目的通过数字密码教学法、情景模拟教学法和传统教学法对广西壮族自治区某高校大学生心肺复苏技能及自动体外除颤器(automatic external defibrillator,AED)操作进行培训并分析培训效果,探索有效开展高校大学生心肺复苏培训及AED操作培... 目的通过数字密码教学法、情景模拟教学法和传统教学法对广西壮族自治区某高校大学生心肺复苏技能及自动体外除颤器(automatic external defibrillator,AED)操作进行培训并分析培训效果,探索有效开展高校大学生心肺复苏培训及AED操作培训的方法。方法于2023年5—7月随机选取广西壮族自治区某大学150名大学生为研究对象,根据不同心肺复苏教学法将其随机分为数字密码教学法组、情景模拟教学法组和传统教学法组。使用Levene检验每组数据的方差齐性,符合正态分布且方差齐性的数据,采用F检验进行组间比较,方差不齐采用校正了的F检验,以及R×C列联表的χ^(2)检验等统计学方法分析3组学生在教学结束后理论和操作考核情况,比较3种教学方法的效果。结果数字密码教学法组、情景模拟教学法组和传统教学法组的理论考试成绩,差异无统计学意义(F=1.775,P=0.173);3组的操作考核成绩,差异有统计学意义(F=8.625,P<0.001);数字密码教学法组、情景模拟教学法组的成绩均优于传统教学法组(差值=3.640、-3.700,P<0.05)。3组在胸外按压、按压/通气比值、AED操作项目的考核失误率,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.786、12.250、8.625,P<0.05)。结论数字密码教学法、情景模拟教学法均能有效提高心肺复苏及AED操作的培训效果,显著减少操作失误率。 展开更多

According to a report by the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science,and Technology-Japan(MEXT),the number of students who did not attend school in Japan in the fiscal year 2018 was 164,528,and the percentage of students who did not attend school was 1.7%.This is the highest number of students ever.MEXT has been providing various measures to support students’return to school,such as setting up adaptation classes and reviewing the school structure,intending to reduce the number of students who do not attend school.However,it is not always easy to help students return to school,since the problems they face may not be simply academic or psychological in nature.Besides,many students have returned to school,but who have not returned to school in the past.In this paper,we introduce a special needs classroom for truant students.Next,the results of a survey of teachers and assistants in this classroom are discussed.Finally,we will report on our current efforts. 展开更多

依托黄河科技学院公选课“常用急救技术”课程,对非医学专业学生进行问卷调查,对获得的数据进行统计学分析。研究表明,非医学专业大学生对心源性猝死(Sudden cardiac death,SCD)的病因有所认知从58人(占19.21%)提升至213人(占71.72%),... 依托黄河科技学院公选课“常用急救技术”课程,对非医学专业学生进行问卷调查,对获得的数据进行统计学分析。研究表明,非医学专业大学生对心源性猝死(Sudden cardiac death,SCD)的病因有所认知从58人(占19.21%)提升至213人(占71.72%),对“黄金四分钟”抢救时间的知晓情况从66人(占21.90%)提升至254人(占85.70%),对CPR、AED的知晓情况、各自作用、适用情况等了解程度高者明显增多(教学前均<10%,教学后均>75%),差距有统计学意义(P<0.001)。经过教学,有268人(占97.98%)表示在接受CPR与AED的相关知识与技能的培训后,能够使用此项技术在突发紧急情况下开展相关急救。通过培训提高黄河科技学院在校非医学专业大学生对SCD的病因与预防、抢救时间与抢救技术的认知并掌握相关急救技能,在突发紧急情况下可以开展相关急救,为抢救生命赢得时间。 展开更多
