The scalar of Japanese yew (Taxus cuspidata) population and the relationship between individual distribution and site factors were analyzed according to investigating data in 74 sample belts with a total sampled area of 436.872 hm2 in Muling Nature Reserve. The result showed that the distribution rules of Japanese yew population were correlated to elevation, slope position, slope aspect and slope gradient. The optimal distribution range in elevation for the natural Japanese yew population is at the attitudes of 700-800 m. The amounts of Japanese yew individuals on shady slope were more than those on sunny slope. On top slope and mid-slope, the individual amounts of Japanese yew are more than those on toe slope. Most of Japanese yew individuals occurred on slope gradient of less than 15. The scalar of the population was decreased with the slope gradient increasing. 展开更多

The Himalayan Yew (Taxus baccata subsp. wallichiana) is an endangered native high value medicinal plant of the Himalayan Region. The several medicinal properties of the bark and leaves of this species have increased its risk of extinction due to pressures for utilization. It is also subjected to harvest for fuelwood. The species does not regenerate well from seed and that is another risk factor. The objective of this research was to investigate the population ecology of the species as a foundation for its conservation. Six forest communities in the Khokhan Wildlife Sanctuary where the species is present were sampled. The abundance of the species, impacts of harvesting and its current regeneration patterns indicate that it may soon be extirpated from the Sanctuary. A plan for conserving the remaining sub-populations is presented. It could provide a template for conservation in other locations where the species is at risk. 展开更多

Anti-Hyperglycemic Activity of Shan Tang Ping an Ethanol Extract from Yew Tree in Diabetic Rats

Taxol extracted from it is effective against a variety of cancers, such as ovarian cancer and breast cancer. However the hypoglycemic efficacy of the extract has not been reported yet, so the effects of oral administration of yew tree extracts on streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats were examined. Administration of shah tang ping (STP), a fraction from the column separation of extract (450 mg/kg body weight), for 14 days reduced the serum glucose concentrations of fasted diabetic rats by 52.4%. In addition, it also decreased the concentrations of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C). An oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) was performed, a significant improvement in glucose tolerance was observed in rats treated with STP. These results suggest that STP has hypoglycemic properties and hypolipidemic action on streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. 展开更多

A mixture of CH3OH-H2O-CH3COOH(volume ratio: 55 :44 :1) is used as mobile phase and UV detection is carried out at 227 nm, and the column temperature is 20℃. The results show that there is a good linear felationship between the area of paclitaxel and the concentration of the sample in the range 50-500 mg/L for paclitaxel. The corresponding regression equation is Y= 13 021. 7 + 1. 01 × 106X, r=0. 9990. The average recovery is 95. 3% and the relative standard deviation is 2. 08%. 展开更多

Effect of frugivorous birds on the establishment of a naturally regenerating population of Chinese yew in ex situ conservation 被引量:2

The Chinese yew Taxus chinensis is catalogued as an endangered species in China because of the small size andsenescent status of most populations. Its lack of natural regeneration is the most important reason for its endangeredstatus. We investigated the regeneration of an ex-situ conservation population, which was introduced intothe Nanjing Botanical Garden Memorial Sun Yat-Sen in the 1950s, and evaluated the role of frugivorous birds on theestablishment of this regenerating population. Two hundred and thirteen individual yew seedlings and saplingswere found on the hillside in 2006, and the nearest seedling was found more than 10 m away from mother trees. Thespatial pattern of all seedlings and saplings occurred as a clumped distribution, which is typical for vertebratedispersedplants. Six bird species were seen ingesting whole “fruits” at yew trees in the present study and 745 visitsby avian frugivores were recorded. Red-billed blue magpie (Urocissa erythrorhyncha), Chinese bulbul (Pycnonotussinensis) and azure-winged magpie (Cyanopica cyana) were the most frequent visitors over the two years of thestudy. Comparing the flights of departure and perching habitats of the three main bird species, we inferred that U.erythrorhyncha would be the most important disperser. This regeneration population has had good developmentover the past 20 or more years;frugivorous birds have removed seeds to the hillside every year until now, and seedgermination and seedling growth continue to develop well under natural conditions. We suggest that the conservationsystem of the Chinese yew should be composed of yews, avian dispersers and habitats for seed germinationand seedling growth. 展开更多

