The correlations among the corrosion behaviour,grain-boundary microchemistry,and Zn content in Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys were studied using stress corrosion cracking(SCC)and intergranular corrosion(IGC)tests,combined with scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and high-angle angular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM)microstructural examinations.The results showed that the tensile strength enhancement of high Zn-containing Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys was mainly attributed to the high density nano-scale matrix precipitates.The SCC plateau velocity for the alloy with 11.0 wt.%Zn was about an order of magnitude greater than that of the alloy with 7.9 wt.%Zn,which was mainly associated with Zn enrichment in grain boundary precipitates and wide precipitates-free zones.The SCC mechanisms of different Zn-containing alloys were discussed based on fracture features,grain-boundary microchemistry,and electrochemical properties. 展开更多

In the present study,the effect of Zn content on the microstructure and deformation behavior of the as-cast Mg-Zn-Y-Nd alloy has been investigated.The results showed that as Zn content increased,the volume fraction of secondary phases increased.Moreover,the phase transformation from W-phase to W-phase and I-phase occurred.In the as-cast state,W-phase exists as eutectic and large block form.When Zn content increases to 6 and 8%(wt%),small I-phase could precipitate around W-phase particles.Additionally,the effect of Zn content on the tensile properties and deformation behavior varies with the testing temperature.At room temperature,the tensile strength increases with Zn content,whereas the elongation increases initially and then decreases.At 250℃,as Zn content increases,the tensile strength decreases initially and then increases slightly,whereas the elongation decreases.At 350℃,the elongation increases with Zn content,whereas the tensile strength decreases initially and then increases slightly. 展开更多

The increase in zinc content in Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys provides an effective method to enhance the strength.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and tensile test were employed to analyze the microstructure and tensile properties,respectively,of Al-9.3 Zn-2.0 Mg-1.8 Cu alloy(9.3 Zn alloy)and Al-9.8 Zn-2.0 Mg-1.8 Cu alloy(9.8 Zn alloy)with single-and double-stage aging states.The results showed that the two alloys possessed a closed strength under single-stage peak-aging treatment.As for double-stage aging treatment,9.8 Zn alloy had a higher strength values than 9.3 Zn alloy under the same aging regimes.With the second step aging time prolonging,the strength gap was extended.The main precipitates for the two alloys with single-stage peak-aging state were GP zones andη’phase,while there were a majority ofη’phases andηphases for the two alloys under typical double-stage over-aging state.Under double-stage overaging state,the proportion of precipitate with large size for9.3 Zn alloy was larger than that for 9.8 Zn alloy.Besides,a more obvious trend was revealed for the double-stage overaging state.The gap of strength between the two alloys was explained by the difference of precipitation characteristics via interaction mechanism between precipitates and dislocations. 展开更多

Determining the Zn Content of Cherry in Field Using VNIR Spectroscopy 被引量:1

Visible and near-infrared(VNIR)spectroscopy is an eco-friendly method used for estimating plant nutrient deficiencies.The aim of this study was to investigate the possibility of using VNIR method for estimating Zn content in cherry orchard leaves under field conditions.The study was conducted in 3different locations in Isparta region of Turkey.Fifteen cherry orchards containing normal and Zn deficient plants were chosen,and 60 leaf samples were collected from each location.The reflectance spectra of the leaves were measured with an ASD FieldSpec HandHeld spectroradiometer and a plant probe.The Zn contents of leaf samples were predicted through laboratory analysis.The spectral reflectance measurements were used to estimate the Zn levels using stepwise multiple linear regression analysis method.Prediction models were created using the highest coefficient of determination value.The results show that Zn content of cherry trees can be estimated using the VNIR spectroscopic method(87.5<r2<96.79).Moreover,plant nutrient contents can be estimated without using chemicals.However,further research is necessary to develop a standard method for field conditions.Because spectral reflectance is affected by ecological conditions,agricultural applications and nutrient interactions,more effective models must be developed depending on the geographical location,period and plant type. 展开更多

The protein adsorption has an immense influence on the biocompatibility of biodegradable Mg alloy.In this work,the effect of Zn content on the fibrinogen(Fg)adsorption behavior in Mg-Zn binary alloy was systematically investigated.Experimental results showed that the Fg adsorption amount increased at first and then decreased with the increase of Zn content.The adsorption mechanism was investigated by molecular dynamic and density functional theory simulations.The simulations results showed that Zn with low content existed in the inner layer of Mg alloys due to the lower system energy,which promoted Fg adsorption and the promotion effect was more obvious with the increase of Zn content.When Zn content increased to a higher concentration,parts of Zn atoms started to precipitate in the surface,and the Fg-surface interaction energy started to increase.Moreover,the Zn sites favored the formation of ordered water molecules layers,which inhibit the stable adsorptions of Fg.The inhibition effects of Fg adsorption was enhanced with the Zn content increase.In short,the simulation results explain the experimental phenomena and reveal the microscopic mechanism.This study would provide a significant guidance on the design of biodegradable Mg-Zn alloys. 展开更多

