The 6D pose estimation of objects is of great significance for the intelligent assembly and sorting of industrial parts.In the industrial robot production scenarios,the 6D pose estimation of industrial parts mainly fa...The 6D pose estimation of objects is of great significance for the intelligent assembly and sorting of industrial parts.In the industrial robot production scenarios,the 6D pose estimation of industrial parts mainly faces two challenges:one is the loss of information and interference caused by occlusion and stacking in the sorting scenario,the other is the difficulty of feature extraction due to the weak texture of industrial parts.To address the above problems,this paper proposes an attention-based pixel-level voting network for 6D pose estimation of weakly textured industrial parts,namely CB-PVNet.On the one hand,the voting scheme can predict the keypoints of affected pixels,which improves the accuracy of keypoint localization even in scenarios such as weak texture and partial occlusion.On the other hand,the attention mechanism can extract interesting features of the object while suppressing useless features of surroundings.Extensive comparative experiments were conducted on both public datasets(including LINEMOD,Occlusion LINEMOD and T-LESS datasets)and self-made datasets.The experimental results indicate that the proposed network CB-PVNet can achieve accuracy of ADD(-s)comparable to state-of-the-art using only RGB images while ensuring real-time performance.Additionally,we also conducted robot grasping experiments in the real world.The balance between accuracy and computational efficiency makes the method well-suited for applications in industrial automation.展开更多
The weak and broken roof,explosive control and other problems seriously restrict the promotion of non coal pillar self-forming roadway technology.In order to solve such problems,a new method of non coal pillar self-fo...The weak and broken roof,explosive control and other problems seriously restrict the promotion of non coal pillar self-forming roadway technology.In order to solve such problems,a new method of non coal pillar self-forming roadway through non-blasting roof cutting and pressure relief was proposed in this study.A systematic research system of"theoretical analysis-physical experiment-engineering verification"was constructed with the 9103 working face of Longmenta Coal Mine as the research object.Firstly,the theoretical analysis was conducted to reveal the roof cutting mechanics mechanism of rock mass weakened by dense drilling,establish the design criteria for key drilling parameters,and obtain the key design parameters of dense drilling in the test working face.Secondly,the physical model test was conducted to make clear that the dense drilling method can directionally cut off the goaf roof along the set position,reducing the stress and deformation of the roadway surrounding rock.Finally,the field engineering tests were conducted,and monitoring results showed that the pressure relief effect of the dense drilling method was comparable to that of the directional blasting method,achieving non coal pillar self-forming roadway mining under non blasting conditions.展开更多
Weakly supervised semantic segmentation(WSSS)is a tricky task,which only provides category information for segmentation prediction.Thus,the key stage of WSSS is to generate the pseudo labels.For convolutional neural n...Weakly supervised semantic segmentation(WSSS)is a tricky task,which only provides category information for segmentation prediction.Thus,the key stage of WSSS is to generate the pseudo labels.For convolutional neural network(CNN)based methods,in which class activation mapping(CAM)is proposed to obtain the pseudo labels,and only concentrates on the most discriminative parts.Recently,transformer-based methods utilize attention map from the multi-headed self-attention(MHSA)module to predict pseudo labels,which usually contain obvious background noise and incoherent object area.To solve the above problems,we use the Conformer as our backbone,which is a parallel network based on convolutional neural network(CNN)and Transformer.The two branches generate pseudo labels and refine them independently,and can effectively combine the advantages of CNN and Transformer.However,the parallel structure is not close enough in the information communication.Thus,parallel structure can result in poor details about pseudo labels,and the background noise still exists.To alleviate this problem,we propose enhancing convolution CAM(ECCAM)model,which have three improved modules based on enhancing convolution,including deeper stem(DStem),convolutional feed-forward network(CFFN)and feature coupling unit with convolution(FCUConv).The ECCAM could make Conformer have tighter interaction between CNN and Transformer branches.After experimental verification,the improved modules we propose can help the network perceive more local information from images,making the final segmentation results more refined.Compared with similar architecture,our modules greatly improve the semantic segmentation performance and achieve70.2%mean intersection over union(mIoU)on the PASCAL VOC 2012 dataset.展开更多
Cascading failures pose a serious threat to the survivability of underwater unmanned swarm networks(UUSNs),significantly limiting their service ability in collaborative missions such as military reconnaissance and env...Cascading failures pose a serious threat to the survivability of underwater unmanned swarm networks(UUSNs),significantly limiting their service ability in collaborative missions such as military reconnaissance and environmental monitoring.Existing failure models primarily focus on power grids and traffic systems,and don't address the unique challenges of weak-communication UUSNs.In UUSNs,cascading failure present a complex and dynamic process driven by the coupling of unstable acoustic channels,passive node drift,adversarial attacks,and network heterogeneity.To address these challenges,a directed weighted graph model of UUSNs is first developed,in which node positions are updated according to ocean-current-driven drift and link weights reflect the probability of successful acoustic transmission.Building on this UUSNs graph model,a cascading failure model is proposed that integrates a normal-failure-recovery state-cycle mechanism,multiple attack strategies,and routingbased load redistribution.Finally,under a five-level connectivity UUSNs scheme,simulations are conducted to analyze how dynamic topology,network load,node recovery delay,and attack modes jointly affect network survivability.The main findings are:(1)moderate node drift can improve survivability by activating weak links;(2)based-energy routing(BER)outperform based-depth routing(BDR)in harsh conditions;(3)node self-recovery time is critical to network survivability;(4)traditional degree-based critical node metrics are inadequate for weak-communication UUSNs.These results provide a theoretical foundation for designing robust survivability mechanisms in weak-communication UUSNs.展开更多

