Machine Learning Models for Predicting Vestibular Function After Cochlear Implantation

Objective:To assess the effectiveness of machine learning in automating the prediction of vestibular abnormalities after cochlear implantation(CI)in patients with sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL),with the goal of developing a practical model that can accurately predict long-term vestibular function outcomes and identify associated risk factors.Methods:Clinical data,including imaging,vestibular evoked myogenic potentials(VEMPs),and auditory information,were collected from patients with sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL)before and after CI.The decision tree algorithm was employed to address missing values and screen pre-CI clinical features.Six machine learning methods were subsequently utilized to predict the relationships between the extracted features and post-CI vestibular dysfunction.The best-performing method determined the ranking of feature importance,which was regarded as risk factors for predicting symptoms and VEMPs results after CI.Results:Logistic regression models effectively predicted both post-CI vestibular dysfunction and abnormal cervical VEMP(c VEMP),with accuracies of 80%and 78%,respectively.The relative importance of the features,in descending order,was as follows:c VEMP latency,c VEMP amplitude,and residual hearing threshold.Moreover,the support vector machine(SVM)model attained an accuracy of 88%in predicting abnormal ocular VEMP(o VEMP)post-CI.For the SVM model,the feature importance ranking was as follows:o VEMP latency,o VEMP amplitude,and residual hearing threshold.Conclusions:This study successfully leverages machine learning techniques,specifically support vector machines(SVM)and logistic regression models,to predict the impact of CI on vestibular function.These predictive models provide valuable insights for presurgical planning and decision-making in CI procedures.Moreover,the findings highlight the critical risk factors associated with vestibular dysfunction,offering a robust reference for guiding vestibular rehabilitation strategies. 展开更多

Vestibular schwannomas(VS)are benign tumors of the vestibular nerve.The common first symptoms are hearing loss and tinnitus,followed by imbalance,vertigo,and facial nerve involvement.The subjective symptoms of VS patients are not consistent with the severity of vestibular lesions and the results of vestibular tests,which often interfere with clinicians’diagnoses.Thus,the main screening and diagnostic methods for VS are audiometry and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),ignoring the evaluation of vestibular function at the source of pathological lesions.With the development and improvement of vestibular evaluation technology and its wide application in the clinic,modern vestibular examination technology can reflect the severity and frequency of vestibular lesions and compensation from multiple perspectives,providing an objective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of vestibular diseases.In this report,we review the results and characteristics of vestibular tests in VS patients and further clarify the clinical value of vestibular function assessment in the diagnosis and treatment of VS. 展开更多

Background:Military operation personnel often suffer from sleep difficulty because of their work requirements.In this study,we investigated the efficacy of zaleplon at two doses to induce afternoon-sleep under noise interference and its effects on psychomotor performance and vestibular function; we subsequently established the optimal dosage regimen for military operation personnel.Methods:Twenty-two healthy young male volunteers were recruited for the study.Eight subjects took 10 mg or 15 mg of zaleplon and placebo alternately and then were exposed to noise.Changes in polysomnography(PSG) indices,including sleep latency(SL),sleep efficiency(SE) and sleep structure,were recorded after drug administration.After awakening,the volunteers' subjective judgments of sleep quality and sleepiness were measured.Eight volunteers underwent 3 psychomotor performance tests at a one-week interval,and the psychomotor performance tests were conducted before and after taking zaleplon and placebo.Six volunteers participated in the vestibular function test session,and parameters,including optokinetic nystagmus(OKN),vestibular ocular reflex(VOR),visualvestibular ocular reflex(VVOR) and vestibular ocular reflex fixation suppression(VOR-Fix),were detected by the same experimental design as described above.The data of sleep observations were subjected to one-way variance analysis.Results:Compared with the placebo group,SL was shortened significantly,and the scores of subjective sleep quality and sleep depth were clearly increased in the zaleplon 10 mg group(P<0.05).Moreover,the SE and the percent of REM(rapid eye movement) sleep were increased remarkably in the zaleplon 15 mg group(P<0.01).Furthermore,the SE,percent of REM sleep and scores of subjective sleep depth in the zaleplon 15 mg group were significantly higher than in the zaleplon 10 mg group(P<0.05).The psychomotor performance did not change significantly after ingestion of 10 mg or 15 mg of zaleplon,whereas the OKN and VOR gains were lower in the two dose groups of zaleplon(P<0.05) and restored to normal 3h after drug ingestion.Conclusion:Zaleplon is an ideal hypnotic for military personnel,and its hypnotic efficiency is dose-related under noise interference; a 15 mg dose of zaleplon could provide significantly better sleep than a 10 mg dose of zaleplon. 展开更多

