The leaching mechanism of gallium(Ga)and germanium(Ge)from zinc powder replacement residue(ZPRR)was investigated through ultrasonic-assisted sulfuric acid leaching.Characterization via XRD,SEM,XPS,and FT-IR revealed that ultrasonic treatment promotes the dehydration of H_(4)SiO_(4)colloids,thereby reducing their adsorption capacities for Ga and Ge complexes.Additionally,ultrasound enhances the dissolution of CaS in H_(2)SO_(4),increasing H_(2)S production,which aids in the reduction of Fe^(3+)and mitigates iron precipitate formation.Process parameters including ultrasonic power(0-450 W),temperature(100-120℃),and leaching time(30-120 min)were systematically optimized,achieving optimal leaching efficiencies of Ga and Ge at 95.7%and 94.5%,respectively. 展开更多

Brake friction materials with different zinc powder contents(0,2,4,6,8 wt.%)were fabricated via powder metallurgy method.The results indicate that with the increasing zinc powder content,the density and thermal conductivity of the materials gradually increase,while the hardness decreases monotonously.With increasing zinc powder content,the curve of the nominal friction coefficient shows fluctuating trend but the lowest friction coefficient also shows an increase.However,the wear rate and braking noise of the friction material monotonously decrease with increasing zinc content.This effect may be attributed to the transformation of the tribological mechanism from adhesive wear and abrasive wear to adhesive wear.The brake friction material with 4 wt.%zinc powder exhibits both the best tribological and noise performance. 展开更多

A new kind of polyesteramide based on 3-morpholinone and e caprolactone was synthesized by ring opening polymerization with zinc powder as catalyst.The polymer was characterized by^(1)H NMR,GPC and FT-IR.The effect of time,temperature and ratio of m(M)/m(1),n(M)/n(CL)on the reaction was studied.The results show that the optimal reaction temperature is 120℃;the optimal duration of reaction is 24 h;the optimal ratio of m(M)/m(CL)is 50:1;the optimal ratio of n(M)/n(CL)is 1:2.Under the optimal condition the polymer whose M_(n)was 13509 could be obtained while the weight yield was 79%. 展开更多

Based on theoretical calculations using the density functional theory (DFT), the mechanism of these reduction reactions was postulated. 本研究结合盐酸超声浸提和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES),建立了一种快速检测大豆粉固体饮料中铜、锌含量的简便方法。通过优化盐酸浓度和超声时间,显著提升了微量元素的提取效率,无需高温高压处理即可实现样品中铜、锌的高效检... 本研究结合盐酸超声浸提和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES),建立了一种快速检测大豆粉固体饮料中铜、锌含量的简便方法。通过优化盐酸浓度和超声时间,显著提升了微量元素的提取效率,无需高温高压处理即可实现样品中铜、锌的高效检测。研究结果表明,铜和锌在0.10μg/mL~2.00μg/mL范围内呈现良好线性(r>0.9999),检出限分别为0.505μg/L和0.088μg/L,加标回收率分别为97.8%和97.4%,重复性(RSD)分别为0.5%和0.9%。与传统微波消解法相比,盐酸浸提法操作更加简便、效率更高,适用于大豆粉中微量元素的快速检测,为食品营养与安全检测提供了可靠的技术支持。 展开更多

目的探索小儿轮状病毒腹泻使用蒙脱石散联合锌剂治疗的效果,以及对于改善肠道黏膜屏障功能指标的作用。方法选择本院在2023年10月—2024年10月接诊的60例轮状病毒腹泻患儿,按照双盲法分为两组,对照组(30例)接受蒙脱石散治疗,观察组(30例... 目的探索小儿轮状病毒腹泻使用蒙脱石散联合锌剂治疗的效果,以及对于改善肠道黏膜屏障功能指标的作用。方法选择本院在2023年10月—2024年10月接诊的60例轮状病毒腹泻患儿,按照双盲法分为两组,对照组(30例)接受蒙脱石散治疗,观察组(30例)在其基础上结合锌剂治疗,检查两组治疗总有效率、肠道黏膜屏障功能指标、粪便中肠道菌群含量、免疫功能指标和炎症指标。结果治疗总有效率相比,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸低于对照组,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞分化抗原3阳性、白细胞分化抗原4阳性高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白、白介素-6低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿轮状病毒腹泻使用蒙脱石散联合锌剂的疗效好,有利于改善肠道黏膜屏障功能指标、粪便中肠道菌群含量,应用价值高。 展开更多