As a consequence of open cut mine application, a great deal of coal is left out in the highwalls of the mined-out pits. Highwall mining systems can be used to recover this coal. The use of highwall mining systems has increasingly come into play in the US and Australia. However, it is not common in Indonesia. Moreover, Indonesia coal measure is categorized as weak geological condition. Some problems are likely to arise during the application of the highwall mining system for example instability of openings and highwalls due to the roof and pillar failures. Therefore, study of highwall mining system application in Indonesia is needed in order to increase the recovery rate of coal mining in Indonesia. This paper described the characteristics of the highwa!l mining system and discussed the appropriate highwall mining system application in weak geological condition, Indonesia. From the results of a series of laboratory tests and numerical analyses, it can be concluded that the stability of pillars and mine openings in auger mining systems is much higher than that in CHM and an auger mining system is suitable for such as very weak/poor strata conditions. Heavy-duty machine tools are composed of many subsystems with different functions,and their reliability is governed by the reliabilities of these subsystems.It is important to rank the weaknesses of subsystems and ide...Heavy-duty machine tools are composed of many subsystems with different functions,and their reliability is governed by the reliabilities of these subsystems.It is important to rank the weaknesses of subsystems and identify the weakest subsystem to optimize products and improve their reliabilities.However,traditional ranking methods based on failure mode effect and critical analysis(FMECA)does not consider the complex maintenance of products.Herein,a weakness ranking method for the subsystems of heavy-duty machine tools is proposed based on generalized FMECA information.In this method,eight reliability indexes,including maintainability and maintenance cost,are considered in the generalized FMECA information.Subsequently,the cognition best worst method is used to calculate the weight of each screened index,and the weaknesses of the subsystems are ranked using a technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution.Finally,based on the failure data collected from certain domestic heavy-duty horizontal lathes,the weakness ranking result of the subsystems is obtained to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.An improved weakness ranking method that can comprehensively analyze and identify weak subsystems is proposed herein for designing and improving the reliability of complex electromechanical products.展开更多
A dedicated weak current measurement system was designed to measure the weak currents generated by the neutron ionization chamber.This system incorporates a second-order low-pass filter circuit and the Kalman filterin...A dedicated weak current measurement system was designed to measure the weak currents generated by the neutron ionization chamber.This system incorporates a second-order low-pass filter circuit and the Kalman filtering algorithm to effectively filter out noise and minimize interference in the measurement results.Testing conducted under normal temperature conditions has demonstrated the system's high precision performance.However,it was observed that temperature variations can affect the measurement performance.Data were collected across temperatures ranging from -20 to 70℃,and a temperature correction model was established through linear regression fitting to address this issue.The feasibility of the temperature correction model was confirmed at temperatures of -5 and 40℃,where relative errors remained below 0.1% after applying the temperature correction.The research indicates that the designed measurement system exhibits excellent temperature adaptability and high precision,making it particularly suitable for measuring weak currents.展开更多

For this purpose, weakly electric mormyrid fish employ active electrolocation, during whi...Instead of vision, many nocturnal animals use alternative senses for navigation and object detection in their dark environment. For this purpose, weakly electric mormyrid fish employ active electrolocation, during which they discharge a specialized electric organ in their tail which discharges electrical pulses. Each discharge builds up an electrical field around the fish, which is sensed by cutaneous electroreceptor organs that are distributed over most of the body surface of the fish. Nearby objects distort this electrical field and cause a local alteration in current flow in those electroreceptors that are closest to the object. By constandy monitoring responses of its electroreceptor organs, a fish can detect, localize, and identify environmental objects. Inspired by the remarkable capabilities of weakly electric fish in detecting and recognizing objects, we designed technical sensor systems that can solve similar problems of remote object sensing. We applied the principles of active electrolocation to technical systems by building devices that produce electrical current pulses in a conducting medium (water or ionized gases) and simultaneously sense local current density. Depending on the specific task a sensor was designed for devices could (i) detect an object, (ii) localize it in space, (iii) determine its distance, and (iv) measure properties such as material properties, thickness, or material faults. Our systems proved to be relatively insensitive to environmental disturbances such as heat, pressure, or turbidity. They have a wide range of applications including material identification, quality control, non-contact distance measurements, medical applications and many more. Despite their astonishing capacities, our sensors still lag far behind what electric fish are able to achieve during active electrolocation. The understanding of the neural principles governing electric fish sensory physiology and the corresponding optimization of our sensors to solve certain technical tasks therefore remain ongoing goals of our research.展开更多

The proposed method also demonstrates the importance of rock bolting practice in such rock masses. The geological parameters of the Shemshak Formation of the Alborz Tunnel in Iran are used as case examples for development of the theoretical approach.

