Based on the designed system model for TV media organization structure, the relations among the main factors of the system constitution, missions, organizing decision entity, and carrying bodies were analyzed. By means of applying multi-objective decision method and complex control system theory, and combining the integration model of TV media organization structure, the basic model was concluded and the corresponding parameters were designed. The current organization process of TV media is analyzed by this model, which comes to the adaptability appearance with different parameters. The results indicate that the model can estimate current TV media organization structure for the chain appearance of communications and the correlation between platforms and policy-making agencies.展开更多

Background:As an important indicator of subjective well-being(SWB),decent work is a key guarantee for the sustainable development of teachers and their psychological health and work quality.Faced with the rapid develo...Background:As an important indicator of subjective well-being(SWB),decent work is a key guarantee for the sustainable development of teachers and their psychological health and work quality.Faced with the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the global labor market,vocational college teachers are facing challenges such as workload pressure and limited career development,which may harm their well-being.This study aims to localize the measurement method of decent work in Chinese vocational education based on the theory of the Psychology of Working Theory,and explore the relationship mechanism between organizational support,career adaptability,decent work,and job satisfaction among vocational college teachers.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 422 HVCU teachers in China(202 male,220 female)using the localized Perceived Organizational Support Scale,Career Adaptability Scale,Decent Work Scale,and Job Satisfaction Scale.Results:The overall level of HVCU teachers’decent work was above the median(Mean=4.09,SD=0.69),laying a foundation for their SWB.Decent work significantly and positively predicted job satisfaction(β=0.620,p<0.001).Organizational support(r=0.58,p<0.001)and career adaptability(r=0.82,p<0.001)can positively affect decent work,and further improve job satisfaction(collective R2 rising from 38.3%to 41.1%).Bootstrap analysis confirmed these mediating effects were robust.Conclusions:This study confirms that the combined effects of organizational support and career adaptability can enhance decent work,further improving teachers’job satisfaction and subsequent subjective well-being.Besides,this study provides an empirical basis for improving the well-being of higher vocational teachers and the sustainable development of vocational education,and has practical significance for improving the teacher incentive policy.展开更多

This paper investigates the platoon control of heterogeneous vehicular cyber-physical systems(VCPSs) subject to external disturbances by using neural network and uniformly quantized communication data.To reduce the ad...This paper investigates the platoon control of heterogeneous vehicular cyber-physical systems(VCPSs) subject to external disturbances by using neural network and uniformly quantized communication data.To reduce the adverse effects of quantization errors on system performance,a coupling sliding mode surface is established for each following vehicle.The radial basis function(RBF) neural networks are employed to approximate the unknown external disturbances.Then,a novel platoon control law is proposed for cooperative tracking in which each following vehicle only uses the uniformly quantized data of the neighboring vehicles.And the designed controllers in this paper are fully distributed due to the fact that the selection of each vehicle's controller parameters is independent of the entire communication topology.The string stability of VCPSs in the entire control process is ensured rather than only ensuring the string stability after the sliding mode surface converges to zero.Compared with the existing controller design methods and quantization mechanisms,the neural adaptive sliding-mode platoon controller proposed in this paper is superior in performances including tracking errors,driving comfort and fuel economy.Numerical simulations illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of the designed control strategy.展开更多
Optical coherence tomography(OCT),particularly Swept-Source OCT,is widely employed in medical diagnostics and industrial inspections owing to its high-resolution imaging capabilities.However,Swept-Source OCT 3D imagin...Optical coherence tomography(OCT),particularly Swept-Source OCT,is widely employed in medical diagnostics and industrial inspections owing to its high-resolution imaging capabilities.However,Swept-Source OCT 3D imaging often suffers from stripe artifacts caused by unstable light sources,system noise,and environmental interference,posing challenges to real-time processing of large-scale datasets.To address this issue,this study introduces a real-time reconstruction system that integrates stripe-artifact suppression and parallel computing using a graphics processing unit.This approach employs a frequency-domain filtering algorithm with adaptive anti-suppression parameters,dynamically adjusted through an image quality evaluation function and optimized using a convolutional neural network for complex frequency-domain feature learning.Additionally,a graphics processing unit integrated 3D reconstruction framework is developed,enhancing data processing throughput and real-time performance via a dual-queue decoupling mechanism.Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in structural similarity(0.92),peak signal-to-noise ratio(31.62 dB),and stripe suppression ratio(15.73 dB)compared with existing methods.On the RTX 4090 platform,the proposed system achieved an end-to-end delay of 94.36 milliseconds,a frame rate of 10.3 frames per second,and a throughput of 121.5 million voxels per second,effectively suppressing artifacts while preserving image details and enhancing real-time 3D reconstruction performance.展开更多
Cross-band camouflage technology is a critical necessity,enabling personnel and equipment to evade detection across evolving surveillance systems,thereby enhancing survivability and mission success.Herein,this work de...Cross-band camouflage technology is a critical necessity,enabling personnel and equipment to evade detection across evolving surveillance systems,thereby enhancing survivability and mission success.Herein,this work develops a layer-structured composite system based on carbon nanotube(CNT)film comprising ionic liquid(IL)interlayer for infrared(IR)modulation and surface-engineered Cu_(2)O nanoparticles for visible camouflage.The CNT/IL/CNT architecture enables reversible IR emissivity switching(Δε≈0.55)through electrically driven ion intercalation/deintercalation within 2 s,while spray-coated Cu_(2)O nanoparticles(100~400 nm diameter)on the top CNT film layer generate rich structure colors with 90%IR transmittance.This spectral-decoupling design overcomes the traditional trade-off between color visibility and IR transmittance observed in pigment-based systems.Remarkably,due to physical interface coupling,the Cu_(2)O-coated layer-structured system maintains exceptional electrical conductivity,enabling simultaneous electromagnetic interference shielding and electrothermal energy conversion.The integrated system demonstrates long-term operational stability.By unifying visible-IR camouflage,electromagnetic protection,and energy management in a lightweight platform,this work provides an important paradigm for cross-band camouflage technologies.展开更多

