Methods Computer retrieval was carried out in such databases as Pub Med, Embase, Cochrane Library, web of science, Chinese biomedicine database(CBM), China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Wan Fang and VIP in order to collect the randomized controlled trials(RCT) concerning acupoint stimulation therapy for treatment of POI. Software R 3.40 and stata 14.0 were used for Meta-analysis and network Meta-analysis, and Rev Man 5.3 was used for plotting the risk bias diagrams. Results Fortythree RCTs were included in total, involving 3046 POI patients and 18 acupoint stimulation therapies and comprehensive therapies. Metaanalysis showed:(1) The curative effects of acupoint stimulation therapy(RR=1.25, 95%CI [1.07,1.45]), acupoint stimulation therapy+Chinese herbal medicine(RR=1.25, 95%CI [1.18,1.32]) and acupoint stimulation therapy+ hormone replacement therapy(HRT)(RR=1.20, 95%CI [1.12,1.29]) were all superior to that of HRT, indicating that the differences were statistically significant(Z=2.90, P=0.04; Z=7.56, P〈0.000 01; Z=4.06, P〈0.000 01).(2) Compared with HRT, the occurrence rate of adverse effect of acupoint stimulation therapy was lower, and the safety was superior to that of HRT(RR=0.18, 95%CI [0.08,0.41]), indicating that the differences were statistically significant(Z=4.08, P〈0.000 1). Forty-two direct comparisons and 110 indirect comparisons were generated according to network Meta-analysis, among which, 38 comparisons were statistically significant. Network Metaanalysis results with HRT as control showed: the therapeutic measures ranking top 3 according to the curative effect sequence were catgut embedment in acupoint, moxibustion and warming-needle moxibustion, successively, and all the 3 measures were monotherapies without reflecting the advantages of comprehensive therapy. HRT ranked 17 th among the 18 included therapeutic measures. Conclusion On the basis of current evidences, acupoint stimulation therapy has a better clinical efficacy and safety for treatment of POI when compared with HRT. The acupoint stimulation therapies ranking the top 3 have more significant curative effects, but the long-term efficacy and the effect on the ovarian function still need to be further explored. In addition, the conclusion of this study still needs to be verified through a large number of RCTs with reasonable designs and appropriate methods.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal(GI)dysfunction is common after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer and affects rehabilitation. While conventional treatments can alleviate symptoms to a certain extent, they often fail to fully address the issue of insufficient GI motility. The GI motility therapeutic apparatus promotes dynamic recovery by simulating GI electric waves, whereas acupuncture regulates zang-fu qi movement, both offering effective interventions. However, there are few clinical studies investigating the combined use of GI motility therapy and acupuncture to promote GI function recovery in patients after GI laparoscopic radical surgery.AIM To evaluate the effects of combining GI motility therapy devices with acupuncture on GI function in patients undergoing radical laparoscopic surgery.METHODS This retrospective study included 196 patients who underwent radical GI endoscopic surgery at the Shanghai Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital(Shanghai Sunshine Rehabilitation Center),School of Medicine,Tongji University, from June 2022 to May 2024.Patients were classified into a normal group(conventional treatment,n=96)and an integrated group(conventional+GI motility therapy device+acupuncture,n=100).The effects on GI function, hormone levels preand post-treatment,GI symptoms, immune function, adverse reactions, and patient satisfaction in both groups were assessed.RESULTS Compared with the normal group, the integrated group demonstrated significantly better overall effectiveness(93.00%vs 84.3%;P<0.05)and shorter durations for first exhaust, feeding, defecation, and hospital stay(P<0.05).Post-treatment,the integrated group had lower gastrin and GI symptom rating scale scores and higher motilin, vasoactive intestinal peptide, and immune marker(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and natural killer cells)levels(P<0.05).The integrated group, compared to the normal group, also reported fewer adverse reactions(5.00%vs 14.58%)and higher patient satisfaction(97.00%vs 84.38%),both statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of a GI motility therapy device and acupuncture promotes GI function recovery after radical gastrectomy, regulates GI hormones and immune function, and is safe and effective.

文摘Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of acupoint stimulation therapy for treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI). In addition, the conclusion of this study still needs to be verified through a large number of RCTs with reasonable designs and appropriate methods.

文摘Objective:To investigate the influencing mechanism of Jin-Shui-Liu-Jun-Jian and Acupoint Application combined therapy on hemorheology, inflammatory factors and pulmonary functions in patients with chronic bronchitis, thus to offer relevant help for clinical therapies on patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods:120 cases of patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided to be the therapeutic group and the control group, 60 cases each. Patients in control group were provided some basic treatments, such as spasmolysis, anti-inflammation, asthma relieving, oxygen inhalation and dissolve phlegm. For therapeutic group on this basis, Jin-Shui-Liu-Jun-Jian and Acupoint Application combined therapy was provided. Hemorheology, inflammatory factors and pulmonary functions in the two groups of patients were detected before and after treatment. Results:Differences of hemorheology indexes, inflammatory factors and pulmonary function relevant indexes between the two groups of patients with chronic bronchitis before treatment showed no statistical significance (P>0.05). Compared with prior treatment, hemorheology relevant indexes [whole blood high shear viscosity (WHV), whole blood low shear viscosity (WLV), packed cell volume (PCV), plasma viscosity (PV) and red cell assembling index (RCAI)], inflammatory factors [IL-8 (interleukin-8) and TNF-α(tumor necrosis factor-α)] were significantly decreased and pulmonary function relevant indexes [forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1.0), peak expiratory flow (PEF), maximal voluntary ventilation (MVV) and expiratory flow rate when exhale vital capacity was 0.50], inflammatory factors (IL-4, IL-2) were significantly increased in the two groups of patients with chronic bronchitis after relevant treatments; The differences between the groups showed statistical significance (P<0.05). After combined therapy provided, pulmonary function relevant indexes (FVC, FEV1.0, PEF, MVV and V0.50) and inflammatory factors (IL-4, IL-2) in therapeutic group were significantly higher than control group after basic therapy. Hemorheology relevant indexes (WHV, WLV, PV, PCV and RCAI) and inflammatory factors (IL-8 and TNF-α) in therapeutic group were significantly lower than control group;Differences between the two groups showed statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusions: Combination of Jin-Shui-Liu-Jun-Jian and Acupoint Application significantly improved the levels of hemorheology, inflammatory factors and pulmonary functions in patients with chronic bronchitis. It has a great important clinical significance on therapies for patients with chronic bronchitis.
