Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients face significant psychological challenges alongside physical symptoms,necessitating a comprehensive understanding of how psychological vulnerability and adaptation patterns evolve thro...Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients face significant psychological challenges alongside physical symptoms,necessitating a comprehensive understanding of how psychological vulnerability and adaptation patterns evolve throughout the disease course.This review examined 95 studies(2000-2025)from PubMed,Web of Science,and CNKI databases including longitudinal cohorts,randomized controlled trials,and mixed-methods research,to characterize the complex interplay between biological,psychological,and social factors affecting RA patients’mental health.Findings revealed three distinct vulnerability trajectories(45%persistently low,30%fluctuating improvement,25%persistently high)and four adaptation stages,with critical intervention periods occurring 3-6 months postdiagnosis and during disease flares.Multiple factors significantly influence psychological outcomes,including gender(females showing 1.8-fold increased risk),age(younger patients experiencing 42%higher vulnerability),pain intensity,inflammatory markers,and neuroendocrine dysregulation(48%showing cortisol rhythm disruption).Early psychological intervention(within 3 months of diagnosis)demonstrated robust benefits,reducing depression incidence by 42%with effects persisting 24-36 months,while different modalities showed complementary advantages:Cognitive behavioral therapy for depression(Cohen’s d=0.68),mindfulness for pain acceptance(38%improvement),and peer support for meaning reconstruction(25.6%increase).These findings underscore the importance of integrating routine psychological assessment into standard RA care,developing stage-appropriate interventions,and advancing research toward personalized biopsychosocial approaches that address the dynamic psychological dimensions of the disease.展开更多
The low egg production of goose greatly limits the development of the industry.China possesses the most abundant goose breeds resources.In this study,genome resequencing data of swan goose(Anser cygnoides)and domestic...The low egg production of goose greatly limits the development of the industry.China possesses the most abundant goose breeds resources.In this study,genome resequencing data of swan goose(Anser cygnoides)and domesticated high and low laying goose breeds(Anser cygnoides domestiation)were used to identify key genes related to egg laying ability in geese and verify their functions.Selective sweep analyses revealed 416 genes that were specifically selected during the domestication process from swan geese to high laying geese.Furthermore,SNPs and Indels markers were used in GWAS analyses between high and low laying breed geese.The results showed that RTCB,BPIFC,SYN3,SYNE1,VIP,and ESR1 may be related to the differences in laying ability of geese.Notably,only ESR1 was identified simultaneously by GWAS and selective sweep analysis.The genotype of Indelchr3:54429172,located downstream of ESR1,was confirmed to affect the expression of ESR1 in the ovarian stroma and showed significant correlation with body weight at first egg and laying frequency of geese.CCK-8,EdU,and flow cytometry confirmed that ESR1 can promote the apoptosis of goose pre-hierarchical follicles ganulosa cells(phGCs)and inhibit their proliferation.Combined with transcriptome data,it was found ESR1 involved in the function of goose phGCs may be related to MAPK and TGF-beta signaling pathways.Overall,our study used genomic information from different goose breeds to identify an indel located in the downstream of ESR1 associated with goose laying ability.The main pathways and biological processes of ESR1 involved in the regulation of goose laying ability were identified by cell biology and transcriptomics methods.These results are helpful to further understand the laying ability characteristics of goose and improve the egg production of geese.展开更多

This study investigated the relationship between parental cognitive ability and child logical reasoning ability,and the role of academic expectation and family environment in that relationship.Based on the 2020 China ...This study investigated the relationship between parental cognitive ability and child logical reasoning ability,and the role of academic expectation and family environment in that relationship.Based on the 2020 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data,1491 children(girls ratio=53.78%;average grade=6.023 years,school grade standard deviation=1.825 years).Results following multiple regression model(OLS)show that the higher the parental cognitive ability,the higher the children’s logical reasoning ability.Secondly,parental academic expectation serves as a mediator between their cognitive ability and children’s logical reasoning ability for higher logical reasoning by children.Third,a possible family environment acts as a mediator in the relationship between parents’cognitive ability and children’s logical reasoning ability to be higher.We conclude from thesefindings that parents with high cognitive abilities can enhance their children’s logical reasoning skills not only by setting higher academic expectations,but also by cultivating a supportive family environment.Thesefindings imply a need for intervention to improve family quality of life to enhance children’s thinking abilities to optimize their academic learning.展开更多

