First, the educational robot system is abstracted to a multibody system and a general dynamic model of the educational robot is constructed by the Newton-Euler method. Then the dynamic model is simplified by a combination of components with fixed connections according to the structural characteristics of the educational robot. Secondly, in order to obtain a high efficiency simulation algorithm, based on the sparse matrix technique, the augmentation algorithm and the direct projective constraint stabilization algorithm are improved. Finally, a numerical example is given. The results show that the model and the fast algorithm are valid and effective. This study lays a dynamic foundation for realizing the simulation platform of the educational robot.展开更多

BACKGROUND Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a global health burden that affects millions of individuals worldwide,necessitating extensive patient education.Large language models(LLMs)hold promise for addressing patie...BACKGROUND Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a global health burden that affects millions of individuals worldwide,necessitating extensive patient education.Large language models(LLMs)hold promise for addressing patient information needs.However,LLM use to deliver accurate and comprehensible IBD-related medical information has yet to be thoroughly investigated.AIM To assess the utility of three LLMs(ChatGPT-4.0,Claude-3-Opus,and Gemini-1.5-Pro)as a reference point for patients with IBD.METHODS In this comparative study,two gastroenterology experts generated 15 IBD-related questions that reflected common patient concerns.These questions were used to evaluate the performance of the three LLMs.The answers provided by each model were independently assessed by three IBD-related medical experts using a Likert scale focusing on accuracy,comprehensibility,and correlation.Simultaneously,three patients were invited to evaluate the comprehensibility of their answers.Finally,a readability assessment was performed.RESULTS Overall,each of the LLMs achieved satisfactory levels of accuracy,comprehensibility,and completeness when answering IBD-related questions,although their performance varies.All of the investigated models demonstrated strengths in providing basic disease information such as IBD definition as well as its common symptoms and diagnostic methods.Nevertheless,when dealing with more complex medical advice,such as medication side effects,dietary adjustments,and complication risks,the quality of answers was inconsistent between the LLMs.Notably,Claude-3-Opus generated answers with better readability than the other two models.CONCLUSION LLMs have the potential as educational tools for patients with IBD;however,there are discrepancies between the models.Further optimization and the development of specialized models are necessary to ensure the accuracy and safety of the information provided.展开更多

Objective:To comparatively analyze the readability and information quality of the educational materials for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy in both Chinese and English versions generated by three mainstrea...Objective:To comparatively analyze the readability and information quality of the educational materials for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy in both Chinese and English versions generated by three mainstream Large Language Models(LLMS),namely DeepSeek,Grok-3 and ChatGPT,Provide evidence-based basis for the clinical selection of AI-assisted educational tools.Method:A cross-sectional study design was adopted,with“education for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy”as the core requirement.Standardized Chinese and English prompts were designed to drive each of the three models to generate 3 independent educational materials(a total of 18,9 in Chinese and 9 in English).The readability was evaluated using the internationally recognized readability assessment tools(English:Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level,FKGL;Flesch Reading Ease,FRE;Chinese:average sentence length),and the DISCERN scale was used to evaluate the quality of information.The diff erences among the three models were compared by the Kruskal-Wallis H test,the diff erences between the Chinese and English versions were analyzed by the paired sample t-test,and the reliability of the raters was tested by the intraclass correlation coeffi cient(ICC).Result:1.Readability:In the English version,DeepSeek V3 had the highest FRE score(80.36±1.18)and the lowest FKGL score(4.83±0.12),which was significantly better than ChatGPT-o3(FRE:67.36±0.74,FKGL:)(6.56±0.36)and Grok3(FRE:45.67±1.65,FKGL:11.93±0.17)(P<0.05);Among the Chinese versions,Grok3 had the shortest average sentence length(17.74±1.02 characters),which was signifi cantly better than ChatGPT-o3(27.81±1.47 characters)and DeepSeek V3(26.75±1.18 characters)(P<0.05).2.Information quality:The reliability of the raters was excellent(ICC=0.92,95%CI:0.925-0.998,P<0.001);The DISCERN total scores of the Chinese and English versions of the three models were all at the“good-excellent”level(59.00-71.17 points).Among them,the total scores of the Chinese and English versions of ChatGPT-o3 were the highest(English:71.17±1.17,Chinese:70.50±0.55),and Grok3 was the lowest(English:(63.17±0.94,Chinese:59.00±0.89)),and the diff erence between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Among the educational materials for thoracoscopic lobectomy generated by the three LLMS,the English version of DeepSeeking V3 has the best readability,the Chinese version of Grok3 has outstanding reading fl uency,and the comprehensive performance of the Chinese and English versions of ChatGPT-o3 is balanced.The Chinese version still needs to be optimized in terms of terminology consistency and information details.When applying it in clinical practice,the model should be selected in combination with language requirements,and the content generated by AI should be professionally reviewed.展开更多