Background This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between vestibular and auditory functions in pediatric patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSHL).Methods A total of 30 pediatric patients experiencing unilateral SSHL between 5.9 and 13.0 years of age were enrolled in this study.Pure tone audiometry was evaluated prior to treatment initiation and again after one month of treatment.Prior to treatment initiation,vertigo symptoms were noted;then several vestibular function tests were conducted including caloric testing,ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potentials(o-VEMPs)and cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potentials(c-VEMPs).Associations between pre and post-treatment vestibular function and hearing threshold levels were analyzed.Results Initial hearing thresholds of children with vertigo were higher than thresholds of children without vertigo(92 dB vs 79 dB,F=0.033),while initial hearing thresholds of children with abnormal caloric test findings were higher than thresholds of children with normal caloric test findings(93 dB vs 67 dB.P=0.014).Cutoff values of hearing thresholds for those with vertigo symptoms and abnormal vestibular test results were 86.000-and 89.583-dB HL.respectively.Regarding prognosis,children with vertigo exhibited lower recovery rates than children without vertigo(33%vs 75%,P=0.025);recovery rates of children with abnormal caloric test results were lower than the overall recovery rate(25%vs 73%,respectively,P=0.039).Conclusion Assessments of vertigo symptoms and vestibular function are useful tools in predicting pediatric SwSHL patient disease severity and prognosis. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Vestibular dysfunction(VH)is a common concomitant symptom of late peri-pheral vestibular lesions,which can be trauma,poisoning,infection,heredity,and neurodegeneration,but about 50%of the causes are unknown.The study uses the information-motivation-behavioral skills(IMB)model for health education,effectively improve the quality of life,increase their self-confidence,reduce anxiety and depression,and effectively improve the psychological state of patients.AIM To explore the effect of health education based on the IMB model on the degree of vertigo,disability,anxiety and depression in patients with unilateral vestibular hypofunction.METHODS The clinical data of 80 patients with unilateral vestibular hypofunction from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the retrospective research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group according to different nursing methods.Among them,the control group was given routine nursing health education and guidance,and the observation group was given health education and guidance based on the IMB model.The changes in self-efficacy,anxiety and depression,and quality of life of patients with unilateral VH were compared between the two groups.RESULTS There was no significant difference in General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)scale scores between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05),which was comparable;after nursing,the GSES scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing.The nursing group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and anxiety and depression subscales between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the HADS score,anxiety,and depression subscale scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before nursing,and the nursing group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)scale and DHI-P,DHI-E and DHI-F scores in the two groups were decreased,and the scores in the nursing group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Health education based on the IMB model can effectively improve patients'quality of life,increase self-efficacy of patients with unilateral vestibular hypofunction,enhance patients'confidence,enable patients to resume normal work and life as soon as possible,reduce patients'anxiety and depression,and effectively improve patients'psychological status. 展开更多