NiTi alloy has been widely used as orthopedic implant materials due to its unique shape memory properties and superelasticity.However,implantation failure often occurs because of the poor antibacterial ability,antioxi...NiTi alloy has been widely used as orthopedic implant materials due to its unique shape memory properties and superelasticity.However,implantation failure often occurs because of the poor antibacterial ability,antioxidation property and corrosion resistance of the NiTi alloy.In order to overcome the above problems,we constructed Zn/polydopamine(PDA)/Chitosan-Catechol(CS-C)composite coating on the surface of NiTi alloy in this paper.The surface morphology and wettability of the coating were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and optical contact angle measuring instrument,respectively.The results showed that the Zn/CS-C coating was successfully prepared,and exhibited good hydrophilic property,especially the sample Zn/PDA/CS-C-24 h.In addition,the corrosion resistance,antioxidation property and biological properties of the coating were systematically analyzed.The results indicated that the Zn/PDA/CS-C composite coating exhibited good corrosion resistance and antibacterial property,antioxidant property and osteogenic activity,especially sample Zn/PDA/CS-C-24 h.The sample Zn/PDA/CS-C-24 h could effectively protect osteoblasts from reactive oxygen species(ROS)damage and promote cell proliferation and osteoblast differentiation.This study provides a feasible and effective strategy for the surface modification of orthopedic implant.展开更多

The experiment was conducted from N...Twenty short-statured maize inbred lines were collected from CIMMYT India and Mexico through the Plant Breeding Division, Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI), Gazipur. The experiment was conducted from November 2020 to April 2021 in three different agroecological regions such as BARI, Gazipur, RARS Barisal and RARS Rangpur. Seven inbred lines were selected on the basis of genetic diversity and per se performance and they were crossed separately in a 7 × 7 half diallel fashion, producing 21F1 hybrids in 2019 which were evaluated at three locations. However, variances due to GCA were much higher in magnitude than SCA for all the characters indicating preponderance of additive gene effects on the inheritance of these characters. Two parents viz., P3 (CML33) and P4 (CML41) were good general combiners and two crosses viz., P4 × P5 (CML41 × CML31) and P5 × P7 (CML31 × CML124) expressed significant positive SCA effects coupled with significant positive heterosis for grain yield and for most of the yield contributing characters over the two commercial check varieties BHM 9 and NK40. Four crosses: P1 × P5 (CML116 × CML31), P1 × P6 (CML116 × CML32), P2 × P6 (CML72 × CML32) and P3 × P4 (CML33 × CML41), exhibited significant and negative SCA effects for both plant and ear height which were desirable for short stature. Genotypes x location interaction was also significant for maximum characters, suggesting that genotypes interacted significantly in different environments.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design ...Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design was adopted,with 124 clinical nursing teachers from a tertiary hospital participating in the SECI training program from January 2024 to June 2025.The program was implemented through four stages:“Establishing Teacher Community(Socialization)”,“Case Teaching(Extravagant)”,“Integration of Discipline and Research(Fusion)”,and“Routine Application of Teaching(Implicit)”.Self-designed questionnaires were used to assess teachers’information-based teaching capabilities before and after training,covering four dimensions:awareness and attitude towards information-based teaching,foundational skills,teaching practice,and professional practice.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0.Results:Post-training,the total score of clinical nursing teachers’information-based teaching capabilities increased from(53.47±15.56)to(78.92±12.34),showing statistically significant differences(t=15.732,P<0.001).Scores in all dimensions also showed significant improvements(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that educational background(β=0.198,P=0.026)and professional title(β=0.184,P=0.040)were primary influencing factors for pre-training information-based teaching capabilities,while their impact weakened post-training.Conclusion:The training program based on SECI theory effectively enhances clinical nursing educators’digital teaching capabilities.Its structured,spiral-up knowledge transformation process helps bridge competency gaps among teachers from diverse backgrounds,facilitates the mutual conversion and deep integration of tacit and explicit knowledge,and provides a practical new model for developing digital teaching competencies in clinical nursing education.展开更多
Recent studies have shown that mucilage secretion from aerial roots is an essential feature of modern maize inbred lines,with some retaining the nitrogen-fixing capabilities of ancient landraces.To explore the genetic...Recent studies have shown that mucilage secretion from aerial roots is an essential feature of modern maize inbred lines,with some retaining the nitrogen-fixing capabilities of ancient landraces.To explore the genetic basis of nitrogen fixation in mucilage and its evolution from teosinte(Zea mays ssp.mexicana)to modern maize,we developed a recombinant inbred line(RIL)population from teosinte and cultivated it under low-nitrogen conditions.Large-scale,multi-year,and multi-environment analyses of RIL-Teo,Doubled Haploid-A(DH-A),Doubled Haploid-B(DH-B),and association populations led to the identification of 15 quantitative trait loci(QTL),68 quantitative trait nucleotides(QTN),and 59 candidate genes linked to mucilage secretion from aerial roots.Functional verification of the candidate gene ZmAco3,which is associated with mucilage secretion in aerial roots,demonstrated that deletion of this gene resulted in a reduction in mucilage secretion in aerial roots.In addition,most maize inbred lines exhibited stronger mucilage secretion from aerial roots under low-nitrogen conditions than under normal-nitrogen conditions.We categorized mucilage secretion into constitutive and low-nitrogen-inducible types.Through genotype-by-environment interaction studies,8 QTL,16 QTN,and 19 candidate genes were identified,revealing the genetic mechanisms underlying mucilage secretion under low-nitrogen conditions.These findings provide a comprehensive genetic analysis of the mucilage-secreting ability of maize aerial roots,contributing to our understanding of nitrogen fixation and offering potential avenues for enhancing nitrogen fixation in modern maize lines.This research advances knowledge of plant nutrient acquisition strategies and has implications for sustainable agricultural practices.展开更多

