工业电子雷管点火电阻能量转换特性及温度场仿真研究

为了研究点火电阻发火过程中温度的动态变化,解决储能电容-点火电阻体系的匹配性问题,通过电热实验、红外温度测量和数值模拟方法,对不同电容放电电压下点火电阻的电压-电流变化和温度变化进行测量,并结合未熔断样品的表面情况,确定点... 为了研究点火电阻发火过程中温度的动态变化,解决储能电容-点火电阻体系的匹配性问题,通过电热实验、红外温度测量和数值模拟方法,对不同电容放电电压下点火电阻的电压-电流变化和温度变化进行测量,并结合未熔断样品的表面情况,确定点火电阻的临界熔断电压,得出点火电阻的电特性规律和温度变化规律。结果表明:在相同电压下,桥膜式直线型点火电阻的熔断时间最短;相同阻值下,桥膜式点火电阻的熔断时间和升温时间比桥丝式更短,能达到的最高温度也更高。数值仿真结果与实验数据吻合良好,验证了模型的准确性,同时揭示了桥丝式和桥膜式S型点火电阻在通电过程中热量易在拐角处积累并率先发生相变的规律。 展开更多

增强接地感知的预调式消弧线圈阻尼电阻优化方法

阻尼电阻作为预调式消弧线圈的关键组件,现有设定方法偏重抑制串联谐振过电压和防止正常运行保护误动,导致高阻接地故障时中性点位移电压不易越过告警阈值,致使选线装置无法投入。为提升谐振接地系统的高阻接地感知灵敏度,首先,定量分... 阻尼电阻作为预调式消弧线圈的关键组件,现有设定方法偏重抑制串联谐振过电压和防止正常运行保护误动,导致高阻接地故障时中性点位移电压不易越过告警阈值,致使选线装置无法投入。为提升谐振接地系统的高阻接地感知灵敏度,首先,定量分析系统正常运行特性与高阻接地故障特征,以正常运行中性点位移电压不越限和高阻接地时其可靠告警为边界条件,推导串、并联阻尼电阻临界值的计算公式;其次,系统分析脱谐度、过渡电阻、系统不平衡度、电容电流等参数对临界值的影响,提出阻尼电阻的选取原则与方法;最后,针对某典型谐振接地系统高阻接地感知能力不足的问题,采用所提优化方法,将原15Ω串联阻尼电阻调整为串联5.05Ω或并联346.37Ω电阻,优化后的阻尼电阻在有效抑制串联谐振过电压的同时,确保高阻接地故障时位移电压可靠越限,将系统耐过渡电阻能力提升至2.78 kΩ,且并联阻尼方式效果更优。该方法仅需利用消弧线圈常规在线监测数据即可实现,无须额外检测设备,具有较强的可行性与经济性。 展开更多

We consider a profound problem of two-point resistance in the resistor network with a null resistor edge and an arbitrary boundary,which has not been solved before because the Green's function technique and the Laplacian matrix approach are invalid in this case.Looking for the exact solutions of resistance is important but difficult in the case of the arbitrary boundary since the boundary is a wall or trap which affects the behavior of a finite network.In this paper,we give a general resistance formula that is composed of a single summation by using the recursion-transform method.Meanwhile,several interesting results are derived by the general formula.Further,the current distribution is given explicitly as a byproduct of the method. 展开更多

在0.18μm 60 V BCD工艺下,设计并实现了一种高压轨到轨输出的数模转换器电路(DAC)。该电路在12位分辨率下展现出良好的单调性。基于折叠共源共栅结构,提出了一种新型高压轨到轨输出运算放大器。其第一级采用增益自举技术,显著提升了运... 在0.18μm 60 V BCD工艺下,设计并实现了一种高压轨到轨输出的数模转换器电路(DAC)。该电路在12位分辨率下展现出良好的单调性。基于折叠共源共栅结构,提出了一种新型高压轨到轨输出运算放大器。其第一级采用增益自举技术,显著提升了运算放大器的速度与增益;第二级则运用Class AB架构,实现了轨到轨输出功能。通过灵活配置输出模式,用户可自由选择40、20、10 V三个输出量程范围。DAC输出级具备驱动±30 mA电流的能力,有效减少了对外挂运放的依赖。对DAC电路进行了全面的仿真与验证,仿真结果表明:DAC的积分非线性(INL)小于|0.3|LSB,微分非线性(DNL)小于|0.3|LSB,建立时间不超过1μs。在输入1 MHz正弦波信号时,信噪失真比(SNDR)达到72.54 dB,总谐波失真(THD)低至-80.45 dB,有效位数(ENOB)高达11.76 bit。 展开更多