Based on the entropy weight-TOPSIS method and the panel Tobit model from the perspective of adaptability, spatio-temporal difference and influencing factors of environmental adaptability assessment of human-sea economic system in Liaoning coastal area was measured by using the city panel data from 2000 to 2014. The results indicate that: 1) The environmental adaptability of human-sea economic system in Liaoning coastal area rose slowly from 2000 to 2014, the developing trend of each city was linearly related, and Dalian was in a leading position. 2) The different adaptability elements and adaptability subsystem show polarization phenomenon and completely different regional evolution characteristics. The adaptability of human-sea environment system and human-sea economic system rose slowly and had the characteristics of linear relationship, and the adaptability of human-sea environment system is the main reason for the difference of environmental adaptability of human-sea economic system. 3) Science and technology, environmental management, marine economic development level, port construction are the driving factors of the healthy development of environmental adaptability of urban human-sea economic system.展开更多
To optimize the overall layout of water resource allocation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the adaptabil‐ity of the water resource system to the regional social-ecological systems has to be enhanced.Based on the...To optimize the overall layout of water resource allocation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the adaptabil‐ity of the water resource system to the regional social-ecological systems has to be enhanced.Based on the driver-pressure-state-impact-response(DPSIR)framework,this study constructs an evaluation index system to analyze the adaptability mechanisms of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei’s water resource system according to the three major constituent social-ecological systems(i.e.,economic,social,and ecological systems).Moreover,it adopts the technique of order preference similarity to the ideal solution(TOPSIS)to comprehensively evaluate the adaptability of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei’s water resource system based on three constituent social-ecological systems(i.e.,economic,social,and ecological systems)and identifies the spatiotemporal differentiation char‐acteristics of the region.Our results showed that,①from 2000 to 2020,the adaptability of Beijing-Tianjin Hebei’s water resource system,as a whole,significantly improved.In terms of stages,from 2000 to 2007,the adaptability of the water resource social system was significantly higher than that of economic and ecological systems in the region.From 2008 to 2015,by accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structures,improving the efficiency of economic water utilization,and strengthening the governance of the water ecosystem,the adaptability of water resource economic and ecological systems rapidly improved;how‐ever,that of the water resource ecological system was still the lowest.Additionally,the adaptability of the wa‐ter resource economic system exceeded that of the social system.From 2016 to 2020,the gap in adaptability of the water resource system to all three major constituent systems gradually narrowed.By 2020,the three sys‐tems entered a relatively balanced development stage,with the adaptability of the entire water resource system and the three major constituent systems maintaining a high level.②The economic system was significantly af‐fected by per capita GDP,per capita water resources,and the efficiency of economic water utilization.Addition‐ally,the social system was significantly affected by water consumption per unit of irrigation area.Meanwhile,the ecological system was significantly influenced by precipitation,water pollution discharge performance indi‐cators,and the structure optimization indicators of water supply.According to the evaluation results,we pro‐pose countermeasures and provide recommendations to optimize the overall layout of water resource alloca‐tion and promote the coordinated management of water resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.展开更多