Fe and Zn levels in perilymph in guinea pigs injected with gentamicin(GM)were examined in this experlment,and those leves were compared with their correspondents in CSF,serum andhairs.Preventive and therapeutic actions of seabuckthorn oil and injective gastrodini to hearing losswe observed.The results showed:①Fe content in perilymph and hair in GM ototxic guinea Pigswas increased,and was decreased after prevention and treating. There was no obvious change in CSFand serum.②Zn content in perilymph was increased in GM ototoxic guinea pigs,and was furtherincreased after prevention.Zn contents in serum and hairs were significantly decreased.The resultssuggest that GM ototoxic reaction is related to increasing Fe contents,and elevation ot Zn content isrelated to the compensative reaction of the body.The cjamges of chemical elements in perilymph aremore important than those in CSF,serum and hairs for pathologic changes in the cochlea,seabuckthorn oil can prevent GM ototoxic reaction. 展开更多

The effect of Mn-Zn ferrites doped with H3BO3 was investigated on the basis of microstructure analysis. The results of the samples doped with H3BO3 less than 5 × 10^-5 showed that the doping had no significant effect on power loss, initial permeability, fine grain microstructure, and density of Mn-Zn ferrites. With the further increase in H3BO3 doping (up to 1 × 10 ^-4 ), the microstructure of Mn-Zn ferrites is in the critical state between fine grain and "sandwich", and the initial permeability and density of Mn-Zn ferrites begin falling quickly; the increased H3BO3 doping also results in deteriorated power loss properties. Thus, the control of the boron content in iron oxide is of utmost importance for the quality of Mn-Zn ferrites in producing process. 展开更多

在Al-Zn-Mg系合金中加入Cu元素,可提高合金的抗腐蚀性能。同时Cu元素还可以降低晶界等应力集中。采用电磁搅拌铸造工艺制备了不同Cu含量的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金试样,借助X射线衍射、扫描电镜、硬度计及晶间腐蚀(IGC)等检测手段,研究了Cu含量... 在Al-Zn-Mg系合金中加入Cu元素,可提高合金的抗腐蚀性能。同时Cu元素还可以降低晶界等应力集中。采用电磁搅拌铸造工艺制备了不同Cu含量的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金试样,借助X射线衍射、扫描电镜、硬度计及晶间腐蚀(IGC)等检测手段,研究了Cu含量对电磁搅拌铸造Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金组织和性能的影响。结果标明:随着Cu含量的增加,Al_(2)Cu和Al_(2)CuMg相的含量增加,微观组织内出现了非平衡共晶相,使得硬度得到提升。当铜含量从2.0wt%增加到3.0wt%时,合金硬度从122.7 HV0.3提升到127.2 HV0.3,硬度提升了3.6%。而抗腐蚀能力先增加后减小,当Cu含量为2.5wt%时的铝合金抗腐蚀能力最好。分析认为合金中MgZn_(2)相较多,Al_(2)Cu和Al_(2)CuMg相含量比较少,而MgZn_(2)相的大量存在使得合金有着不错的抗腐蚀能力,合金的抗腐蚀能力有了明显的提升。 展开更多

The roles of Zn content and thermo-mechanical treatment in affecting microstructures and mechanical properties of Mg-x%Zn-1%Mn(mass fraction,x=4,5,6,7,8,9) wrought Mg alloys were investigated.The microstructure was extremely refined by dynamic recrystallization(DRC) during extrusion.With increasing Zn content,the DRC grains tended to grow up,at the same time,more second phase streamlines would be present,which restricted the further growing.During solution treatment,the DRC grains would rapidly grow up;however,higher Zn content could hinder the grain boundary expanding,which results in finer ultimate grains.MgZn2 dispersoid particles which are coherent with the matrix would precipitate from the supersaturated solid solution during the one-step aging process,and nano-sized GP zones formed during the pre-aging stage of the two-step aging provide a huge amount of effective nuclei for the MgZn2 phases formed in the second stage,which makes the MgZn2 particles much finer and more dispersed.The mechanical properties of as-extruded samples were not so sensitive to the variation of Zn content,the tensile strength fluctuates between 300 and 320 MPa,and the elongation maintains a high value between 11% and 14%.The strength of aged samples rises as a parabolic curve with increasing Zn content,specifically,the tensile strength of one-step aged samples rises from 278 to 374 MPa,and that of two-step aged ones rises from 284 to 378 MPa,yet the elongation of all aged samples is below 8%.When Zn content exceeds its solid solution limit in Mg-Zn system(6.2%,mass fraction),the strength rises slowly but the elongation deteriorates sharply,so a Mg-Zn-Mn alloy with 6% Zn possesses the best mechanical properties,that is,the tensile strengths after one-and two-step aging are 352 and 366 MPa,respectively,and the corresponding elongations are 7.98% and 5.2%,respectively. 展开更多

