Background Despite high relapse rate among methamphetamine (MA) abusers, there still have been little empirical data to date detecting the risk factors related to craving and relapse from the perspective of MA abusers...Background Despite high relapse rate among methamphetamine (MA) abusers, there still have been little empirical data to date detecting the risk factors related to craving and relapse from the perspective of MA abusers. Therefore, the aim of this study was to use qualitative research methods exploring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat factors that could facilitate or impede individuals' abstinence in a real-life context from the perspectives of MA abusers. Aim To use qualitative research methods exploring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat factors relating to individuals' abstinence in a real-life context. Method Semistructured interviews were conducted with 32 MA abusers recruited in Shanghai guided by open-ended questions on narrating the real-life catalysts and inhibitors related to craving, initiation, relapse and abstinence. All data were transcribed verbatim and analysed using a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis. Results The results of the SWOT analysis revealed that contextual factors including peer influence, prevalence and availability of MA, familiar venue of MA use, discrimination, sexual behaviours, alcohol, emotional states and their attitudes towards smoking MA were important factors that contribute to reinitiation and relapse. Surveillance systems, antidrug social workers, vocational skills trainings, moving to another city and family responsibility might serve as counter measures targeti叩 those mentioned weaknesses and threats above. Conclusion This SWOT analysis highlights the complex nature of relapse. Comprehensive interventions strengtheni叩 coping skills such as virtual reality techniques are desperately needed to facilitate individuals1 sustained abstinence.展开更多