Methods: A total of 60 caregivers of children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (receiving conventional health education) and a research group (receiving the KAP health education model). The health knowledge mastery, coping ability, anxiety levels, recurrence rates of the children, and caregiver satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The research group demonstrated higher scores in health knowledge mastery and coping ability, lower scores in anxiety and depression, a lower recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and higher caregiver satisfaction compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The KAP health education model can effectively enhance the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures, alleviate their anxiety, reduce the recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and improve caregiver satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.展开更多

文摘Objective:To comparatively analyze the readability and information quality of the educational materials for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy in both Chinese and English versions generated by three mainstream Large Language Models(LLMS),namely DeepSeek,Grok-3 and ChatGPT,Provide evidence-based basis for the clinical selection of AI-assisted educational tools.Method:A cross-sectional study design was adopted,with“education for patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy”as the core requirement.Standardized Chinese and English prompts were designed to drive each of the three models to generate 3 independent educational materials(a total of 18,9 in Chinese and 9 in English).The readability was evaluated using the internationally recognized readability assessment tools(English:Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level,FKGL;Flesch Reading Ease,FRE;Chinese:average sentence length),and the DISCERN scale was used to evaluate the quality of information.The diff erences among the three models were compared by the Kruskal-Wallis H test,the diff erences between the Chinese and English versions were analyzed by the paired sample t-test,and the reliability of the raters was tested by the intraclass correlation coeffi cient(ICC).Result:1.Readability:In the English version,DeepSeek V3 had the highest FRE score(80.36±1.18)and the lowest FKGL score(4.83±0.12),which was significantly better than ChatGPT-o3(FRE:67.36±0.74,FKGL:)(6.56±0.36)and Grok3(FRE:45.67±1.65,FKGL:11.93±0.17)(P<0.05);Among the Chinese versions,Grok3 had the shortest average sentence length(17.74±1.02 characters),which was signifi cantly better than ChatGPT-o3(27.81±1.47 characters)and DeepSeek V3(26.75±1.18 characters)(P<0.05).2.Information quality:The reliability of the raters was excellent(ICC=0.92,95%CI:0.925-0.998,P<0.001);The DISCERN total scores of the Chinese and English versions of the three models were all at the“good-excellent”level(59.00-71.17 points).Among them,the total scores of the Chinese and English versions of ChatGPT-o3 were the highest(English:71.17±1.17,Chinese:70.50±0.55),and Grok3 was the lowest(English:(63.17±0.94,Chinese:59.00±0.89)),and the diff erence between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Among the educational materials for thoracoscopic lobectomy generated by the three LLMS,the English version of DeepSeeking V3 has the best readability,the Chinese version of Grok3 has outstanding reading fl uency,and the comprehensive performance of the Chinese and English versions of ChatGPT-o3 is balanced.The Chinese version still needs to be optimized in terms of terminology consistency and information details.When applying it in clinical practice,the model should be selected in combination with language requirements,and the content generated by AI should be professionally reviewed.
文摘With the continuous improvement of the medical industry’s requirements for the professional capabilities of nursing talents,traditional nursing teaching models can hardly meet the needs of complex nursing work in neurology.This paper focuses on nursing education for neurology nursing students and explores the construction of the“one-on-one”teaching model,aiming to achieve a paradigm shift in nursing education.By analyzing the current status of neurology nursing education,this paper identifies the problems in traditional teaching models.Combining the advantages of the“one-on-one”teaching model,it elaborates on the construction path of this model from aspects such as the selection and training of teaching instructors,the design of teaching content,the innovation of teaching methods,and the improvement of the teaching evaluation system.The research shows that the“one-on-one”teaching model can significantly enhance nursing students’mastery of professional knowledge,clinical operation skills,communication skills,and emergency response capabilities,as well as strengthen their professional identity and sense of responsibility.It provides an effective way to cultivate high-quality nursing talents who can meet the needs of neurology nursing work and promotes the innovative development of nursing education.