According to rese... In this research, some of site and silvicultural characteristics of Yew stand in northern forests of Iran was studied. For this purpose, compartment number 16 of district 4 Shir-ghalaye was selected. According to research purposes, stands with an area of 20 ha were chosen in center of the compartment and was separated from map. Due to restricted area of region and according to few number of Yew trees in the stand, the full-callipering method was conducted for measuring quantitative and qualitative characteristics. In the stand diameter at breast height (D.B.H.), height and canopy diameter of all Yew trees were measured. The results showed that the diameter distribution curve and height distribution curve of Yew trees were similar to even-age forests curve. But according to average annual increment, mixture type of Yew trees in stand, diameter distribution of other species and low rate regeneration of Yew, it can be concluded that the studied Yew stand, is an uneven-age stand and because of low rate regeneration in previous years the number of young Yew trees were reduced and even-age forest curve was formed subsequently. The maximum height and diameter of Yew trees were recorded 26.8 m and 112 cm, respectively. Also, the number of trees per hectare and basal area per hectare of Yew trees were calculated 14.55 and 3.23 m2 respectively. 展开更多

目的:探讨复方红豆杉胶囊维持治疗气虚痰瘀证晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用多中心、大样本、前瞻性队列研究方法,纳入一线化疗4~6周期后疗效评价疾病稳定以上进入维持治疗阶段患者... 目的:探讨复方红豆杉胶囊维持治疗气虚痰瘀证晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用多中心、大样本、前瞻性队列研究方法,纳入一线化疗4~6周期后疗效评价疾病稳定以上进入维持治疗阶段患者,根据患者意愿分为治疗组160例,对照组109例。对照组根据鳞癌和非鳞癌分别给予吉西他滨和培美曲塞单药化疗维持治疗,治疗组给予复方红豆杉胶囊维持治疗。均以21天为1个疗程,两组干预至少2个疗程,每周期进行生活质量评价,每2疗程进行影像学疗效评价。比较两组疾病无进展生存时间(progression-free survival time,PFS)、生活质量,同时进行药物安全性评价。结果:269例入组患者中,246例患者出现PFS终点事件(91.45%),其中治疗组145例,中位PFS为106天,对照组101例,中位PFS为120天,两组PFS比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采用美国肺癌生存质量量表(FACT-L4.0版)和欧洲五维健康量表中视觉模拟量表(EQ-5D-VAS)对两组患者生活质量评分进行比较,两种生活质量评价量表均提示治疗组较对照组在提高生活质量方面存在优势(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组共有19例患者出现ADR,治疗组7例(占治疗组人数4.38%),对照组12例(占对照组人数11.01%),ADR发生率在治疗组中更低,尤其表现在骨髓抑制不良反应的发生率方面。结论:在延长PFS方面,复方红豆杉胶囊维持治疗气虚痰瘀证晚期NSCLC的疗效非劣于现代医学单药维持化疗,且在高生活质量、低不良反应方面,复方红豆杉胶囊更具有一定优势。 展开更多

