilience and risk management in railway supply chains and how these capabilities contribute to sustained competitive advantage.It emphasizes the strategic importance of resilience in railway systems that face operational complexity,regulatory pressures and increasing exposure to systemic risks.Design/methodology/approach-A mixed-methods design was employed,integrating survey data from 186 railway organizations with six case studies involving railway operators,rolling stock manufacturers and supply chain partners across multiple regions.Constructs were measured using validated scales and hypothesized relationships were tested using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).Case study interviews were analyzed thematically to provide contextual understanding of leadership practices and innovation strategies.Findings-The results confirm that transformational managerial leadership significantly predicts innovation adoption,which in turn strengthens resilience and risk management capabilities.Resilience emerged as a powerful driver of competitive advantage,reinforcing its role as a strategic capability rather than a reactive response to disruptions.Furthermore,innovation was shown to partially mediate the relationship between leadership and resilience,highlighting its function as the operational channel through which vision translates into capability.Originality/value-This study contributes to the literature by integrating the Resource-Based View(RBV)and Dynamic Capabilities(DC)framework into the context of railway supply chains.It is among the first to empirically validate the mediating role of innovation between leadership and resilience,offering both theoretical advancements and actionable strategies for building resilient and competitive railway systems. 展开更多

Waste graphitization cathode carbon blocks are a type of hazardous solid waste generated during the aluminum electrolysis process,and their proper disposal is a key step in the resource utilization of discarded graphite.This study utilizes the porous“defect advantage”of a cathode carbon block matrix to prepare silicon-doped and asphalt-coated detoxified and purified waste graphitization cathode carbon blocks for use as high-performance silicon/carbon composite anode materials.The results show that the uniformly silicondoped silicon/carbon composite material features a unique amorphous carbon-encapsulated“locked silicon”structure,which effectively addresses issues such as cathode volume expansion,excessive growth of the solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)film,and poor electrical contact between active materials.Consequently,electrochemical performance is enhanced.After assembly in a half-cell,the PSCC/10%Si@C(purified waste graphitization cathode carbon/10%Si@C)material exhibits optimal electrochemical stability,with an initial charging specific capacity of 514.5 mAh/g at 0.1 C(1 C=170 mA/g)and a capacity retention rate of 95.1%after 100 cycles.At a charge rate of 2.0 C,a specific capacity of 216.9 mAh/g is achieved.This technology provides a new pathway for the economical and high-value utilization of waste cathode carbon blocks and the development of low-cost,high-performance anode materials. 展开更多

基于D-Wave Advantage量子退火算法的90比特RSA整数分解研究

业内认为在当前量子计算攻击密码整体进展缓慢背景下,RSA整数分解进展每提升1比特都面临挑战。根据《Nature》文章报道,2019~2023年谷歌不断改进其量子芯片,但依旧不能用于密码破译。谷歌等公司近期的研究表明:尽管亚线性量子资源方法分... 业内认为在当前量子计算攻击密码整体进展缓慢背景下,RSA整数分解进展每提升1比特都面临挑战。根据《Nature》文章报道,2019~2023年谷歌不断改进其量子芯片,但依旧不能用于密码破译。谷歌等公司近期的研究表明:尽管亚线性量子资源方法分解RSA整数可以降低量子资源的消耗,但是即使“完美的量子优化算法+Babai算法”也不足以有效地分解80比特以上的RSA整数。量子退火算法凭借其独特的量子隧穿效应,可跳出传统智能优化算法极易陷入的局部极值,快速逼近全局最优解。鉴于D-Wave Advantage的量子资源已达到5000+量子比特,本文通过使用更多的量子资源,提出一种量子退火算法结合经典密码算法分解RSA整数的混合架构。通过提高最近向量问题(Closest Vector Problem,CVP)的规模,从而提升搜索用于分解80比特以上RSA整数光滑对的能力;本文使用Block Korkin-Zolotarev(BKZ)算法对CVP的格基进行约化,获得较LLL算法更优的归约基。利用更优的归约基,Babai算法可以获得更优的CVP的解。在此基础上,本文利用量子退火算法的隧穿效应进一步优化Babai算法对CVP的求解,获得较Babai算法更优的解,从而提高光滑对的搜索效率,加速RSA整数分解。最后,本文在D-Wave Advantage上首次完成量子计算分解80比特以上的RSA整数,最大分解90比特RSA整数:629367860625666765619139989=6398047085669×98368744743281,大幅度超出富士通、洛克希德马丁公司、普渡大学的实验指标。实验结果表明:研究量子智能算法和量子位数较多的量子计算机攻击密码是有意义的,未来需要重视量子隧穿推进CVP等NP难题求解的潜力,其全局寻优能力可能成为密码攻击的关键。 展开更多

