Underground carbon sequestration(CS)by solid waste backfill(SWB)offers an effective pathway for collaborative disposal of coal-based solid waste and CO_(2),where the amount of carbon sequestration is an important eval...Underground carbon sequestration(CS)by solid waste backfill(SWB)offers an effective pathway for collaborative disposal of coal-based solid waste and CO_(2),where the amount of carbon sequestration is an important evaluation parameter.In this study,the concept of whole-process carbon sequestration using coal-based solid waste and CO_(2),including sequential stirring and curing stages,was proposed to evaluate the performance evolution of CS.The results showed that CO_(2) pressure and ambient temperature positively correlated with the CS amount from coal-based SWB.In particular,CO_(2) pressure prevailed in the stirring stage,while the ambient temperature effect was more significant in the curing stage.The CS amounts obtained during the stirring stage alone,the curing stage alone,and two sequential stages ranged from 0.66%–3.10%,3.53%–5.09%,and 5.12%–6.02%,respectively.The functional group and micromorphology analyses revealed that the prevailing mechanism at the CS stirring stage was the stirringdriven gas dissolution-leaching-mineralization reaction,while that at the curing stage was the hydration-driven gas permeation-dissociation-CS reaction.Both were essentially solid-liquid-gas multiphase chemical reactions.The results are instrumental in substantiating the coal-based SWB carbon sequestration evolution patterns and mechanisms and providing data support for waste disposal and carbon emission reduction in the coal industry.展开更多

To effectively design the lower drag stay and r...Landing gear lower drag stay is a key component which connects fuselage and landing gear and directly effects the safety and performance of aircraft takeoff and landing. To effectively design the lower drag stay and reduce the weight of landing gear, Global/local Linked Driven Optimization Strategy(GLDOS) was developed to conduct the overall process design of lower drag stay in respect of optimization thought. The whole-process optimization involves two stages of structural conceptual design and detailed design. In the structural conceptual design, the landing gear lower drag stay was globally topologically optimized by adopting multiple starting points algorithm. In the detailed design, the local size and shape of landing gear lower drag stay were globally optimized by the gradient optimization strategy. The GLDOS method adopts different optimization strategies for different optimization stages to acquire the optimum design effect. Through the experimental validation, the weight of the optimized lower dray stay with the developed GLDOS is reduced by 16.79% while keeping enough strength and stiffness, which satisfies the requirements of engineering design under the typical loading conditions. The proposed GLDOS is validated to be accurate and efficient in optimization scheme and design cycles. The efforts of this paper provide a whole-process optimization approach regarding different optimization technologies in different design phases, which is significant in reducing structural weight and enhance design tp wid 1 precision for complex structures in aircrafts.展开更多
BACKGROUND Regarding the incidence of malignant tumors in China,the incidence of liver cancer ranks fourth,second only to lung,gastric,and esophageal cancers.The case fatality rate ranks third after lung and cervical ...BACKGROUND Regarding the incidence of malignant tumors in China,the incidence of liver cancer ranks fourth,second only to lung,gastric,and esophageal cancers.The case fatality rate ranks third after lung and cervical cancer.In a previous study,the whole-process management model was applied to patients with breast cancer,which effectively reduced their negative emotions and improved treatment adherence and nursing satisfaction.METHODS In this single-center,randomized,controlled study,60 randomly selected patients with liver cancer who had been admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=30),who received whole-process case management on the basis of routine nursing mea-sures,and a control group(n=30),who were given routine nursing measures.We compared differences between the two groups in terms of anxiety,depression,the level of hope,self-care ability,symptom distress,sleep quality,and quality of life.RESULTS Post-intervention,Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale,memory symptom assessment scale,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores in both groups were lower than those pre-intervention,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Herth hope index,self-care ability assessment scale-revision in Chinese,and quality of life measurement scale for patients with liver cancer scores in both groups were higher than those pre-intervention,with higher scores in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Whole-process case management can effectively reduce anxiety and depression in patients with liver cancer,alleviate symptoms and problems,and improve the level of hope,self-care ability,sleep quality,and quality of life,as well as provide feasible nursing alternatives for patients with liver cancer.展开更多
Gradient distributions of temperature and deformation(GDTD)are crucial for achieving dual-performance discs of titanium alloys which is required by the service environment of aeroengine.However,heating,cooling and def...Gradient distributions of temperature and deformation(GDTD)are crucial for achieving dual-performance discs of titanium alloys which is required by the service environment of aeroengine.However,heating,cooling and deforming sequence in the whole process of the titanium disc forming,which leads to difficulties for achieving GDTD due to a lot of parameters.To solve this problem,a whole-process model of the titanium disc forming for GDTD has been established.In the model,heating and cooling via heat radiation,conduction and convection,and deforming by local loading with mold chilling are all considered.Experiments on heating and cooling as well as deforming were carried out by using a furnace and the Gleeble-3500 machine.The experimental data are used to determine thermal parameters and constitutive relations of the IMI834 titanium alloy,and then to verify the reliability of the model.Then the model was used to simulate the evolution rules of temperature and deformation of the titanium disc.The results show that the heating surface,furnace temperature,billet profile and loading rate play the core role for the control of GDTD,and thus a set of parameters were determined.Therefore,this work provides a base for developing a new forming technology of the dual-performance titanium discs with the approach of local heating and local loading.展开更多
Medical education is an important cornerstone for the development of healthcare,and medical humanities education,as an integral part of medical education,plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating people’s health gua...Medical education is an important cornerstone for the development of healthcare,and medical humanities education,as an integral part of medical education,plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating people’s health guardians with high medical ethics.We adopted the method of stratified random sampling to select 309 students and 107 faculty members from three independent medical colleges in Sichuan province as the research subjects and distributed questionnaire surveys investigating in three dimensions:overall cognition of medical humanities,evaluation of medical humanistic qualities,and the current situation of medical humanities education,supplemented by an in-depth literature review and interviews with subject matter experts.We found that“tech-centrism”still has a great influence,the self-evaluation of medical students’humanistic quality is generally not high,the educational concept of“emphasizing professional skills over morality”of faculty and staff is still quite prevalent,and there is still the“last mile”phenomenon in medical humanities education.In order to promote the integrated development of“new medicine”and“new liberal arts”and break the barriers of“tech-centrism”and“instrumental rationality,”it is necessary to change the educational concept and strengthen the education of all employees,break through the bottleneck of internships and strengthen the whole process of education,integrate educational resources and strengthen all-round education,improve the incentive mechanisms,strengthen the assessment methods,and provide Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the development of medical humanities education.展开更多