Bulk metallic glasses(BMGs)are typically characterized by high strength and elasticity.However,they generally demonstrate a deficiency in plastic deformation capability at room temperatures.In this work,Cu_(50-x)Zr_(4...Bulk metallic glasses(BMGs)are typically characterized by high strength and elasticity.However,they generally demonstrate a deficiency in plastic deformation capability at room temperatures.In this work,Cu_(50-x)Zr_(46)Al4Agx(x=0,1,2,3,4)alloys were prepared by arc melting and copper mold casting to investigate their structure,glass-forming ability,and mechanical properties.The results show that the addition of Ag can increase the parameter of DTx and g in Cu_(50)Zr_(46)Al_(4)alloy by 116%and 1.5%respectively,effectively enhancing its thermal stability and glass-forming ability.Compressive fracture tests reveal that the addition of Ag can significantly improve the yield strength,ultimate strength,and plasticity of the Cu_(50)Zr_(46)Al_(4)alloy.Specifically,with the Ag addition of 1 at.%,the alloy’s ultimate strength and plasticity increased by 71.8%and 21 times,respectively.Furthermore,the introduction of Ag can effectively control the free volume content in the Cu_(50)Zr_(46)Al_(4)alloy,thereby tuning the hardness of the material.This work provides valuable insights into improving the mechanical performance of BMGs through micro-alloying approaches.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effects of respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing on self-care ability,lung function,and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 88...Objective:To explore the effects of respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing on self-care ability,lung function,and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 88 patients with COPD admitted from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.After 12 weeks of intervention,the self-care ability,lung function,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of each dimension and the total score of self-care ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.001).The improvement of lung function indicators such as FEV_(1),FVC,and FEV_(1)/FVC in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p<0.001).The scores of each dimension and the total score of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.001).Conclusion:Respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability,lung function,and quality of life of patients with COPD,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.展开更多
This study explored the role of learning engagement in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and self-directed learning ability among nursing students.Participants were 328 Chinese nursing students(male=11.3...This study explored the role of learning engagement in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and self-directed learning ability among nursing students.Participants were 328 Chinese nursing students(male=11.3%,female=88.7%;mean age=20.86 years;SD=1.75 years).The participants completed surveys on academic self-efficacy(Academic Self-efficacy Scale),learning engagement(Learning Engagement Scale),and self-directed learning ability(Self-directed Learning Instrument).Hayes regression-based PROCESS macro analysis revealed that learning engagement mediated the relationship between academic self-efficacy and self-directed learning ability.The hierarchical regression analysis showed higher academic self-efficacy to be associated with self-directed learning ability.Additionally learning engagement was associated with higher self-directed learning ability.Based on thesefindings,there is a need for interventions to improve students’self-directed learning ability through increasing their academic self-efficacy and enhancing learning engagement.展开更多

