The Yishui complex,located in the western Shandong area of the North China Craton,is representative of the Archean crystalline basement of the North China Craton to explore the early tectonic-thermal evolution history...The Yishui complex,located in the western Shandong area of the North China Craton,is representative of the Archean crystalline basement of the North China Craton to explore the early tectonic-thermal evolution history of the Earth.Detailed petrography,mineral chemistry,metamorphic evolution and zircon U-Pb dating are presented for felsic granulite and two-pyroxene granulite from the Yishui complex to contribute to new insights into the Neoarchean tectonic evolution of the North China Craton.Three mineral assemblages are recognized for these granulite samples,including the prograde(M1),peak(M2)and retrograde(M3)mineral assemblages.Conventional geothermobarometry and phase equilibrium modeling yield P-T conditions of 6.5-10.9 kbar/718-839℃ for the peak metamorphism,which define a medium-pressure granulite-facies metamorphism occurred at middle to lower crust.Anticlockwise P-T paths with near-isobaric cooling(IBC)retrograde segments were reconstructed.Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating suggests that the protolith of the felsic granulite was emplaced at 2541±7 Ma and the subsequent medium-pressure granulite-facies metamorphism occurred at 2518-2494 Ma.A two-stage mantle plume related crustal-scale sagduction geodynamic regime is proposed in the western Shandong terrane in the Neoarchean.展开更多

Field studies have shown that the charnockites, derived from the adjacent ...Charnockite and granulite in Yishui area, Shandong Province are located in the middle part of the Tancheng Lujiang fault zone, eastern China. Field studies have shown that the charnockites, derived from the adjacent granulites, are classified as three types: enderbite, garnet enderbite and hypersthene trondhjemite. In addition, two generations of minerals are present in the charnockites: the relic minerals such as garnet, hypersthene and clinopyroxene, and the neocrystallized minerals such as plagioclase and K feldspar. The relic minerals occurring in the granulite facies stage were affected by the later partial melting. The relic minerals, irregular and usually ragged in shape, occupy the interstitial positions in the neocrystalline minerals. The neocrystalline minerals are usually euhedral subhedral crystals. The study of petrology, mineralogy and geochemistry of charnokites concludes that the enderbite was formed by the anatexis of the two pyroxene plagioclase granulite, that the garnet enderbite was formed by the anatexis of sillimanite garnet gneiss, and that the hypersthene trondhjemite was formed by the anatexis of the leucocratic two pyroxene plagioclase granulite. The U Pb dating of the zircon indicates that the formation of the charnockite and granulite was related to the Archean Proterozoic upwelling of a mantle plume (hot spot) around 2 500 Ma, in Yishui area, Shandong Province.展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yishui Shengxue pills(益髓生血丸,YSSX)in mouse models of immunosuppression induced by three chemotherapy drugs.METHODS:We determined ...OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yishui Shengxue pills(益髓生血丸,YSSX)in mouse models of immunosuppression induced by three chemotherapy drugs.METHODS:We determined an optimal intervention dose of YSSX to investigate efficacy.Changes in immune cell subpopulations were detected by flow cytometry,while immunofluorescence,immunohistochemistry,and other molecular biology methods,were used to verify pathway targets.We used PX-478,an inhibitor of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),to validate the mechanism of action.RESULTS:Analysis showed that YSSX enhanced the immunity of mouse models of immunosuppression.At the cellular level,YSSX reduced the numbers of myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)and enhanced CD8+T cell infiltration.At the molecular level,YSSX reduced the expression levels of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),general control nonderepressible 2(GCN2),and eukaryotic initiation factor 2α(eIF2α)in mouse MDSCs,thereby reducing the transcription of HIF-1α,GCN2,and eIF2αmRNA.Collectively,these changes led to the increased secretion of interferon-γand interleukin 12,concomitant with a reduction in tumor necrosis factor-αlevel.CONCLUSIONS:YSSX improved MDSC-mediated immunosuppression in a mouse model after chemotherapy by inhibiting the HIF-1α/iNOS-GCN2/eIF2αsignaling axis.展开更多