A synthesis model with nonlinear characteristic is proposed, and the corresponding procedure is presented based on an improved AHP model, which utilizes the SVD method to improve the required precision of matrix with acceptable consistency weight and detect and amend the significant elements via distance and proximity so as to improve the whole consistency. Objectives:Teachers are facing unprecedented new challenges leading them to face an increasing number of tasks that are not part of their job,as well as having to cope with the additional skills acquisition that comes...Objectives:Teachers are facing unprecedented new challenges leading them to face an increasing number of tasks that are not part of their job,as well as having to cope with the additional skills acquisition that comes with non-traditional forms of teaching and learning,and increased work pressure leading to an increase in the rate of teachers leaving the profession.Therefore,this study aims to explore the mechanism of the career calling on job burnout through career adaptability and work engagement.Methods:This study conducted a cross-sectional survey of 465 primary and secondary school teachers(PSST)in China's Mainland from the perspective of work adjustment and used structural equation modeling(SEM)to examine the mediating roles of career adaptability and work engagement in the relationship between teachers’career calling and job burnout.Results:The results show that PSSTs are above average in career calling,career adaptability,and work engagement,while job burnout is below average.A significant positive or negative correlation exists between career calling,career adaptability,work engagement,and job burnout.The result of path analysis indicates that career adaptability and work engagement exert an indirect influence on the job burnout of PSST through three paths:namely,the independent intermediary role of career adaptability(EV=−0.144),the independent intermediary role of work engagement(EV=0.172)and the chain intermediary role of the two(EV=0.176).Conclusion:This study emphasizes the importance of career adaptability and work engagement in teacher development in regulating career calling and job burnout.Therefore,on the one hand,we think that if managers want to reduce teachers’job burnout,they need to pay more attention to teachers’career adaptability and work engagement,rather than relying solely on teachers’career calling.On the other hand,it is to remind teachers not to rely on their adjustment to adapt to the work,but also to need outside help as much as possible.展开更多
Agricultural pests cause enormous losses in annual agricultural production.Understanding the evolutionary responses and adaptive capacity of agricultural pests under climate change is crucial for establishing sustaina...Agricultural pests cause enormous losses in annual agricultural production.Understanding the evolutionary responses and adaptive capacity of agricultural pests under climate change is crucial for establishing sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural pest management.In this study,we integrate climate modeling and landscape genomics to investigate the distributional dynamics of the cotton bollworm(Helicoverpa armigera)in the adaptation to local environments and resilience to future climate change.Notably,the predicted inhabitable areas with higher suitability for the cotton bollworm could be eight times larger in the coming decades.Climate change is one of the factors driving the dynamics of distribution and population differentiation of the cotton bollworm.Approximately 19,000 years ago,the cotton bollworm expanded from its ancestral African population,followed by gradual occupations of the European,Asian,Oceanian,and American continents.Furthermore,we identify seven subpopulations with high dispersal and adaptability which may have an increased risk of invasion potential.Additionally,a large number of candidate genes and SNPs linked to climatic adaptation were mapped.These findings could inform sustainable pest management strategies in the face of climate change,aiding future pest forecasting and management planning.展开更多
There is growing interest in introducing ecological risks(ERs)and ecosystem services(ESs)into environmental policies and practices.However,the integration of ESs and ERs into actual decision-making remains insufficien...There is growing interest in introducing ecological risks(ERs)and ecosystem services(ESs)into environmental policies and practices.However,the integration of ESs and ERs into actual decision-making remains insufficient.We simulated the spatiotemporal dynamics of ESs(e.g.,carbon storage,water yield,habitat quality,and soil conservation)and ERs in the upper reach of the Yellow River(URYR)from 2000 to 2100.Additionally,we explored their relationships by combining the InVEST model and a landscape ecological risk model with CMIP6 data.Our main findings showed that regional ERs change in response to land use and environmental dynamics.Specifically,the ER area decreased by 27,673 m^(2)during 2000-2020,but it is projected to increase by 13,273,438,and 68 m^(2)under the SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5,and SSP5-8.5 scenarios,respectively.We also observed remarkable spatial differences in ESs and ERs between past and future scenarios.For instance,the source area of the URYR exhibited high ESs and low ERs(P<0.001),while the ESs and ERs are declining and increasing,respectively,in the northeastern URYR(P<0.05).Finally,we proposed a spatial optimization framework to improve ESs and reduce ERs,which will support regional sustainable development.展开更多