Radial jet drilling(RJD)technology is expected to be a technology for the efficient exploitation of geothermal resources.However,the low rock-breaking efficiency is the major obstacle hindering the development of RJD ...Radial jet drilling(RJD)technology is expected to be a technology for the efficient exploitation of geothermal resources.However,the low rock-breaking efficiency is the major obstacle hindering the development of RJD technology.The flow field characteristics and rock breaking ability of cone-straight abrasive jet,rotary abrasive jet,and straight-rotating mixed abrasive jet are analyzed by numerical simulations and experiments.Results show that the axial velocity of the cone-straight abrasive jet is high,the tangential velocity is basically zero,the radial velocity is also small,and the jet impact area is concentrated in the center.A deep hole with a diameter of only 25 mm is formed when the cone-straight abrasive jet breaks the granite.Due to the presence of the guiding impeller,the rotary abrasive jet basically has no axial velocity and has the highest tangential and radial velocity,so it can break the granite to form a hole with a diameter of about 55 mm and a central bulge.The straight-rotating mixed abrasive jet has a large axial/tangential/radial velocity at the same time,so it can break the granite to form a hole with a diameter of about 52 mm with a low bulge.The results show that the straight-rotating mixed abrasive jet combines the advantages of the cone-straight jet and the rotary jet,and is more suitable for the RJD technology.The research results can provide reference for the development of efficient rock-breaking and hole-forming technology,and promote the development of RJD technology in the field of geothermal development.展开更多

Methods: A total of 60 caregivers of children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (receiving conventional health education) and a research group (receiving the KAP health education model). The health knowledge mastery, coping ability, anxiety levels, recurrence rates of the children, and caregiver satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The research group demonstrated higher scores in health knowledge mastery and coping ability, lower scores in anxiety and depression, a lower recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and higher caregiver satisfaction compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The KAP health education model can effectively enhance the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures, alleviate their anxiety, reduce the recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and improve caregiver satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.展开更多

文摘Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients face significant psychological challenges alongside physical symptoms,necessitating a comprehensive understanding of how psychological vulnerability and adaptation patterns evolve throughout the disease course.This review examined 95 studies(2000-2025)from PubMed,Web of Science,and CNKI databases including longitudinal cohorts,randomized controlled trials,and mixed-methods research,to characterize the complex interplay between biological,psychological,and social factors affecting RA patients’mental health.Findings revealed three distinct vulnerability trajectories(45%persistently low,30%fluctuating improvement,25%persistently high)and four adaptation stages,with critical intervention periods occurring 3-6 months postdiagnosis and during disease flares.Multiple factors significantly influence psychological outcomes,including gender(females showing 1.8-fold increased risk),age(younger patients experiencing 42%higher vulnerability),pain intensity,inflammatory markers,and neuroendocrine dysregulation(48%showing cortisol rhythm disruption).Early psychological intervention(within 3 months of diagnosis)demonstrated robust benefits,reducing depression incidence by 42%with effects persisting 24-36 months,while different modalities showed complementary advantages:Cognitive behavioral therapy for depression(Cohen’s d=0.68),mindfulness for pain acceptance(38%improvement),and peer support for meaning reconstruction(25.6%increase).These findings underscore the importance of integrating routine psychological assessment into standard RA care,developing stage-appropriate interventions,and advancing research toward personalized biopsychosocial approaches that address the dynamic psychological dimensions of the disease.