Weak measurement offers a powerful framework for probing nonclassical features of quantum mechanics,with anomalous weak values serving as operational signatures of contextuality.While the anomalous weak value verifica...Weak measurement offers a powerful framework for probing nonclassical features of quantum mechanics,with anomalous weak values serving as operational signatures of contextuality.While the anomalous weak value verification of quantum contextuality has been predominantly investigated in the single-photon regime and analyzed under approximation condition of infinitesimally small perturbation strength.This study releases the approximation condition and takes into account the impact of perturbation strength on the rigor of the verification.And the investigation on the verification of contextuality is extended to the multi-photon scenarios for observing the influence of the correlation between photons on the verification.Without the limitation of infinitesimally small probability of disturbance,anomalous weak values are identified as necessary for contextuality to emerge,thereby refining the criterion proposed by Pusey[Phys.Rev.Lett.113200401(2014)].In the multi-photon scenarios,the emergence of contextuality also depends strongly on both the photon number and the photon-number distribution state.In particular,contextuality is found to be maximized when the single-photon component dominates and the second-order correlation is lower.These results highlight the critical role of photon statistics in experimental tests of contextuality via anomalous weak values.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the impact of targeted nursing interventions based on frailty prediction models on peri-hospitalization clinical outcomes in middle-aged and elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleedi...Objective:To investigate the impact of targeted nursing interventions based on frailty prediction models on peri-hospitalization clinical outcomes in middle-aged and elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB).Methods:A prospective cohort study was conducted,and 126 middle-aged and elderly patients with UGIB admitted from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the intervention group(63 cases)and the control group(63 cases)based on whether they received nursing intervention based on frailty prediction models.The control group received routine care,while the intervention group,on the basis of routine care,used the FRAIL scale combined with laboratory indicators(albumin,hemoglobin,etc.)to establish a predictive model to evaluate patients within 24 hours of admission,and implemented multi-dimensional targeted nursing intervention for pre-frailty or frailty patients screened out.The incidence of frailty,rebleeding rate,average length of stay,hospitalization cost,and nursing satisfaction during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of frailty during hospitalization in the intervention group was 11.1%(7 cases/63 cases),significantly lower than 31.7%(20 cases/63 cases)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The rebleeding rate of 4.8%vs 12.7%,the average length of stay of(7.2±1.5)days vs(9.1±2.2)days,and the average hospitalization cost of(23,000±6,000)yuan vs(28,000±7,000)yuan in the intervention group were all lower than those in the control group(all p<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the intervention group(93.5±4.2)points was higher than that of the control group(86.3±5.8)points(p<0.05).Conclusion:The frailty prediction model applied to the peri-hospitalization care of middle-aged and elderly patients with UGIB can effectively identify frailty risk.Through early targeted intervention,the incidence of frailty and rebleeding rate can be reduced,the length of hospital stay can be shortened,medical expenses can be reduced,and nursing satisfaction can be improved,which has clinical promotion value.展开更多
Weakly Supervised Semantic Segmentation(WSSS),which relies only on image-level labels,has attracted significant attention for its cost-effectiveness and scalability.Existing methods mainly enhance inter-class distinct...Weakly Supervised Semantic Segmentation(WSSS),which relies only on image-level labels,has attracted significant attention for its cost-effectiveness and scalability.Existing methods mainly enhance inter-class distinctions and employ data augmentation to mitigate semantic ambiguity and reduce spurious activations.However,they often neglect the complex contextual dependencies among image patches,resulting in incomplete local representations and limited segmentation accuracy.To address these issues,we propose the Context Patch Fusion with Class Token Enhancement(CPF-CTE)framework,which exploits contextual relations among patches to enrich feature repre-sentations and improve segmentation.At its core,the Contextual-Fusion Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(CF-BiLSTM)module captures spatial dependencies between patches and enables bidirectional information flow,yield-ing a more comprehensive understanding of spatial correlations.This strengthens feature learning and segmentation robustness.Moreover,we introduce learnable class tokens that dynamically encode and refine class-specific semantics,enhancing discriminative capability.By effectively integrating spatial and semantic cues,CPF-CTE produces richer and more accurate representations of image content.Extensive experiments on PASCAL VOC 2012 and MS COCO 2014 validate that CPF-CTE consistently surpasses prior WSSS methods.展开更多
Phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10(PTEN)messenger RNA(mRNA)delivery has fueled a great hope for tumor immunotherapy via augmenting the immune sensitivity in many human cancers.However,therapeutic ...Phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10(PTEN)messenger RNA(mRNA)delivery has fueled a great hope for tumor immunotherapy via augmenting the immune sensitivity in many human cancers.However,therapeutic efficacy and clinical translation are limited by inadequate mRNA expression,insufficient immune stimulation and stringent storage requirements.Herein,inspired by the intrinsic properties of metal ions and exosomes,we developed a biomimetic delivery system(Mn-NP@PM)with superior stability for precise colorectal cancer immunotherapy.This platform employs adjuvant-metal-ion chelation for PTEN mRNA loading and PD-L1 antibodies(αPD-L1)-modified monocyte-macrophage membrane coating for mRNA protection and tumor targeting.Mn^(2+) was specifically selected due to its capacity for reversible mRNA binding through weak non-electrostatic interactions,facilitating efficient release,while simultaneously activating the stimulator of interferon genes(STING)pathway.Importantly,Mn-NP@PM exhibited membrane fusion for immediate cytosolic mRNA delivery,bypassing endo-lysosomal escape,optimizing transportation efficiency.Clinical-data-driven analyses further demonstrated that Mn-NP@PM-mediated PTEN restoration significantly increased T-cell infiltration and strengthened antitumor immunity in humanized patient derived xenograft(PDX)models.Collectively,this biomimetic,metal-ion-chelating,membrane-coated mRNA delivery system represents a versatile and clinically translatable strategy for personalized cancer immunotherapy.展开更多
This paper addresses weak target detection problem for bistatic radar via a pseudo-spectrum(PS)based track-before-detect(TBD).Generally,PS-TBD estimates target position and velocity by means of pseudo-spectrum constru...This paper addresses weak target detection problem for bistatic radar via a pseudo-spectrum(PS)based track-before-detect(TBD).Generally,PS-TBD estimates target position and velocity by means of pseudo-spectrum construction in the discrete measurement space and accurate energy accumulation in mixed coordinates.However,the grids within the polar sensing region of the receivers in the bistatic radar are not aligned.Traditional PS-TBD can not directly process these measurements.In this paper,a PS-TBD method for bistatic radar is proposed to overcome this problem.Each cell in the measurement space of the receivers is mapped to the aligned Cartesian coordinates and predicted to the integration frame according to the assumed filter velocity.A PS is formulated centered on the predicted Cartesian position.Then the samples of the pseudo-spectra are accumulated to the nearest cell around the predicted Cartesian position.The procedure of the energy integration is derived in detail.Simulation results validate the efficacy of the proposed method in terms of detection accuracy and parameter estimation.展开更多
Autonomous navigation is a key technology for unmanned motion platforms to perform their tasks smoothly.The current approaches for daytime polarization navigation have been extensively researched.However,the polarizat...Autonomous navigation is a key technology for unmanned motion platforms to perform their tasks smoothly.The current approaches for daytime polarization navigation have been extensively researched.However,the polarization light intensity is the fundamental information within the polarization image,and the light intensity at night is 6-8 orders of magnitude lower than that during the day,which increase the noise and the loss of local polarization information due to occlusion,resulting in a significant decrease in the polarization orientation accuracy.Aimed at the problem,a bio-inspired model is introduced to denoise and enhance weak nighttime polarization patterns.Further,to address the issue of outlier interference in the occluded environment during practical application,a fast-fitting method of the solar meridian based on the anti-symmetric distribution of the polarization angle adjusted by Proportional and Differential(PD)control is proposed.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper achieves a dynamic orientation error Root Mean Square Error(RMSE)of 0.7°in the weak polarization mode at night and in the presence of local occlusion.The proposed method has strong robustness under weak polarization occlusion at night,and the orientation accuracy is improved by 97%and 80%in comparison to the least squares method,which provides a new method for polarization navigation at night.This effectively improves the robustness and environmental applicability of the bionic polarization compass for nighttime applications.展开更多
The photoacoustic imaging of lipid is intrinsically constrained by the feeble nature of endogenous lipid signals,posing a persistent sensitivity challenge that demands innovative solutions.Although adopting high-effic...The photoacoustic imaging of lipid is intrinsically constrained by the feeble nature of endogenous lipid signals,posing a persistent sensitivity challenge that demands innovative solutions.Although adopting high-efficiency excitation and detection elements may improve the imaging sensitivity to a certain extent,the application of the elements is inevitably subject to various limitations in practical applications,particularly during in vivo imaging and endoscopic imaging.In this study,we propose a multi-combinatorial approach to enhance the sensitivity of lipid photoacoustic imaging.The approach involves wavelet transform processing of one-dimensional A-line signals,gradient-based denoising of two-dimensional B-scan images,and finally,threedimensional spatial weighted averaging of the data processed by the previous two steps.This method not only significantly improves the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)in distinguished feature regions of the image by around 10 dB,but also efficiently extracts weak signals with no distinct features in the original image.After processing with this method,the images acquired under single scanning were compared with those obtained under multiple scanning.The results showed highly consistent image features,with the structural similarity index increasing from 0.2 to 0.8,confirming the accuracy and reliability of the multi-combinatorial approach.展开更多