As one of the most classical scheduling problems,flexible job shop scheduling problems(FJSP)find widespread applications in modern intelligent manufacturing systems.However,the majority of meta-heuristic methods for s...As one of the most classical scheduling problems,flexible job shop scheduling problems(FJSP)find widespread applications in modern intelligent manufacturing systems.However,the majority of meta-heuristic methods for solving FJSP in the literature are population-based evolutionary algorithms,which are complex and time-consuming.In this paper,we propose a fast effective singlesolution based local search algorithm with an innovative adaptive weighting-based local search(AWLS)technique for solving FJSP.The adaptive weighting technique assigns weights to each operation and adaptively updates them during the exploration.AWLS integrates a Tabu Search strategy and the adaptive weighting technique to smooth the landscape of the search space and enhance the exploration diversity.Computational experiments on 313 well-known benchmark instances demonstrate that AWLS is highly competitive with state-of-the-art algorithms in terms of both solution quality and computational efficiency,despite of its simplicity.Specifically,AWLS improves the previous best-known results in the literature on 33 instances and match the best-known results on the remaining ones except for only one under the same time limit of up to 300 s.As a strongly non-deterministic polynomia(NP)-hard problem which has been extensively studied for nearly half a century,breaking the records on these classic instances is an arduous task.Nevertheless,AWLS establishes new records on 8 challenging instances whose previous best records were established by a state-of-the-art meta-heuristic algorithm and a famous industrial solver.展开更多

文摘The construction of spot electricity markets plays a pivotal role in power system reforms,where market clearing systems profoundly influence market efficiency and security.Current clearing systems predominantly adopt a single-system architecture,with research focusing primarily on accelerating solution algorithms through techniques such as high-efficiency parallel solvers and staggered decomposition of mixed-integer programming models.Notably absent are systematic studies evaluating the adaptability of primary-backup clearing systems incontingency scenarios—a critical gap given redundant systems’expanding applications in operational environments.This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation framework for analyzing dual-system adaptability,demonstrated through an in-depth case study of the Inner Mongolia power market.First,we establish the innovative“Dual-Active Heterogeneous”architecture that enables independent parallelized operation and fault-isolated redundancy.Subsequently,key performance indices are quantitatively evaluated across four critical dimensions:unit commitment decisions,generator output constraints,transmission section congestion patterns,and clearing price formation mechanisms.An integrated fuzzy evaluation methodology incorporating grey relational analysis is employed for objective indicator weighting,enabling systematic quantification of system superiority under specific grid operating states.Empirical results based on actual operational data from 200 generation units demonstrate the framework’s efficacy in guiding optimal system selection,with particularly strong performance observed during peak load periods.The proposed approach shows high generalization potential for other regional markets employing redundant clearing mechanisms—particularly those with increasing renewable penetration and associated uncertainty.

文摘Background:As an important indicator of subjective well-being(SWB),decent work is a key guarantee for the sustainable development of teachers and their psychological health and work quality.Faced with the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the global labor market,vocational college teachers are facing challenges such as workload pressure and limited career development,which may harm their well-being.This study aims to localize the measurement method of decent work in Chinese vocational education based on the theory of the Psychology of Working Theory,and explore the relationship mechanism between organizational support,career adaptability,decent work,and job satisfaction among vocational college teachers.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 422 HVCU teachers in China(202 male,220 female)using the localized Perceived Organizational Support Scale,Career Adaptability Scale,Decent Work Scale,and Job Satisfaction Scale.Results:The overall level of HVCU teachers’decent work was above the median(Mean=4.09,SD=0.69),laying a foundation for their SWB.Decent work significantly and positively predicted job satisfaction(β=0.620,p<0.001).Organizational support(r=0.58,p<0.001)and career adaptability(r=0.82,p<0.001)can positively affect decent work,and further improve job satisfaction(collective R2 rising from 38.3%to 41.1%).Bootstrap analysis confirmed these mediating effects were robust.Conclusions:This study confirms that the combined effects of organizational support and career adaptability can enhance decent work,further improving teachers’job satisfaction and subsequent subjective well-being.Besides,this study provides an empirical basis for improving the well-being of higher vocational teachers and the sustainable development of vocational education,and has practical significance for improving the teacher incentive policy.