文摘The low egg production of goose greatly limits the development of the industry.China possesses the most abundant goose breeds resources.In this study,genome resequencing data of swan goose(Anser cygnoides)and domesticated high and low laying goose breeds(Anser cygnoides domestiation)were used to identify key genes related to egg laying ability in geese and verify their functions.Selective sweep analyses revealed 416 genes that were specifically selected during the domestication process from swan geese to high laying geese.Furthermore,SNPs and Indels markers were used in GWAS analyses between high and low laying breed geese.The results showed that RTCB,BPIFC,SYN3,SYNE1,VIP,and ESR1 may be related to the differences in laying ability of geese.Notably,only ESR1 was identified simultaneously by GWAS and selective sweep analysis.The genotype of Indelchr3:54429172,located downstream of ESR1,was confirmed to affect the expression of ESR1 in the ovarian stroma and showed significant correlation with body weight at first egg and laying frequency of geese.CCK-8,EdU,and flow cytometry confirmed that ESR1 can promote the apoptosis of goose pre-hierarchical follicles ganulosa cells(phGCs)and inhibit their proliferation.Combined with transcriptome data,it was found ESR1 involved in the function of goose phGCs may be related to MAPK and TGF-beta signaling pathways.Overall,our study used genomic information from different goose breeds to identify an indel located in the downstream of ESR1 associated with goose laying ability.The main pathways and biological processes of ESR1 involved in the regulation of goose laying ability were identified by cell biology and transcriptomics methods.These results are helpful to further understand the laying ability characteristics of goose and improve the egg production of geese.

文摘This study constructs a reflective feedback model based on a pedagogical agent(PA)and explores its impact on students’problem-solving ability and cognitive load.A quasi-experimental design was used in the study,with 84 students from a middle school selected as the research subjects(44 in the experimental group and 40 in the control group).The experimental group used the reflective feedback model,while the control group used the factual feedback model.The results show that,compared with factual feedback,the reflective feedback model based on the pedagogical agent significantly improves students’problem-solving ability,especially at the action and thinking levels.In addition,this model effectively reduces students’cognitive load,especially in terms of internal and external load.

文摘This study investigated the relationship between parental cognitive ability and child logical reasoning ability,and the role of academic expectation and family environment in that relationship.Based on the 2020 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data,1491 children(girls ratio=53.78%;average grade=6.023 years,school grade standard deviation=1.825 years).Results following multiple regression model(OLS)show that the higher the parental cognitive ability,the higher the children’s logical reasoning ability.Secondly,parental academic expectation serves as a mediator between their cognitive ability and children’s logical reasoning ability for higher logical reasoning by children.Third,a possible family environment acts as a mediator in the relationship between parents’cognitive ability and children’s logical reasoning ability to be higher.We conclude from thesefindings that parents with high cognitive abilities can enhance their children’s logical reasoning skills not only by setting higher academic expectations,but also by cultivating a supportive family environment.Thesefindings imply a need for intervention to improve family quality of life to enhance children’s thinking abilities to optimize their academic learning.

文摘This article first reviews the basic concepts and theoretical frameworks of empathic ability.Subsequently,it analyzes the characteristics of student nurses'empathic ability,its measurement methods,and influencing factors,and explores effective strategies for enhancing it.Finally,this paper summarizes the impact of student nurses'empathic ability on nursing practice,professional development,and emotional health,and proposes directions for future research.Through the integration and analysis of existing literature,this study provides nursing educators with a solid theoretical foundation and practical guidance for enhancing student nurses'empathic ability.

文摘The microstructure evolution and strengthening ability of natural aging(NA),delayed aging(DA),and DA after pre-aging(PDA)of Al-Mg-Si alloy were studied.Results show that small and unstable atomic clusters are generated during NA,leading to the formation of low-density coarseβʺandβ′phases,thus reducing the strength of DA alloy.However,atomic clusters and GP zones with larger sizes and high Mg/Si molar ratio form during pre-aging treatment.They prevent the generation of clusters during NA and can serve as effective nucleation sites in subsequent artificial aging,which elevates the number density of fineβʺprecipitates and improves the alloy strength.After pre-aging at 175°C,the strengthening capacity of PDA alloy is restored,with hardness and yield strength reaching 95.1%and 101.9%of peak-aged alloy.