A wideband metamaterial absorber (MA) based on a magnetic resonator loaded with lumped resistors is presented. It is composed of a one-dimensional periodic array of double U-shaped structured magnetic resonators loaded with lumped resistors, a dielectric substrate, and a metal plate. We simulated, fabricated, measured, and analyzed the MA. The experimental results show that the reflectance (S11) is below -10 dB at normal incidence in the frequency range of 7.7 GHz 18 GHz, and the peak value is about -20 dB. Simulated power loss density distributions indicate that wideband absorption of the MA is mainly attributable to the lumped resistors in the magnetic resonator. Further investigations indicate that the distance between two unit cells along the magnetic field direction significantly influences the performance of the MA. 展开更多

Phenolic formaldehyde(PF)and epoxy(EP)resins are commonly used in electronic packaging. In this paper, high-ohmic resistors(2.2 M?, ±0.5%,)with Cr-Si film were coated by PF/EP paint, and the resulting coated resistors were used for heat and humid(HH)experiments. The experimental results show that the corrosion of bandlike resistive films is selective and isotropic, and that the corrosion spots in resistive films all form along grooves and extend in the same direction. It is revealed that OH^- ions are generated due to the electrochemical reactions of resistive film in HH experiments, so a NaOH aqueous solution with pH about 10 was used to study the effects of absorbed water and OH^- ions on PF/EP polymer film. The results indicates that the color of some part on PF/EP polymer film changes due to corrosion, and that the corrosion part of the polymer film is easy to be peeled off. It can be inferred that OH^- ions generated in HH experiments may play a catalytic role in the chemical reactions between polymer film and the absorbed water, which accelerates the degradation of PF/EP protection film for a resistor. 展开更多

IrO2-TiO2 thin films were prepared by atomic layer deposition using Ir(EtCp)(COD) and titanium isopropoxide (TTIP). The resistivity of IrO2-TiO2 thin films can be easily controlled from 1 500 to 356.7 μΩ·cm by the IrO2 intermixing ratio from 0.55 to 0.78 in the IrO2-TiO2 thin films. The low temperature coefficient of resistance(TCR) values can be obtained by adopting IrO2-TiO2 composite thin films. Moreover, the change in the resistivity of IrO2-TiO2 thin films was below 10% even after O2 annealing process at 600 ℃. The step stress test results show that IrO2-TiO2 films have better characteristics than conventional TaN08 heater resistor. Therefore, IrO2-TiO2 composite thin films can be used as a heater resistor material in thermal inkjet printhead. 展开更多

Results of investigation of X-ray diffraction, infrared and optical spectra of powders of the ruthenium dioxide, lead-silicate glass as well as their mixture before and after sintering are reported. Sintering conditions typical for thick film resistors were used. Intensity of main lines of RuO2 in X-ray diffraction patterns of sintered mixtures decreases and they slightly shift towards small angles. No new reflexes appear in these patterns. Absorbance of RuO2 in the range of 2.5-100 μm is proportional to and featureless. Infrared spectrum of lead-silicate glass has absorption bands of [SiO4]4- tetrahedra and Pb-O bonds only. Optical spectrum of RuO2 has wide absorption bands at 950 and 370 nm. Spectra of the mixture of RuO2 and glass powders before and after sintering are different indicating that there is interaction between them during the sintering process. Concentration of free charge carriers estimated from the optical spectra is about 1021 cm-3. 展开更多

Diverse values are obtained through the investigation of their stability at dif-ferent currents. Therefore, the current dependence coefficient (CDC) can be determined for each one of the studied resistors. The Virtual Resistor based Active Damping(VR-AD) is widely employed in converters connected to the grid via LCL filters in order to mitigate the inherent resonance of the filters. Nevertheless, in digitally controlled systems, the PWM and the calculating delays modify the system characteristics in terms of frequency and phase, thus destabilizing the system and degrading the VR-AD performances, mainly in low switching frequencies. Moreover, the stability of the system is greatly affected under weak grid operation characterized by large grid impedance variation. This paper solves these problems by proposing a systematic, robust and optimized design procedure of voltage oriented PI control(VOC) with VRAD. The considered design procedure ensures robust control(sufficient stability margins) and high quality of grid current(reduced steady-state error and minimized THD value) despite the negative impact of digital time delay, grid impedance variation and filter parameters change. Simulation and experimental results are presented to show robustness and efficiency of the suggested design procedure. 展开更多