文摘This paper explores the adaptive exponentially designated-time stabilization issue via event-triggered feedback for a kind of uncertain high-order nonlinear systems.The motivation mainly comes from the following two challenges:the undesired singularity problem arising from infinite control gains at the prescribed-time instant,the effective trade-off between the control amplitude and the triggering duration.The goal is to build an event-triggered mechanism comprising a skillful triggered rule alongside a time-dependent threshold.Utilizing the designed control strategy,the solutions' existence and the prevention of Zeno phenomenon are successfully guaranteed by using a new transformation equipped with a time-varying function and redesigning the continuous state-feedback dominance approach with an array of integral functions involving embedded sign functions.Better than existing prescribed-time methods,our approach not only ensures that state variables converge to a small compact set before a designated time and stay there henceforth,and converge to the origin exponentially,but also ensures that the controller continuously works on the whole-time horizon.Two illustrative examples are given to show the effectiveness of the devised scheme.

文摘This paper investigates the platoon control of heterogeneous vehicular cyber-physical systems(VCPSs) subject to external disturbances by using neural network and uniformly quantized communication data.To reduce the adverse effects of quantization errors on system performance,a coupling sliding mode surface is established for each following vehicle.The radial basis function(RBF) neural networks are employed to approximate the unknown external disturbances.Then,a novel platoon control law is proposed for cooperative tracking in which each following vehicle only uses the uniformly quantized data of the neighboring vehicles.And the designed controllers in this paper are fully distributed due to the fact that the selection of each vehicle's controller parameters is independent of the entire communication topology.The string stability of VCPSs in the entire control process is ensured rather than only ensuring the string stability after the sliding mode surface converges to zero.Compared with the existing controller design methods and quantization mechanisms,the neural adaptive sliding-mode platoon controller proposed in this paper is superior in performances including tracking errors,driving comfort and fuel economy.Numerical simulations illustrate the effectiveness and superiority of the designed control strategy.
文摘Optical coherence tomography(OCT),particularly Swept-Source OCT,is widely employed in medical diagnostics and industrial inspections owing to its high-resolution imaging capabilities.However,Swept-Source OCT 3D imaging often suffers from stripe artifacts caused by unstable light sources,system noise,and environmental interference,posing challenges to real-time processing of large-scale datasets.To address this issue,this study introduces a real-time reconstruction system that integrates stripe-artifact suppression and parallel computing using a graphics processing unit.This approach employs a frequency-domain filtering algorithm with adaptive anti-suppression parameters,dynamically adjusted through an image quality evaluation function and optimized using a convolutional neural network for complex frequency-domain feature learning.Additionally,a graphics processing unit integrated 3D reconstruction framework is developed,enhancing data processing throughput and real-time performance via a dual-queue decoupling mechanism.Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in structural similarity(0.92),peak signal-to-noise ratio(31.62 dB),and stripe suppression ratio(15.73 dB)compared with existing methods.On the RTX 4090 platform,the proposed system achieved an end-to-end delay of 94.36 milliseconds,a frame rate of 10.3 frames per second,and a throughput of 121.5 million voxels per second,effectively suppressing artifacts while preserving image details and enhancing real-time 3D reconstruction performance.

文摘Cross-band camouflage technology is a critical necessity,enabling personnel and equipment to evade detection across evolving surveillance systems,thereby enhancing survivability and mission success.Herein,this work develops a layer-structured composite system based on carbon nanotube(CNT)film comprising ionic liquid(IL)interlayer for infrared(IR)modulation and surface-engineered Cu_(2)O nanoparticles for visible camouflage.The CNT/IL/CNT architecture enables reversible IR emissivity switching(Δε≈0.55)through electrically driven ion intercalation/deintercalation within 2 s,while spray-coated Cu_(2)O nanoparticles(100~400 nm diameter)on the top CNT film layer generate rich structure colors with 90%IR transmittance.This spectral-decoupling design overcomes the traditional trade-off between color visibility and IR transmittance observed in pigment-based systems.Remarkably,due to physical interface coupling,the Cu_(2)O-coated layer-structured system maintains exceptional electrical conductivity,enabling simultaneous electromagnetic interference shielding and electrothermal energy conversion.The integrated system demonstrates long-term operational stability.By unifying visible-IR camouflage,electromagnetic protection,and energy management in a lightweight platform,this work provides an important paradigm for cross-band camouflage technologies.