文摘NiTi alloy has been widely used as orthopedic implant materials due to its unique shape memory properties and superelasticity.However,implantation failure often occurs because of the poor antibacterial ability,antioxidation property and corrosion resistance of the NiTi alloy.In order to overcome the above problems,we constructed Zn/polydopamine(PDA)/Chitosan-Catechol(CS-C)composite coating on the surface of NiTi alloy in this paper.The surface morphology and wettability of the coating were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and optical contact angle measuring instrument,respectively.The results showed that the Zn/CS-C coating was successfully prepared,and exhibited good hydrophilic property,especially the sample Zn/PDA/CS-C-24 h.In addition,the corrosion resistance,antioxidation property and biological properties of the coating were systematically analyzed.The results indicated that the Zn/PDA/CS-C composite coating exhibited good corrosion resistance and antibacterial property,antioxidant property and osteogenic activity,especially sample Zn/PDA/CS-C-24 h.The sample Zn/PDA/CS-C-24 h could effectively protect osteoblasts from reactive oxygen species(ROS)damage and promote cell proliferation and osteoblast differentiation.This study provides a feasible and effective strategy for the surface modification of orthopedic implant.
文摘Twenty short-statured maize inbred lines were collected from CIMMYT India and Mexico through the Plant Breeding Division, Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI), Gazipur. The experiment was conducted from November 2020 to April 2021 in three different agroecological regions such as BARI, Gazipur, RARS Barisal and RARS Rangpur. Seven inbred lines were selected on the basis of genetic diversity and per se performance and they were crossed separately in a 7 × 7 half diallel fashion, producing 21F1 hybrids in 2019 which were evaluated at three locations. However, variances due to GCA were much higher in magnitude than SCA for all the characters indicating preponderance of additive gene effects on the inheritance of these characters. Two parents viz., P3 (CML33) and P4 (CML41) were good general combiners and two crosses viz., P4 × P5 (CML41 × CML31) and P5 × P7 (CML31 × CML124) expressed significant positive SCA effects coupled with significant positive heterosis for grain yield and for most of the yield contributing characters over the two commercial check varieties BHM 9 and NK40. Four crosses: P1 × P5 (CML116 × CML31), P1 × P6 (CML116 × CML32), P2 × P6 (CML72 × CML32) and P3 × P4 (CML33 × CML41), exhibited significant and negative SCA effects for both plant and ear height which were desirable for short stature. Genotypes x location interaction was also significant for maximum characters, suggesting that genotypes interacted significantly in different environments.

文摘Ratoon rice is of great significance in ensuring rice production due to its high economic benefits and low-cost inputs.However,current research on its cultivation is limited,and there is a shortage of specialized varieties developed for this purpose.In this study,we investigated the regeneration rates of hybrid rice varieties from the Chunyou and Zheliangyou series,as well as the Zhehui series restorer lines used in production.The differences in ratooning ability between different varieties and their respective parents were analyzed.Additionally,to preliminarily explore the genetic basis of the ratooning potential of indicajaponica hybrids,three japonica male sterile lines were used as female parents to make incomplete diallel crosses with 11 indicaclinous indica-japonica restorer lines.

文摘Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design was adopted,with 124 clinical nursing teachers from a tertiary hospital participating in the SECI training program from January 2024 to June 2025.The program was implemented through four stages:“Establishing Teacher Community(Socialization)”,“Case Teaching(Extravagant)”,“Integration of Discipline and Research(Fusion)”,and“Routine Application of Teaching(Implicit)”.Self-designed questionnaires were used to assess teachers’information-based teaching capabilities before and after training,covering four dimensions:awareness and attitude towards information-based teaching,foundational skills,teaching practice,and professional practice.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0.Results:Post-training,the total score of clinical nursing teachers’information-based teaching capabilities increased from(53.47±15.56)to(78.92±12.34),showing statistically significant differences(t=15.732,P<0.001).Scores in all dimensions also showed significant improvements(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that educational background(β=0.198,P=0.026)and professional title(β=0.184,P=0.040)were primary influencing factors for pre-training information-based teaching capabilities,while their impact weakened post-training.Conclusion:The training program based on SECI theory effectively enhances clinical nursing educators’digital teaching capabilities.Its structured,spiral-up knowledge transformation process helps bridge competency gaps among teachers from diverse backgrounds,facilitates the mutual conversion and deep integration of tacit and explicit knowledge,and provides a practical new model for developing digital teaching competencies in clinical nursing education.