机械能助渗法中线速度对多元锌合金渗层性能的影响研究

为了研究在机械能辅助下多种元素协同共渗的渗层性能,采用机械能助渗法在不同线速度下制备了多元锌合金渗层.通过扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪以及显微硬度计对渗层的表面形貌、厚度、元素分布、物相以及硬度进行了表征,通过电化学工... 为了研究在机械能辅助下多种元素协同共渗的渗层性能,采用机械能助渗法在不同线速度下制备了多元锌合金渗层.通过扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪以及显微硬度计对渗层的表面形貌、厚度、元素分布、物相以及硬度进行了表征,通过电化学工作站和多功能材料表面试验仪对渗层的耐蚀性能和耐磨性能进行了测试.结果表明:渗层中的物相有FeZn_(11)、FeZn_(9)、FeZn_(7)、Al_(2)O_(3)以及MgZn_(2),渗层中的元素均匀地分布在渗层表面;渗层厚度随线速度的提高先升高后降低,在25 mm/s时达到最厚,为87μm;渗层硬度受线速度影响较小,集中在400~420 HV_(0.1)之间;当线速度为20 mm/s时,渗层的均匀性、致密性及综合耐蚀性能最好,对应的自腐蚀电位为-0.5691 V,腐蚀电流密度为2.984×10^(-6)A/cm^(2);渗层的摩擦系数均在0.35左右,当线速度为25 mm/s时制备的渗层的摩擦系数最低,为0.32. 展开更多

Zn-doped TiO_2 catalysts were prepared using a sol-gel method and characterized by XPS,UV-Vis,BET, XRD in this study.Under the irradiation of simulant sunlight,the photocatalytic activity for the degradation of p-nitrophenol was studied too.After irradiation for 2.5 h,the degradation percentage of p-nitrophenol could rise to more than 80%.The results showed that the spectrum absorption band edge of Zn/TiO_2 powder does not broaden obviously comparing with pure TiO_2 powder.Zinc exists as Zn (Ⅱ).When calcined at 973 K,there is a new phase as ZnTiO_3 in Zn/TiO_2 catalyst.The order of photocatalytic activity of Zn/TiO_2 catalysts calcined at different temperatures for p-nitrophenol is 773 K>673 K>873 K>573 K>973 K and the photocatalytic activity of Zn/TiO_2 catalyst cal- cined at 773 K is better than TiO_2 catalysts heated at the same temperature,and outclasses that of commercial TiO_2 catalyst.It also showed that the photocatalytic degradation of p-nitrophenol follows first-order kinetics under the irra- diation of simulant sunlight. 展开更多

A certain degree of sebum on the skin is decomposed by ultraviolet radiation in sunlight. In this work, zinc oxide was shaken with phosphoric acid to synthesize a white pigment for cosmetics. Zinc oxide was set with 0.1 mol/L of phosphoric acid at P/Zn = 1/1 and 1/2, and then shaking in hot water for 1 h. The chemical composition, powder properties, photocatalytic activity, color phase, and smoothness of the obtained powder were studied. The P/Zn ratio in preparation had an effect on the reaction between phosphoric acid and zinc oxide. The photocatalytic activity of zinc oxide was inhibited by phosphoric acid treatment. The obtained samples had enough high reflectance at the visible light region. 展开更多

在40Cr钢表面化学镀镍后再通过包埋法粉末渗锌制备了锌镍复合渗层,分析了锌镍复合渗在不同温度(370、390、410、430、450℃)和不同保温时间(2、4、6 h)对渗层制备过程的影响。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(配备有能谱)分析了不同试样渗层... 在40Cr钢表面化学镀镍后再通过包埋法粉末渗锌制备了锌镍复合渗层,分析了锌镍复合渗在不同温度(370、390、410、430、450℃)和不同保温时间(2、4、6 h)对渗层制备过程的影响。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜(配备有能谱)分析了不同试样渗层厚度、截面形貌和成分组成;利用显微维氏硬计测试渗层表面至基体的硬度。结果表明:化学镀镍后再进行粉末渗锌能获得厚度适宜、均匀致密的含有锌镍层和锌铁层的双层复合渗层;相比于保温时间,渗锌温度对锌镍复合渗层厚度的影响程度更大;锌镍复合渗层的维氏硬度能达到450 HV,其自腐蚀电位相比渗锌层正移625 mV,能显著提高40Cr钢的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。 展开更多
