Methods: The study employed literature review analysis, expert consultation, field investigation, folk visits, and clinical questionnaire surveys to summarize and conclude the advantageous diseases in Jing ethnic medicine. Results: The book “Jing Ethnic Medicine” records a total of 130 single prescriptions, 165 empirical prescriptions, and 99 dietary therapy prescriptions. Among these, the most frequently recorded prescriptions are for colds (17), coughs (22), gastric pain (31), diarrhea (22), abdominal pain (3), rheumatism (8), hepatitis (11), trauma (34, including injuries from poisonous fish, jellyfish stings, and falls), skin diseases (23), postpartum conditions (10), pediatric fever (3), pediatric malnutrition (4), and pediatric diarrhea (7). A total of 38 questionnaires were distributed and all 38 were valid, revealing that the top five advantageous diseases are colds (including pediatric colds and fever), abdominal pain, gastric pain, skin diseases, and bone pain. Conclusion: The advantageous diseases in Jing ethnic medicine are relatively clear, and standardized research on the diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for gastric diseases, pediatric abdominal heat pain (colds), and abdominal pain (gallstones) should be conducted.展开更多

By measuring several field sections, the authors find that Laiyang formation reveals the whole processes from development to death of the lake basin and its sedimentary facies differ in different structural locations. Analyses about sedimentary facies and paleocurrent orientations in association with researches about the positive tectonic units such as Dayetou horseback and Chaigou horst indicate that Laiyang sag is a relatively independent sedimentary unit that shows great water depth typical of deep lake or semideep lake and was controlled by Wulongcun fault during the deposition period of Laiyang formation. Its sediments mainly originated from Jiaobei uplift area and Dayetou horseback. Gaomi-Zhucheng sag was a fast-filled basin controlled by Wurong fault and Yishu fault zone, being high in the northeast and low in the northwest and characterized by the development of pluvial facies and fluvial facies in most areas, and with the development of lake facies being limited to local low-lying regions. Selection of advantageous hydrocarbon reservoir areas for exploration purpose mainly relies on the sedimentation pattern of prototype basin and conservation conditions. The central-west area of Laiyang sag covered by overlying Laiyang formation is the most advantageous exploration area.展开更多
In response to the high cost and difficulty of high-speed development and testing data in offshore oil fields, this paper proposes to use the most easily available production performance data as the basis and use the ...In response to the high cost and difficulty of high-speed development and testing data in offshore oil fields, this paper proposes to use the most easily available production performance data as the basis and use the grey correlation method to calculate the correlation coefficient between oil and water wells to characterize the degree of development of advantageous channels. The consistency between the calculated results of this method and the tracer test results is over 80%. Based on the fitting results, the correlation coefficient exceeds 0.74 to determine the existence of an advantageous channel. According to the research results of grey correlation method, Bohai K oilfield has completed the combined profile control and flooding measures, and the daily oil production has increased by 20 m3</sup>/d. This method is simple, fast, and can achieve quantitative evaluation, which saves time and investment compared to offshore testing. It has strong application and reference value for the development of other offshore water injection oilfields.展开更多

Quantum algorithms have demonstrated provable speedups over classical counterparts,yet establishing a comprehensive theoretical framework to understand the quantum advantage remains a core challenge.In this work,we de...Quantum algorithms have demonstrated provable speedups over classical counterparts,yet establishing a comprehensive theoretical framework to understand the quantum advantage remains a core challenge.In this work,we decode the quantum search advantage by investigating the critical role of quantum state properties in random-walk-based algorithms.We propose three distinct variants of quantum random-walk search algorithms and derive exact analytical expressions for their success probabilities.These probabilities are fundamentally determined by specific initial state properties:the coherence fraction governs the first algorithm’s performance,while entanglement and coherence dominate the outcomes of the second and third algorithms,respectively.We show that increased coherence fraction enhances success probability,but greater entanglement and coherence reduce it in the latter two cases.These findings reveal fundamental insights into harnessing quantum properties for advantage and guide algorithm design.Our searches achieve Grover-like speedups and show significant potential for quantum-enhanced machine learning.展开更多