文摘Adaptability theory is an important tool to analyze the degree, mechanism and process of interaction between human and environment, which provides a new perspective for the research of sustainability assessment. Based on the entropy weight-TOPSIS method and the panel Tobit model from the perspective of adaptability, spatio-temporal difference and influencing factors of environmental adaptability assessment of human-sea economic system in Liaoning coastal area was measured by using the city panel data from 2000 to 2014. The results indicate that: 1) The environmental adaptability of human-sea economic system in Liaoning coastal area rose slowly from 2000 to 2014, the developing trend of each city was linearly related, and Dalian was in a leading position. 2) The different adaptability elements and adaptability subsystem show polarization phenomenon and completely different regional evolution characteristics. The adaptability of human-sea environment system and human-sea economic system rose slowly and had the characteristics of linear relationship, and the adaptability of human-sea environment system is the main reason for the difference of environmental adaptability of human-sea economic system. 3) Science and technology, environmental management, marine economic development level, port construction are the driving factors of the healthy development of environmental adaptability of urban human-sea economic system.

文摘To optimize the overall layout of water resource allocation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the adaptabil‐ity of the water resource system to the regional social-ecological systems has to be enhanced.Based on the driver-pressure-state-impact-response(DPSIR)framework,this study constructs an evaluation index system to analyze the adaptability mechanisms of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei’s water resource system according to the three major constituent social-ecological systems(i.e.,economic,social,and ecological systems).Moreover,it adopts the technique of order preference similarity to the ideal solution(TOPSIS)to comprehensively evaluate the adaptability of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei’s water resource system based on three constituent social-ecological systems(i.e.,economic,social,and ecological systems)and identifies the spatiotemporal differentiation char‐acteristics of the region.Our results showed that,①from 2000 to 2020,the adaptability of Beijing-Tianjin Hebei’s water resource system,as a whole,significantly improved.In terms of stages,from 2000 to 2007,the adaptability of the water resource social system was significantly higher than that of economic and ecological systems in the region.From 2008 to 2015,by accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structures,improving the efficiency of economic water utilization,and strengthening the governance of the water ecosystem,the adaptability of water resource economic and ecological systems rapidly improved;how‐ever,that of the water resource ecological system was still the lowest.Additionally,the adaptability of the wa‐ter resource economic system exceeded that of the social system.From 2016 to 2020,the gap in adaptability of the water resource system to all three major constituent systems gradually narrowed.By 2020,the three sys‐tems entered a relatively balanced development stage,with the adaptability of the entire water resource system and the three major constituent systems maintaining a high level.②The economic system was significantly af‐fected by per capita GDP,per capita water resources,and the efficiency of economic water utilization.Addition‐ally,the social system was significantly affected by water consumption per unit of irrigation area.Meanwhile,the ecological system was significantly influenced by precipitation,water pollution discharge performance indi‐cators,and the structure optimization indicators of water supply.According to the evaluation results,we pro‐pose countermeasures and provide recommendations to optimize the overall layout of water resource alloca‐tion and promote the coordinated management of water resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

By this remote control process, the smart well system can ultimately optimize well deliverability; it is used more and more often in oil fields with its stability and control technique. At present, the main intelligent well systems in the worm include SCRAMS, Direct Hydraulic, Digital Hydraulic that belongs to WellDynamics Company, InForce and InCharge that belongs to Baker Oil Tools Company, RMC that belongs to Schlumberger Company. This paper compares different types of systems and their characteristics, recommending the InCharge system as the intelligent well system for East China Sea Oil Field according to its geological and reservoir conditions.