Population connectivity through seed and pollen dispersal determines the genetic diversity,adaptive potential,and demography of plant metapopulations.In wind-pollinated trees,population connectivity is typically maintained by long-distance pollen flow,counteracting the genetic differentiation generated by drift and restricted seed dispersal.Although strong population fragmentation is theoretically expected to disrupt connectivity in forest trees,empirical evidence remains scarce and inconclusive.We investigated contemporary connectivity within a network of small remnant populations of a declining conifer(Taxus baccata L.),which have been hypothesized to be largely isolated from each other.We tested this hypothesis using molecular data for adult trees and naturally recruited seedlings from all known remnants across a fragmented landscape spanning a length of 20 km,and a specifically designed statistical approach to quantify contemporary pollen and seed migration rates between populations.We additionally assessed dispersal potential using a spatially explicit parentage analysis to estimate seed and pollen dispersal kernels within one of the remnants.Estimated pairwise migration rates between populations were barely detectable for seeds,while they were larger(up to 1.1%)and significant for pollen.Both seed and pollen migration rates decreased with geographic distance between populations,more steeply in the case of pollen migration.According to parentage-based dispersal kernels,51.8% of seeds and 11.4% of pollen travel less than 25 m,whereas 0.2% of seeds and 36.1%of pollen travel more than 250 m from a source tree.In addition,1.2% of pollen can travel more than 2.5 km.We showed that strong present-day population fragmentation,with separation distances over a few kilometers between small fragments,can substantially limit the connectivity of a wind-pollinated declining tree,leading to low pollen-mediated contemporary gene flow and null or virtually null demographic connectivity via seed dispersal. 展开更多

目的:探讨帕妥珠单抗联合紫杉类和铂类药物(TP)新辅助化疗方案对人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)阳性乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响及安全性分析.方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月成武县人民医院收治的HER2阳性乳腺癌患者80例为研究对象,随机分为... 目的:探讨帕妥珠单抗联合紫杉类和铂类药物(TP)新辅助化疗方案对人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)阳性乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响及安全性分析.方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月成武县人民医院收治的HER2阳性乳腺癌患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组采用TP新辅助化疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合帕妥珠单抗治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:观察组肿瘤控制率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045);治疗后,两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3、生存素水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:帕妥珠单抗联合TP新辅助化疗方案治疗HER2阳性乳腺癌有较好的肿瘤控制率,能改善机体免疫功能,调节乳腺组织凋亡分子平衡,且不会增加不良反应发生率. 展开更多

以4年生东北红豆杉为材料,研究了全光照(FL)、50%全光照(L1)、30%全光照(L2)和15%全光照(L3)4种光照条件下东北红豆杉幼苗的光合作用和叶绿素荧光特性的差异。结果表明:L2条件下的叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量和总叶绿素含量都最高,全光照使幼... 以4年生东北红豆杉为材料,研究了全光照(FL)、50%全光照(L1)、30%全光照(L2)和15%全光照(L3)4种光照条件下东北红豆杉幼苗的光合作用和叶绿素荧光特性的差异。结果表明:L2条件下的叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量和总叶绿素含量都最高,全光照使幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量和总叶绿素含量都显著减少;L3条件下的叶绿素a/b值最低为2.203,显著低于正常值。3种遮荫条件下的东北红豆杉幼苗的光响应曲线趋势基本一致,随光合有效辐射(PAR)的增加净光合速率(Pn)先快速增加后趋于平缓,L2幼苗的Pn最高,L3次之,L1最低;FL幼苗在PAR>1000μmol/(m2·s)时Pn出现明显下降。L2条件下叶片最大净光合速率(Pmax)、平均净光合速率(Pa)、光饱和点(LSP)、表观量子效率(AQY)、气孔导度(Gs)最高,光补偿点(LCP)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)相对较低;FL条件下,LSP、AQY最低,LCP、Rd最高。FL条件下幼苗荧光参数与遮荫条件相比,初始荧光(F0)显著升高,最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/F0)和PSⅡ原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)显著降低,非光化学猝灭系数(qN)略高,光化学猝灭系数(qP)和电子传递速率(ETR)略低;L2和L3条件下幼苗的叶绿素荧光参数相差不大,也都比L1适宜。结果表明,全光照破坏了幼苗的光合机构,30%左右的全光照条件对幼苗更适宜。 展开更多

