Increased exposure to campus green spaces can make a positive contribution to the healthy development of students.However,understanding of the current supply of campus green space(CGS)and its drivers at different educ...Increased exposure to campus green spaces can make a positive contribution to the healthy development of students.However,understanding of the current supply of campus green space(CGS)and its drivers at different education stages is still limited.A new framework was established to evaluate the spatial heterogeneity and its influencing factors across all education stages(kindergarten,primary school,middle school,college)in 1100 schools at the urban scale of Xi’an,China.The research results show that:1)CGS is lower in the Baqiao district and higher in the Yanta and Xincheng districts of Xi’an City.‘Green wealthy schools are mainly concentrated in the Weiyang,Chang’an and Yanta districts.2)CGS of these schools in descending order is college(31.40%)>kindergarten(18.32%)>middle school(13.56%)>primary school(10.70%).3)Colleges have the most recreation sites(n(number)=2),the best education levels(11.93 yr),and the lowest housing prices(1.18×10^(4) yuan(RMB)/m^(2));middle schools have the highest public expenditures(3.97×10^(9) yuan/yr);primary schools have the highest CGS accessibility(travel time gap(TTG)=31.33).4)Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression model and Spearman’s test prove that recreation sites have a significant positive impact on college green spaces(0.28–0.35),and education level has a significant positive impact on kindergarten green spaces(0.16–0.24).This research framework provides important insights for the assessment of school greening initiatives aimed at fostering healthier learning environments for future generations.展开更多

Objective:In traditional medicine,Asari Radix et Rhizoma(Xi Xin)is used to effectively treat respiratory diseases.However,the therapeutic portion of Xi Xin contains trace quantities of aristolochic acid I(AAI),which r...Objective:In traditional medicine,Asari Radix et Rhizoma(Xi Xin)is used to effectively treat respiratory diseases.However,the therapeutic portion of Xi Xin contains trace quantities of aristolochic acid I(AAI),which raises safety concerns.Furthermore,no compelling laboratory evidence confirms its safety.AAI-induced extensive renal tubular necrosis and inflammatory cell infiltration occurred primarily in the cortex and outer medulla.Accordingly,we examined the changes in metabolites within the aforementioned areas and thoroughly investigated the interactions between these differential metabolites and immune cells.Methods:We mapped the spatial distribution of the differential metabolites L-glutamic acid and glutamine in mouse kidneys and explored the underlying mechanisms using transcriptomics and flow cytometry,further validating these findings through co-culture experiments in vitro.Results:Administering 1 mg/kg AAI daily for 7 days(approximately 200 times the pharmacopeial Xi Xin dose)did not induce detectable levels of carcinogenic 7-(deoxyadenosin-N6-yl)-aristolactam I(dA-ALI)in mouse kidneys.However,dA-ALI was detected on the day after the administration of 10 mg/kg AAI.Mice with lipopolysaccharide-induced pneumonia exhibit increased tolerance to AAI-mediated nephrotoxicity.Based on integrated spatial metabolomics and renal transcriptomic analyses,increased tolerance to AAI-mediated nephrotoxicity may be related to glutamine-mediated oxidative stress regulation mechanisms.During pneumonia,mouse kidneys exhibit both immune and metabolic stress responses.Ly6C^(+)macrophages convert L-glutamic acid into glutamine,thereby reducing reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels in the extracellular matrix.This process,which is regulated by the ITGA5 receptor in renal tubular epithelial cells,modulates the pAkt/pNrf2/NQO1 pathway and reduces AAI-induced kidney damage.Conclusions:Collectively,our findings indicate that Xi Xin is safe at conventional clinical dosages,and its targeted use can further minimize potential risks.展开更多

[Method] With combination of non-structural and structured approach to design questionnaires, tourism image of Xi＇an was explored using the SPSS software from both the qualitative and quantitative analyses. [Result] Xi＇an tourism images serve a heritage historical monuments atmosphere with the Terracotta Warriors, City Wall, Big Wild Goose Pagoda,Huaqing Hot Springs, presenting a positive feeling among tourists in general. In the dissemination of travel, tourism infrastructure construction, tourism transportation,travel services have negative effects on the image of Xi＇an tourism. [Conclusion]The evaluation on the tourism resources is highly spoken of by tourists than the scenic spot, indicating that despite high visibility of tourism resources in Xi＇an, it has not formed strong core competitiveness and a complete tourism industrial chain. It is necessary to take the right marketing strategies to enhance tourist familiarity to Xi＇an. 文摘The complexity of idioms poses challenges to online translation.From the perspective of online translation,this study conducts an in-depth exploration of idiom translation strategies by taking Xi Jinping:The Governance of China(Volume IV)as the research object and extracts 649 idioms from this work,conducting 1,947 translation queries on three major platforms.It helps to reveal the strategic differences and effectiveness of online translation in handling idioms and emphasizes the importance of cultural adaptability in translation practice,which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing online translation technology and improving the quality of idiom translation into English.
文摘Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization contains new concepts,ideas,and strategies that feature Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the times and promote the progress of human civilization.Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization is also the fundamental guide for compliance and action in terms of China’s practices in building an ecological civilization in the new era.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,has made several inspection tours to Sichuan and given a series of important instructions on green development and building an ecological civilization in Sichuan province.This paper reviews the contemporary meaning and theoretical significance of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and uses them to systematically examine the overall performance of building a beautiful Sichuan,following the guidance of Xi Jinping’s important instructions for the governance of Sichuan.This paper selects and analyzes typical cases that demonstrate the national effect in Sichuan to summarize Sichuan’s unique experiences in the practice of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization.