文摘Training of preschool teachers in Sichuan Province brings advantages in increasing government support for the preschool education industry.The society attaches an important role to the preschool education industry as well as the rapid development of preschool education in Sichuan Province.However,problem exists in large flows of preschool teachers and imbalanced gender ratios.By viewing from the new situation,the comprehensive liberalization of the second-child policy and the development of educational informatization as well as the implementation of the one belt and one road strategy have created great opportunities in training of preschool teachers.At the same time,the increase in external impact of high-quality graduates in the east also poses a great threat to the development of preschool teachers in Sichuan Province.Through the strategic combination of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats analysis,the paper explores effective countermeasure ways to improve the quality of training of the preschool teachers in Sichuan Province and the construction of an excellent team of preschool teachers in Sichuan Province.

文摘In Orientalism,the author Edward W.Said stated that the Orient is negatively defined and serves to support the West'ssuperiority and strength.Citing a number of discourses and texts in the book,he broke the boundary between knowledge and poli-tics,and further examined how the knowledge that the Western colonial powers shaped about the Orient assisted to make a de-praved picture of the colonies,to justify their colonial ambition and suppression.Nevertheless,although Said attempted to explainthe selection of the oriental area in his discussion,a vast area of the Far East,such as China and Japan is excluded.Furthermore,he regarded the Orient as a completely passive colony,and negated any resistance from the Orient.
文摘More and more non-native English speaking teachers teach with native English speaking teachers in Chinese context or other non-English speaking countries. It is worthwhile to evaluate their strengths and constraints. The current paper discusses their differences in term of linguistic teaching characteristics, social culture teaching characteristics and pedagogical teaching characteristics. It concludes that two groups of teachers can be successful language teachers with the equal chances on their own terms and can make up for their constraints by applying certain patterns of collaboration.
文摘In this paper,we introduce the notion of G_(C)-X-injective modules,where X denotes a class of left S-modules and C represents a faithfully semidualizing bimodule.Under the condition that X satisfies certain hypotheses,some properties and some equivalent characterizations of G_(C)-X-injective modules are investigated,and we also show that the triple(■,cores■,■)is a weak co-AB-context.As an application,two complete cotorsion pairs and a new model structure in Mod S are given.