HAIC has demonstrated significant potential in managingadvanced HCC, particularly in regions with high prevalence rates. Despite itspromise, several challenges and areas for future research remain. Clinical studieshave substantiated the efficacy of HAIC in enhancing survival outcomes forpatients with advanced hepatic carcinoma. Notably, combination therapiesinvolving immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as lenvatinib and programmeddeath-1 inhibitors, have shown substantial improvements in median overallsurvival and progression-free survival compared to systemic chemotherapy.These combination therapies have also exhibited superior response rates anddisease control, with manageable and often less severe adverse events relative tosystemic treatments. Missing data handling is vital for multi-sensor information fusion fault diagnosis of motors to prevent the accuracy decay or even model failure,and some promising results have been gained in several current studies.T...Missing data handling is vital for multi-sensor information fusion fault diagnosis of motors to prevent the accuracy decay or even model failure,and some promising results have been gained in several current studies.These studies,however,have the following limitations:1)effective supervision is neglected for missing data across different fault types and 2)imbalance in missing rates among fault types results in inadequate learning during model training.To overcome the above limitations,this paper proposes a dynamic relative advantagedriven multi-fault synergistic diagnosis method to accomplish accurate fault diagnosis of motors under imbalanced missing data rates.Firstly,a cross-fault-type generalized synergistic diagnostic strategy is established based on variational information bottleneck theory,which is able to ensure sufficient supervision in handling missing data.Then,a dynamic relative advantage assessment technique is designed to reduce diagnostic accuracy decay caused by imbalanced missing data rates.The proposed method is validated using multi-sensor data from motor fault simulation experiments,and experimental results demonstrate its effectiveness and superiority in improving diagnostic accuracy and generalization under imbalanced missing data rates.展开更多
Allopolyploids often exhibit advantages in vigor and adaptability compared to diploids.A long-term goal in the economically important Brassica genus has been to develop a new allohexaploid crop type(AABBCC)by combinin...Allopolyploids often exhibit advantages in vigor and adaptability compared to diploids.A long-term goal in the economically important Brassica genus has been to develop a new allohexaploid crop type(AABBCC)by combining different diploid and allotetraploid crop species.However,early-generation allohexaploids often face challenges like unstable meiosis and low fertility,and the phenotypic performance of these synthetic lines has rarely been assessed.This study analyzes agronomic traits,fertility,and genome stability in ArArBcBcCcCc lines derived from four crosses between B.carinata and B.rapa after 9–11 selfing generations.Our results demonstrate polyploid advantage in vigor and seed traits,considerable phenotypic variation,and high fertility and genome stability.Meanwhile,parental genotypes significantly influence outcomes in advanced allohexaploids.Structural variants,largely resulting from A–C homoeologous exchanges,contribute to genomic variation and influence hexaploid genome stability,with the A sub-genome showing the highest variability.Both positive and negative impacts of SVs on fertility and seed weight are observed.Pseudo-euploids,frequently appearing,do not significantly affect fertility or other agronomic traits compared to euploids,indicating a potential pathway toward a stable allohexaploid species.These findings provide insights into the challenge and potential for developing an adaptable and stable Brassica hexaploid through selection.展开更多
Understanding how environmental adaptation varies among families within a species is critical to adapt forestry activities such as management and breeding to possible future climate change.The present study examined h...Understanding how environmental adaptation varies among families within a species is critical to adapt forestry activities such as management and breeding to possible future climate change.The present study examined home-site advantage and local advantage in growth and basic density of wood in 36 families of Chamaecyparis obtuse(Siebold et Zucc.)Endl.,reciprocally planted at two progeny test sites with differing climatic conditions in Japan.A significant home-site advantage for growth was detected between the lowland and mountainous regions within the Kanto breeding region.In addition,the effects of climate differentials between the selection site of mating parents and the progeny test site on growth and basic density were inves-tigated.As a result,temperature was identified as the most significant climatic factor attributed to local adaptation for growth traits.Elongation and radial growth were adversely influenced when the progeny test site temperature exceeded the provenance temperature by more than 2°C.Therefore,it is crucial to account for temperature differences between the provenance and the planting site to adapt afforestation and forest tree breeding to climate change in the future.展开更多