文摘The advent of large language models(LLMs)has made knowledge acquisition and content creation increasingly easier and cheaper,which in turn redefines learning and urges transformation in software engineering education.To do so,there is a need to understand the impact of LLMs on software engineering education.In this paper,we conducted a preliminary case study on three software requirements engineering classes where students are allowed to use LLMs to assist in their projects.Based on the students’experience,performance,and feedback from a survey conducted at the end of the courses,we characterized the challenges and benefits of applying LLMs in software engineering education.This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on the integration of LLMs in education,emphasizing both their prominent potential and the need for balanced,mindful usage.
文摘This paper focuses on rural music education in the context of rural revitalization,deeply analyzes its current resource situation,and points out that tangible resources face shortages of teachers,inappropriate textbooks,and outdated teaching facilities,while intangible resources are confronted with the loss of folk music culture and the weakening of educational foundations due to cultural ecological changes.Resources are characterized by dispersion,scarcity,and inefficient utilization.In response to these difficulties,this paper proposes integration paths for teachers,textbooks,teaching facilities,and folk music culture resources.Additionally,it constructs a diversified development model that combines rural tourism with music activities,develops characteristic music education industries,and integrates rural cultural construction.Simultaneously,it identifies funding shortages and outdated concepts as major obstacles and proposes targeted strategies such as expanding funding channels and changing inherent concepts.The aim is to promote the development of rural music education and contribute to the revitalization of rural culture.

文摘Higher vocational medical education plays a crucial role in the cultivation of outstanding medical talents.Based on the CIPP evaluation model(Context,Input,Process,Product),this paper conducts a systematic analysis of the development of higher vocational medical education,explores the achievements and challenges faced at each stage from multiple dimensions,and puts forward improvement suggestions.This study uses the CIPP model to carry out a systematic review of medical education programs and analyzes their application value from both theoretical and practical perspectives.

文摘Pregnancy health education is of great significance for the health of both mothers and infants,and the Health Belief Model(HBM)provides a key theoretical framework for it.The HBM consists of six constructs:perceived susceptibility,severity,benefits,barriers,cues to action,and self-efficacy.It can facilitate the transformation from“knowing”to“believing”and then to“acting”for pregnant women.Pregnancy health education based on the HBM can improve maternal and infant health outcomes,enhance specific health knowledge and safe behaviors,and promote the establishment of healthy lifestyles.Its intervention implementation involves assessment,planning,implementation,and re-assessment processes,and the educational content needs to be constructed according to the characteristics of the early,middle,and late stages of pregnancy.However,the application of the HBM faces challenges such as cultural adaptability,digital integration,and the lack of long-term effect evaluation.In the future,targeted optimization is needed to improve the pregnancy health education system and ensure maternal and infant health.

文摘Objective: To analyze the impact of the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP) health education model on the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures. Methods: A total of 60 caregivers of children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (receiving conventional health education) and a research group (receiving the KAP health education model). The health knowledge mastery, coping ability, anxiety levels, recurrence rates of the children, and caregiver satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The research group demonstrated higher scores in health knowledge mastery and coping ability, lower scores in anxiety and depression, a lower recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and higher caregiver satisfaction compared to the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The KAP health education model can effectively enhance the coping ability of caregivers of children with febrile seizures, alleviate their anxiety, reduce the recurrence rate of febrile seizures in children, and improve caregiver satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

文摘Under the dual impetus of the fundamental task of“cultivating virtue and nurturing talent”and the national strategy of digitalizing education,promoting the deep integration of ideological and political education in courses with digital technology has become a core issue in the curriculum reform of colleges and universities.This paper takes the course“Business Model Innovation”as the research object and focuses on the problems existing in the current course,such as lagging content update,superficial application of digital tools,and weakening elements of ideological and political education.This paper proposes a teaching reform path that is supported by digital means and centered on value guidance,and focuses on how to systematically optimize teaching content design,interactive teaching scenarios,evaluation and feedback mechanisms,and teacher collaboration systems through specific tools such as“Rain Classroom,”“Enterprise Sand Table,”and“Smart Classroom Platform.”We aim to build a digital model of ideological and political education in the curriculum that integrates knowledge imparting,ability training,and value shaping,and to provide practical reference and path support for the cultivation of high-quality business talents in the new era.