The aim of this research was to investigate the effects of modafinil,a new wake-promoting agent,on vestibular function during 24 h sleep deprivation(SD)so as to provide experimental evidence for the rational use of this drug among air crew.Eight young,healthy male volunteers were exposed to two 24 h periods of continuous wakefulness during the crossover experiment.Initially,200 mg dose of modafinil was given,and one week later,a matching placebo was administered.The SD time started from 08:00 of the first day to 08:00 of the second day.Drugs were given at 0:00 on the second day.Vestibular function was tested at 21:00 on the first day and 1,3,5,7 h after drug administration.The accuracy of saccade tracking and gains in visual-vestibular optokinetic reflex(VVOR)and optokinetic nystagmus(OKN)in the placebo group decreased during 24 h SD,especially at 01:00–05:00 on the second day,while OKN gains in the modafinil group increased significantly.There were no significant differences in the other vestibular functional indices between the modafinil group and placebo group.The 24 h SD can influence vestibular function to a certain degree,but modafinil may improve OKN. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effects of conductive hearing loss (CHL) on vestibular evoked myogenic potentials (VEMPs) using a simulated CHL model, and to provide the basis for future studies. Methods:Twenty-one healthy subjects were recruited in this study. We measured ocular VEMPs (oVEMPs) and cervical VEMPs (cVEMPs) in these subjects by air-conduction sound (ACS) stimulation. CHL was simulated later by blocking the right external auditory canal with a soundproof earplug to evaluate its impacts on VEMPs. Subjects' responses before simulated CHL served as the control, and were compared to their responses following simulated CHL. Results: oVEMPs following simulated CHL showed decreased response rate, elevated thresholds, attenuated amplitudes and prolonged N1 latencies compared with those before simulated CHL, and the differences were statistically significant. Similarly, cVEMPs following simulated CHL also showed decreased response rate, elevated thresholds and attenuated amplitudes, with prolonged P1 latencies compared with those before simulated CHL, although only differences in response rate, threshold and amplitude were significant. Conclusions:Conductive hearing loss affects the response rate and other response parameters in oVEMPs and cVEMPs. 展开更多

前庭神经炎患者平衡功能时空特征研究

目的客观评估前庭神经炎(vestibular neuritis,VN)患者的平衡功能特征。方法115例VN患者纳入研究,其中急性期(≤14 d)74例,恢复期(>14 d)41例。应用感觉统合试验(sensory organization test,SOT)评估其平衡功能,根据SOT综合评分与各... 目的客观评估前庭神经炎(vestibular neuritis,VN)患者的平衡功能特征。方法115例VN患者纳入研究,其中急性期(≤14 d)74例,恢复期(>14 d)41例。应用感觉统合试验(sensory organization test,SOT)评估其平衡功能,根据SOT综合评分与各感觉权重情况将患者分为正常型、轻度异常型和重度异常型。通过χ^(2)检验比较急性期和恢复期患者平衡功能的差异,Logistic回归分析疾病自然病程对平衡功能恢复的影响作用强度。结果VN患者SOT的异常率为72.2%(83/115),急性期患者异常率78.4%(58/74)显著高于恢复期61.0%(25/41)(P=0.024)。急性期和恢复期患者SOT异常类型有统计学差异(P=0.030),急性期以重度异常型为主,恢复期以正常型和轻度异常型为主。病程在患者SOT恢复过程中发挥着显著影响作用,在校正年龄和性别后,这种作用依然稳健(aOR=1.066,95%CI:1.017~1.118,P=0.008),其中对前庭权重恢复的影响作用最强(aOR=1.112,95%CI:1.058~1.169,P<0.001),且病程对SOT恢复的影响作用只存在于急性期。结论VN患者多存在平衡功能障碍,且这种平衡障碍的发生率在疾病的不同时期存在明显差异,急性期显著高于恢复期。 展开更多