Methods: patients with acute cerebral infarction in order to further deepen the research of clinical nursing effect, so from June 2019 to May 2020 in our hospital 70 cases of hospitalized patients as the research object, is divided into control group/group / 35 cases in each group, a comprehensive analysis of two groups of nursing measures and the whole quality of nursing measures, improve the overall nursing clinical effect. Results: by observing the detection indexes and relevant basic information of patients in the process of clinical nursing, the hospital stay of patients in the observation group (13.5±1.9) d was significantly better than that of the control group (24.1±3.2) d, and the difference in clinical data between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Through the analysis of adverse events in clinical nursing of patients in the two groups, the incidence of 2.9% in the observation group was significantly lower than 14.3% in the control group, and the data related to the incidence of adverse events in the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of whole-process nursing measures for the observation group can help improve the clinical treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction recovery, reduce the incidence of adverse events, shorten the overall length of hospital stay, clinical worthy of promotion and application of whole-process high-quality nursing management measures.展开更多

The whole-process optimization involves two stages of structural conceptual design and detailed design. In the structural conceptual design, the landing gear lower drag stay was globally topologically optimized by adopting multiple starting points algorithm. In the detailed design, the local size and shape of landing gear lower drag stay were globally optimized by the gradient optimization strategy. The GLDOS method adopts different optimization strategies for different optimization stages to acquire the optimum design effect. Through the experimental validation, the weight of the optimized lower dray stay with the developed GLDOS is reduced by 16.79% while keeping enough strength and stiffness, which satisfies the requirements of engineering design under the typical loading conditions. The proposed GLDOS is validated to be accurate and efficient in optimization scheme and design cycles. The efforts of this paper provide a whole-process optimization approach regarding different optimization technologies in different design phases, which is significant in reducing structural weight and enhance design tp wid 1 precision for complex structures in aircrafts.

文摘BACKGROUND Regarding the incidence of malignant tumors in China,the incidence of liver cancer ranks fourth,second only to lung,gastric,and esophageal cancers.The case fatality rate ranks third after lung and cervical cancer.In a previous study,the whole-process management model was applied to patients with breast cancer,which effectively reduced their negative emotions and improved treatment adherence and nursing satisfaction.METHODS In this single-center,randomized,controlled study,60 randomly selected patients with liver cancer who had been admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=30),who received whole-process case management on the basis of routine nursing mea-sures,and a control group(n=30),who were given routine nursing measures.We compared differences between the two groups in terms of anxiety,depression,the level of hope,self-care ability,symptom distress,sleep quality,and quality of life.RESULTS Post-intervention,Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale,memory symptom assessment scale,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores in both groups were lower than those pre-intervention,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Herth hope index,self-care ability assessment scale-revision in Chinese,and quality of life measurement scale for patients with liver cancer scores in both groups were higher than those pre-intervention,with higher scores in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Whole-process case management can effectively reduce anxiety and depression in patients with liver cancer,alleviate symptoms and problems,and improve the level of hope,self-care ability,sleep quality,and quality of life,as well as provide feasible nursing alternatives for patients with liver cancer.