文摘Recent studies have shown that mucilage secretion from aerial roots is an essential feature of modern maize inbred lines,with some retaining the nitrogen-fixing capabilities of ancient landraces.To explore the genetic basis of nitrogen fixation in mucilage and its evolution from teosinte(Zea mays ssp.mexicana)to modern maize,we developed a recombinant inbred line(RIL)population from teosinte and cultivated it under low-nitrogen conditions.Large-scale,multi-year,and multi-environment analyses of RIL-Teo,Doubled Haploid-A(DH-A),Doubled Haploid-B(DH-B),and association populations led to the identification of 15 quantitative trait loci(QTL),68 quantitative trait nucleotides(QTN),and 59 candidate genes linked to mucilage secretion from aerial roots.Functional verification of the candidate gene ZmAco3,which is associated with mucilage secretion in aerial roots,demonstrated that deletion of this gene resulted in a reduction in mucilage secretion in aerial roots.In addition,most maize inbred lines exhibited stronger mucilage secretion from aerial roots under low-nitrogen conditions than under normal-nitrogen conditions.We categorized mucilage secretion into constitutive and low-nitrogen-inducible types.Through genotype-by-environment interaction studies,8 QTL,16 QTN,and 19 candidate genes were identified,revealing the genetic mechanisms underlying mucilage secretion under low-nitrogen conditions.These findings provide a comprehensive genetic analysis of the mucilage-secreting ability of maize aerial roots,contributing to our understanding of nitrogen fixation and offering potential avenues for enhancing nitrogen fixation in modern maize lines.This research advances knowledge of plant nutrient acquisition strategies and has implications for sustainable agricultural practices.
文摘This study focused on the impact of intelligent learning companions(ILC)on Chinese EFL learners’oral English ability and technology perception.Using a quasi-experimental design,this study selected 51 EFL learners from a university in southeast China and randomly divided them into an experimental group(EG,n=24)and a control group(CG,n=27).During the 16-week intervention period,the experimental group adopted the intelligent learning companion teaching strategy supported by artificial intelligence technology(Relying on the IFlytek Spark Platform),while the control group adopted the learning companion strategy guided by teachers.The experimental group not only had better oral English scores(p=0.001<0.05)but also showed a significant increase in technology perception(p=0.01<0.05).The research provides a new perspective for effectively integrating artificial intelligence technology in oral English teaching.Also,it offers strong empirical support for theoretical study and practical application in enhancing the oral expression ability of the second language,English.

文摘Bulk metallic glasses(BMGs)are typically characterized by high strength and elasticity.However,they generally demonstrate a deficiency in plastic deformation capability at room temperatures.In this work,Cu_(50-x)Zr_(46)Al4Agx(x=0,1,2,3,4)alloys were prepared by arc melting and copper mold casting to investigate their structure,glass-forming ability,and mechanical properties.The results show that the addition of Ag can increase the parameter of DTx and g in Cu_(50)Zr_(46)Al_(4)alloy by 116%and 1.5%respectively,effectively enhancing its thermal stability and glass-forming ability.Compressive fracture tests reveal that the addition of Ag can significantly improve the yield strength,ultimate strength,and plasticity of the Cu_(50)Zr_(46)Al_(4)alloy.Specifically,with the Ag addition of 1 at.%,the alloy’s ultimate strength and plasticity increased by 71.8%and 21 times,respectively.Furthermore,the introduction of Ag can effectively control the free volume content in the Cu_(50)Zr_(46)Al_(4)alloy,thereby tuning the hardness of the material.This work provides valuable insights into improving the mechanical performance of BMGs through micro-alloying approaches.

