In order to analyze the energy consumption of wheel loader during working process, a three-dimensional(3D) model of wheel loader is established by Pro/E software, and it is imported into the software SimulationX tob...In order to analyze the energy consumption of wheel loader during working process, a three-dimensional(3D) model of wheel loader is established by Pro/E software, and it is imported into the software SimulationX tobuild the kinetic model of the whole wheel loader. Meanwhile, the simulation model of hydraulic system is builtby the same software. By integrating the simulation model of hydraulic system with the kinetic model, the co-sim-ulation model of wheel loader could be achieved. The precision of co-simulation model of the working device isverified through the comparison between simulation results and test results. The testing results show that, undernegative loading condition, the energy loss in multi-way valve accounts for about 52%. The important energy lossin loader's working hydraulic system using constant displacement pump is the large throttling loss of multi-wayvalves. This study provides a reference for designing of a more energy-efficient hydaulic system of wheel loader.展开更多

In this study,assuming a certain type of wheel loader as the main objective of the research,the performances of the working device of the loader are investigated on the basis of an in-house code.After creating a three...In this study,assuming a certain type of wheel loader as the main objective of the research,the performances of the working device of the loader are investigated on the basis of an in-house code.After creating a three-dimensional model of the working device using Solidworks,this model has been imported into the dynamic simulation software ADAMS,and the simulation problem has been completed by adding the relevant constraints and loadings.The load stress curve relating to the main connecting point of the working device has been obtained in the frame work of this approach and it has been shown that the movement characteristics are compatible with(i.e.,they match)the actual working conditions.The present study may be regarded as a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the working device of a vast category of wheel loaders.展开更多

Hybrid loader and hydraulic torque converter are taken for the research ob...Hybrid loader 's comprehensive performance mainly depends on the performance of hydraulic torque converter during its driving and working. Hybrid loader and hydraulic torque converter are taken for the research objects. The primary characteristic curve of hydraulic torque converter and the traction curve of hybrid loader are acquired by analyzing the characteristic parameters of hydraulic torque converter, the characteristic parameters of engine, the characteristic parameters of battery pack and geometric parameters of hybrid loader. The gear shift curves based on the best energy saving performance and the best power performance are acquired respectively with the opening of throttle,the speed of pump wheel and the speed of turbine as parameters. Then the two curves are combined to get the comprehensive gear shift curve. Radical basis function( RBF) neural network is applied to building the gear shift strategy to keep hybrid loader with the best power performance and energy saving performance. The experimental bench is set up for experimental verification. It proves that both of the power performance and energy saving performance of hybrid loader are improved effectively by using the automatic shift strategy.展开更多
