In this paper, we report the ground state properties i.e. electron momentum density and X-ray structure factors of fcc-copper are presented. The Am241 Compton spectrometer, which uses 59.54 keV gamma-rays, has been used for the Compton profile measurement. To compare the experimental data, the Compton profiles within the framework of linear combination of atomic orbitals (LCAO) method using Hartree–Fock (HF), density functional (DF) and hybrid B3PW schemes embodied in the CRYSTAL06 code have been computed. Among the various theoretical calculations, it is found that the present experimental data is in very good agreement with the hybrid B3PW scheme. A real-space analysis of the experimental Compton profile shows the metal-like behavior of copper The structure factors for copper are computed using hybrid B3PW scheme and compared with available experimental and theoretical data. 展开更多

Solid-state electrolytes(SSEs),as the core component within the next generation of key energy storage technologies-solid-state lithium batteries(SSLBs)-are significantly leading the development of future energy storage systems.Among the numerous types of SSEs,inorganic oxide garnet-structured superionic conductors Li7La3Zr2O12(LLZO)crystallized with the cubic Iaˉ3d space group have received considerable attention owing to their highly advantageous intrinsic properties encompassing reasonable lithium-ion conductivity, wide electrochemical voltage window, high shear modulus, and excellent chemical stability with electrodes. However,no SSEs possess all the properties necessary for SSLBs,thus both the ionic conductivity at room temperature and stability in ambient air regarding cubic garnet-based electrolytes are still subject to further improvement.Hence, this review comprehensively covers the nine key structural factors affecting the ion conductivity of garnet-based electrolytes comprising Li concentration,Li vacancy concentration,Li carrier concentration and mobility,Li occupancy at available sites, lattice constant, triangle bottleneck size, oxygen vacancy defects, and Li-O bonding interactions.Furthermore, the general illustration of structures and fundamental features being crucial to chemical stability is examined, including Li concentration,Li-site occupation behavior, and Li-O bonding interactions.Insights into the composition-structure-property relations among cubic garnet-based oxide ionic conductors from the perspective of their crystal structures, revealing the potential compatibility conflicts between ionic transportation and chemical stability resulting from Li-O bonding interactions. We believe that this review will lay the foundation for future reasonable structural design of oxide-based or even other types of superionic conductors, thus assisting in promoting the rapid development of alternative green and sustainable technologies. 展开更多

The development of an analytical method for determining the properties of quantum dots(QDs)is crucial for improving the optical performance of QD-based displays.Therefore,synchrotron-based X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)is designed here to accurately characterize the chemical and structural differences between different QDs.This method enables the determination of the reason for the minimal differences between the optical properties of different QDs depending on the synthesis process, which is difficult to determine using conventional methods alone.Combined with model simulations, the XPS spectra obtained at different photon energies reveal the internal structures and chemical-state distributions of the QDs.In particular, the QD synthesized under optimal conditions demonstrates a relatively lower degree of oxidation of the core and more uniformly stacked ZnSe/ZnS shell layers. The internal structures and chemical-state distributions of QDs are closely related to their optical properties. Finally, the synchrotron-based XPS proposed here can be applied to compare nearly equivalent QDs with slightly different optical properties. 展开更多

Dentistry is a profession with a high prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs),with symptoms often appearing very early in one’s career[1].WMSDs are conditions affecting the muscles, bones, and nervous system due to occupational factors. In 2002,the International Labor Organization included musculoskeletal diseases in the International List of Occupational Diseases.China’s recently updated Classification and Catalog of Occupational Diseases has introduced two new categories of occupational illnesses, including occupational musculoskeletal disorders.WMSDs significantly impact the health and work of dentists, reducing their quality of life and causing economic losses. These disorders are multifactorial in nature, influenced by personal, psychosocial, biomechanical, and environmental factors.Dentists frequently maintain static or awkward postures during procedures, which leads to musculoskeletal strain and discomfort;additionally, long working hours contribute to psychological stress, further increasing the risk of WMSDs[2]. 展开更多