文摘The stability of the periodic solution of the Duffing oscillator system in the periodic phase state is proved by using the Yoshizaw theorem, which establishes a theoretical basis for using this kind of chaotic oscillator system to detect weak signals. The restoring force term of the system affects the weak-signal detection ability of the system directly, the quantitative relationship between the coefficients of the linear and nonlinear items of the restoring force of the Duffing oscillator system and the SNR in the detection of weak signals is obtained through a large number of simulation experiments, then a new restoring force function with better detection results is established.

We now discuss the weakly Noether symmetry for non-holonomic system of Chetaev's type, and present expressions of three kinds of conserved quantities by weakly Noether symmetry. Finally, the application of this new result is shown by a practical example.

文摘Heavy-duty machine tools are composed of many subsystems with different functions,and their reliability is governed by the reliabilities of these subsystems.It is important to rank the weaknesses of subsystems and identify the weakest subsystem to optimize products and improve their reliabilities.However,traditional ranking methods based on failure mode effect and critical analysis(FMECA)does not consider the complex maintenance of products.Herein,a weakness ranking method for the subsystems of heavy-duty machine tools is proposed based on generalized FMECA information.In this method,eight reliability indexes,including maintainability and maintenance cost,are considered in the generalized FMECA information.Subsequently,the cognition best worst method is used to calculate the weight of each screened index,and the weaknesses of the subsystems are ranked using a technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution.Finally,based on the failure data collected from certain domestic heavy-duty horizontal lathes,the weakness ranking result of the subsystems is obtained to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.An improved weakness ranking method that can comprehensively analyze and identify weak subsystems is proposed herein for designing and improving the reliability of complex electromechanical products.

文摘A dedicated weak current measurement system was designed to measure the weak currents generated by the neutron ionization chamber.This system incorporates a second-order low-pass filter circuit and the Kalman filtering algorithm to effectively filter out noise and minimize interference in the measurement results.Testing conducted under normal temperature conditions has demonstrated the system's high precision performance.However,it was observed that temperature variations can affect the measurement performance.Data were collected across temperatures ranging from -20 to 70℃,and a temperature correction model was established through linear regression fitting to address this issue.The feasibility of the temperature correction model was confirmed at temperatures of -5 and 40℃,where relative errors remained below 0.1% after applying the temperature correction.The research indicates that the designed measurement system exhibits excellent temperature adaptability and high precision,making it particularly suitable for measuring weak currents.

文摘The form invariance and the conserved quantity for a weakly nonholonomic system (WNS) are studied. The WNS is a nonholonomic system (NS) whose constraint equations contain a small parameter. The differential equations of motion of the system are established. The definition and the criterion of form invariance of the system are given. The conserved quantity deduced from the form invariance is obtained. Finally, an illustrative example is shown.
文摘Instead of vision, many nocturnal animals use alternative senses for navigation and object detection in their dark environment. For this purpose, weakly electric mormyrid fish employ active electrolocation, during which they discharge a specialized electric organ in their tail which discharges electrical pulses. Each discharge builds up an electrical field around the fish, which is sensed by cutaneous electroreceptor organs that are distributed over most of the body surface of the fish. Nearby objects distort this electrical field and cause a local alteration in current flow in those electroreceptors that are closest to the object. By constandy monitoring responses of its electroreceptor organs, a fish can detect, localize, and identify environmental objects. Inspired by the remarkable capabilities of weakly electric fish in detecting and recognizing objects, we designed technical sensor systems that can solve similar problems of remote object sensing. We applied the principles of active electrolocation to technical systems by building devices that produce electrical current pulses in a conducting medium (water or ionized gases) and simultaneously sense local current density. Depending on the specific task a sensor was designed for devices could (i) detect an object, (ii) localize it in space, (iii) determine its distance, and (iv) measure properties such as material properties, thickness, or material faults. Our systems proved to be relatively insensitive to environmental disturbances such as heat, pressure, or turbidity. They have a wide range of applications including material identification, quality control, non-contact distance measurements, medical applications and many more. Despite their astonishing capacities, our sensors still lag far behind what electric fish are able to achieve during active electrolocation. The understanding of the neural principles governing electric fish sensory physiology and the corresponding optimization of our sensors to solve certain technical tasks therefore remain ongoing goals of our research.

文摘This paper studies the Hojman conserved quantity, a non-Noether conserved quantity, deduced by special weak Noether symmetry for Lagrange systems. Under special infinitesimal transformations in which the time is not variable, its criterion is given and a method of how to seek the Hojman conserved quantity is presented. A Hojman conserved quantity can be found by using the special weak Noether symmetry.

The Appell equations for the weakly nonholonomic system are established, and the definition and the criterion of form invariance of the system are given. The structural equation of form invariance for the weakly nonholonomic system and the approximate conserved quantity deduced from the form invariance of the system are obtained. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the application of the results.