In order to utilize integrated passive technology in printed circuit boards (PCBs), manufacturing processing for integrated resistors by lamination method was investigated. Integrated resistors fabricated from Ohmega technologies in the experiment were 1 408 pieces per panel with four different patterns A, B, C and D and four resistance values of 25, 50, 75 and 100 fL Six panel per batch and four batches were performed totally. The testing was done for 960 pieces of integrated resistors randomly selected with the same size. The value distribution ranges and the relative standard deviation (RSD) show that the scatter degree of the resistance decreases with the resistor size increasing and/or with the resistance increasing. Patterns D with resistance of 75 and 100% for four patterns have the resistance value variances less than 10%. Patterns C and D with resistance of 100 Ω have the manufacturing tolerance less than 10%. The process capabilities are from about 0.6 to 1.6 for the designed testing patterns, which shows that the integrated resistors fabricated have the potential to be used in multilayer PCBs in the future. 展开更多

Phenolic resin(PF) and nano-SiO2 were used to improve the curing property and high humidity resistance of epoxy resin (EP) and methyl nadic anhydride (MNA) resistor paint, respectively. Hydrogen bonds, formed between phenolic resin and nano-SiO2 in alcohol, made nano-SiO2 disperse easily in EP/MNA paint through phenolic resin without being treated by supersonic vibration. When the mass ratio of PF to EP in paint is 3:7, the formed composite paint film can be cured in 2 min at 170 ℃ . When the mass ratio of nano-SiO2 to PF in paint is 3:100, the property of high humidity resistance of the composite paint is the best, meeting the requirement of varying ratio of resistance less than 0.1% after experiment on high humidity resistance. SEM analysis shows the surface of the composite paint film is smooth, glassy, tight and homogeneous, without acicular air holes. 展开更多

The preparation of lead-free thick-film resistors are reported:using RuO 2 and ruthenates as conductive particles,glass powders composed of B 2 O 3,SiO 2,CaO and Al2 O 3 as insulating phase,adding organic matter which mainly consists of ethyl cellulose and terpineol to form printable pastes.Resistors were fabricated and sintered by conventional screen-printing on 96%Al 2 O 3 substrates,and then sintering in a belt furnace.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electron scanning microscopy(SEM) have been used to characterize the conductive particles.The resistors exhibit good refiring stability and low temperature coefficient of resistance.Sheet resistance spans from about 80Ω/□ to 600Ω/□.The resistors prepared are qualified for common use. 展开更多

Purpose–This study aims to improve the availability of regenerative braking for urban metro vehicles by introducing a sensorless operational temperature estimation method for the braking resistor(BR)onboard the vehicle,which overcomes the vulnerability of having conventional temperature sensor.Design/methodology/approach–In this study,the energy model based sensorless estimation method is developed.By analyzing the structure and the convection dissipation process of the BR onboard the vehicle,the energy-based operational temperature model of the BR and its cooling domain is established.By adopting Newton’s law of cooling and the law of conservation of energy,the energy and temperature dynamic of the BR can be stated.To minimize the use of all kinds of sensors(including both thermal and electrical),a novel regenerative braking power calculation method is proposed,which involves only the voltage of DC traction network and the duty cycle of the chopping circuit;both of them are available for the traction control unit(TCU)of the vehicle.By utilizing a real-time iterative calculation and updating the parameter of the energy model,the operational temperature of the BR can be obtained and monitored in a sensorless manner.Findings–In this study,a sensorless estimation/monitoring method of the operational temperature of BR is proposed.The results show that it is possible to utilize the existing electrical sensors that is mandatory for the traction unit’s operation to estimate the operational temperature of BR,instead of adding dedicated thermal sensors.The results also validate the effectiveness of the proposal is acceptable for the engineering practical.Originality/value–The proposal of this study provides novel concepts for the sensorless operational temperature monitoring of BR onboard rolling stocks.The proposed method only involves quasi-global electrical variable and the internal control signal within the TCU. 展开更多