在黑龙江省穆棱东北红豆杉自然保护区内,对10株天然东北红豆杉结实母树冠下的土壤种子库进行了调查分析。结果表明:东北红豆杉土壤种子库中的种子数量在垂直方向和水平方向上都表现出明显的规律性。在不同深度土层中的种子数量差异显著(... 在黑龙江省穆棱东北红豆杉自然保护区内,对10株天然东北红豆杉结实母树冠下的土壤种子库进行了调查分析。结果表明:东北红豆杉土壤种子库中的种子数量在垂直方向和水平方向上都表现出明显的规律性。在不同深度土层中的种子数量差异显著(p<0.05)。枯枝落叶层及0~5cm土层集中了最大量的种子,占总量的84%,随土层深度的增加,种子数量逐渐减少,15cm以下极少有种子出现。土壤种子库中具有活力的种子数量极少,不到总量的1%。种子丧失活力的首要原因是被昆虫和啮齿类动物啃食,占损失量的52%,其次是腐烂,占29%。在水平方向上,东北红豆杉种子具有近母株分布的特点,且在不同方向上种子数量差异极显著(p<0.01)。当年下落到地面的东北红豆杉种子,按远离母株的顺序,种子数量逐渐减少;在围绕母株的八个方向上,东向的种子数量最多,其次是东北、北和东南方向,西面的种子数量最少。当年下落的3%的完好种子补充到土壤种子库中。自然条件下,东北红豆杉以种子繁殖,土壤种子库是其自然更新及种群恢复的重要基础,本研究结果对于东北红豆杉濒危机制的探索及种群恢复具有重要的理论意义。 展开更多

对中国红豆杉[Taxus chinensis(Pilg.)Rehd.]中的紫杉烷类化合物紫杉醇及两种重要前体巴卡亭III(B III)和10-脱乙酰巴卡亭III(10-DAB)的分布进行了研究.结果表明,紫杉醇的含量在同一棵树中的分布依主干皮、根皮、侧枝树皮、种子、须根... 对中国红豆杉[Taxus chinensis(Pilg.)Rehd.]中的紫杉烷类化合物紫杉醇及两种重要前体巴卡亭III(B III)和10-脱乙酰巴卡亭III(10-DAB)的分布进行了研究.结果表明,紫杉醇的含量在同一棵树中的分布依主干皮、根皮、侧枝树皮、种子、须根、嫩枝、叶的次序递减,并发现侧枝茎中紫杉醇在横截面方向呈梯度分布,且紫杉醇含量最高部位是在次生木质层.10-DAB和B III在叶中含量最高,在须根中含量最低,叶子中10-DAB的含量达0.02%~0.03%,高于B III的含量.在2~3 a生的小树枝、叶中未检测到紫杉烷类物质,提示其合成可能与植株发育有关.紫杉醇在30 a 树龄的当年生嫩叶中春季高于秋季,而10-DAB在当年生和多年生的叶中积累都较多,且秋季比春季含量高. 展开更多

红豆杉是我国当前种植面积大、经济效益和生态效益较好的药用植物之一。古无红豆杉之名,今人又多引用西方国家的说法,以致人们对其悠久的历史文献与丰富的文化内涵缺乏足够的了解和认识。因此,本文对古代红豆杉的异名、别名进行分析考证... 红豆杉是我国当前种植面积大、经济效益和生态效益较好的药用植物之一。古无红豆杉之名,今人又多引用西方国家的说法,以致人们对其悠久的历史文献与丰富的文化内涵缺乏足够的了解和认识。因此,本文对古代红豆杉的异名、别名进行分析考证,从《四库全书》所收录的3 503部、约10亿字的典籍文献中发掘整理红豆杉的文献史料,弥补了《中华本草》和《中药大辞典》等大型工具用书的简略和不足。同时,还将红豆杉的性味与归经、功效与作用进行归纳总结,以期改变红豆杉有药无性、归经不明、功用不规范的混乱状况,并将红豆杉治疗肿瘤的历史上溯到唐代,比西方国家用红豆杉治疗癌症的历史早了1 200多年。 展开更多