文摘Weak measurement offers a powerful framework for probing nonclassical features of quantum mechanics,with anomalous weak values serving as operational signatures of contextuality.While the anomalous weak value verification of quantum contextuality has been predominantly investigated in the single-photon regime and analyzed under approximation condition of infinitesimally small perturbation strength.This study releases the approximation condition and takes into account the impact of perturbation strength on the rigor of the verification.And the investigation on the verification of contextuality is extended to the multi-photon scenarios for observing the influence of the correlation between photons on the verification.Without the limitation of infinitesimally small probability of disturbance,anomalous weak values are identified as necessary for contextuality to emerge,thereby refining the criterion proposed by Pusey[Phys.Rev.Lett.113200401(2014)].In the multi-photon scenarios,the emergence of contextuality also depends strongly on both the photon number and the photon-number distribution state.In particular,contextuality is found to be maximized when the single-photon component dominates and the second-order correlation is lower.These results highlight the critical role of photon statistics in experimental tests of contextuality via anomalous weak values.

文摘Objective:To investigate the impact of targeted nursing interventions based on frailty prediction models on peri-hospitalization clinical outcomes in middle-aged and elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB).Methods:A prospective cohort study was conducted,and 126 middle-aged and elderly patients with UGIB admitted from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the intervention group(63 cases)and the control group(63 cases)based on whether they received nursing intervention based on frailty prediction models.The control group received routine care,while the intervention group,on the basis of routine care,used the FRAIL scale combined with laboratory indicators(albumin,hemoglobin,etc.)to establish a predictive model to evaluate patients within 24 hours of admission,and implemented multi-dimensional targeted nursing intervention for pre-frailty or frailty patients screened out.The incidence of frailty,rebleeding rate,average length of stay,hospitalization cost,and nursing satisfaction during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of frailty during hospitalization in the intervention group was 11.1%(7 cases/63 cases),significantly lower than 31.7%(20 cases/63 cases)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The rebleeding rate of 4.8%vs 12.7%,the average length of stay of(7.2±1.5)days vs(9.1±2.2)days,and the average hospitalization cost of(23,000±6,000)yuan vs(28,000±7,000)yuan in the intervention group were all lower than those in the control group(all p<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the intervention group(93.5±4.2)points was higher than that of the control group(86.3±5.8)points(p<0.05).Conclusion:The frailty prediction model applied to the peri-hospitalization care of middle-aged and elderly patients with UGIB can effectively identify frailty risk.Through early targeted intervention,the incidence of frailty and rebleeding rate can be reduced,the length of hospital stay can be shortened,medical expenses can be reduced,and nursing satisfaction can be improved,which has clinical promotion value.
文摘Weakly Supervised Semantic Segmentation(WSSS),which relies only on image-level labels,has attracted significant attention for its cost-effectiveness and scalability.Existing methods mainly enhance inter-class distinctions and employ data augmentation to mitigate semantic ambiguity and reduce spurious activations.However,they often neglect the complex contextual dependencies among image patches,resulting in incomplete local representations and limited segmentation accuracy.To address these issues,we propose the Context Patch Fusion with Class Token Enhancement(CPF-CTE)framework,which exploits contextual relations among patches to enrich feature repre-sentations and improve segmentation.At its core,the Contextual-Fusion Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(CF-BiLSTM)module captures spatial dependencies between patches and enables bidirectional information flow,yield-ing a more comprehensive understanding of spatial correlations.This strengthens feature learning and segmentation robustness.Moreover,we introduce learnable class tokens that dynamically encode and refine class-specific semantics,enhancing discriminative capability.By effectively integrating spatial and semantic cues,CPF-CTE produces richer and more accurate representations of image content.Extensive experiments on PASCAL VOC 2012 and MS COCO 2014 validate that CPF-CTE consistently surpasses prior WSSS methods.