Among natural disasters,flash floods are the most destructive events,causing signif-icant damage to the economy and posing a serious threat to human life and property.Comprehensive risk assessment of these sudden floo...Among natural disasters,flash floods are the most destructive events,causing signif-icant damage to the economy and posing a serious threat to human life and property.Comprehensive risk assessment of these sudden floods is a key strategy to mitigate their impact.Accurate analysis of flash flood hazards can greatly enhance prevention efforts and inform critical decision-making processes,ultimately improving our ability to protect communities from these fast-onset disasters.This study analyzed the driving forces of flash flood disaster-causing factors in Heilongjiang Province.Meanwhile,nine different categories of variables affecting the occurrence of flash floods were selected,and the degree of influence of each driving factor on flash floods was quantitatively analyzed,and the driving force analysis of the driving factors of flash floods in Hei-longjiang Province was carried out by using the geographic probe model.This paper employs an uncertainty approach,utilizing a statistical-based interval weight deter-mination technique for evaluation indices and a two-dimensional information-based interval number sorting method.These methodologies are combined to construct a comprehensive flash flood risk assessment model.On this basis,the model was implemented in six regions within China's Heilongjiang province to evaluate and prioritize flash flood risks.The resulting risk ranking for these areas was as follows:Bayan≻Shuangcheng≻Boli≻Suibin≻Hailun≻Yian.The findings demonstrate that the interval number-based evaluation method effectively handles uncertainty,providing a more reliable risk grading system.This approach,by leveraging modern scientific advances and risk quantification techniques,is crucial for improving disaster management and mitigating flash flood impacts.展开更多

The use of donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) in organ transplantationhas led to significant progress in the treatment of post-transplantoutcomes, particularly after kidney transplantation. In addition, the use of ddcfDNAin organ transplantation has led to significant advancements in posttransplantoutcome monitoring. The aim of this study is to review many of therecent studies on the use of this biomarker and to evaluate its most relevantadvantages and limitations. dd-cfDNA is released from several types of cells ofthe transplanted organ, most often from endothelial cells and this happens in thecase of organ damage, most often rejection. Its presence in the bloodstream of therecipients is an important sign of graft damage;its principal advantage is in theavoidance of invasive tools such as renal biopsy. Additionally, several studiesreported that the finding of dd-cfDNA in the serum may precede histologicalabnormalities;its utility in the diagnosis of subclinical rejection is extremelyimportant. Among the principal limitations of this tool are the difficulty in distinguishingdifferent forms of graft damage. According to several studies this toolhas several limitations in diagnosing T-cell mediated rejection. 文摘Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) is an advanced targeted therapeuticapproach for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the most common type ofprimary liver cancer. HAIC has demonstrated significant potential in managingadvanced HCC, particularly in regions with high prevalence rates. Despite itspromise, several challenges and areas for future research remain. Clinical studieshave substantiated the efficacy of HAIC in enhancing survival outcomes forpatients with advanced hepatic carcinoma. Notably, combination therapiesinvolving immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as lenvatinib and programmeddeath-1 inhibitors, have shown substantial improvements in median overallsurvival and progression-free survival compared to systemic chemotherapy.These combination therapies have also exhibited superior response rates anddisease control, with manageable and often less severe adverse events relative tosystemic treatments. This article is based on the review by Zhou et al and aims todiscuss the current status and future directions in the treatment of HCC, emphasizingthe role of HAIC and its integration with novel therapeutic agents.