文摘[Objective] The aim was to explore the tourist destination image measurement method, and have an empirical study on Xi＇an City. [Method] With combination of non-structural and structured approach to design questionnaires, tourism image of Xi＇an was explored using the SPSS software from both the qualitative and quantitative analyses. [Result] Xi＇an tourism images serve a heritage historical monuments atmosphere with the Terracotta Warriors, City Wall, Big Wild Goose Pagoda,Huaqing Hot Springs, presenting a positive feeling among tourists in general. In the dissemination of travel, tourism infrastructure construction, tourism transportation,travel services have negative effects on the image of Xi＇an tourism. [Conclusion]The evaluation on the tourism resources is highly spoken of by tourists than the scenic spot, indicating that despite high visibility of tourism resources in Xi＇an, it has not formed strong core competitiveness and a complete tourism industrial chain. It is necessary to take the right marketing strategies to enhance tourist familiarity to Xi＇an. Tourists demands, therefore, should be well considered in developing Xi＇an scenic spots and new tourism products and projects be focused on to improve tourists＇ satisfaction.
文摘[Objective] The devlopmental stratagies for modern agricultural logistics industry in Xi’an were studied based on system dynamics.[Method] By dint of system dynamics,reality analysis and relevant data were applied to support the exploration of each factor for the development of modern agricultural logistics industry.In the meantime,according to the concrete data,the systematic dynamics model was set up based on the third party logistics and Xi’an agricultural economy cooperation.In addition,each influencing factor was expounded.[Result] The agricultural production,logistics requirement and logistics supply in Xi’an City were increasing;the idea of reducing the cost through improving agricultural logistics requirement was not ideal;the increasing input to agricultural logistics can reduce cost and can promote the development of economy;the third party increasing investment can reduce cost and accelerate economic development.[Conclusion] It provided theoretical basis for the adjustment of economic structure.
文摘Characteristics of road landscaping were analyzed,as a kind of "linear" landscaping,it could be classified into urban street landscaping,urban ring road and expressway landscaping.Differences between road landscaping projects and other garden landscaping projects or construction projects were analyzed.Landscaping project for the South 3rd Ring Road of Xi'an City(in Yanta District)was taken for an example to summarize construction experience,discuss present conditions and features of garden landscaping supervision in China.The artistic and physiological properties of garden landscaping,as well as the supervision during maintenance period were stressed,but it was also pointed out that garden landscaping supervision in China was actually not given sufficient attention.On this basis,key points in the supervision of road landscaping project were proposed:understanding design ideas,selection of landscape plants,quality control of concealed works,prevention and control of diseases and insects,construction safety management and overall image;only by effectively implementing these key points,a high-quality road landscaping project could be realized to improve the image of a city and beautify its environment.
文摘The protection of relic sites helps determine the culture coordinate of a city or a region,and enhances its cultural image and status.Through analyzing the construction features and technical means of various ruins parks in Xi'an including Daming Palace National Heritage Park,Qujiangchi Ruins Park,Hanyao Ruins Park,Dacien Temple Ruins Park,Tang Dynasty City Wall Ruins Park,Emperor Qin Ⅱ Mausoleum Ruins Park and so on,a new model combining the site protection with city construction is presented.By integrating cultural relics preservation,heritage protection with innovation,a series of ruins parks processed with deep cultural connotation are constructed,which not only protects the relics and refreshes the city construction,but also well reflects the essence of traditional Chinese culture unique charm of ancient oriental civilization.The well combination of site protection and city construction improves the cultural image and status of the city,enhances the charm of public cultural space,promotes the development of heritage protection and secures more funds for urban and rural construction.
文摘Concept of urban renewal was elaborated,which for the protection of historic and cultural heritage not only provides a favorable opportunity of integrating neighboring environment and improving protection conditions,but also imposes threats such as destroying its historic images and patterns,degrading of survival environment.To properly protect historic and cultural heritage in the unceasing urban renewal,and make it a significant resource and feature of the city but not a barrier of urban development,empirical analysis and theoretical research were adopted to analyze and study current conditions and problems of the protection of historic and cultural heritage in Xi'an City from the dimension of urban renewal concept and present urban renewal of Xi'an.Moreover,through summarizing successful experience of other regions,specific strategies were given to protect historic and cultural heritage of Xi'an City in its urban renewal more scientifically and reasonably.