Maxim population from the desert of Fukang, Xinjiang, were assessed by means of random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers. High genetic diversity and differentiation were revealed in the population of R soongorica by 15 random primers. One hundred and thirty-six individuals from seven subpopulations were sampled in the study. Seventy-one loci have been detected, and among them 69 were polymorphic. The mean proportion of polymorphic loci (PPB) was 97.18%. The analyses of Shannon information index (0.307 5), Nei's gene diversity (0.312 7) and G(ST)(0.312 0) indicated that there were more genetic variations within the subpopulations than those among the subpopulations. The results of AMOVA analysis showed that 61.58% of the genetic variations existed within subpopulations, and 38.02% among the subpopulations. The gene flow among the subpopulations of R soongorica (Nm = 1.102 8) was much less than that of the common anemophytes (Nm = 5.24), so genetic differentiation among the subpopulations occurred to some extent. Additionally, through the use of clustering and the correlation analyses, we found that the genetic structure of natural population of R soongorica was related to some ecological factors (soil factors mainly) of the oasis-desert transition zone. The genetic diversity level of R soongorica had negative correlation with the content of total soil P and Cl significantly (P < 0.05). On the contrary, it had significant positive correlation with CO32- (P < 0.05), showing that the distribution of the individuals of R soongorica in the sampled areas correlates with certain soluble salt. Furthermore, the genetic diversity of the natural population of R soongorica increased with the decreasing of the content of soil organic matters, water, total N and total P in soil. The paper concluded that the microenvironment ecological factors played an important role in the adaptive evolution of R soongorica population. 展开更多

Mollusks, arthropods and chordates which were visible to the naked eye were observed and collected in Dongbei and Shuijiang caves of Libo county five times between February and July from 2002 to 2005. Four hundred and forty samples from Dongbei Cave were classified into three phyla, five classes, 10 orders, 20 families and 39 species or groups of species. Four hundred and ninety-eight samples from Shuijiang Cave were classified into three phyla, six classes, 11 orders, 20 families and 25 species or groups of species. Six animal communities were identified in the light belt of the two caves according to their species types and numbers of individuals in the light belt of two cave. The communities which have the highest values of species richness community diversity, maximum diversity, evenness, dominance and community similarity are respectively: B (4. 1059), H (2.4716), B (3.3322), E (0.9042), C (0.3442) and A - C (0. 5251). The community diversity and correlation of environmental factors were also studied. The temperature, humidity, content of CO2 and N2, content of organic matter and some inorganic salts in soil were analyzed by Pearson correlation. The results showed that the content of organic matter in soil is positively related to species number, species richness and maximum community diversity, with correlations of 0. 885, 0.909, 0. 868 respectively (two-tailed significance test, P ≤ 0. 05), and significantly positively related to diversity, with the coefficient of 0.611, (two-tailed significance test, P ≤ 0. 1). This suggests that the content of organic matter in soil is one of the important elements influencing the community variation of cave animals. Outside the cave, temperature and humidity are important factors impacting on community diver- sity. As the temperature in all seasons in the cave is stable and the humidity is always high (above 90% ), the temperature and humidity have weak correlation to community diversity in caves. 展开更多

Rare earth elements(REEs) are associated with phosphorite, which is an important strategic reserve resource.During sorting process of phosphorite,REEs may move with specific host minerals, however, occurrence state and moving pattern of REEs from rock to products are still unclear, which limits separation and enrichment of REEs from phosphorite.Mappings of scanning electron microscope(SEM) and electron probe X-ray micro-analyzer(EPMA) of REEs are highly consistent with those of calcium and phosphorus, and complementary with that of magnesium, which indicates that fluorapatite(Fap) is the main host mineral of REEs.The results of flotation and leaching experiments further indicate that REEs are enriched along with Fap from phosphorite to products.Occupied sites and occupation number of REEs were obtained by X-ray diffraction(XRD) refinement based on the Rietveld method.La,Ce,Nd,and Y can occupy both Ca1 and Ca2 sites. The ratios of La,Ce,Nd,and Y at Ca2 and Cal sites are 4.20,3.70,3.00,and 1.33,showing a decreasing trend, indicating that La,Ce,and Nd tend to occupy Ca2 sites, while Y tends to occupy Ca1 sites.X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS) shows that REEs mainly form coordinate structures with oxygen and fluorine, which is a direct evidence that REEs replace calcium(Ⅱ) in phosphorite in an isomorphism form.Coordination structure and polyhedral configuration analysis indicate that substitution degree of La,Ce,Nd,and Y is Y> La> Ce≈Nd from easy to difficult at Cal and Ca2 sites. The research enriches the mineralization theory of REEs-bearing phosphorite and provides certain theoretical guidance for selective enrichment of REEs from phosphorite. 展开更多

As a typical sedimentary soft rock, mudstone has the characteristics of being easily softened and disintegrated under the effect of wetting and drying(WD).The first cycle of WD plays an important role in the entire WD cycles.X-ray micro-computed tomography(micro-CT)was used as a non-destructive tool to quantitatively analyze microstructural changes of the mudstone due to the first cycle of WD.The test results show that WD leads to an increase of pore volume and pore connectivity in the mudstone. The porosity and fractal dimension of each slice of mudstone not only increase in value, but also in fluctuation amplitude. The pattern of variation in the frequency distribution of the equivalent radii of connected, isolated pores and pore throats in mudstone under WD effect satisfies the Gaussian distribution.Under the effect of WD,pores and pore throats with relatively small sizes increase the most. The sphericity of the pores in mudstones is positively correlated with the pore radius. The WD effect transforms the originally angular and flat pores into round and regular pores. This paper can provide a reference for the study of the deterioration and catastrophic mechanisms of mudstone under wetting and drying cycles. 展开更多