文摘Sixty indexes, ranging from social development and economy increasing to ecological protection and transportation system construction, are chosen to construct an index system of adaptability evaluation on transportation system and urban development. A synthesis model with nonlinear characteristic is proposed, and the corresponding procedure is presented based on an improved AHP model, which utilizes the SVD method to improve the required precision of matrix with acceptable consistency weight and detect and amend the significant elements via distance and proximity so as to improve the whole consistency. Taking Shandong Province for the case study, experimental results indicate that the adaptability degree of the system is in an increasing state, which provides robust and effective support for decision-makers working on a range of problems and in various circumstances.

文摘This paper addresses the consensus problem of nonlinear multi-agent systems subject to external disturbances and uncertainties under denial-ofservice(DoS)attacks.Firstly,an observer-based state feedback control method is employed to achieve secure control by estimating the system's state in real time.Secondly,by combining a memory-based adaptive eventtriggered mechanism with neural networks,the paper aims to approximate the nonlinear terms in the networked system and efficiently conserve system resources.Finally,based on a two-degree-of-freedom model of a vehicle affected by crosswinds,this paper constructs a multi-unmanned ground vehicle(Multi-UGV)system to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.Simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively handle external disturbances such as crosswinds in practical applications,ensuring the stability and reliable operation of the Multi-UGV system.

文摘Objectives:Teachers are facing unprecedented new challenges leading them to face an increasing number of tasks that are not part of their job,as well as having to cope with the additional skills acquisition that comes with non-traditional forms of teaching and learning,and increased work pressure leading to an increase in the rate of teachers leaving the profession.Therefore,this study aims to explore the mechanism of the career calling on job burnout through career adaptability and work engagement.Methods:This study conducted a cross-sectional survey of 465 primary and secondary school teachers(PSST)in China's Mainland from the perspective of work adjustment and used structural equation modeling(SEM)to examine the mediating roles of career adaptability and work engagement in the relationship between teachers’career calling and job burnout.Results:The results show that PSSTs are above average in career calling,career adaptability,and work engagement,while job burnout is below average.A significant positive or negative correlation exists between career calling,career adaptability,work engagement,and job burnout.The result of path analysis indicates that career adaptability and work engagement exert an indirect influence on the job burnout of PSST through three paths:namely,the independent intermediary role of career adaptability(EV=−0.144),the independent intermediary role of work engagement(EV=0.172)and the chain intermediary role of the two(EV=0.176).Conclusion:This study emphasizes the importance of career adaptability and work engagement in teacher development in regulating career calling and job burnout.Therefore,on the one hand,we think that if managers want to reduce teachers’job burnout,they need to pay more attention to teachers’career adaptability and work engagement,rather than relying solely on teachers’career calling.On the other hand,it is to remind teachers not to rely on their adjustment to adapt to the work,but also to need outside help as much as possible.

文摘Agricultural pests cause enormous losses in annual agricultural production.Understanding the evolutionary responses and adaptive capacity of agricultural pests under climate change is crucial for establishing sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural pest management.In this study,we integrate climate modeling and landscape genomics to investigate the distributional dynamics of the cotton bollworm(Helicoverpa armigera)in the adaptation to local environments and resilience to future climate change.Notably,the predicted inhabitable areas with higher suitability for the cotton bollworm could be eight times larger in the coming decades.Climate change is one of the factors driving the dynamics of distribution and population differentiation of the cotton bollworm.Approximately 19,000 years ago,the cotton bollworm expanded from its ancestral African population,followed by gradual occupations of the European,Asian,Oceanian,and American continents.Furthermore,we identify seven subpopulations with high dispersal and adaptability which may have an increased risk of invasion potential.Additionally,a large number of candidate genes and SNPs linked to climatic adaptation were mapped.These findings could inform sustainable pest management strategies in the face of climate change,aiding future pest forecasting and management planning.

文摘There is growing interest in introducing ecological risks(ERs)and ecosystem services(ESs)into environmental policies and practices.However,the integration of ESs and ERs into actual decision-making remains insufficient.We simulated the spatiotemporal dynamics of ESs(e.g.,carbon storage,water yield,habitat quality,and soil conservation)and ERs in the upper reach of the Yellow River(URYR)from 2000 to 2100.Additionally,we explored their relationships by combining the InVEST model and a landscape ecological risk model with CMIP6 data.Our main findings showed that regional ERs change in response to land use and environmental dynamics.Specifically,the ER area decreased by 27,673 m^(2)during 2000-2020,but it is projected to increase by 13,273,438,and 68 m^(2)under the SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5,and SSP5-8.5 scenarios,respectively.We also observed remarkable spatial differences in ESs and ERs between past and future scenarios.For instance,the source area of the URYR exhibited high ESs and low ERs(P<0.001),while the ESs and ERs are declining and increasing,respectively,in the northeastern URYR(P<0.05).Finally,we proposed a spatial optimization framework to improve ESs and reduce ERs,which will support regional sustainable development.

