目的对帕金森病患者康复运动电子健康管理平台的研究进行范围综述,总结归纳相关的内容要素和应用情况,旨在为未来帕金森病患者的远程居家康复运动提供参考。方法以范围综述指南为方法学框架,系统检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、...目的对帕金森病患者康复运动电子健康管理平台的研究进行范围综述,总结归纳相关的内容要素和应用情况,旨在为未来帕金森病患者的远程居家康复运动提供参考。方法以范围综述指南为方法学框架,系统检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、CHINAL、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台,时限为建库至2024年1月15日。对纳入文献进行汇总、分析。结果共纳入16篇文献,其中,10篇随机对照试验,6篇类实验研究。电子康复运动平台的类型主要包括基于视频观看的应用程序、基于运动游戏和虚拟现实的应用程序、基于听觉训练的应用程序;平台康复主题主要包括综合康复运动和单领域康复运动;结局指标主要包括患者运动症状的严重程度、步态、平衡、协调、认知功能、情绪状态、生活质量和患者体验。结论帕金森病患者康复运动电子健康管理平台内容及应用形式多样,具有良好的可行性和效果,但应用仍处于起步阶段,未来还需要大样本、高质量的随机对照试验进一步验证平台的应用效果。展开更多