文摘Phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10(PTEN)messenger RNA(mRNA)delivery has fueled a great hope for tumor immunotherapy via augmenting the immune sensitivity in many human cancers.However,therapeutic efficacy and clinical translation are limited by inadequate mRNA expression,insufficient immune stimulation and stringent storage requirements.Herein,inspired by the intrinsic properties of metal ions and exosomes,we developed a biomimetic delivery system(Mn-NP@PM)with superior stability for precise colorectal cancer immunotherapy.This platform employs adjuvant-metal-ion chelation for PTEN mRNA loading and PD-L1 antibodies(αPD-L1)-modified monocyte-macrophage membrane coating for mRNA protection and tumor targeting.Mn^(2+) was specifically selected due to its capacity for reversible mRNA binding through weak non-electrostatic interactions,facilitating efficient release,while simultaneously activating the stimulator of interferon genes(STING)pathway.Importantly,Mn-NP@PM exhibited membrane fusion for immediate cytosolic mRNA delivery,bypassing endo-lysosomal escape,optimizing transportation efficiency.Clinical-data-driven analyses further demonstrated that Mn-NP@PM-mediated PTEN restoration significantly increased T-cell infiltration and strengthened antitumor immunity in humanized patient derived xenograft(PDX)models.Collectively,this biomimetic,metal-ion-chelating,membrane-coated mRNA delivery system represents a versatile and clinically translatable strategy for personalized cancer immunotherapy.

文摘This paper addresses weak target detection problem for bistatic radar via a pseudo-spectrum(PS)based track-before-detect(TBD).Generally,PS-TBD estimates target position and velocity by means of pseudo-spectrum construction in the discrete measurement space and accurate energy accumulation in mixed coordinates.However,the grids within the polar sensing region of the receivers in the bistatic radar are not aligned.Traditional PS-TBD can not directly process these measurements.In this paper,a PS-TBD method for bistatic radar is proposed to overcome this problem.Each cell in the measurement space of the receivers is mapped to the aligned Cartesian coordinates and predicted to the integration frame according to the assumed filter velocity.A PS is formulated centered on the predicted Cartesian position.Then the samples of the pseudo-spectra are accumulated to the nearest cell around the predicted Cartesian position.The procedure of the energy integration is derived in detail.Simulation results validate the efficacy of the proposed method in terms of detection accuracy and parameter estimation.

文摘Autonomous navigation is a key technology for unmanned motion platforms to perform their tasks smoothly.The current approaches for daytime polarization navigation have been extensively researched.However,the polarization light intensity is the fundamental information within the polarization image,and the light intensity at night is 6-8 orders of magnitude lower than that during the day,which increase the noise and the loss of local polarization information due to occlusion,resulting in a significant decrease in the polarization orientation accuracy.Aimed at the problem,a bio-inspired model is introduced to denoise and enhance weak nighttime polarization patterns.Further,to address the issue of outlier interference in the occluded environment during practical application,a fast-fitting method of the solar meridian based on the anti-symmetric distribution of the polarization angle adjusted by Proportional and Differential(PD)control is proposed.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper achieves a dynamic orientation error Root Mean Square Error(RMSE)of 0.7°in the weak polarization mode at night and in the presence of local occlusion.The proposed method has strong robustness under weak polarization occlusion at night,and the orientation accuracy is improved by 97%and 80%in comparison to the least squares method,which provides a new method for polarization navigation at night.This effectively improves the robustness and environmental applicability of the bionic polarization compass for nighttime applications.

文摘The photoacoustic imaging of lipid is intrinsically constrained by the feeble nature of endogenous lipid signals,posing a persistent sensitivity challenge that demands innovative solutions.Although adopting high-efficiency excitation and detection elements may improve the imaging sensitivity to a certain extent,the application of the elements is inevitably subject to various limitations in practical applications,particularly during in vivo imaging and endoscopic imaging.In this study,we propose a multi-combinatorial approach to enhance the sensitivity of lipid photoacoustic imaging.The approach involves wavelet transform processing of one-dimensional A-line signals,gradient-based denoising of two-dimensional B-scan images,and finally,threedimensional spatial weighted averaging of the data processed by the previous two steps.This method not only significantly improves the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)in distinguished feature regions of the image by around 10 dB,but also efficiently extracts weak signals with no distinct features in the original image.After processing with this method,the images acquired under single scanning were compared with those obtained under multiple scanning.The results showed highly consistent image features,with the structural similarity index increasing from 0.2 to 0.8,confirming the accuracy and reliability of the multi-combinatorial approach.