文摘With the advancement of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),TCM granules have emerged and garnered widespread attention.This study provides a comprehensive review of the development of TCM granules,analyzing their characteristics in terms of ease of use,quality stability,and pharmacodynamic advantages.It also explores their broad application prospects in clinical TCM treatment and preventive healthcare.Through an integrative analysis of relevant research literature,the study highlights the significant value and vast development potential of TCM granules in modern medicine.The article aims to offer valuable references for the modernization and internationalization of TCM while promoting the continuous development and innovative application of TCM granules in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
文摘Missing data handling is vital for multi-sensor information fusion fault diagnosis of motors to prevent the accuracy decay or even model failure,and some promising results have been gained in several current studies.These studies,however,have the following limitations:1)effective supervision is neglected for missing data across different fault types and 2)imbalance in missing rates among fault types results in inadequate learning during model training.To overcome the above limitations,this paper proposes a dynamic relative advantagedriven multi-fault synergistic diagnosis method to accomplish accurate fault diagnosis of motors under imbalanced missing data rates.Firstly,a cross-fault-type generalized synergistic diagnostic strategy is established based on variational information bottleneck theory,which is able to ensure sufficient supervision in handling missing data.Then,a dynamic relative advantage assessment technique is designed to reduce diagnostic accuracy decay caused by imbalanced missing data rates.The proposed method is validated using multi-sensor data from motor fault simulation experiments,and experimental results demonstrate its effectiveness and superiority in improving diagnostic accuracy and generalization under imbalanced missing data rates.

文摘Allopolyploids often exhibit advantages in vigor and adaptability compared to diploids.A long-term goal in the economically important Brassica genus has been to develop a new allohexaploid crop type(AABBCC)by combining different diploid and allotetraploid crop species.However,early-generation allohexaploids often face challenges like unstable meiosis and low fertility,and the phenotypic performance of these synthetic lines has rarely been assessed.This study analyzes agronomic traits,fertility,and genome stability in ArArBcBcCcCc lines derived from four crosses between B.carinata and B.rapa after 9–11 selfing generations.Our results demonstrate polyploid advantage in vigor and seed traits,considerable phenotypic variation,and high fertility and genome stability.Meanwhile,parental genotypes significantly influence outcomes in advanced allohexaploids.Structural variants,largely resulting from A–C homoeologous exchanges,contribute to genomic variation and influence hexaploid genome stability,with the A sub-genome showing the highest variability.Both positive and negative impacts of SVs on fertility and seed weight are observed.Pseudo-euploids,frequently appearing,do not significantly affect fertility or other agronomic traits compared to euploids,indicating a potential pathway toward a stable allohexaploid species.These findings provide insights into the challenge and potential for developing an adaptable and stable Brassica hexaploid through selection.
文摘Understanding how environmental adaptation varies among families within a species is critical to adapt forestry activities such as management and breeding to possible future climate change.The present study examined home-site advantage and local advantage in growth and basic density of wood in 36 families of Chamaecyparis obtuse(Siebold et Zucc.)Endl.,reciprocally planted at two progeny test sites with differing climatic conditions in Japan.A significant home-site advantage for growth was detected between the lowland and mountainous regions within the Kanto breeding region.In addition,the effects of climate differentials between the selection site of mating parents and the progeny test site on growth and basic density were inves-tigated.As a result,temperature was identified as the most significant climatic factor attributed to local adaptation for growth traits.Elongation and radial growth were adversely influenced when the progeny test site temperature exceeded the provenance temperature by more than 2°C.Therefore,it is crucial to account for temperature differences between the provenance and the planting site to adapt afforestation and forest tree breeding to climate change in the future.
文摘BIM technology has become an important tool in road and bridge design.Through the application of BIM technology,the entire bridge process can be modeled to form a virtual bridge form.Through the simulation of bridge construction materials,construction techniques,and construction processes,a comprehensive analysis can be conducted to achieve visualization of the design and improve the efficiency of bridge design.This article mainly analyzes the advantages of BIM technology in bridge design,explores the application forms in bridge design,and proposes strategies to optimize bridge design,providing a certain reference for the improvement and optimization of bridge design work.