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)show great potential in the field of electrochemical energy storage with the advantages of high safety,low cost and environmental friendliness.Prussian blue analogues(PBAs)are considered as the highly promising cathode materials for AZIBs because of their low cost and high voltage potential.Its excellent electrochemical performance and sustainable energy storage capability provide a new direction and opportunity for the development of AZIBs technology.The practical application of PBAs in AZIBs,however,is restrained by its unstable cycle life deriving from PBAs’inherent structure deficiencies and its dissolution in aqueous electrolyte.Based on the summary of series of literature,we will comprehensively introduce the PBAs as cathodes for AZIBs in this review.Firstly,some basic knowledge of PBAs is introduced,including structural characteristics,advantages and issues.Secondly,several commonly used modification methods to improve the properties of PBAs,as well as electrolytes to stabilize PBAs,are presented.Finally,the future research directions and commercial prospects of PBAs in AZIBs are proposed to encourage further exploration and promote technological innovation. 展开更多

Decoding Quantum Search Advantage:The Critical Role of State Properties in Random Walks

Quantum algorithms have demonstrated provable speedups over classical counterparts,yet establishing a comprehensive theoretical framework to understand the quantum advantage remains a core challenge.In this work,we decode the quantum search advantage by investigating the critical role of quantum state properties in random-walk-based algorithms.We propose three distinct variants of quantum random-walk search algorithms and derive exact analytical expressions for their success probabilities.These probabilities are fundamentally determined by specific initial state properties:the coherence fraction governs the first algorithm’s performance,while entanglement and coherence dominate the outcomes of the second and third algorithms,respectively.We show that increased coherence fraction enhances success probability,but greater entanglement and coherence reduce it in the latter two cases.These findings reveal fundamental insights into harnessing quantum properties for advantage and guide algorithm design.Our searches achieve Grover-like speedups and show significant potential for quantum-enhanced machine learning. 展开更多

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is a treasure of China’s traditional medical heritage,embodying the wisdom and cultural depth of the Chinese nation.Higher TCM education shoulders the important responsibility of preserving and advancing TCM,and in today’s context,it offers significant advantages while also facing numerous challenges.Among its strengths are a profound cultural foundation in TCM,utilizing classic texts and unique theories to cultivate students’TCM thinking and competence;diversified teaching methods that integrate knowledge from multiple disciplines,innovate instructional models,and combine traditional with modern educational approaches;a complete teaching system characterized by professional faculty and advanced facilities;and interdisciplinary integration fostering innovation.However,problems persist,including some students lacking confidence in TCM culture due to the influence of Western medicine concepts and the westernization of the educational model;weak practical teaching where theory dominates,practice time is limited,and there are insufficient bases and instructors;and a shortage of faculty resulting in an imbalanced student-to-teacher ratio and an unreasonable structure.To address these issues,it is recommended to enhance cultural confidence,strengthen faculty development,and optimize practical teaching,thereby promoting the sustainable development of higher TCM education and achieving the shared prosperity of TCM education and the TCM profession. 展开更多

Anticipation for hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) is an advanced targeted therapeuticapproach for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the most common type ofprimary liver cancer. HAIC has demonstrated significant potential in managingadvanced HCC, particularly in regions with high prevalence rates. Despite itspromise, several challenges and areas for future research remain. Clinical studieshave substantiated the efficacy of HAIC in enhancing survival outcomes forpatients with advanced hepatic carcinoma. Notably, combination therapiesinvolving immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as lenvatinib and programmeddeath-1 inhibitors, have shown substantial improvements in median overallsurvival and progression-free survival compared to systemic chemotherapy.These combination therapies have also exhibited superior response rates anddisease control, with manageable and often less severe adverse events relative tosystemic treatments. This article is based on the review by Zhou et al and aims todiscuss the current status and future directions in the treatment of HCC, emphasizingthe role of HAIC and its integration with novel therapeutic agents. 展开更多
