Strengthening pelletization of manganese ore fines containing high combined water by high pressure roll grinding and optimized temperature elevation system 被引量:5

Pelletization is one of useful processes for the agglomeration of iron ore or concentrates. However, manganese ore fines are mainly agglomerated by sintering due to its high combined water which adversely affects the roasting performance of pellets. In this work, high pressure roll grinding(HPRG) process and optimization of temperature elevation system were investigated to improve the strength of fired manganese ore pellets. It is shown that the manganese ore possesses good ballability after being pretreated by HPRG twice, and good green balls were produced under the conditions of blending 2.0% bentonite in the feed, balling for 7 min at 16.00% moisture. High quality roasted pellets with the compressive strength of 2711 N per pellet were manufactured through preheating at 1050 °C for 10 min and firing at 1335 °C for 15 min by controlling the cracks formation. The fired manganese pellets keep the strength by the solid interconnection of recrystallized pyrolusite grains and the binding of manganite liquid phase which filled the pores and clearance among minerals. The product pellets contain high Mn grade and low impurities, and can be used to smelt ferromanganese, which provides a possible way to use imported manganese ore fines containing high combined water to produce high value ferromanganese. 展开更多

水分供应量与灌溉方式对花榈木容器苗生长及节水节肥的影响 被引量:7

【目的】研究水分供应量及灌溉方式互作下花榈木容器苗的生长、生理生化变化及节水节肥效应,探讨花榈木容器苗最佳水分供应量及灌溉方式。【方法】以花榈木幼苗为研究对象,采用双因素随机区组设计,供水量设置80%,70%和60%田间持水量3个... 【目的】研究水分供应量及灌溉方式互作下花榈木容器苗的生长、生理生化变化及节水节肥效应,探讨花榈木容器苗最佳水分供应量及灌溉方式。【方法】以花榈木幼苗为研究对象,采用双因素随机区组设计,供水量设置80%,70%和60%田间持水量3个水平,供水方式设上方喷灌和底部渗灌2种方式,共6个处理,养分按照不同苗龄最适需求量进行供应,进行为期11个月的试验,测定不同处理下花榈木容器苗地上和地下部分的生长情况、生物量,叶片的叶绿素、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量,以及育苗基质的电导率(EC)和基质养分流失量,并分析各处理的用水量。【结果】不同供水水平下,2种灌溉方式花榈木容器苗的生长情况及生理生化指标均以80%田间持水量处理表现最优,其苗高、地径、叶面积、总生物量和叶绿素含量的平均值较60%田间持水量处理分别高21.14%,22.34%,18.20%,48.22%和39.26%;在60%和70%田间持水量梯度下,幼苗因遭受水分胁迫,其叶片脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量明显高于80%田间持水量处理,且上方喷灌方式的脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均明显大于底部渗灌。在上方喷灌条件下,80%田间持水量处理的苗木侧根数、根表面积、根体积、根平均直径及根尖数分别为60%田间持水量处理的2.320,2.287,2.304,2.477和1.829倍;底部渗灌条件下分别为2.208,2.214,2.398,2.474和1.771倍。在80%田间持水量下,花榈木容器苗生理生化指标受灌溉方式的影响较小;但在60%田间持水量下,上方喷灌明显阻碍了花榈木容器苗的正常生理作用。在70%和80%田间持水量下,底部渗灌方式的上层基质EC明显高于上方喷灌,但苗木并未受到伤害;当水分供应量处于60%田间持水量时,灌溉方式对育苗基质EC的影响不明显。与上方喷灌相比,3种供水水平下底部渗灌处理节省的N、P、K、S、Ca、Mg分别为(23.253~35.966)、(8.672~17.571)、(16.622~24.133)、(0.296~0.414)、(3.733~6.706)和(1.004~2.675)mg/株,节约用水8.6%~34.3%。【结论】从提高容器苗质量及节水节肥效应考虑,花榈木容器苗培育供水量以80%田间持水量最佳,灌溉方式以底部渗灌较好,营养供应采用分苗龄定量供给。 展开更多

As an important type of emerging pollutants, ecological toxicity and risk of artificial musks are increasingly concerned. Thus, single and joint toxic effects of 1,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydro-4,6,6,7,8,8- hexamethylcyclopenta-gamma-2-benzopyran (HHCB) as one of the most widely applied artificial musks and cadmium (Cd) as an toxic metal on zebrafish (Danio rerio) were investigated by the exposure of zebrafish to various concentrations of HHCB or/and Cd in feculent water containing bedloads. The results indicated that the joint effect of HHCB and Cd changed during different exposure times within 120 h. The index of the antioxidant enzyme system including superoxide dismutase (SOD) and perox- idase (POD), and malondialdehyde (MDA) were sensitive and induced in the zebrafish stressed by Cd, and content of soluble protein (SP) was sensitive to HHCB and could be used as a biomarker for HHCB. Joint effects on antioxidant enzymes depended more on the effect of single Cd in the first one or two days. However, in the rest exposure days, the effect of HHCB began to dominate in the joint effect during the exposure process. 展开更多

Using the 3-D sono-elasticity method and the simplified nonstructural mass method,the different dynamic modeling methods of the added water for a single-hull structure are first analyzed in this study.Then,the complete internal flow field method and the simplified nonstructural mass method of the contained water between the double hulls of a double-hull structure are investigated.Finally,based on the calculation and analysis under multiple conditions,a reasonable and simplified dynamic modeling method of added water and contained water is obtained.It is indicated that the mass of added water for a single-hull structure is closely related to the mass of total underwater displacement of the structure.With the increase in the analysis frequency,the mass of added water is characterized by first decreasing rapidly and then decreasing gradually and smoothly.The contained water between the double hulls is distributed to the pressure hull and the light shell based on the ratio of the impedances of the double hulls.The results can basically reflect the acoustic radiation characteristics of the double-hull structure. 展开更多

Aedes albopictus is an important vector of arboviruses and prefers small containers of stagnant water as oviposition sites.One of the mechanisms mosquitoes use to search for suitable oviposition sites is relying on odor cues from prospective sites and their surroundings.The genetic and molecular bases of this behavior are not known for Ae.albopictus.Oviposition site-searching behavior can be separated into 2 stages:container location and water detection.We applied a glue compound to the antennae and the maxillary palps of adult females to mask their ability to detect molecules that may guide them to preferred oviposition sites.Treatment of the antennae significantly reduces the location index(P<0.001),indicating a decreased ability to find oviposition sites,whereas no significant difference was observed in mosquitoes with maxillary palps treated with the same glue compound(P>0.05).The detection time,measured as the duration from contact with the water surface to the deposition of the first egg,was extended in mosquitoes with treated antennae or maxillary palps,supporting the conclusion that olfaction is involved in the detection of oviposition site.Transcriptomic analysis identified differentially expressed olfactory-related genes,including obp67,obp56d-like,obp19d-like and obp67-like.RNA interference(RNAi)-mediated knockdown of obp67 and obp56d-like significantly affected the location index and detection time,respectively.Cas9/guide RNA-mediated knockout of obp56d-like resulted in a prolonged detection time,compared with the wild type(P<0.05).These findings help to elucidate aspects of the olfactory mechanisms involved in Ae.albopictus oviposition site selection,and provide a basis for the development of mosquito surveillance and control strategies. 展开更多