文摘Among natural disasters,flash floods are the most destructive events,causing signif-icant damage to the economy and posing a serious threat to human life and property.Comprehensive risk assessment of these sudden floods is a key strategy to mitigate their impact.Accurate analysis of flash flood hazards can greatly enhance prevention efforts and inform critical decision-making processes,ultimately improving our ability to protect communities from these fast-onset disasters.This study analyzed the driving forces of flash flood disaster-causing factors in Heilongjiang Province.Meanwhile,nine different categories of variables affecting the occurrence of flash floods were selected,and the degree of influence of each driving factor on flash floods was quantitatively analyzed,and the driving force analysis of the driving factors of flash floods in Hei-longjiang Province was carried out by using the geographic probe model.This paper employs an uncertainty approach,utilizing a statistical-based interval weight deter-mination technique for evaluation indices and a two-dimensional information-based interval number sorting method.These methodologies are combined to construct a comprehensive flash flood risk assessment model.On this basis,the model was implemented in six regions within China's Heilongjiang province to evaluate and prioritize flash flood risks.The resulting risk ranking for these areas was as follows:Bayan≻Shuangcheng≻Boli≻Suibin≻Hailun≻Yian.The findings demonstrate that the interval number-based evaluation method effectively handles uncertainty,providing a more reliable risk grading system.This approach,by leveraging modern scientific advances and risk quantification techniques,is crucial for improving disaster management and mitigating flash flood impacts.
文摘This study observes the process of strategy building and capability accumulation of companies in the currently booming Chinese electric vehicles(EV)1 market from the perspective of business ecosystems.While examining the internal and external factors of the formation about the Chinese EV industry business ecosystem,such as industrial structure transformation,technology transfer,government policies,and corporate competition,with the platform theory,I analyze the growth strategies and competitiveness of Chinese companies,particularly BYD Co.,Ltd.(BYD),which has risen to the top of the world in EV completed vehicles,and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co.,Ltd.(CATL),which has risen to the top of the world in electric vehicle batteries(EVB)2.BYD and CATL have gained competitive advantages by utilizing the distinctive management resources,which have accumulated over the years to build platforms for EVBs and EVs in response to changes in the external environment,and have actively developed their platform strategies.

文摘Mode-pairing quantum key distribution(MP-QKD)is an excellent scheme that can exceed the repeaterless ratetransmittance bound without complex phase locking.Nevertheless,MP-QKD usually needs to ensure that the communication distances of the two channels are equal.To address the problem,the asymmetric MP-QKD protocol is proposed.In this paper,we enhance the performance of the asymmetric MP-QKD protocol based on the advantage distillation(AD)method without modifying the quantum process.The simulation results show that the AD method can extend the communication distance by about 70 km in the case of asymmetry.And we observe that as the misalignment error increases,the AD method further increases the expandable communication distance.Our work can further enhance the robustness and promote the practical application of the asymmetric MP-QKD.
文摘In recent years, the use of new biomarkers in different phases of the diagnosis andtreatment of several diseases has allowed substantial improvement in clinicalpractice. The use of donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA) in organ transplantationhas led to significant progress in the treatment of post-transplantoutcomes, particularly after kidney transplantation. In addition, the use of ddcfDNAin organ transplantation has led to significant advancements in posttransplantoutcome monitoring. The aim of this study is to review many of therecent studies on the use of this biomarker and to evaluate its most relevantadvantages and limitations. dd-cfDNA is released from several types of cells ofthe transplanted organ, most often from endothelial cells and this happens in thecase of organ damage, most often rejection. Its presence in the bloodstream of therecipients is an important sign of graft damage;its principal advantage is in theavoidance of invasive tools such as renal biopsy. Additionally, several studiesreported that the finding of dd-cfDNA in the serum may precede histologicalabnormalities;its utility in the diagnosis of subclinical rejection is extremelyimportant. Among the principal limitations of this tool are the difficulty in distinguishingdifferent forms of graft damage. According to several studies this toolhas several limitations in diagnosing T-cell mediated rejection. In addition,particular care should be taken in distinguishing dd-cfDNA from recipientderivedcfDNA.
