文摘Dynamic simulation system of maize growth is developed by the physiological and ecological model,morphological structure model,computer science and virtual reality technology,to improve the level of precise operation of maize production.The computer graphics algorithms,virtual reality technology,animation design and information integration technology are applied to maize production by this system.establishment of dynamic simulation system of maize growth is conducive to raise level of precise operation in maize production.The system also can assist the relevant production research and testing,to reduce cost and improve efficiency.

文摘Recently, virtual reality and interactive somatosensory technology has become one of the hot issues in the research of computer applications. Leap Motion is a new type of interactive somatosensory devices which bring users senses of immersion efficiently. This paper studies a interactive somatosensory game model based on Leap Motion and implemented with Unity. Based on the two core technology philosophy of Leap Motion, i.e., virtual reality technology and body sense of interactive technology, the design implementation of each sub module of the system and Leap Motion game algorithm are thoroughly addressed. This paper has certain significance for future application of Leap Motion in film, television, and interactive games.

文摘1.INTRODUCTION The rapid advancement of augmented reality(AR)and virtual reality(VR)technologies has stimulated substantial innovation in the display industry,particularly in front-panel technology advancements.To provide immersive and high-quality contents in AR/VR devices,displays must support a wide color gamut that reproduces vivid colors.Ideally,such displays should satisfy the rigorous requirements of the Rec.2020 standard,which defines the color space for ultrahigh-definition television.1 Therefore,next-generation displays demand the convergence of high color purity,high-resolution,and high device performance(Figure 1A).

文摘Under the background of“emerging engineering education,”the engineering education with national defense characteristics,has put forward higher requirements for the engineering practice training of college students.Based on this,focusing on three characteristics of virtual reality(VR)technology,this paper puts forward the construction ideas of VR technology applied in engineering practice training courses.Then,by taking Northwestern Polytechnical University’s“VR Assembly Composite Practice Training Course”for example,this paper designs the teaching process of the practice training course and analyzes the teaching effect through questionnaires.It finds that VR technology can avoid teaching risks,improve teaching quality,and have a high promotion value in the existing engineering practice training courses.Finally,three suggestions on the VR technology applied in engineering practice teaching are put forward.
