Through the research and analysis of 128-slice volume CT coronary artery imaging diagnosis technology, to further improve the effect of patient diagnosis, to win the best treatment time for patients. Methods: a total of 120 patients with coronary atherosclerosis received in our hospital from 2020/8 to 2021/8 were selected, and 128-slice volume CT coronary angiography was performed for diagnosis and analysis. Then the clinical data of patients after plain and enhanced scanning were recorded combined with the changes of CT images. Then the scope of "coronary angiography" to evaluate coronary artery stenosis is determined as a reference value, and the coincidence rate of 128-slice volume CT diagnosis results is judged. Secondly, in the process of using this method to check the patients, the current physical condition of the patients should be checked and the current physical condition of the patients should be judged to see whether the patients participate in the study.Through 128-slice volume CT diagnosis, it was found that mild, moderate, severe and complete occlusion of coronary artery stenosis were 42, 58, 66 and 94 branches, respectively;the specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis were 85.71% and 76.60%, 93.10% and 89.66%, 96.97% and 90.91%, 97.87% and 95.74% respectively;the differences between them were prominent and significant statistical advantages existed (P < 0.05). Conclusion: for the clinical diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic disease, 128-slice volume CT diagnostic technique can obtain objective, comprehensive and clear results.展开更多

Methods: The effective doses of CT and pet were calculated respectively during PET/CT examination, Scanning parameters of CT and PET were optimized to reduce the effective dose of patients to a minimum while maintaining the image quality. Results: The tube voltage and tube current of CT, the injection dose during PET examination can affect the effective dose of the patients significantly. Conclusion: According to different types of patients and diseases to develop personalized scanning program, the effective dose level of the patients can be significantly reduced.展开更多