In this study,the effect of Pb content on the surface morphology and salt spray corrosion resistance of hot dip Zn-AI-Mg coatings was investigated. The results showed that the coating surface easily formed small grains of zinc spangle structures and that the salt spray con'osion resistance of the coating decreased when Pb content was greater than 0.01%. The microstructure and energy dispersive spectrum analysis of surface and cross-sectional areas was performed by scanning electron microscopy. Pb content present in the coating was analyzed by glow discharge spectrum. The results showed that the distribution of Pb in the coating was not uniform. The Pb content was segregated on the surface and at the cross-section of the Zn-A1-MgZn2 ternary eutectic structure,especially,on the surface of the Zn-A1-MgZn2 ternary eutectic structure. 展开更多

为探究Zn、Mg含量对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金组织与性能的影响,通过ICP分析仪、JMatPro软件、扫描电镜、金相显微镜及拉伸试验机等对不同Zn、Mg含量Al-4xZn-xMg-2.0Cu(x=2.0,2.5,3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0)合金组织与性能进行分析。结果表明,Al-4xZn-xMg-... 为探究Zn、Mg含量对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金组织与性能的影响,通过ICP分析仪、JMatPro软件、扫描电镜、金相显微镜及拉伸试验机等对不同Zn、Mg含量Al-4xZn-xMg-2.0Cu(x=2.0,2.5,3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0)合金组织与性能进行分析。结果表明,Al-4xZn-xMg-2.0Cu(x=2.0,2.5,3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0)合金共晶转变温度约477℃,且随着Zn、Mg含量的增加,共晶相占比由3.54%增加到25.06%,晶粒尺寸由138μm降低至39μm,这种变化趋势与JMatPro软件计算相一致。合金经轧制、固溶和时效(T6)后的组织为纤维组织+再结晶晶粒,随着Zn、Mg含量的增加,T6态合金板材再结晶晶粒数量减少,尺寸变小,主要归功于小间距的未溶MgZn_(2)相,具有较好的抑制再结晶效果。此外,随着Zn、Mg含量的增加,T6态合金强度不断增加,且增幅不断增大,但塑性严重降低。其中,Al-16.0Zn-4.0Mg-2.0Cu合金强度最高,抗拉强度683.3 MPa,屈服强度653.3 MPa,但伸长率仅2.3%。 展开更多

针对集约化养殖中大量使用含Zn饲料添加剂及其在畜禽粪便中的残留问题,采集北京6个郊区县集约化养殖场208个猪、奶牛、鸡饲料样品和204个粪便样品,分析测定了其中Zn含量。结果表明,北京地区集约化养殖饲料和粪便中Zn含量差异很大,猪饲... 针对集约化养殖中大量使用含Zn饲料添加剂及其在畜禽粪便中的残留问题,采集北京6个郊区县集约化养殖场208个猪、奶牛、鸡饲料样品和204个粪便样品,分析测定了其中Zn含量。结果表明,北京地区集约化养殖饲料和粪便中Zn含量差异很大,猪饲料和猪粪中Zn含量远高于奶牛和鸡。猪、奶牛、鸡饲料中Zn的含量范围分别为72.77~3170.37mg·kg-1、13.63~471.39mg·kg-1、32.64~344.67mg·kg-1,平均含量分别为347.57、86.44、138.76mg·kg-1;猪、奶牛、鸡粪便Zn的平均含量分别为2333.97、119.41、391.01mg·kg-1,含量范围分别在458.21~14031.79、10.36~502.39、73.15~678.91mg·kg-1之间。猪饲料和猪粪Zn超标率分别为9.3%和15.0%,奶牛、鸡的饲料和粪便均未超标。畜禽粪便中Zn含量与其饲料中Zn含量之间呈显著或极显著正相关(P<0.05),猪、奶牛、鸡粪便中Zn的平均含量分别是其饲料的6.7倍、1.4倍、2.8倍,表现出一定的"浓缩"效应,其中断奶仔猪饲料和粪便中Zn的平均含量最高,分别为645.37和5133.64mg·kg-1,"浓缩系数"高达6.61。高Zn含量的畜禽粪便在土地利用时可能会带来土壤污染风险。 展开更多