【目的】研究以孤立性头昏为表现的病毒性脑炎患者的临床特点,分析前庭功能检查、脑脊液细胞学等对这类患者的诊断效能。【方法】收集以孤立性头昏为表现的病毒性脑炎患者37例,健康志愿者10名。收集患者临床资料如眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评... 【目的】研究以孤立性头昏为表现的病毒性脑炎患者的临床特点,分析前庭功能检查、脑脊液细胞学等对这类患者的诊断效能。【方法】收集以孤立性头昏为表现的病毒性脑炎患者37例,健康志愿者10名。收集患者临床资料如眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分、头部影像学、脑电图、前庭功能检查、脑脊液常规、生化、细胞形态学、病原学二代测序、误诊情况等。分析各类检查对患者诊断价值的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)。对比治疗前后各检查的变化情况。【结果】89.19%(33/37)患者的初步诊断存在误诊。64.86%(24/37)患者前庭功能平滑跟踪试验提示前庭中枢病变(AUC值:0.82)。86.49%(32/37)患者CSF转化型淋巴细胞数量增多(AUC值:0.93),97.30%(36/37)患者CSF大淋巴细胞增多(AUC值:0.99),94.59%(35/37)患者激活单核细胞增多(AUC值:0.97)。18.92%(7/37)患者脑电图慢波增多(AUC值:0.60)。13.51%(5/37)患者头MR表现为皮层肿胀(AUC值:0.60)。抗病毒治疗后患者的头昏等级下降(Z=-4.899,P<0.001),平滑跟踪异常(Z=-4.583,P<0.001)减少,CSF转化型淋巴细胞比例(t=4.281,P<0.001)、大淋巴细胞比例下降(t=6.905,P<0.001)。【结论】孤立性头昏表现的病毒性脑炎误诊率高。将脑脊液细胞学检查中大淋巴细胞、转化型淋巴细胞、激活单核细胞的增高和前庭功能检查相结合,可使平滑跟踪实验具有较高诊断效能。 展开更多

目的探讨虚拟现实(VR)技术联合前庭功能康复对周围性眩晕患者的影响。方法采用前瞻性研究,选取2023年1月至2024年4月延安市人民医院收治的100例周围性眩晕患者,按信封抽签法随机分为单一组和联合组。单一组50例,男29例、女21例,年龄(52.... 目的探讨虚拟现实(VR)技术联合前庭功能康复对周围性眩晕患者的影响。方法采用前瞻性研究,选取2023年1月至2024年4月延安市人民医院收治的100例周围性眩晕患者,按信封抽签法随机分为单一组和联合组。单一组50例,男29例、女21例,年龄(52.33±6.42)岁,伴有高血压13例、冠心病15例。联合组50例,男27例、女23例,年龄(52.28±6.47)岁,伴有高血压16例、冠心病13例。单一组给予前庭功能康复治疗,联合组在单一组的基础上联合VR技术治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后的眩晕改善效果、平衡能力、前庭症状指数(VSI)及焦虑程度。采用t检验、χ^(2)检验进行统计比较。结果治疗后,联合组的总有效率[96.0%(48/50)]高于单一组[82.0%(41/50)];联合组眩晕障碍量表中的情感、功能、躯体评分分别为(8.04±0.71、10.85±1.11、9.44±0.82)分,均低于单一组的(12.51±1.38、14.12±1.53、13.03±1.21)分;联合组人体压力中心的最大摆动长度和摆动包络面积分别为(95.72±13.08)mm、(425.38±53.37)mm2,均低于单一组的(121.88±15.17)mm、(622.55±72.56)mm2;联合组VSI中眩晕、恶心、头痛、平衡、头晕、视觉敏感的评分分别为(1.14±0.27、1.08±0.21、1.21±0.27、1.22±0.27、1.33±0.26、1.37±0.26)分,均低于单一组的(3.45±0.45、3.15±0.46、2.86±0.32、3.41±0.40、2.81±0.47、2.90±0.42)分;联合组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分分别为(5.85±0.62、6.37±0.67)分,均低于单一组的(10.63±1.04、11.87±1.21)分;以上指标两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论VR技术联合前庭功能康复在周围性眩晕患者治疗中疗效显著。 展开更多

