The control group was treated with Xintongding, while the observation group was treated with Labellol on the basis of the control group. The changes of blood pressure, hemorheology, oxidative stress index and inflammatory endothelial factors were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of SBP, DBP, LBV, HBV, PV, FIB, LPO, MDA, SOD, TNF-α, CRP, VEGF and PLGF. After treatment, the levels of SBP, DBP, LBV, HBV, PV, FIB, LPO, MDA, TNF-α and CRP were significantly decreased, while the levels of SOD, VEGF and PLGF were significantly higher than before treatment, and the levels of SBP, DBP, LBV, HBV, PV, FIB, LPO, MDA, TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the levels of SOD, VEGF and PLGF were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions: Xintongding combined with labetalol in the treatment of hypertensive disorder in pregnancy can effectively improve blood pressure, blood rheology and oxidative stress, reduce inflammation and promote angiogenesis, and has clinical significance.展开更多