研究了Zn含量和热处理工艺对挤压态Mg-x%Zn-1%Mn(x=4,5,6,7,8,9,质量分数)镁合金组织和力学性能的作用规律。结果表明:Zn含量增加,挤压时动态再结晶趋于完全且小晶粒容易长大,同时第二相流线亦随之增加并阻碍其长大;再结晶晶粒在固溶过... 研究了Zn含量和热处理工艺对挤压态Mg-x%Zn-1%Mn(x=4,5,6,7,8,9,质量分数)镁合金组织和力学性能的作用规律。结果表明:Zn含量增加,挤压时动态再结晶趋于完全且小晶粒容易长大,同时第二相流线亦随之增加并阻碍其长大;再结晶晶粒在固溶过程中会长大,但Zn含量越高长大越困难,最终其晶粒更细小。通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究发现,时效态合金中主要存在2种亚稳相,即:长轴沿[0001]α的杆状相(β1′相)和(0001)α上的盘状相(β2′相),它们与基体之间存在共格或半共格界面,杆状β1′相对位错运动的阻碍更加强烈;根据X射线衍射(XRD)的分析结果,可知2种相都是具有Laves结构的MgZn2相。双级时效处理在低温预时效阶段从过饱和固溶体析出G.P.区,为第二级时效提供形核核心,从而细化了β1′和β2′相,增加了其弥散度。高Zn含量合金在180℃时效16h后发生了过时效,通过消耗β1′和β2′而形成了大块的Mg-Zn化合物。在时效态组织中,Mn以杆状析出,可以作为β1′和β2′相的形核核心,使二者发生粗化。挤压态合金的力学性能对Zn含量的变化不敏感;时效态合金的强度随Zn含量的增加呈抛物线增加,当Zn含量大于6%时,强度增加缓慢,延伸率急剧降低,这与高锌合金容易过时效且存在残余流线有关。故含6%Zn合金具有最佳的力学性能。 展开更多

以浙江省富阳市为研究区域,基于184个土壤表层(0--20 cm)样点的Zn浓度数据(根据背景值划分为G1、G2、G3、G4和G5共5个层次),并结合土壤类型、pH值、有机质、农业用地方式、工矿企业类型、道路和农村居民点等环境因子,采用CART方法挖... 以浙江省富阳市为研究区域,基于184个土壤表层(0--20 cm)样点的Zn浓度数据(根据背景值划分为G1、G2、G3、G4和G5共5个层次),并结合土壤类型、pH值、有机质、农业用地方式、工矿企业类型、道路和农村居民点等环境因子,采用CART方法挖掘Zn在土壤中的累积规则.利用获得的规则预测剩余41个土壤样点的Zn浓度,并进行精度评价.结果表明,采用CART方法获得的结果比普通Kriging插值方法获得的结果总精度提高了21.95%,在G2和G5层次上模拟精度相差不大,但在G1、G3和G4层次上前者明显高于后者.研究还表明,工矿企业类型在区分土壤Zn含量高低(G1、G2和G3、G4、G5)层次上起主要作用,G1和G2之间,G3、G4和G5之间的土壤Zn含量与pH值、土壤类型和土地利用方式有关. 展开更多

以Mg粉和Zn粉为初始原料,采用粉末冶金技术制备Mg-Zn合金。研究了Zn含量对Mg-Zn合金烧结密度、显微组织、物相组成、弯曲强度和显微硬度的影响。测量了Mg-Zn合金的耐腐蚀性,探讨了Zn元素在粉末冶金过程中的作用机理。结果表明,添加Zn元... 以Mg粉和Zn粉为初始原料,采用粉末冶金技术制备Mg-Zn合金。研究了Zn含量对Mg-Zn合金烧结密度、显微组织、物相组成、弯曲强度和显微硬度的影响。测量了Mg-Zn合金的耐腐蚀性,探讨了Zn元素在粉末冶金过程中的作用机理。结果表明,添加Zn元素后,烧结产物的晶粒细小,烧结密度提高。此外,随着Zn含量的增加,烧结产物的致密度持续增加。XRD分析表明Mg-3%Zn(质量分数)合金主要由α-Mg相组成,而Mg-4%Zn合金由α-Mg和MgZn_2两相组成。随着Zn含量的增加,Mg-Zn合金的抗弯曲强度先增加而后降低,但是显微硬度(HV)持续增加。Mg-3%Zn合金的抗弯强度为123.6 MPa,显微硬度为1017 MPa,分别比纯Mg样品高出58%和45%。耐腐蚀性能测试表明当添加Zn元素后,Mg-Zn合金的腐蚀速率降低,Mg-3%Zn合金具有最低的腐蚀速率和最佳的耐腐蚀性能。 展开更多