目的:探讨甲磺酸倍他司汀与手法复位联合应用对良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年2月北京航天总医院的108例BPPV患者,对每位患者按照编号随机分为对照组、观察组各54例。对照组采用手法复位治疗,观察... 目的:探讨甲磺酸倍他司汀与手法复位联合应用对良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年2月北京航天总医院的108例BPPV患者,对每位患者按照编号随机分为对照组、观察组各54例。对照组采用手法复位治疗,观察组采用甲磺酸倍他司汀与手法复位治疗。对两组疗效、前庭症状指数(VSI)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、汉化眩晕障碍量表(DHI)及复发率进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组的VSI评分更低,BBS评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组DHI量表三个维度评分明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后3个月的BPPV复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组治疗后6个月的BPPV复发率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对BPPV患者实施手法复位治疗的同时,配合甲磺酸倍他司汀更利于改善前庭功能和平衡能力,提高生活质量,且能降低复发风险。 展开更多

成都市老年人口眩晕现状调查研究

本文旨在探究成都市老年人口眩晕现状,并构建针对性的防治模式。研究采用方便抽样法,选取成都5个社区300名50岁及以上老年人为对象,过问卷调查、眩晕评估量表及前庭功能床旁检查,结合预调查优化的研究方案,分析其眩晕相关情况。结果显示... 本文旨在探究成都市老年人口眩晕现状,并构建针对性的防治模式。研究采用方便抽样法,选取成都5个社区300名50岁及以上老年人为对象,过问卷调查、眩晕评估量表及前庭功能床旁检查,结合预调查优化的研究方案,分析其眩晕相关情况。结果显示,284份有效样本中,前庭功能床旁检查阳性者占68.7%,有或有过前庭症状者占24.3%;80岁以上年龄组前庭功能检查阳性率(85.7%)和前庭症状发生率(37.1%)均最高,且不同年龄组前庭功能检查阳性率存在显著差异(P=0.033)。在有前庭症状的69例中,52.2%存在头晕头痛症状,46.4%患有高血压,仅15.9%曾就诊。基于研究结果,构建“医院-基层医疗机构-社区”三方协同的“互联网+”医养联合模式,通过“科学爱耳护耳”公众号、“眩晕数据管理库”网站开展科普与数据管理,结合社区科普讲座、眩晕档案建立及转诊绿色通道等措施,累计覆盖5000名老年人,提升了眩晕防治知识知晓率,优化了医疗资源配置。研究创新融合多学科方法,为老年眩晕防治提供了“互联网+医养结合”的实践参考。 展开更多

目的:观察SRM-IV眩晕诊疗系统治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的疗效。方法:纳入2023年7月至2024年7月期间本院收治的154例BPPV患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(接受手法复位治疗)和仪器复位组(接受SRM-IV眩晕诊疗系统治疗)。对比... 目的:观察SRM-IV眩晕诊疗系统治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)的疗效。方法:纳入2023年7月至2024年7月期间本院收治的154例BPPV患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(接受手法复位治疗)和仪器复位组(接受SRM-IV眩晕诊疗系统治疗)。对比两组治疗效果,治疗前后眩晕程度[眩晕残障量表(DHI)]、前庭功能[日常活动前庭功能障碍等级量表(VADL)、前庭症状指数量表(VSI)]、平衡功能[Berg平衡功能量表(BBS)],并统计不良反应发生率及随访1个月内残余症状(RD)发生情况。结果:仪器复位组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VADL评分、DHI及VSI量表各维度评分均降低,且两组BBS评分均升高,而仪器复位组治疗前后差值均显著大于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访1个月内,仪器复位组RD发生率及持续时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SRM-IV眩晕诊疗系统治疗BPPV疗效显著,能有效改善眩晕程度、前庭功能和平衡功能,减少RD症状的发生,安全性良好。 展开更多