Pascher, a medicinal plant in the Solanaceae family, is widely distributed across the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Its medicinal properties, particularly the tropane alkaloids, are influenced by various ecological factors, but the underlying ecological mechanisms remain poorly understood. This study aimed to investigate how key environmental variables influence both the morphological traits and tropane alkaloid contents of A. tanguticus, with the goal of providing data to support the sustainable cultivation and management of this species. We collected samples from 71 sites across its natural habitat, analyzing the effects of factors such as soil nutrients, altitude, and climate variables on plant traits and alkaloid composition. Statistical methods including Pearson correlation analysis, multiple regression, random forest analysis, and structural equation modeling were used to identify key environmental drivers. Our results indicate that available phosphorus significantly affects aboveground traits, while Cu concentration is most influential for root development. Altitude and longitude were found to be the main determinants of biomass accumulation. Regarding alkaloid content, Mg concentration in the soil was closely linked to anisodine levels, while altitude and latitude were the primary factors influencing anisodamine and atropine content, respectively. These findings provide essential insights into the ecological factors that govern the growth and medicinal compound production in A. tanguticus. Our research not only contributes to understanding the plant’s ecological requirements but also offers practical guidelines for selecting optimal cultivation conditions to enhance both yield and alkaloid quality, supporting sustainable use and conservation of this valuable medicinal resource. 展开更多

The evacuation of people under threat is an effective disaster prevention and mitigation measure in response to flash floods and geological hazards, and it is also an essential element of pre-disaster planning. However, the effect of the interactions between perception factors on residents'willingness to evacuate is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, this paper introduces risk, stakeholder, and protective action perceptions from the protective action decision model as the main explanatory variables. These three core perceptions are subdivided into affective risk perception, cognitive risk perception, government perception,other-stakeholder perception, resourcerelated attributes, and hazard-related attributes.A questionnaire survey was conducted from June to July 2023 among residents of mountainous communities in nine villages in three towns in Sichuan Province,China.359 cross-sectional data were analyzed using structural equation modeling to explore the effects of six perception factors on evacuation intentions. The results of the study showed that:(1)affective risk perception, government perception,other-stakeholder perception, and hazard-related attributes all directly and positively influence residents'intentions to evacuate;(2)cognitive risk perception is mediated by stakeholder and protective action perceptions, which indirectly and positively affect residents'intentions to evacuate.Based on the hypothesized paths, strategies to improve residents'willingness to evacuate are discussed from the perspective of three core perceptions:strengthening disaster risk education, improving residents'cohesion, and building government credibility. The results of this study can provide theoretical support and practical suggestions for emergency management departments to formulate emergency evacuation strategies, which can aid decision-makers in better understanding residents'intentions to evacuate, optimizing evacuation information dissemination pathways, and strengthening disaster risk management capabilities. 展开更多

Rapid increases in Carbon dioxide(CO_(2))levels could trigger unpredictable climate change. The assessment of spatiotempor-al variation and influencing factors of CO_(2) concentration are helpful in understanding the source/sink balance and supporting the formu-lation of climate policy. In this study,Greenhouse Gases Observing Satellite(GOSAT)data were used to explore the variability of CO_(2) concentrations in China from 2009 to 2020.Meteorological parameters, vegetation cover, and anthropogenic activities were combined to explain the increase in CO_(2) concentration, using pixel-based correlations and Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling(CB-SEM)analysis.The results showed that the influence of vertical CO_(2) transport diminished with altitude, with a distinct inter-annual in-crease in CO_(2) concentrations at 17 vertical levels.Spatially, the highest values were observed in East China, whereas the lowest were observed in Northwest China. There were significant seasonal variations in CO_(2) concentration, with maximum and minimum values in spring(April)and summer(August),respectively.According to the pixel-based correlation analysis, the near-surface CO_(2) concentration was positively correlated with population(r=0.99,P<0.001),Leaf Area Index(LAI,r=0.95,P<0.001),emissions(r=0.91,P<0.001),temperature(r=0.60,P<0.05),precipitation(r=0.34,P>0.05),soil water(r=0.29,P>0.05),nightlight(r=0.28,P>0.05);and negatively correlated with wind speed(r=−0.58,P<0.05).CB-SEM analysis revealed that LAI was the most important con-trolling factor explaining CO_(2) concentration variation(total effect of 0.66),followed by emissions(0.58),temperature(0.45),precipita-tion(0.30),wind speed(−0.28),and soil water(−0.07).The model explained 93% of the increase in CO_(2) concentration. Our results provide crucial information on the patterns of CO_(2) concentrations and their driving mechanisms, which are particularly significant in the context of climate change. 展开更多

