However, operating room nursing staff, as a job with high professional requirements, not only need to fully cooperate with the attending physician to complete the operation in daily work, but also need to communicate well with patients and their families to ensure the smooth treatment. In this process, heavy work and the incomprehension of patients and their families will affect the mental health of nursing staff in the operating room, causing damage to their homeostasis, leading to their inability to work and live normally. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the analysis of the working source and influencing factors of mental health problems of operating room nursing staff and put forward targeted coping methods for improving the effectiveness of their work and promoting the career development of operating room nursing staff.
