The Longfengshan structural belt lies in the southern Changling Depression.The Yingcheng Formation is the primary gas-bearing unit.The Yingcheng Formation has low permeability and contains deep,tight gas that is chall...The Longfengshan structural belt lies in the southern Changling Depression.The Yingcheng Formation is the primary gas-bearing unit.The Yingcheng Formation has low permeability and contains deep,tight gas that is challenging to extract.Industrial gas flow has been achieved from the B218 and B220 well blocks in the sandstone layer of the first member of Yingcheng Formation(Ying I),indicating the potential of this sandstone group for gas production.Although oil and gas are widely distributed in the Ying I sandstone layer,production capacity varies significantly across the formation.into six sublayers.Drilling,logging,and laboratory testing data were integrated to subdivide the Ying I sandstone layer into six sublayers.Core and well logging analyses indicate a braided river delta depositional environment.Data and seismic inversion identify the Ying I-5 sublayer as the primary exploration target.The effective reservoir in the eastern fan body,where porosity ranges from 5%to 13%and maximum effective thickness reaches 34 m.This study basis for optimizing well placement and estimating gas reserve parameters in the Ying I sandstone layer of the Longfengshan area.The findings can guide the development of other tight gas reservoirs.展开更多

Point bloodletting was performed at parotid gland（腮腺Sāixiàn） and Threeshang acupoints of the patients in group A for once every other day, treatment for 7 days was considered as 1 course of treatment, and 2 courses were needed. Intramuscular injection with ribavirin was given to the patients in group B for twice a day, treatment for 7 days was considered as 1 course, and 2 courses were needed. The parotid gland swelling score, fever score, orifice parotid duct swelling score, score of difficulty in opening mouth and the clinical efficacy of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results： The cured and markedly effective rate in group A was 90.9%（40/44）, which was superior to 68.2%in group B（30/44）（P〈0.05）. The symptom scores were all improved significantly in the two groups after treatment（all P〈0.05）, and the improvement in group A was superior to that in group B（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The curative effect of comprehensive ying needling therapy for treatment of mumps was superior to that of conventional western medicine therapy.展开更多

To explore the influence of stress sensitivity on production, the variable outlet back pressure stress sensitivity experiments were applied to test core sample permeability under different burden pressure and obtain the relational expression of power function of core stress sensitivity. Afterwards, new productivity equation is deduced in consideration of reservoir stress sensitivity, and the affection of stress sensitivity on production is analyzed. The result demonstrates close link between stress sensitivity and productivity, since single well production decreases dramatically when reservoir stress sensitivity has been taken into account. This research is constructive for well-testing data interpretation in stress sensitive gas reservoirs.展开更多

Methods: A total of 36 out and in patients with chronic bronch...Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Fifty ying acupuncture therapy for treatment of chronic bronchitis, and to explore its underlying mechanisms. Methods: A total of 36 out and in patients with chronic bronchitis including 10 cases of asthma were subjected into this study. Among them, 20 cases were qi deficiency type and 16 qi yin deficiency with phlegm damp type. The changes of symptoms, T lymphocyte subgroups of CD 3 +, CD 4 +, CD 8 +, CD 4 +/CD 8 +, soluble interleuki 2 receptor (SIL 2 R), interleukin 6(IL 6), IgG, IgA and IgM before and after treatment were observed and detected using monoclonal indirect fluorescence method, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and nephelometry respectively. Results: (1)The effective rate of qi dificiency type was 100% and that of qi yin deficiency with phlegm damp type 87.5%. (2) After acupuncture treatment, in qi deficiency type patients, serum IgG, IgA and IgM contents increased significantly (P<0.001) in comparison with pre treatment and in qi yin deficiency with phlegm damp type patients, IgG level lowered obviously. Serum SIL 2R and CD 4 +/CD 8 + decreased obviously (P<0.01, 0.001), CD 3 +, CD 4 + and CD 8 + increased evidently (P<0.01). Conclusion: The Fifty ying acupuncture therapy can better clinical symptoms of chronic bronchitis patients through its resultant up regulation of the immune system function.展开更多

Objectives:To investigate the diversity and community composition of endophytes in Sinopodophyllum hexandrum(Royle)Ying.Methods:S.hexandrum samples(n=15)were collected at five sites on the Tibetan Plateau.High quality...Objectives:To investigate the diversity and community composition of endophytes in Sinopodophyllum hexandrum(Royle)Ying.Methods:S.hexandrum samples(n=15)were collected at five sites on the Tibetan Plateau.High quality sequences from high-throughput sequencing were clustered into operational taxonomic units(OTUs)by Clustering and Classification Inference with U-Statistics,and the OTUs were further divided into different genera according to Ribosomal Database Project classification.Alpha and beta diversity analyses were conducted to explore community diversity and composition.Results:A total of 1221 OTUs were obtained,representing 133 genera(with 98 specific to genus).The QJ and XH sampling sites had the most(n=67)and fewest(n=36)genera,respectively.The dominant fungi at the DT,LD,QJ and XH sites were Ascomycota,while the dominant fungi at the BX site were Basidiomycota.Tetracladium,Exophiala and Pseudogymnoascus showed obvious host preference in all samples.The dominant fungi in the three provinces were Tetracladium,Penicillium,and Cantharellales,respectively.The Shannon-Weiner diversity indices of the 15 samples ranged from 0.48 to 3.10.Endophytic fungi were clustered into three branches based on geographical location.Conclusion:Our findings provide a research basis for the exploitation and utilization of national medicinal plants with abundant microbial resources.展开更多