Background:Valid and reliable measures of depressive symptoms are crucial for understanding risk factors, outcomes, and interventions across rural and urban settings.Despite this need, the longitudinal invariance of these measures over time remains understudied. This research explores the structural components of the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D)and examines its consistency across various living environments and temporal stability in a cohort of Chinese teenagers.Method:In the initial phase,1,042 adolescents furnished demographic details and undertook the CES-D assessment. After a three-month interval,967 of these participants repeated the CES-D evaluation. The study employed Confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)to scrutinize the scale’s structural integrity. We investigated factorial invariance by conducting a twopronged CFA:one comparing urban vs.rural backgrounds, and another contrasting the results from the initial assessment with those from the follow-up.Results:The CES-D demonstrated adequate reliability in both rural and urban high school student samples. The preliminary four-factor model applied to the CES-D demonstrated a good fit with the collected data.Invariance tests, including multigroup analyses comparing rural and urban samples and longitudinal assessments, confirmed the scale’s invariance. Conclusions:The results suggest that the CES-D serves as a reliable instrument for evaluating depressive symptoms among Chinese adolescents. Its applicability is consistent across different living environments and remains stable over time. 展开更多

Corrosion is one of the important structural integrity concerns of aging aircraft, and it is estimated that a significant portion of airframe maintenance budgets is directed towards corrosion-related problems for both military and commercial aircraft. In order to better understand how environmental factors influence the corrosion damage initiation and propagation on aircraft structure and to predict pre-corrosion test pieces of fatigue life and structural integrity of an effective approach, this paper uses the cellular automaton (CA) method to character the effect of electrolyte concentrations, dissolution probabilities, and temperature on the corrosion damage of a metal structure exposed to an aggressive environment, and the procedure for applying the local rules between the cells of the CA to simulate the corrosion damage evolution is formulated. The simulation results show that the different electrolyte concentrations, dissolution probabilities and temperature, the laws of the dissolution current with time are investigated and they obey the time power function. 展开更多

Deep beam anchorage structures based on spatial distribution analysis of the cable prestressed field have been proposed for roadway roof support, Stability and other factors that influence deep beam structures are studied in this paper using mechanical calculations, numerical analysis and field measurements, A mechanical model of deep beam structure subjected to multiple loading is established, including analysis of roof support in the return airway of S1203 working face in the Yuwu coal mine, China, The expression of maximum shear stress in the deep beam structure is deduced according to the stress superposition criterion, It is found that the primary factors affecting deep beam structure stability are deep beam thickness, cable pre-tension and cable spacing, The variation of maximum shear stress distribution and prestressed field diffusion effects according to various factors are analyzed using Matlah and FLAC3DTM software, and practical support parameters of the S1203 return airway roof are determined, According to the observations of rock pressure, there is no evidence of roof separation, and the maximum values of roof subsidence and convergence of wall rock are 72 and 48 mm, respectively, The results show that the proposed roof support design with a deep beam structure is feasible and achieves effective control of the roadway roof, 展开更多

Grasping the spatial correlation structure of transportation carbon emission efficiency(TCEE)and its influencing factors is significant for promoting high-quality and coordinated development of the transportation industry and the relevant region.Based on the ideal point cross-efficiency(IPCE)model,the social network analysis method was employed herein to explore the spatial correlation network structure of China’s provincial TCEE and its influencing factors. The results obtained showed the following outcomes.(1)During the study period,China’s provincial TCEE formed a complex and multithreaded network association relationship, but its network association structure was still relatively loose and presented the hierarchical gradient characteristics of dense in the east and sparse in the west.(2)The correlation of China’s TCEE formed a block segmentation based on the regional boundaries, and its factional structure was relatively obvious. The eastern region was closely connected with the central region, and generally connected with the western and northeastern regions. The central region was mainly connected with the eastern and western regions, and relatively less connected with the northeastern region.Besides, the northeastern region was weakly connected with the western region.(3)Shanghai,Beijing,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Tianjin,and other developed provinces were in the core leading position in the TCEE network, which significantly impacted the spatial correlation of TCEE.However,Heilongjiang,Jilin,Xinjiang,Qinghai, and other remote provinces in the northeast and northwest were at the absolute edge of the network, which weakly impacted the spatial correlation of TCEE.(4)Provincial distance, economic development-level difference, transportation intensity difference, and transportation structure difference had significant negative impacts on the spatial correlation network of China’s provincial TCEE.In contrast, the energy-saving technology level difference had a significant positive impact on it.The regression coefficients of transportation energy structure and environmental regulation differences were positive but insignificant;their response mechanism and effects need to be improved and enhanced. 展开更多