文摘Gradient distributions of temperature and deformation(GDTD)are crucial for achieving dual-performance discs of titanium alloys which is required by the service environment of aeroengine.However,heating,cooling and deforming sequence in the whole process of the titanium disc forming,which leads to difficulties for achieving GDTD due to a lot of parameters.To solve this problem,a whole-process model of the titanium disc forming for GDTD has been established.In the model,heating and cooling via heat radiation,conduction and convection,and deforming by local loading with mold chilling are all considered.Experiments on heating and cooling as well as deforming were carried out by using a furnace and the Gleeble-3500 machine.The experimental data are used to determine thermal parameters and constitutive relations of the IMI834 titanium alloy,and then to verify the reliability of the model.Then the model was used to simulate the evolution rules of temperature and deformation of the titanium disc.The results show that the heating surface,furnace temperature,billet profile and loading rate play the core role for the control of GDTD,and thus a set of parameters were determined.Therefore,this work provides a base for developing a new forming technology of the dual-performance titanium discs with the approach of local heating and local loading.

文摘Medical education is an important cornerstone for the development of healthcare,and medical humanities education,as an integral part of medical education,plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating people’s health guardians with high medical ethics.We adopted the method of stratified random sampling to select 309 students and 107 faculty members from three independent medical colleges in Sichuan province as the research subjects and distributed questionnaire surveys investigating in three dimensions:overall cognition of medical humanities,evaluation of medical humanistic qualities,and the current situation of medical humanities education,supplemented by an in-depth literature review and interviews with subject matter experts.We found that“tech-centrism”still has a great influence,the self-evaluation of medical students’humanistic quality is generally not high,the educational concept of“emphasizing professional skills over morality”of faculty and staff is still quite prevalent,and there is still the“last mile”phenomenon in medical humanities education.In order to promote the integrated development of“new medicine”and“new liberal arts”and break the barriers of“tech-centrism”and“instrumental rationality,”it is necessary to change the educational concept and strengthen the education of all employees,break through the bottleneck of internships and strengthen the whole process of education,integrate educational resources and strengthen all-round education,improve the incentive mechanisms,strengthen the assessment methods,and provide Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the development of medical humanities education.

文摘Objective:To explore the effect of whole-process management model in nursing management of endometrial polyp day surgery.Methods:266 patients that underwent endometrial polyp day surgery from January to December 2022 were selected for this study,and they were separated into an observation group(131 patients)and a control group(135 patients);the clinical data of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAM-A)of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the whole-course management model in endometrial polyp day surgery can alleviate patients’anxiety,ensure the quality and safety of day surgery nursing,and improve patients’satisfaction.
文摘Objective: to explore the clinical value of whole course nursing intervention in the nursing of children with respiratory diseases treated by atomization. Methods: 86 children with respiratory diseases were included in the study. They were randomly divided into group A and group B, and received routine nursing and whole process nursing intervention respectively. The differences between the groups were analyzed. Results: the nursing effective rate and nursing satisfaction in group B were higher than those in group A (P < 0.05);The data of pulmonary function indexes in group B were significantly better than those in group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing of children with respiratory atomization treatment, the whole process nursing can improve the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction, and improve the pulmonary function of children. The effect is remarkable.
文摘Objective: through the implementation of quality nursing measures for patients with acute cerebral infarction, so as to further improve the effect of rehabilitation treatment of patients. Methods: patients with acute cerebral infarction in order to further deepen the research of clinical nursing effect, so from June 2019 to May 2020 in our hospital 70 cases of hospitalized patients as the research object, is divided into control group/group / 35 cases in each group, a comprehensive analysis of two groups of nursing measures and the whole quality of nursing measures, improve the overall nursing clinical effect. Results: by observing the detection indexes and relevant basic information of patients in the process of clinical nursing, the hospital stay of patients in the observation group (13.5±1.9) d was significantly better than that of the control group (24.1±3.2) d, and the difference in clinical data between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Through the analysis of adverse events in clinical nursing of patients in the two groups, the incidence of 2.9% in the observation group was significantly lower than 14.3% in the control group, and the data related to the incidence of adverse events in the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of whole-process nursing measures for the observation group can help improve the clinical treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction recovery, reduce the incidence of adverse events, shorten the overall length of hospital stay, clinical worthy of promotion and application of whole-process high-quality nursing management measures.
文摘Objective: to explore the effect evaluation of the whole-process health education nursing mode implemented by the special service personnel with hyperuricemia. Methods: 88 cases of hyperuricemia sanitariums from the recuperation special service personnel in our hospital from July 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases of sanitariums in each group. The observation group received full-course health education nursing mode, while the control group received routine nursing. The scores of nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results: after nursing, the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the whole-process health education nursing mode can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of sanitariums, and it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.

文摘Over the past 20 years,Zhejiang has steadfastly implemented the"Eight-Eight Strategy",giving rise to 273 national model villages for democratic governance and the rule of law,advancing political,autonomous,moral,legal,and intelligent governance.Based on the construction practices of 65 national model villages in Zhejiang,this paper clarifies the experience of implementing whole-process people's democracy through the"integration of five governance approaches"and proposes targeted recommendations to address five practical challenges,including the contradiction between exogenous governance and endogenous order.Moreover,the study innovatively links the"integration of five governance approaches"with the engagement of youth in the new era,exploring mechanisms to encourage young people to return to their hometowns and participate in rural development,thereby offering a Zhejiang-inspired model for nationwide rural democratic and legal construction.
