WeChat, a newly emerging social media platform, is widely used in daily life, yet there is still little understanding of the consequences of the use of WeChat groups in enterprise. Based on boundary theory, we suggested that the use of WeChat groups in enterprise have both pros and cons for employees. We gathered data from an online survey of 202 employees. Results show that posting work-related content in enterprise WeChat groups had a beneficial impact on work for employees but also caused work-life conflict （WLC）. However, posting life-related content in enterprise WeChat groups contributes to employees＇ life-work enhancement （LWE）. Contributions and future study directions of these findings are discussed.展开更多

Methods: 86 patients with glaucoma discharged from our hospital from January 2019 to N...Objective: to explore the application effect of group nursing mode based on WeChat in health education for patients with glaucoma. Methods: 86 patients with glaucoma discharged from our hospital from January 2019 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group. 43 patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and 43 patients in the observation group were given WeChat-based group nursing, and the application effect of the two groups was compared. Results: the number of glaucoma patients in the observation group was 40, which was higher than that in the control group 29(P < 0.05), and there was a statistical difference. The number of well-recovered glaucoma patients in the observation group was 38 higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and there was a statistical difference, there was a statistical difference. Conclusion: the implementation of WeChat-based group nursing mode for glaucoma patients can make patients understand the disease related knowledge, which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.展开更多

Methods: by establishing wechat groups of different groups: Disinfection supply center and clinical group, disinfection supply center and operating room group, disinfection supply center, and the doctor group and disinfection supply center and those logistics staff group, disinfection supply center staff the related problems, instrument disinfection related regulations issued by WeChat group, and the problems existing in the supply and use of sterile items for answers and feedback in time. At the same time, the satisfaction evaluation questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of clinical staff to the disinfection supply center. Results: compared with the establishment of wechat group, the communication and service satisfaction of disinfection supply center and clinic were greatly improved. Conclusion: wechat group can effectively strengthen the comprehensive communication between the disinfection supply center and the clinical departments of the hospital, discover and solve problems in time, improve the service level and give full play to the maximum efficiency, so as to create an efficient and fully utilized workplace and build a friendly and harmonious working atmosphere.展开更多