Objective: To observe the otolithic function in sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSHL) patients in different age groups by using vestibular evoked myogenic potentials (VEMPs). Methods: One hundred and seventy unilateral SSHL patients were divided into 5 age groups. The 170 affected ears belonged to study group. The opposite healthy ears of 170 patients and 138 normal ears of 69 age and sex-matched normal people at different ages were set as control groups. Ocular VEMP (oVEMP) and cervical VEMP (cVEMP) both evoked by air-conducted sound (ACS) were employed for vestibular otolithic function assessment. Results: The response rates of cVEMP and oVEMP were lower and abnormal rates were higher in affected ears of SSHL patients compared to the opposite healthy ears and normal control ears in all age groups, except patients over 60 years. The response rates of VEMPs significantly declined with increasing age, not only in normal control ears, but also in affected and healthy ears of SSHL patients. But, the abnormal rates of VEMPs showed no significant difference in affected ears at different ages. Conclusions: Dysfunction of vestibular otolithic organs in SSHL patients presented respective features at different ages. It is necessary to consider the age when the clinicians determine the otolithic condition of patients based on the VEMPs. 展开更多

目的 观察毫针速刺法联合葛根定眩胶囊对颈源性眩晕急性期患者前庭功能及脑血流动力学指标的影响。方法 颈源性眩晕患者72例采用区组随机方法,随机分为试验组与对照组各36例。对照组予以甲磺酸倍他司汀片口服,试验组予以毫针速刺法联合... 目的 观察毫针速刺法联合葛根定眩胶囊对颈源性眩晕急性期患者前庭功能及脑血流动力学指标的影响。方法 颈源性眩晕患者72例采用区组随机方法,随机分为试验组与对照组各36例。对照组予以甲磺酸倍他司汀片口服,试验组予以毫针速刺法联合葛根定眩胶囊(院内制剂)口服治疗,均治疗2周。观察治疗前后改良颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)、眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)、前庭双温试验半规管轻瘫(CP)值、椎-基底动脉系统平均血流速度(Vm)等指标的变化,并评价临床疗效。结果 试验组总有效率为93.48%,高于对照组的77.78%(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组ESCV评分升高、DHI评分降低(均P <0.01),两组前庭双温试验CP值下降,且试验组各评分改善程度优于对照组(均P <0.01)。椎-基底动脉系统平均血流速度加快者,治疗后两组左、右椎动脉和基底动脉平均血流速度均下降(P <0.01)。试验组右椎动脉改善程度优于对照组(P <0.05);平均血流速度减慢者,试验组治疗后,左、右椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度增加(P <0.01),对照组改善不明显(P> 0.05)。结论 毫针速刺法联合葛根定眩胶囊可有效缓解颈源性眩晕急性期患者症状,改善前庭功能,实现对椎-基底动脉血流的双向调节,相对口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片具备一定优势。 展开更多

目的探究主观垂直(水平)视觉(subjective vision vertical/horizontal,SVV/SVH)常值及其应用于发作期良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)患者耳石器功能评价的临床价值。方法纳入2023年9月至2023年12月... 目的探究主观垂直(水平)视觉(subjective vision vertical/horizontal,SVV/SVH)常值及其应用于发作期良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)患者耳石器功能评价的临床价值。方法纳入2023年9月至2023年12月在中国人民解放军总医院就诊的诊断为原发性BPPV患者60例为试验组,2023年9月至2024年5月中国人民解放军总医院、宁夏回族自治区人民医院无眩晕健康志愿者30例为对照组。试验组依据患侧和年龄,分别进行SVV/SVH头正中位(0°)、头右倾45°、头右倾75°、头左倾45°、头左倾75°测试,比较不同人群及同侧别BPPV患者不同年龄组的SVV/SVH均值与方差。结果BPPV患者SVV向病变侧倾斜,SVH右侧BPPV组顺时针倾斜(呈正值)、左侧BPPV组逆时针倾斜(呈负值);SVH较SVV表现出更大的组间差异;年龄较大BPPV患者在患侧偏转时较易出现更大方差,且75°的偏斜角度较常规45°更易出现异常。结论对照组SVV/SVH在不同测试头位的偏斜角度存在差异,各实验室应建立正常值参考范围。SVV/SVH测试对于BPPV患者病变侧别有提示意义,方差是SVV/SVH检查的重要参数,SVV/SVH检查对于耳石器官功能评价有一定的临床意义,有望加入常规前庭功能检查序列中对耳石器官功能进行评估。 展开更多