文摘In this paper,we investigate the distributed Nash equilibrium(NE)seeking problem for aggregative games with multiple uncertain Euler–Lagrange(EL)systems over jointly connected and weight-balanced switching networks.The designed distributed controller consists of two parts:a dynamic average consensus part that asymptotically reproduces the unknown NE,and an adaptive reference-tracking module responsible for steering EL systems’positions to track a desired trajectory.The generalized Barbalat’s Lemma is used to overcome the discontinuity of the closed-loop system caused by the switching networks.The proposed algorithm is illustrated by a sensor network deployment problem.

文摘Recently,for developing neuromorphic visual systems,adaptive optoelectronic devices become one of the main research directions and attract extensive focus to achieve optoelectronic transistors with high performances and flexible func-tionalities.In this review,based on a description of the biological adaptive functions that are favorable for dynamically perceiv-ing,filtering,and processing information in the varying environment,we summarize the representative strategies for achiev-ing these adaptabilities in optoelectronic transistors,including the adaptation for detecting information,adaptive synaptic weight change,and history-dependent plasticity.Moreover,the key points of the corresponding strategies are comprehen-sively discussed.And the applications of these adaptive optoelectronic transistors,including the adaptive color detection,sig-nal filtering,extending the response range of light intensity,and improve learning efficiency,are also illustrated separately.Lastly,the challenges faced in developing adaptive optoelectronic transistor for artificial vision system are discussed.The descrip-tion of biological adaptive functions and the corresponding inspired neuromorphic devices are expected to provide insights for the design and application of next-generation artificial visual systems.

文摘For large-scale heterogeneous multi-agent systems(MASs)with characteristics of dense-sparse mixed distribution,this paper investigates the practical finite-time deployment problem by establishing a novel crossspecies bionic analytical framework based on the partial differential equation-ordinary differential equation(PDE-ODE)approach.Specifically,by designing a specialized network communication protocol and employing the spatial continuum method for densely distributed agents,this paper models the tracking errors of densely distributed agents as a PDE equivalent to a human disease transmission model,and that of sparsely distributed agents as several ODEs equivalent to the predator population models.The coupling relationship between the PDE and ODE models is established through boundary conditions of the PDE,thereby forming a PDE-ODE-based tracking error model for the considered MASs.Furthermore,by integrating adaptive neural control scheme with the aforementioned biological models,a“Flexible Neural Network”endowed with adaptive and self-stabilized capabilities is constructed,which acts upon the considered MASs,enabling their practical finite-time deployment.Finally,effectiveness of the developed approach is illustrated through a numerical example.

文摘As one of the most classical scheduling problems,flexible job shop scheduling problems(FJSP)find widespread applications in modern intelligent manufacturing systems.However,the majority of meta-heuristic methods for solving FJSP in the literature are population-based evolutionary algorithms,which are complex and time-consuming.In this paper,we propose a fast effective singlesolution based local search algorithm with an innovative adaptive weighting-based local search(AWLS)technique for solving FJSP.The adaptive weighting technique assigns weights to each operation and adaptively updates them during the exploration.AWLS integrates a Tabu Search strategy and the adaptive weighting technique to smooth the landscape of the search space and enhance the exploration diversity.Computational experiments on 313 well-known benchmark instances demonstrate that AWLS is highly competitive with state-of-the-art algorithms in terms of both solution quality and computational efficiency,despite of its simplicity.Specifically,AWLS improves the previous best-known results in the literature on 33 instances and match the best-known results on the remaining ones except for only one under the same time limit of up to 300 s.As a strongly non-deterministic polynomia(NP)-hard problem which has been extensively studied for nearly half a century,breaking the records on these classic instances is an arduous task.Nevertheless,AWLS establishes new records on 8 challenging instances whose previous best records were established by a state-of-the-art meta-heuristic algorithm and a famous industrial solver.