文摘Objective:To explore the effects of respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing on self-care ability,lung function,and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 88 patients with COPD admitted from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.After 12 weeks of intervention,the self-care ability,lung function,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of each dimension and the total score of self-care ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.001).The improvement of lung function indicators such as FEV_(1),FVC,and FEV_(1)/FVC in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(p<0.001).The scores of each dimension and the total score of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.001).Conclusion:Respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability,lung function,and quality of life of patients with COPD,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

文摘This study explored the role of learning engagement in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and self-directed learning ability among nursing students.Participants were 328 Chinese nursing students(male=11.3%,female=88.7%;mean age=20.86 years;SD=1.75 years).The participants completed surveys on academic self-efficacy(Academic Self-efficacy Scale),learning engagement(Learning Engagement Scale),and self-directed learning ability(Self-directed Learning Instrument).Hayes regression-based PROCESS macro analysis revealed that learning engagement mediated the relationship between academic self-efficacy and self-directed learning ability.The hierarchical regression analysis showed higher academic self-efficacy to be associated with self-directed learning ability.Additionally learning engagement was associated with higher self-directed learning ability.Based on thesefindings,there is a need for interventions to improve students’self-directed learning ability through increasing their academic self-efficacy and enhancing learning engagement.
文摘With the iteration and upgrading of medical technology and the continuous growth of public health demands,the quality of nursing services has become a core indicator for measuring the effectiveness of the medical system.The clinical practice ability of nursing staff is directly related to the safety of patient diagnosis and treatment and the rehabilitation process.However,the current clinical nursing talent training model is facing bottlenecks such as limited practical scenarios and fragmented case cognition.This study focuses on the teaching application of augmented reality(AR)technology in hospital Settings and systematically reviews the research progress on the improvement of clinical practice ability of trainee nurses based on the AR immersive teaching model.By constructing a clinical teaching scenario that integrates virtual and real,AR technology can dynamically simulate complex case handling processes and enhance nursing students’three-dimensional cognition of condition assessment,operation norms,and emergency plans.Hospitals,as the core base for practical teaching,can effectively shorten the connection cycle between theoretical teaching and clinical practice by integrating AR technology,improve the clinical practice level of trainee nurses,and provide an innovative model for optimizing the path of clinical nursing talent cultivation.

文摘Radial jet drilling(RJD)technology is expected to be a technology for the efficient exploitation of geothermal resources.However,the low rock-breaking efficiency is the major obstacle hindering the development of RJD technology.The flow field characteristics and rock breaking ability of cone-straight abrasive jet,rotary abrasive jet,and straight-rotating mixed abrasive jet are analyzed by numerical simulations and experiments.Results show that the axial velocity of the cone-straight abrasive jet is high,the tangential velocity is basically zero,the radial velocity is also small,and the jet impact area is concentrated in the center.A deep hole with a diameter of only 25 mm is formed when the cone-straight abrasive jet breaks the granite.Due to the presence of the guiding impeller,the rotary abrasive jet basically has no axial velocity and has the highest tangential and radial velocity,so it can break the granite to form a hole with a diameter of about 55 mm and a central bulge.The straight-rotating mixed abrasive jet has a large axial/tangential/radial velocity at the same time,so it can break the granite to form a hole with a diameter of about 52 mm with a low bulge.The results show that the straight-rotating mixed abrasive jet combines the advantages of the cone-straight jet and the rotary jet,and is more suitable for the RJD technology.The research results can provide reference for the development of efficient rock-breaking and hole-forming technology,and promote the development of RJD technology in the field of geothermal development.

文摘Objective: To analyze the impact of the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP) health education model on the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures. Methods: A total of 60 caregivers of children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (receiving conventional health education) and a research group (receiving the KAP health education model). The health knowledge mastery, coping ability, anxiety levels, recurrence rates of the children, and caregiver satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The research group demonstrated higher scores in health knowledge mastery and coping ability, lower scores in anxiety and depression, a lower recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and higher caregiver satisfaction compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The KAP health education model can effectively enhance the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures, alleviate their anxiety, reduce the recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and improve caregiver satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
